You will be part of a team that works closely with the customer and other Serco teams that have been recognized by the DLA and the industry for their outstanding contributions to the contract and program.
In this Logistics Analyst III role, you will:
Analyze supply chain processes and architecture and provide recommended strategic-level courses of action for improvement.
Provide change management support.
Apply knowledge of laws, policies, regulations, and precedents applicable to logistics planning and program execution/sustainment.
Provide input into policy changes and facilitate those changes as required.
Develop briefings, documents, and other communications for senior management staff.
Facilitate meetings or conferences for strategic initiatives and improvements.
Apply detailed knowledge and experience with Logistics Commands framework and concept for planning and execution in the following areas:
Strategic Planning
Metrics Development and Management
3PL Management
Demand Forecasting
Allowance Setting
Provide project and change management supportConduct root-cause investigations and conduct Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to develop Courses of Action (COAs) and Plans of Actions and Milestones (POA&M)
Qualifications
To be successful in this Logistics Analyst III role, you will be required to have:
An active Public Trust and ability to obtain SECRET Level Security Clearance
Minimum of ten to twelve (10-12) years' experience across a broad range of logistical assignments.
5+ Years' experience in a logistics leadership role
Bachelor's degree - Preferably in Operation Management
Certified PMP
Microsoft Office Suite Power User
The ability to travel = 10%

Qualifications

Provide support for the US Navy CHRIMP activities at Naval Base Bremerton
Be expected to work with other HMC personnel to make sure all HAZMAT is stored properly in the warehouse spaces and that all environmental policies are followed.
If compliance is not met information collected will be consolidated for final reporting up the chain of command.
Applicant's day-to-day administrative tasks will be to maintain SAFTEY DATA SHEETS, Authorized Materials Users List, and memorandum information's and data entries.

Other additional duties may be assigned in support of this effort.
Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Qualifications
To be successful in this Logistics Control Clerk II, you will have:
NACI
High School diploma
2-4 years of related experience
Some knowledge of logistics/Navy HAZMAT management methodologies
Experience with data collection/data validation efforts
Technical training/experience in Navy Supply procedures and IT systems used in HM management processes including some or all of the following: HM Inventory Management, Stock identification and inventory processes IT systems for HM: Navy-ERP, HMIRS and FedLog, HM Minimization Center Operations.
Ability to train and assist personnel regarding HM management procedures
Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable adjudicated background investigation.
Ability to travel as necessary.

Serco Inc. is a federal government contractor that provides air traffic control services at Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Contract Towers (FCTs), Non-Federal Contract Towers (NFCT), Remote Air Traffic Control Towers and Ramp Control Services in 11 western states.
Air Traffic Control Specialists (ATCS) control air traffic on and within the vicinity of the airport according to established procedures and policies to prevent collisions and minimize delays arising from traffic congestion. They are responsible for the safe, orderly and expeditious movement of air traffic through the nation's airspace. ATCS duties include:
Answering radio calls from arriving and departing aircraft.
Issuing landing/takeoff instructions.
Issuing information such as runway to use, wind velocity and direction, visibility, taxiing instructions, and pertinent data on other aircraft operating in vicinity.
Issuing air traffic clearances.
Providing advice based on their own observations and information from the National Weather - Service, IFR control facilities, flight service stations, pilots, and other sources.
Taking and disseminating weather observations at Limited Aviation Weather Reporting Station (LAWRS) or Supplemental Aviation Weather Reporting Station (SAWRS) facilities.
Transferring control to receiving facilities when aircraft leave their airspace and receiving control of aircraft coming into their airspace.
Operating various types of equipment such as: radios, telephones, interphones, computer systems, radar, recording systems, weather equipment, light guns, airport/runway lighting systems, and backup equipment.
Alerting airport emergency crews and other designated personnel when aircraft are having flight difficulties.
Coordinating with and issuing instructions to airport vehicles and personnel.
Maintaining and disseminating records of daily operations
Other duties as assigned

Join Serco as a Traffic Management Center Operator in Austin, Texas! This position is for the AM Shift (5am-3:30pm Sunday - Wednesday).
Serco's TMC Operators monitor video images for the detection and verification of crashes, debris, abandoned or disabled vehicles, and hazardous or non-hazardous spills on Austin roadways and provide that information to TxDOT personnel statewide, local law enforcement and other first responders to assist them in safely clearing and reopening.

