You will be part of a team that works closely with the customer and other Serco teams that have been recognized by the DLA and the industry for their outstanding contributions to the contract and program.

In this Logistics Analyst III role, you will:

• Analyze supply chain processes and architecture and provide recommended strategic-level courses of action for improvement.

• Provide change management support.

• Apply knowledge of laws, policies, regulations, and precedents applicable to logistics planning and program execution/sustainment.

• Provide input into policy changes and facilitate those changes as required.

• Develop briefings, documents, and other communications for senior management staff.

• Facilitate meetings or conferences for strategic initiatives and improvements.

• Apply detailed knowledge and experience with Logistics Commands framework and concept for planning and execution in the following areas:

• Strategic Planning

• Metrics Development and Management

• 3PL Management

• Demand Forecasting

• Allowance Setting

• Provide project and change management supportConduct root-cause investigations and conduct Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to develop Courses of Action (COAs) and Plans of Actions and Milestones (POA&M)

Qualifications

To be successful in this Logistics Analyst III role, you will be required to have:

• An active Public Trust and ability to obtain SECRET Level Security Clearance

• Minimum of ten to twelve (10-12) years' experience across a broad range of logistical assignments.

• 5+ Years' experience in a logistics leadership role

• Bachelor's degree - Preferably in Operation Management

• Certified PMP

• Microsoft Office Suite Power User

• The ability to travel = 10%

Air Traffic Control Specialists (ATCS) control air traffic on and within the vicinity of the airport according to established procedures and policies to prevent collisions and minimize delays arising from traffic congestion. They are responsible for the safe, orderly and expeditious movement of air traffic through the nation's airspace. ATCS duties include:

• Answering radio calls from arriving and departing aircraft.

• Issuing landing/takeoff instructions.

• Issuing information such as runway to use, wind velocity and direction, visibility, taxiing instructions, and pertinent data on other aircraft operating in vicinity.

• Issuing air traffic clearances.

• Providing advice based on their own observations and information from the National Weather - Service, IFR control facilities, flight service stations, pilots, and other sources.

• Taking and disseminating weather observations at Limited Aviation Weather Reporting Station (LAWRS) or Supplemental Aviation Weather Reporting Station (SAWRS) facilities.

• Transferring control to receiving facilities when aircraft leave their airspace and receiving control of aircraft coming into their airspace.

• Operating various types of equipment such as: radios, telephones, interphones, computer systems, radar, recording systems, weather equipment, light guns, airport/runway lighting systems, and backup equipment.

• Alerting airport emergency crews and other designated personnel when aircraft are having flight difficulties.

• Coordinating with and issuing instructions to airport vehicles and personnel.

• Maintaining and disseminating records of daily operations

• Other duties as assigned

Navy Software Engineer

Serco is seeking an energetic self-starter who wants to be part of a new ship building program to support the customer's program office. Our team supports the customer in the design, construction, and test of the U.S. Navy's new Fast Frigate warship. Reporting to the Serco Lead Cybersecurity Engineer, you will lead the review of contractor furnished software delivered to the customer for integration into the platform. With minimal supervision, conduct review of software lines of code upon delivery from the shipbuilder to ensure compliance with agreed upon specifications.

In this role, you will:

• Interface directly with government customers, software developers, and active members of the user population to gain a complete understanding of the software pseudocode, its intended operations, and all input/output requirements.

• Work with clients, users, and management to resolve issues and validate programming and cybersecurity requirements within the system code. Assists with determining logic procedures, prepares flowcharting and recommendations for code corrections to address potential problems with software security and efficiency.

• Validate code against software security specifications to ensure the delivered software package meets U.S. Navy requirements.

• Assist the U.S. Navy test team in developing test scripts that will verify the proper functionality of the software code under controlled lab test environments.

• Develop briefing presentations and other written reports of analysis, and findings for briefing to government clients.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A current or active DoD Secret clearance.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, plus five to seven years of coding experience. In some cases, educational requirements may be adjusted or waived for more than 5 years applicable work experience. In those cases, references will be required to validate experience cited.

• Five to seven years of professional coding experience with object-oriented programming languages.

• A strong programming background is a must.

• Experience with software development tools and programming languages.

• The ability to work independently reviewing software code and report findings and analysis back to the team both orally and in writing.

Join Serco as a Traffic Management Center Operator in Austin, Texas! This position is for the AM Shift (5am-3:30pm Sunday - Wednesday).

