The Senior Project Control Specialist will support program managers by providing program-level assistance to the Systems Integration & Installation programs to ensure deliverables and performance parameters are met. In this role, you will:
Responsible for managing operational and technical aspects of waterfront/maritime project(s) and related task orders for GOVT customer(s) with revenue ranging from $3M - $15M
Conduct cost management through continual cost control and review
Provide planning and technical oversight of US Naval Activities in the maintenance and installation of communication systems
Provide expertise to customers to ensure resolution of issues
Requires advanced knowledge and understanding of work project(s) and functions. Typically manages a team of 20 or more employees. Has business development and budgetary responsibilities

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A U.S. citizenship
The ability to obtain/maintain/transfer DoD Secret security clearance
A Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience
Five or more years of Program Management experience working in a Defense based industry
To be a strong leader with experience leading a team of a diverse trades workforce
A good understanding of government multiple award contracts environment (MAC)
To be able to travel at least 10% domestically
Additional desired experience and skills:
Strong financial background in developing and managing budgets
Strong analytical skills
Problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills with customers and team.

Position Description
Serco is excited to begin support to the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Program Office (JPO). This contract provides program management support in support of the full acquisition lifecycle of the F-35 program, to include development, production, and sustainment.
This position is contingent upon your ability to maintain/transfer your DoD Secret clearance.
Our F-35 JPO Program Risk Manager (Senior Program Manager) position is located in Crystal City, Arlington, VA, and serves as a day-to-day coordinator in the overall risk management activities for the F-35 Joint Program Office. Our Program Risk Manager directly supports and is aligned with the F-35 JPO Director of Acquisition and Integration (DA&I) and provides risk management support to F-35 JPO Program Management Offices (PMOs), F-35 JPO Functional organizations and F-35 JPO Directorates and provides analytical, technical and administrative support in Program Risks.
This is a Hybrid/Telework position.
You will be part of a dynamic team of F-35 JPO Program Managers and Analysts who works closely with the customer and other key F-35 National Security and Allied stakeholders to deliver quality F-35 systems.
In this role, you will:
Directly support the JPO Risk Management function for the overall coordination of activities supporting F-35 Program Risk management.
Provide recommended changes and updates to the JPO Joint Risk Management Plan, processes, and/or instructions for the F-35 Program
Review and make recommendations concerning the Prime Contractor's Risk Management Plan (RMP) and instructions to ensure JPO and Contractors' plans are consistent with OSD's guidelines and are adequately flowed down to the Contractors sub-contractors to meet the F-35 Program's objectives.
Review and Audit the F-35 Program management databases to ensure they are accurate and up to date.
Provide recommended business process to improve standardization of risk data.
Be responsible for ensuring adequate configuration control of the F-35 Risk databases.
Develop and track overall risks and management metrics as required.
Coordinate with F-35 JPO Integrated Product Team (IPT) leads to prepare, review and ensure accuracy of presentation material for the various risk venues (Execution Review Board, Joint Risk Management Board (JRMB), IPT/APD Risk Working Groups, System Engineering Technical Reviews and other venues), as needed.
Attend various weekly meetings (DAI weekly meeting, Execution review, Risk Working Groups, Joint Risk Management Boards and other Risk related venues) as required.
Generate and distribute risk data to all PMOs/Functionals/Directorates for awareness and update. Ensure risk owners are aware of and concur with contractor risk changes. Where required, ensure that all risk mitigation plans updates and changes are coordinated across all stakeholders (JPO and Contractor).
Provide risk management expertise for the identification of risk and the development of appropriate risk mitigation strategies and plans.
Provide assistance to program office personnel in obtaining access to Active Risk Manager (ARM) and serve as POC for ARM training and resolution of ARM issues.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
An active DoD Secret clearance.
Master's Degree in the stated discipline or a Bachelor's Degree plus 4 years additional work experience related to the labor category functional description.
The ability to provide on-site support at F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) located in Crystal City, VA no
At least ten (10) years' experience in program management, technical, or business analysis discipline, in weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management; and a minimum of six (6) years out of 10 years of recent work experience related to analysis and planning.
At least three (3) years in support of a Major Defense Acquisition Program (MDAP).
Leadership experience in US Service-related military operations or defense acquisition program management related to weapons system acquisition, employment, and life cycle management.
Knowledge in DoD Instruction (DoDI) 5000.2 (Operation of the Defense Acquisition System), DoD Directive (DODD) 5530.03 (International Agreements), and the International Cooperation in Acquisition, Technology and Logistics (IC in AT&L) Handbook
To be provide subject matter expertise to support F-35 program in delivering the weapons system.
To assist with task support of acquisitions, financial management, risk management, systems engineering, total ownership cost determination, acquisition coordination, and communications.
To demonstrate knowledge of the principles, policies, and practices of system acquisition to plan, organize, and coordinate critical aspects of the development, production, and deployment of systems, subsystems, and equipment.
To demonstrate knowledge of the system equipment life-cycle phases and the documentation, analyses, and reviews associated with those phases.
The ability to travel 10%.