You will be part of a team that works closely with TxDOT personnel statewide, local law enforcement and other first responders daily.
In this role, you will:
Monitor video images for the detection and verification of crashes, debris, abandoned or disabled vehicles, and hazardous or non-hazardous spills.
Dispatch and communicate with Highway Emergency Response Operator (HERO) personnel via radio or telephone using standard protocol to the locations of road hazards and crashes, providing clear directions to the location and an accurate description of an incident as advised by citizens, public safety entities, or department personnel.
Log potential and confirmed incidents, construction and maintenance closures using ITS software.
Provide information or assistance to motorists, TxDOT personnel, or other agencies on traffic and road conditions; direct calls to appropriate personnel in traffic operations or take action as necessary.
Perform clear and concise record keeping, logging of required information, equipment checks, data gathering, and updating of manuals and contact lists that include all pertinent information
Complete the initial and -on-the-job- training programs under the supervision of, and monitored by, the Training Supervisor and Program Manager

Qualifications

Previous experience as a classroom instructor.
Must be knowledgeable of the workplace, jobs, and requirement for entry into those jobs.
Must demonstrate the ability to provide training to groups with up to 50 participants: individual career counseling experience.
Must be proficient in MS Windows and Office.
The ability to communicate effectively with Military clients, be comfortable instructing and speaking in front of a group, be observant of others, possess the ability to engage an audience, and respond to inquiries independently.
Ability to travel.

The Contracts Department is engaged in the full business life cycle from initial opportunity identification to closeout. Conduct statutory/regulatory independent technical assessments of MDAP/MAIS programs (e.g., Program Support Assessment (PSA), Preliminary Design Review (PDR), Critical Design Review (CDR), and software focused reviews) to assess the status of software efforts as well as risks and issues
Perform independent software parametric analysis of development progress based on parameters received from program offices to quantitatively predict completion dates
Perform ad hoc analysis and generating high quality technical reports and presentations for senior DoD leadership to support public speaking engagements, symposium, conferences, and Congressional/OSD/Service reports

Prepare program financial Estimates at Complete (EAC) and meet deadlines for submission requirements.
Identify project risks and opportunities and provide analytical contribution in working resolution with PM, Contracts, Procurement and Finance/Accounting.
Review and assess all contract modifications. Advise the program management team of impacts as necessary.
Monitor costs and manpower on a weekly basis ensuring that actuals are within budget and charged to the correct job number. Process cost transfers as required.

Prepare accurate and complete variance analysis and reporting.
Prepare/Support Internal Program Review (IPR) presentations for management.

Perform ad-hoc financial analysis on the contract as requested by PMO and others.
-Monitor funding status, providing reliable and timely notification of funding status by line item detail as required.
-Support accounts receivable as required during the billing processing. Monitor billing status and unbilled issues, working with Finance, Contracts, Accounting and PMO to resolve issues in a timely manner.
-Prepare subcontractor and vendor accruals as services/goods are received in accordance with GAAP and internal policies to ensure that the projects cost/commitment is accurately captured and reported internally and externally.
-Ensure program revenue and profit is recorded in compliance with the EAC.
-Analyze profit risks and opportunities and advise management on the optimal path forward.
-Ensure adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Sarbanes-Oxley, FAR and all company policies and procedures as they related to contract performance and financials.

Qualifications
To Be Successful in this role you will have:

That includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all organizational hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal workstation performance. You will troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via work order) in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end-user assistance where required.
In this role you will:
Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex desktop problems for end users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions, including off-site repair for remote users as needed.
Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end user and network hardware, peripheral devices, printing/scanning devices, presentation equipment, software, and other products in order to deliver required desktop service levels.
Construct, install, and test customized configurations based on various platforms and operating systems.
Collaborate with Technology team members to ensure efficient operation of the organization's desktop computing environment.
Receive and respond to incoming calls, pages, and/or work orders regarding desktop problems.
Ensure that desktop connections, ie. network jacks are in proper working order.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Associates Degree and 2-4 years experience or years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to conduct research into PC and software issues and products as required.
Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
Highly self-motivated and directed.
Keen attention to detail.
Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment.
Excellent knowledge of PC and desktop hardware.
Excellent knowledge of PC internal components.
Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience.
Extensive equipment support experience.
Working technical knowledge of current protocols, operating systems, and standards.
Ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories.
Able to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation and OEM guides.
Experience with the following technologies required: Windows 10, SCCM experience, remote access tools and Active Directory
