Job Description

The Sr. Finance Manager will drive exceptional capital/operating forecasts/budgets, trend analysis, financial modeling and reporting focused on the supported Departments/Business Unit(s). The Sr. Finance Manager will provide guidance to leadership on the financial trends and operational drivers behind the results and present reports on findings, including new business opportunities and guidance on course corrections in the baseline business.

What you'll do in your role.

- Leads the development, interpretation, and implementation of financial concepts for financial planning and control for both the departmental operating and capital budgets and forecasts. Gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, trended future requirements and operating forecasts

- Use statistical and financial modeling techniques to analyze results and identify variances and underlying causes, opportunities, and risks. Provide actionable insights around trends, financial performance. Present findings to Senior Management, including suggestions for course correction

- Utilize analytical and modeling capability to perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to enhance decision making across a range of options and present findings and recommendations for prioritization of resources to all levels of the organization

- Lead the development of key performance indicators and benchmarks across accounts, markets, business units, and channels; develop process for measurement and reporting; communicate results to leadership via dashboards and reports

- Work internally and with strategic partners to ensure processes and procedures are in place for proper accounting controls and audits. Ensure that forecasts /budgets reflect current policies/procedures

- Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed

The experience you'll bring.

Minimum required

- 9+ years in Analytics and Planning

- 2+ years' experience in SAP or similar ERP with 2 + years' experience with SAP/BPC, Hyperion or similar tools

- 2+ years Wireless Telecom or similar subscription-based work experience

- Thorough understanding of Finance and Accounting principles, financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

- Experience building and maintaining highly complex predictive models. Highly proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint. Advanced MS Excel modeling skills and applied business statistics, including MS Excel tool pack or other analysis package (like Crystal Ball)

- Proven ability to communicate complex concepts and analyses in a clear and concise manner to all levels of an organization

- Ability to work independently and with limited supervision, manage multiple priorities

Desired

- Extensive experience as a Subject Matter Expert in business case development, complex financial modeling

- Experience with forecasting/analyzing cash flow

- Experience in forecasting/budgeting/internal reporting in a publicly held company

- Proficiency in data mining and analytics software (SQL, SAS, Business Objects

Education

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, and Engineering - Master's Degree preferred

The Account Manager, Enterprise is responsible for end-to-end account management for multiple Fortune 1000 companies in partnership with the Sr. Account Executive, Enterprise Reps. This role will reside in the field at customer locations to identify business needs by selling products and services that drive incremental sales/revenue. Handle the customer accounts by assisting with order placements, upgrades, and device management, reporting, and billing support, providing analysis and recommendations for QBRs. Provide customer device support and ongoing training.

What you'll do in your role.

  • Build a business plan with Sr. Account Executive, Enterprise on -land and expand- strategy to identify additional contacts and additional sales opportunities inside existing accounts.

  • Identify customer needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques to upsell current accounts and increase sales/revenue. Assist enterprise customers with account moves, adds, changes, and deletes.

  • Lead existing base of accounts with upgrades/device management, reporting and billing support and respond to client issues via email/voicemail. Partner with Sr. Account Executive, Enterprise to plan QBRs for existing clients, perform analyses, and make recommendations. Provide training on TBC and I billing sites to enterprise customers. Participate in event planning with local Marketing teams.

  • Interact directly with cross-functional teams and technical specialists to identify in-building coverage, customize, and write MCSA addendum and technical requirements and update TBC sites for clients.

  • Stay abreast of ongoing market trends and general developments to close on assigned accounts is vital.

  • Continuously update knowledge of wireless products, services, industry trends and the competitive dynamics of the marketplace. Participate in training opportunities on products and services and attend sales meetings. Regular focus on improving communication and presentation skill set.

  • Fully utilize all sales force automation, funnel management and prospecting tools. Run sales funnel and generate sophisticated reporting on sales activities and forecasting. Ensure all internal departments have fulfilled responsibilities to bring new national customers on-board.

  • Supports team initiatives and creates an inclusive environment.

What you'll do in your role.

  • All receptionist duties, including answering phones and greeting guests

  • Maintain inventory of office supplies, beverages, and snacks. Order and re-stock as needed.

  • Keep conference rooms and common areas in a tidy and orderly manner, ensuring each room is properly prepped for scheduled or drop-in visitors.

  • Become familiar with - and then function as initial point of contact for questions/issues related to - office supplies/facilities. Engage appropriate third-party suppliers as necessary.

Join a team that is focused on valuation, forecasting, data analytics, and performing ad hoc analysis for various teams across the organization. The team works closely with accounting, marketing, FP&A, treasury, and other groups across the organization to provide valuation insights driving business decisions and financial reporting. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining valuation models, tracking changes in value over time, providing leadership with their findings, and coordinating with various cross functional teams.

What you'll do in your role.

Essential Functions

  • Support managers in the preparation of analysis related to business valuation, derivative valuation, loan valuation, and loan cash flow forecasting

  • Value financial instruments, tangible devices, consumer loans, liability reserves, and support the valuation conclusions within the organization and to external auditors

  • Thorough understanding of finance and accounting principles including ASC 820 Fair Value measurement, IFRS 13 Fair Value Measurement, and the impacts of fair value estimates on the financial statements

  • Utilize analytical and modeling capability to perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to enhance decision making across a range of options and present findings and recommendations for prioritization of resources to all levels of the organization

  • Work internally and with strategic partners to ensure processes and procedures are in place for proper accounting controls and audits to support the team improvement and successful implementation of financial modeling under a SOX controlled environment

  • Work on a highly collaborative team providing peer review and collaborative support

The experience you'll bring.

Minimum Required

  • 3-5 years in valuation, finance, commercial banking, data analytics or a related analytical field

  • A deep knowledge of key valuation concepts, specifically, fixed income, business enterprise, intangible asset, and/ or derivatives

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VBA, array functions, etc.)

  • Experience with forecasting/analyzing cash flow

  • Experience in ASC 350 goodwill impairment analysis

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous valuation experience or financial modeling experience in professional services firms

  • Proficiency in data mining and analytics software (SQL, SAS, Python, R)

  • Experience using large loan data sets to isolate trends and forecast loan losses and payments

  • Experience with put and call option valuation using binomial lattice models and complex structures

  • Basic understanding of at least one coding language and/or proficiency with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e., SQL, BI tool)

Education

Minimum Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Math, Computer Science, or related field

  • Master's degree preferred