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of tools, QA documents, meter
Prelim QA testing, MCTs, space closeouts
Elec testing reqs (i.e. ground checks, RSPT testing)
Layout & cutting of electrical enclosures, electrical hook-ups & multiple meter knowledge
Band/pack MCTs/RISE
Layout & mounting of equipment
Close In Weapon Systems (CIWS)
General welding experience to include:
Carbon-arc gouge, ship fit, scribe foundations to suit ship
Pass steel/stainless SMAW & FCAW
Pass 5XXX aluminum MIG/aluminum 6G pipe TIG
Repair base material
Grind/plasma cut/fit/tack weld

The Audit Support Coordinator is an administrative support position that assists SEA 07Q prepare for and execute audits of government and private facilities that conduct new construction and maintenance work on future and in-service submarines. SEA 07Q is responsible and accountable for the Submarine Safety (SUBSAFE), Fly-By-Wire Ship Control Systems (FBW SCS), and Deep Submergence Systems (DSS) Certification programs. Its director advises the Deputy Commander (SEA 07) and acts as the Program Manager for SUBSAFE and Quality Assurance programs.
In this role, you will perform the following tasks:
Manage pre-audit correspondence, audit team guides and reference materials, and audit team logistics.
Travel to the audit location and manage the flow of audit findings, support the audit team and team leader, and prepare the audit report.
Provide post-audit support including management of audit records and distribution of reports.
Facilitate working group meetings. Take meeting minutes and track corrective action responses.
Collect and deliver data and metrics to support quarterly and annual self-assessments.
Work under general supervision, report to a supervisor or manager.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A current or active Secret DoD clearance. Sponsorship will be considered.
A Bachelor's level degree in a business or technical field preferred. Five to seven years work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Zero to two years' experience in operations, research analysis, financial/cost analysis, or a relevant field.

