The hourly pay rate for this position is $17.60, plus an additional $4.23/hr for Health and Welfare (H&W).

As a Personnel Employment Assistant, you will:

  • Provide direct support to program administrators by providing administrative services to type, edit, and distribute a wide variety of correspondence under established guidelines and procedures.

  • Prepare personal awards based on an awards template as well as engraving names and command logo on plaques in accordance with standard operating procedures.

  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and visitors.

  • Schedule and plan meetings/appointments as required, including conference calls.

  • Liaise with staff members, applicants and the general public on a daily basis.

  • Develop and maintain filing systems for applicant files, general correspondence, forms, reports, minutes, and other materials per direction and procedures.

  • Assist with distribution, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and preparation of routine correspondence and outgoing materials as needed.

  • Coordinate, compile, and maintain data for submission in monthly/quarterly/annual reports.

  • Assist with screening, reviewing and verifying the accuracy of applicant enlistment paperwork and update applicant enlistment documents using secure automated personnel data systems as needed.

  • Organize, collect, analyze, and present statistical information related to the tracking of applicants, goal attainment, and marketing analysis for both officer and enlisted programs.

  • Prepare reports for Program Managers and higher level personnel, describing problems that are recurring or causing significant delays or costs, the corrective actions taken, and the need for additional time or resources needed to meet recruiting objectives.

  • Obtain workload data and track progress in meeting objectives and use of resources via web-based Navy applications and other commercially available web-based programs.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

  • A High School Diploma or GED (Bachelors degree or Masters degree account for years of experience).

  • 0-2 years of working experience.

  • High proficiency in the entire Microsoft Office 2010 suite of software applications to include Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Access, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft SharePoint Workspace.

  • 10% travel required.

Additional desired experience and skills:

  • Experience editing and formatting documents in accordance withSECNAV awards instruction and Navy Correspondence Manual

This position supports the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps team as a prime contractor providing professional support services and engineering expertise to various systems commands, R&D, and waterfront activities. You will support a business unit providing critical functional-area expertise for program executives and program offices to manage ACAT I and II programs, to include surface combatants, submarines, aircraft carriers, and associated weapons systems.

You will be part of a team of contract administrators collaborating with Serco line management andcorporate back-office functions, such as Accounting, Finance, Legal, Data Protection, Security, and Taxto ensure successful contract performance. You will develop effective, positive working relationships with both internal business partners and external clients.The workload is challenging and fast-paced, but substantive training and mentoring opportunities are available.

In this role you will:

  • Support RFP analysis and evaluation processes, and participate in proposal development, review and submission, ensuring consistency with corporate policy, relevant regulations, and client requirements.

  • Review, negotiate, perform risk analysis, and provide advice on a wide range of pre- and post-award documents including non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, solicitations, bid and proposal documents, proposals, awards, correspondence, and change orders.

  • Identify and mitigate items of risk based on company and industry standards.

  • Learn to price proposals and write cost volumes.

  • Assemble the documents for the proposal volumes and write explanations regarding terms and conditions.

  • Notify management of potential non-compliance and other problems that could have an adverse impact on contract performance.

  • Manage multiple priority tasks in a fast-paced team environment.

  • After award, perform contract set-up functions, including establishing the contract in the Serco information systems.

  • Ensure maintenance of contracts documentation in data repositories and systems consistent with established practices.

  • Advise on contract revisions to better meet the needs of Serco and the client.

  • Perform contract administration support as needed for contract award setups, data calls, group projects, and other purposes.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree

  • United States Citizenship is required

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in DoD contracting

  • Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint

  • Knowledge of Non-Disclosure Agreements and standard Teaming Agreements

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • BS. in Biomedical Technology, Electronics Technology OR Navy NEC 8478 OR military equivalent with International Certification Commission (ICC) for Clinical Engineering and Biomedical Technology Certification (CBET).

  • 10+ years' of hands-on clinical equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance experience, including servicing of diagnostic imaging equipment and use of oscilloscopes, simulators, defibrillator analyzers.

  • 5+ years' experience in managing 5 or more personnel.

  • Training for inspecting, testing, and repairing life saving support equipment (i.e. equipment used to sustain and preserve life such as defibrillator's, ventilators, anesthesia units, etc.).

  • Experience with microprocessor and PC based equipment, with experience in software controlled data acquisition and processing.