Serco's TMC Operators monitor video images for the detection and verification of crashes, debris, abandoned or disabled vehicles, and hazardous or non-hazardous spills on Austin roadways and provide that information to TxDOT personnel statewide, local law enforcement and other first responders to assist them in safely clearing and reopening.

Serco supports the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) in their initiative to improve the operations of the TMC and improve coordination with partners in responding to incidents on the roads. We achieve this goal with an experienced and highly trained team of TMC Operators.

You will be part of a team that works closely with TxDOT personnel statewide, local law enforcement and other first responders daily.

In this role, you will:

• Monitor video images for the detection and verification of crashes, debris, abandoned or disabled vehicles, and hazardous or non-hazardous spills.

• Dispatch and communicate with Highway Emergency Response Operator (HERO) personnel via radio or telephone using standard protocol to the locations of road hazards and crashes, providing clear directions to the location and an accurate description of an incident as advised by citizens, public safety entities, or department personnel.

• Log potential and confirmed incidents, construction and maintenance closures using ITS software.

• Provide information or assistance to motorists, TxDOT personnel, or other agencies on traffic and road conditions; direct calls to appropriate personnel in traffic operations or take action as necessary.

• Perform clear and concise record keeping, logging of required information, equipment checks, data gathering, and updating of manuals and contact lists that include all pertinent information

• Complete the initial and -on-the-job- training programs under the supervision of, and monitored by, the Training Supervisor and Program Manager

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Demonstrated ability to provide training to groups with up to 50 participants: individual career counseling experience.

• Answering radio calls from arriving and departing aircraft.

Air Traffic Control Specialists (ATCS) control air traffic on and within the vicinity of the airport according to established procedures and policies to prevent collisions and minimize delays arising from traffic congestion. They are responsible for the safe, orderly and expeditious movement of air traffic through the nation's airspace. ATCS duties include:

• Answering radio calls from arriving and departing aircraft.

• Issuing landing/takeoff instructions.

• Issuing information such as runway to use, wind velocity and direction, visibility, taxiing instructions, and pertinent data on other aircraft operating in vicinity.

• Providing advice based on their own observations and information from the National Weather - Service, IFR control facilities, flight service stations, pilots, and other sources.

• Taking and disseminating weather observations at Limited Aviation Weather Reporting Station (LAWRS) or Supplemental Aviation Weather Reporting Station (SAWRS) facilities.

• Transferring control to receiving facilities when aircraft leave their airspace and receiving control of aircraft coming into their airspace.

• Operating various types of equipment such as: radios, telephones, interphones, computer systems, radar, recording systems, weather equipment, light guns, airport/runway lighting systems, and backup equipment.

• Alerting airport emergency crews and other designated personnel when aircraft are having flight difficulties.

• Coordinating with and issuing instructions to airport vehicles and personnel.

• Maintaining and disseminating records of daily operations

• Other duties as assigned

The Project Controller is a key member of the program team and works directly with the Program Manager to help define the project's goals and objectives; and recommends actions to improve progress and performance. You will have significant interface with Program/Project Managers, senior technical staff, as well as other functional organizations including contracts, finance, accounts receivable, subcontract management and procurement.

In this role you will:

• Provide cost, schedule and funding planning, reporting, monitoring and analysis support to Program Managers including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and development of time-phased budgets and schedules.

• Lead project set up in compliance with contractual terms, conditions and requirements.

• Prepare program financial Estimates at Complete (EAC) and meet deadlines for submission requirements.

• Identify project risks and opportunities and provide analytical contribution in working resolution with PM, Contracts, Procurement and Finance/Accounting.

• Review and assess all contract modifications. Advise the program management team of impacts as necessary.

• Monitor costs and manpower on a weekly basis ensuring that actuals are within budget and charged to the correct job number. Process cost transfers as required.

-Prepare subcontractor and vendor accruals as services/goods are received in accordance with GAAP and internal policies to ensure that the projects cost/commitment is accurately captured and reported internally and externally.

-Ensure program revenue and profit is recorded in compliance with the EAC.

-Analyze profit risks and opportunities and advise management on the optimal path forward.

-Ensure adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Sarbanes-Oxley, FAR and all company policies and procedures as they related to contract performance and financials.

Qualifications

To Be Successful in this role you will have:

Bachelor's degree in Business or Program Management related field plus 2 to 5 years of Program Control or related and progressive experience with an emphasis in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is required.

• 2+ years of Program Control or related experience is required.

• Candidates must possess a strong background working with multiple government contract types: FFP, FPI, FPLOE, T&M, CPAF, CPFF, CPIF, and hybrid contracts.