Assist in collecting, analyzing and consolidating POM program briefs into a POM Briefing notebook and perform cross-program analysis; extract POM issues from program briefings. For each budget cycle (3 times per year), assist in identifying all SEA 04 funding lines and display in a SEA 04 Financial Summary document by appropriation, organization and by Program Office code. Summarize the SEA 04 funding in a booklet, providing laminated copies for SEA 04 leadership.
With appropriate technical oversight from SEA 04 officials, for each budget cycle (3 times per year) capture, validate and submit all IT requirements throughout the Future Years Defense Program (FYDP). Conduct detailed reviews and ensure all financial aspects of the IT budget are understood and are accurate before signing the SEA 04 Statement of Compliance.
Support monthly Chief Financial Officer (CFO) meetings with SEA 04 Business Financial Manager (BFM) community to discuss latest news, important financial information, and identify issues affecting the BFM community. Develop and provide meeting minutes and deliver to CFO.
Support the CFO as the liaison between SEA 04 program offices and the NEPS project office. Maintain communication with Site Activity Managers (SAMs) for each program office.
Assist in performing detailed analysis of SEA 04 programs' financial execution and develop material to support regular CFO finance meetings with Leadership. Work with SEA 04 program offices with funding lines below Navy Comptroller Office of Budget (FMB) benchmarks to capture plans to meet thresholds.
Unfunded Requirements/Shortfalls Tracking: Assist in maintaining current status of all known execution year unfunded requirements and shortfalls in the SEA 04 Unfunded Requirements Tracker. Meet with program offices to obtain details, respond to leadership questions, and work with relevant stakeholders to identify and secure available funds to mitigate the shortfalls.
Support management of the execution of the annual SEA 04 Cost of Doing Business (COB) as well as the SEA 04's COB. Assist in tracking COB execution status throughout the fiscal year and retain copies of funding documents and various back up information. Assist in maintaining COB Budget spreadsheet by adjusting, accordingly.
Assist in collecting financial information and prepare briefing slides/presentation materials for the financial management portion of the Corporate Execution Review.
Support the liaison between SEA 04 and the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) project office. Participate in EDW users meetings and generate meeting notes. Assist in trouble-shooting EDW issues with SEA 04 personnel.

Position Description
We're seeking a dynamic and experienced candidate to serve as a Junior Financial Systems Analyst supporting the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Industrial Operations Directorate (SEA 04). In this role, you will help oversee Planning and Program Support, Financial Execution Support, Contract and Acquisition Management and Audit Readiness / Accountable Property Owner (APO) Support
This position is contingent upon your ability to transfer or obtain and maintain a DoD Secret level clearance post-employment.

In this role you will:
Assist in collecting, analyzing and consolidating POM program briefs into a POM Briefing notebook and perform cross-program analysis; extract POM issues from program briefings. POM Briefing and Issue Notebook updated annually. For each budget cycle (3 times per year), assist in identifying all SEA 04 funding lines and display in a SEA 04 Financial Summary document by appropriation, organization and by Program Office code. Summarize the SEA 04 funding in a booklet, providing laminated copies for SEA 04 leadership.
With appropriate technical oversight from SEA 04 officials, for each budget cycle (3 times per year) capture, validate and submit all IT requirements throughout the Future Years Defense Program (FYDP). Conduct detailed reviews and ensure all financial aspects of the IT budget are understood and are accurate before signing the SEA 04 Statement of Compliance.
Support monthly Chief Financial Officer (CFO) meetings with SEA 04 Business Financial Manager (BFM) community to discuss latest news, important financial information, and identify issues affecting the BFM community. Develop and provide meeting minutes and deliver to CFO.
Support the CFO as the liaison between SEA 04 program offices and the NEPS project office. Maintain communication with Site Activity Managers (SAMs) for each program office.
Assist in performing detailed analysis of SEA 04 programs' financial execution and develop material to support regular CFO finance meetings with Leadership. Work with SEA 04 program offices with funding lines below Navy Comptroller Office of Budget (FMB) benchmarks to capture plans to meet thresholds.
Unfunded Requirements/Shortfalls Tracking: Assist in maintaining current status of all known execution year unfunded requirements and shortfalls in the SEA 04 Unfunded Requirements Tracker. Meet with program offices to obtain details, respond to leadership questions, and work with relevant stakeholders to identify and secure available funds to mitigate the shortfalls.
Support management of the execution of the annual SEA 04 Cost of Doing Business (COB) as well as the SEA 04's COB. Assist in tracking COB execution status throughout the fiscal year and retain copies of funding documents and various back up information. Assist in maintaining COB Budget spreadsheet by adjusting, accordingly.
Assist in collecting financial information and prepare briefing slides/presentation materials for the financial management portion of the Corporate Execution Review.
Support the liaison between SEA 04 and the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) project office. Participate in EDW users meetings and generate meeting notes. Assist in trouble-shooting EDW issues with SEA 04 personnel.
In compliance with local laws regarding pay transparency, the salary range for this role is $59,906.24 to $99,844.49; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering or Scientific discipline or preferred experience plus 2+ years of experience in a Financial or Management Discipline. In some cases, educational requirements may be adjusted or waived for 6 years of relevant work experience. Work experience may be adjusted based on education, or highly specialized knowledge or uniquely applicable experience for positions involving new technology or labor market shortages as reflected by market survey data.
A current DoD security clearance or able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance post-employment.
United States (U.S.) citizenship.
Experience in all aspects of DoD/DoN Procedures and Policies (DoD 5000 process) and DOD acquisition processes encompassing Naval Ship new construction, modernization and Navy C4I programs.