  • Experience with database management systems such as DMLSS.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.

  • A master's degree.

This Serco position supports the US Navy as a prime for theNMRLC - Navy Medical Readiness Logistics Command contract responsible for managing multi-million dollar budgets while providing general warehousing services; maintain and repair containers, biomedical equipment and civil engineering equipment (CEE); produce Deployable Medical Systems (DEPMEDS).

You will lead a large logistics team that works closely with the customer to deliver quality logistics support to ensure readiness and deploy-ability of critical Navy medical assets.

In this role, you will:

  • Serve act as the focal point for all communications between the Contractor and the Government for all aspects of contract requirements of all services required by this PWS.

  • Develop and implement production schedules to support mission requirements

  • Act and make binding decisions on behalf of the Contractor.

  • Be on-site during normal working hours.

  • Submit reports/information to the Contracting Officer Representative as required.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A bachelors degree.

  • 12+ years' Program Management experience on a multi-function project, including resource planning, contract management, cost control, inventory management, quality assurance management, and personnel management.

  • 5+ years' experience supervising at least 20 people doing similar/related type work on contracts/projects of comparable scope and magnitude.

  • 5+ years' of Service Life Extension Program (SLEP), Integrated Logistics Overhaul (ILO), or manufacturing production experience.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.

In this role, you will:

  • Assist with any or all of the Level 1 tasks as constrained by technical training and previous testing experience

  • Conduct research into and apply knowledge of Government test and evaluation concepts and related engineering, acquisition, and operations activities as needed to support the T&E activities

  • Plan and Execute Performance Analysis

  • Review planned acquisition approaches to support T&E schedule alignment with decision maker needs for T&E support

  • Analyze performance risk areas to focus T&E planning

  • Specify, validate, and adapt Modeling and Simulation for T&E use

  • Apply Statistical Analysis of variations in performance behavior to characterize confidence in performance estimates

  • Select, develop, & use analysis tools

  • Execute the evaluation plan on data collected by the Testing Tasks

  • Plan and Execute Performance Data Collection

  • Plan program and event level testing for collection of data required for analysis and to synch T&E events with supported decision points

  • Establish and employ Data & Configuration Management capabilities

  • Support Data Authentication group functions; and comply with program Discrepancy Reporting criteria and processes

  • Assess operational and system performance requirements for testability and criticality to frame and prioritize T&E objectives and enable evaluation planning

  • Coordinate with program Systems Engineering (SE) and review T&E-related SE information to leverage functional analysis, system descriptions, parameter selection and dependencies, Modeling and Simulation, and initial performance risk assessments to inform evaluation planning

  • Assess operational environments and priorities for evaluation attention and scenario selection, and to coordinate user participation in T&E

  • Plan program and event level risk-tailored performance estimation and analysis of system and operational Effectiveness and Suitability metrics & conditions; levels of T&E include inspection, demonstration, paper analysis, survey, simulation, and physical test

  • Design surveys for evaluation of Subject Matter Expert (SME) input and user assessments of performance

  • Participate in the T&E Working-level Integrated Product Team (WIPT) and/or Integrated Test Team for coordination of evaluation plans

  • Produce Evaluation Plans (metric framework, scenarios/threads, timelines, requirements/T&E cross-walk), Analysis Plans, Data Requirements, Risk Assessments, Evaluation Reports, Status reports; provide input to Government T&E products (e.g., Technology Readiness Assessments, Test & Evaluation Strategy, Test & Evaluation Master Plan, T&E Plans & Procedures and Test Readiness Reports)

  • Design data sampling schemes to optimize the information/resource balance and to control testing uncertainties

  • Select, coordinate, and calibrate Instrumentation, collection and data management tools, targets, & facilities

  • Ensure test readiness including training of test event participants re conduct of the event; equipment readiness, and security, legal, and privacy compliance arrangements

  • Participate in T&E WIPT and/or Integrated Test Team for coordination of data collection plans

  • Execute Testing and Data Collection per plan

  • Produce associated Test Plans, Procedures, and Reports/Briefings, Data Management Plan

  • Define and provide technical direction and guidance for the Level 1 tasks to the Level 0 and Level 1 TEs assigned to the task

  • Recommend draft plans and reports from the Level 1 tasks for approval by the task leader

  • Work directly with the Government sponsor to coordinate task implementation

  • Maintain knowledge of current and evolving agency, national, and international standards applicable to the system development of interest

  • Provide overall leadership of the T&E task and serve as primary liaison to the government for supporting contract coordination and task execution

  • Communicate issues and solutions to the broader government and contract management structure as requested by Leadership

  • Ensure the appropriate level of independence of the team from the solution provider to support government management of objectivity risk

  • Manage T&E resources and tasks; ensure quality assurance of test processes and products

  • Coordinate and integrate Evaluation and Testing tasks and products

  • Participate in T&E WIPT and/or Integrated Test Team as needed to ensure proper coordination of T&E activities

  • Drive innovation and responsiveness to program changes and evolving T&E status to help manage program risk: develop alternative courses of action, work-arounds, and fall-back positions with a recommended course of action for each risk, and monitor and re-evaluate risks at appropriate milestones

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

  • U.S. Citizenship.

  • Eight (8) years experience as a TE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.

  • Four (4) years of additional TE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

This Serco Hazardous Material Inspector position supports the Navy Expeditionary Medical Support Command and is responsible for the overall management of all Government Furnished Property/Material and ensure Contractor compliance with contract requirements. This individual will enhance product workflow by analyzing and developing logistics plans that affect production, distribution, and inventory.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide direct operational support to the Navy Consolidated HAZMAT Reutilization and Inventory Management Program (CHRIMP).

  • Conduct HAZMAT locker inspections across multiple installations on a recurring basis to ensure adherence to Navy HAZMAT mandates.

  • Assess all onsite HAZMAT locations for storage operability validation, including determining that all cold storage/freezer HAZMAT storage areas are operating within specifications.

  • Assist with physical inventory, material data gathering, and SDS collection, while using HMIRS/FedLog in the completion of required N-ERP hazardous material data packages and processing of transactional data.

  • Manage the receipt of new HAZMAT into Navy ERP while generating a global stock number to assist with electronic tracking of inventory from cradle to grave.

  • Ensure that all HAZMAT is properly labeled according to DoD/Navy Regulations.

  • Segregate onsite HAZMAT from NON-HAZMAT items, and stores HAZMAT in properly designated spaces/equipment (Flammable lockers, Corrosive lockers, etc.)

  • Manages the onsite HAZMAT Team, conducting training in the storage and transportation of HAZMAT.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A high school diploma/GED.

  • 8+ years' experience in any combination of inventory planning or control.

  • Experience and ability in Hazmat inventory and shelf-life management, and Automated Data Processing (ADP).

  • Must be a US Citizen: This position resides on a military installation or within a government facility which requires US Citizenship and the ability to qualify and maintain a Common Access Card.

  • 3+ years' experience supervising at least 10 people doing similar or related type work on similar contracts, or on a project of comparable scope and magnitude.

  • Ability to complete a government approved shelf-life management training course.

  • Experience with database management systems, HMIRS/Fedlog and Navy ERP.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.

Additional desired and preferred experience & skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in logistics planning.

  • A bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, engineering, or related science and/or experience with hazardous waste management and safety procedures.

  • Analyze user's requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.

  • Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology. Incorporate new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

  • U.S. citizenship.

  • Twenty (20) years of experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity.

  • A bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university OR

  • Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

  • Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts.

  • Experience working in: an agile/DevOps environment, with authentication types (identity stores, certs, keys, RBAC); with routing and switching, fiber and copper network connections, with automation and orchestration tools like Salt, Ansible; with scripting languages (ie Perl, Bash, Python).

  • Network Function Virtualization: Virtual router/Switch, Virtual FW, Virtual Load Balancers;

  • Knowledge on supporting VLANs, in an IP fabric (VXLAN, EVPN);

  • Network Drawings and creation of SOPs, Best Practice Guides, and System Network interface requirements documents;

  • IP fabric underlay and overlay concepts;

  • Development of Architectures and creating comprehensive network designs for network upgrades and depreciated replacements;

  • Plan integration, scaling, route and security policies and enforcement points and methodologies;

  • Software defined networking (SDN) Network Disaggregation technologies and methodologies along with open source solutions;

  • Plan, analyze, document, and deploy defense in depth initiatives in the data centers to accurately protect the network;

  • Monitoring of route path selections (eBGP, IBGP), advertisement of VXLAN via EVPN and the modification of leafs (access ports) using automation tools such as Python, (PyEZ, Ansible, or Netconf).