Serco supports the Navy as the prime professional support services contractor for the Amphibious Assault and Connectors Program. This position supports the Landing Craft Division in the acquisition, planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the lifecycle sustainment and modernization of the Navy's Landing Craft, Utility (LCU).You will be part of a stellar 3-person team of analysts working in conjunction with a broader team of On-Site Representatives (OSRs) that support the fleet.
In this role you will:
Serve as the Business Plan Analyst providing direct program financial management support to Landing Craft, Utility (LCU) Assistant Program Manager (APM) and Program Analyst.
Support all aspects of the development and execution of the Business Plan, to include creating briefs, tracking tools, and other products as required.
Perform budget work in the Navy Enterprise Planning System (NEPS).
Liaise with various offices within the Program Office Team and supporting organizations on budget requirements.
Assist the LCU team on regular tasking, including tracking of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), Action Items, and other items as required.
Perform regular tasking in the Integrated Data Environment (IDE).
Provide over-arching program management support for the legacy LCAC and new LCAC 100 craft including financial planning and program analysis.
Assist the Assistant Program Manager (APM) and LCU Analyst on conducting financial analysis on the LCU Acquisition and life cycle management program as required.
Coordinate with the technical community and develop white papers and presentations for the government and the fleet on issues impacting the LCU program.
Assist with annual budget preparation including responding to financial drills, tracking funding documents and obligations and expenditures, coordinating with the fleet in preparing and managing Task Planning Sheets (TPS), and other tasks pertaining to managing and tracking the budget.
Participate in regularly scheduled meetings with the LCAC team including Staff Meetings, TPS reviews, and other relevant meetings, including taking minutes and identifying and tracking action items to resolution.
Provide timely and efficient responses for all urgent LCU tasking.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, or related field plus at least 2 years of relevant experience supporting the DoD. In lieu of a degree, Serco will consider a candidate with 6 or more years of relevant experience.
Strong critical thinking skills, as well as customer and organizational level communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills are essential to being successful in this role.
Strong command of Microsoft Office suite programs especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Providing an effective, fully coordinated, requirements driven RDTE program.
Identifying potential duplication and overlap of RDTE.
Leveraging technological capabilities of other government, industry, academia, and international communities.
You will lead a team to manage various capabilities and threat identification portfolios and work closely with the Director. You will coordinate with a wide range of military project managers, government agencies, and civilian organizations to support high level decision makers.
In this role, you will:
Serve as the Lead Requirements Portfolio Manager to the Department of Defense (DoD) Unexploded Ordnance Center of Excellence (UXOCOE) in support of DODD5101.13E requirements. Assist the Director of UXOCOE in all mission areas requirement (Countermine, Counter Improvised Explosive Devices, Explosive Ordnance Disposal, Home Made Explosive, Humanitarian Deming, Range Sustainment, Munitions Respond, and DoD area of interests). You will be the on-site senior Project Manager to all UXOCOE contractor SMEs. Your activities and responsibilities include:
Coordinate with Governmental Departments, Services, other DoD Components, Industries, and Academia to gather validated requirements, detection, and neutralization technologies and/or programs for all UXOCOE mission areas plus DoD Area of Interests.
Collect, catalogue, and track all validated Explosive Hazards detection and neutralization requirements (JCIDS, JOUNS, JEONS, and Services/Combatant Commands ONS etc.).
Upload new validated requirements into the UXOCOE Joint Counter Explosive Hazards Data Management System (JCEHDMS) in classified domain.
Lead working groups to crosswalk between validated requirements to Counter Explosive Hazards data from all UXOCOE mission areas, industries, international sources, and academia.
Maintain all enclosures pertaining to the Requirements portfolio and crosswalk functionality within the classified UXOCOE JCEHDMS.
Responsible for managing all aspects of the day-to-day operation within all UXOCOE Portfolios.
Provide quarterly update to the Director on the status of all UXOCOE Portfolios.
Supervise UXOCOE Portfolio Managers to ensure completion of all requirements of the UXOCOE Annual Report to Congress.
Regularly advise the Director on requirements development of counter explosive hazards within the CM/C-IED Portfolio.
Offer UXOCOE subject matter expertise in all mission areas.
Qualifications

Serco-NA has an opening for an Acoustics Engineer to support an active contract with the U.S. Navy in the Washington, DC area. You will be supporting the Acoustics Branch within PMS450. The Acoustics Branch has oversight of every aspect of the construction of the VACL submarines.
You will gain an in-depth knowledge of how every aspect of the VACL submarine, the engines, the screws, the design, all affect the acoustic signature of the VACL submarine and how to minimize the acoustic signature to increase survivability of the submarine.
You will gain knowledge of Acquisition processes involved in launching a new VACL submarine, including the various milestones required during the engineering phase through production.
Acoustic engineers rely on their ability to recognize and manipulate how sound moves. A successful acoustic engineer uses this ability to solve client problems with noise control or sound quality.
You may have the opportunity to visit a maintenance facility and submarine base, based on availability of those facilities.
You will assist in generating acquisition documentation for milestone reviews.
You will assist in performing technical planning, cost, schedule, risk, supportability, and effectiveness analysis for total systems; analyses performed at concept, design, test, evaluation, and operational phases.
You will gain knowledge of DoD acquisition policies, NAVSEASYSCOM policies and procedures, and Congressional authorization and appropriations process
You must have a Secret clearance or eligible for
a clearance to be considered.
In this role, you will:
Support PMS450 evaluation of proposed designs and arrangements.
Identify technical issues that need resolution in their particular area. Work with applicable SITs to facilitate resolution of technical issues. Facilitate timely decisions and review and adjudication of all design products and written correspondence.
Act as a liaison with other PMS450 team members and NAVSEA05 Technical Warrant Holders (TWH).
Will be a primary customer contact for all activities, regularly meeting with and updating the customer on project status.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with the program manager, deputy program manager and/or technical lead.
Lead program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.
Provide acquisition management planning and execution support
Leading technical discussions for project reviews, including preparing and delivering formal briefings.
Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A current or active DoD Secret security clearance, or the ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance.
A Bachelor's degree in any engineering, math, physics, technical or even musical discipline.
Five to seven years' experience.
The ability to travel at least 10% of the time.
Additional desired experience and skills:
A Master's degree.
Active-duty experience in the submarine service.
Some experience with Navy acquisition and/or In-Service Programs.
Recent experience in Team Submarine would be ideal.

The Senior Management Analyst (SMA) will be the primary customer contact for all activities, regularly meeting with and updating the customer on project status. In this role, the SMA will:
Be the primary customer contact for certifying VIRGINIA Class Submarines.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with the program manager and the deputy program manager.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with SUPSHIPS and NAVSEA 08.
Lead program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.
Provide acquisition management planning and execution support
Work with the shipyards.
Provide 3M, Maintenance, and Production coordination.
Provide additional responsibilities to include, but are not limited to:
Assist in identifying deficiencies and corrective actions to accomplish the certification of the submarine during Post Shakedown Availability (PSA).
The SMA will provide expertise in material certifications as well as ensuring all major milestones are met during the PSA as follows:
Supporting the 450C team in managing the technical and administrative staff and providing ongoing direction in the performance of the certification.
Developing and monitoring program plan including time and cost estimates, ensuring delivery of the submarine on schedule and within funding.
Leading technical discussions for project reviews, including preparing and delivering formal briefings.
Providing a senior functional and advisory role to PMS450 leveraging prior experience and familiarity with submarine new construction from shipbuilder, Supervisor of Shipbuilding, and PCU perspectives.
Providing PCU Command contextual experience to senior personnel and senior level program management in PMS450.
Reviewing shipbuilder activities ensuring support is properly accounted for and sequenced.
Providing general program support, including briefings, graphic work, visual presentation, word processing and responding to NAVSEA requirements.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A current or active DoD Secret security clearance, or have the ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance.
A Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, or related field is desired, but in lieu of a degree, will consider a candidate with three or more years' experience directly supporting a Navy customer in a business or financial capacity.