Qualifications

Qualifications

To be successful in these roles you will have:

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • Prior Navy or Military Logistic experience. Expeditionary Logistics is a plus.

  • Prior experience related to designing, acquiring, assembling, integrating, storing, shipping, and maintaining deployable medical systems.

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred related to the job description listed above.

  • Three (3) years to Five (5) years of professional experience in Logistic within your field.

PPBE Program Analyst - Serco

This Program Analyst will be on a dynamic team, providing technical reviews and analyses ofN2N6N Tactical Networks & C3 Division PPBE Coordination and POM development Support. The work will be performed at the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia. Bring your expertise and collaborative skills to make an impact toward our military defense and safety of our sailors.

This position is contingent upon your ability to maintain your active Secret level clearance. This position is also contingent upon an award of contract.

Serco supports the US Navy as a prime for their contract which supports their defense work on Information Operations (N2N6). The US Navy headquarters staff at the Pentagon, known as OPNAV, supports the Chief of Naval Operations in his mission to support the warfighter by setting requirements, budgeting resources, and managing programs for many different Navy programs. You will be part of a small, dedicated team that works closely with the customer and other Serco teams to deliver quality systems.

In this role, you will:

  • Retrieve financial data from the Program and Budget Information System (PBIS) or Resource Allocation Planning System (RAPS), organize and analyze the data. Report findings using charts, graphs or other appropriate presentation format in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel or other software package as designated by division PPBE Coordinator or ROs.

  • Maintain awareness and understanding of overarching POM schedules and division leadership calendars.

  • Maintain familiarity with the financial structure of division programs and investments using PBIS, RAPS, and PBISWeb to examine budget exhibits (RDocs and PDocs), or other data sources as required.

  • Understand the portfolio of programs in their assigned area well enough to analyze proposed and finalized programmatic adjustments in PBIS and RAPS to determine how programming and budgeting issues therein affect division programs.

  • Prepare, coordinate, and submit technical changes to correct errors or other anomalies to the PPBE Coordinator.

  • Track Obligations and Execution performance of division programs.

  • Support development and data entry of division PPBE issues into RAPS for transfer to PBIS or for direct entry into PBIS.

  • Support preparation, staffing and submission of division program reviews.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or 5 years of Budget Information System (PBIS) or Resource Allocation Planning System (RAPS) experience in lieu of degree.

  • An active Secret Clearance is required to be considered.

  • 5 years overall experience (Active/Reserve Duty, DoD Civilian, or Defense Contractor) with at least of 3 years as a member of a POM development and integration team in C4ISR, IT, SIGINT, EW or Cyber.

  • Experience using PBIS, RAPS, SNaP, or other similar DoD programming management database.

  • Experience working with OPNAV N8, OPNAV N9, FM&C, Budget Submission Office (BSO), or other similar Navy, DoN, or DoD program development organizations.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

The Operations Research Analyst will work with a fast-paced team delivering analysis to support data-driven decisions. You will use statistical and analytical tools to develop smart solutions our clients' toughest challenges. You will work in close collaboration with senior government and commercial customers providing consultation, recommendations, and support. The Analyst will report to the Director for Analytics, Cyber, and Technology Solutions and will operate in various roles such as individual contributor, team member, and project lead. You will interface with customers on a regular basis to develop project requirements, collaborate and work on integrated teams, and to brief, defend, and support project results, and a high degree of teamwork, collaboration skills, and personal integrity are required. This is a hybrid role and which will require you work on site but also provide opportunities to work remotely at times. This position is based in Niceville, FL.

In this role you will:

  • Serve as operations research analyst subject matter expert working on project teams with other consultants representing multi-disciplinary skillsets

  • Be part of leading-edge projects to deliver analytic solutions to government problems

  • Assist in study design and execution (potentially in collaboration with FFRDC, government or other contractor team members), while simultaneously demonstrating an innovative ability to modify/adapt techniques to fit situations and problems of interest

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • US citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance

In the Administrative Clerk role, you will:

  • Provide direct support to program administrators by providing administrative services to type, edit, and distribute a wide variety of correspondence under established guidelines and procedures

  • Prepare personal awards based on an awards template as well as engraving names and command logo on plaques in accordance with standard operating procedures

  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and visitors