Senior Logistics Consultant

This Serco position supports the PM PNT's product support services requirement for logistics engineering support services, installation, and repair, and field support (e.g., training, new equipment fielding, and property support; and Field Service Representatives, etc.) for new or existing hardware and software products. You will be part of a team that collaborates closely with the customer and other team members to deliver quality support.
In this role you will:
Provide overall oversight for all aspects of logistics for the contract, including oversight of system fielding, implementation, and execution of field support
Approve final version of reporting for obsolescence management, maintenance reporting, failure reporting, asset reporting, post fielding reports
Monitor efficiency of field support personnel and makes recommendations regarding co-use of personnel
Perform system life-cycle cost analysis and develop component studies
Provide oversight for planning and execution of training support across all programs
Stay informed of logistics technology advances, and Government policies and apply them to improve logistics processes procedures and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Bachelor's from an accredited academic institution in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related logistics field.
Military Educational Level (MEL) - 4, Command and General Staff College (CGSC) or Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) equivalent.
Current Logistics Professional certification; Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified Logistics Transportation and Distribution (CLTD), or equivalent certification.
15+ years' experience as a logistician within the DoD environment. Related to the job description listed above.
2+ years' experience managing 10 or more employees.
Experience communicating with senior leaders.
Experience with Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS).
Experience with Obsolescence Management, Warehouse Management, Inventory and Property Management, and Distribution and Transportation Management.
Must have a current and active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance.
Must have reliable transportation to the customer site.
Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time.
Desired Requirements:
Master's from an accredited academic institution.
MEL-1, Senior Service College or equivalent.

In this role you will:
Serve as highly experienced technician capable of resolving complex system failures, developing preventive maintenance programs, training less experienced technicians, identifying systemic failures, and conducting root cause analysis in collaboration with engineering
Manage deliberate program of developing junior technicians
Provide oversight to ensure support equipment (test measurement and diagnostic equipment etc.) is regularly calibrated and maintained by all field sites
Troubleshoot and repair systems, performs software updates
Install, modify, wire, fabricate and maintain systems
Distinguish between hardware and software problems in multi-vendor systems
Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Bachelor's from an accredited academic institution in Electric Systems Engineering Technology, or related engineering or technology field.Additional 5 years of experience may be substituted in the lieu of a four-year degree.
10+ years' experience testing of electronic equipment related to the job description listed above.
8+ years' experience testing and troubleshooting electronic subsystem installations in DoD military systems.
5+ years' experience in a DoD environment.
Experience with managing and training less experienced technicians.
Experience with developing preventative maintenance programs.
Experience with test measurement and diagnostic equipment.
Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software problems in multi-vendor systems.

Serve as lead engineering representative for the ALTNAV Program Obsolescence Management Working Group and other collaborative groups

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Master's from an accredited academic institution in Electrical Engineering, or related engineering field
15+ years' experience designing, developing, and integrating electrical and or electronic systems related to the job description stated above.
10+ years' experience as an engineer within the DoD environment
Experience with integrating and installing systems into host platforms
Experience with Obsolescence Management.
Experience communicating with senior leaders
Familiarity with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM)
Familiarity with Army Field Support Brigade (AFSB) and Supply Support Activity (SSA) organizations.
Must have a current and active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance.
Must have reliable transportation to the customer site.
Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time.
