Position Summary:
The Material Handler will report to the Manufacturing Cell Leader and will be responsible for work of manufacturing orders, both written and verbal. This position needs to ensure that correct materials, quantities and conditioning are ready for production use when required. This position will need to verify that the central material handling system is operating properly and efficiently.
Primary Responsibilities:
Material Conveying and Drying Systems
Ensure correct Materials to proper presses
Mixing and blending of raw materials per work instructions
Cleanout of Hoppers/ Driers
Troubleshooting of feed/drying systems
Material preparation for off-shifts
Maintaining / cleaning / PM of central loading system (filters, general housekeeping)
Disposition of finished goods from production (stage and store for shipping).
Stock materials/supplies in work-centers as directed (cartons, bags, skids, etc)
Arrange for storage of incoming WIP / Components / Material / Boxes
5s, housekeeping and continuous improvement of areas of direct responsibilities and beyond.

Based position under the direction of the District Manager. This individual will be responsible for assisting with all administrative functions as needed including 3rd party billing, answering incoming calls, maintaining scorecards, credits/rebills, emails, accounts payable, accounts receivable/collections, and anything else required as needed, etc. The candidate must be tech savvy, learn quickly, and have strong communication skills. The individual must be able to display professionalism and use tact on the telephone when talking to customers and other employees. Individual must be cross trained in all office administration functions. The candidate will perform various other clerical functions as necessary.

Accredited High School diploma or GED
3-5 years of experience in in office administration functions.
Preferred experience in Prevailing Wages
Experience managing market area billing and 3rd party billing
Excellent phone and communication skills.
Must be an organized, detail oriented individual, able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office products Excel, Word, Outlook
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

The Mechanical Engineer reports to the Engineering Manager and is responsible for analyzing, designing, maintaining, improving, and releasing world class machinery. In collaboration with other team members, the Mechanical Engineer will implement our equipment, design standards, and related improvement projects in line with customer requirements and the ITW 80/20 philosophy.
Primary Responsibilities:
Create and maintain accurate multi-level Bills of Material (BOM) and enter them into the ERP system.
Complete product configuration and data entry to drive demand for production.
Perform the design, analysis, and/or evaluation of advanced mechanical and electro-mechanical systems. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Prepare clear, complete, detailed, and accurate designs. Use Creo for detailed drawings.
Manage change control of components and bills of materials.
Partner with manufacturing and suppliers to develop solutions for meeting cost targets for projects.
Conduct engineering studies and partner with operations, field services, and customers to diagnose and resolve issues. Apply root cause analysis and perform cost-benefit analysis for various solutions. Design for reliability.
Apply the ITW 80/20 business processes, draw conclusions using critical information from available data, and lead projects.
Travel (10%) to suppliers and customer facilities.
Ability to lift 25 lbs.
Requires a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, (BSME).
1-2 years of experience in design engineering working in a product development environment within a cross functional engineering team in the fields of machine design, conveyor, or material handling equipment design, and/or robotic system design.
Proficient in the use of 3D modeling software. Required Pro/E (Creo) software.
Proficient in the use of 2D modeling software - AutoCAD.
Proficient in the use of PDM system - Windchill.
Experience with GD&T, able to perform stack up tolerance analysis.
Effective oral, interpersonal, and written communications as well as effective presentation skills.
Ability to perform analysis using the following tools and/or processes: FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) required.
Intermediate knowledge of automation technologies required.
Basic knowledge of D365 is a plus

Primary Objective:
Responsibilities include assisting management in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures. General accounting, Accruals, Inventory, Fixed Assets and Sales and Use Tax Compliance. This position is a hands-on position with responsibilities ranging from transactional detail to analyzing results.

Utilize the ITW Toolbox and 80/20 philosophy to continuously analyze processes and systems to reduce complexity throughout the business. Lead projects to map processes within the finance and accounting department, simplify wherever possible; embrace and lead the simplification efforts through use of the ITW toolbox.
Coordinate timely and accurate month end close with staff; review reconciliations of balance sheet accounts; oversee fixed asset accounting; analyze month end results.
Oversee coordination of annual physical inventory; review obsolete inventory analysis; review standards maintenance.
Review, enforce and enhance policies and procedures.
Responsible for the on-going management and development of assigned employees. Hires, manages, and develops a skilled staff and work environment to meet objectives.
Various other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: B.A. degree in accounting
Experience: Eight years of increasingly complex public and/or private experience in accounting.
Preferred Qualifications
Education: CPA or MBA

Major ERP experience (i.e. SAP)
Experience with current information technology in financial applications, both enterprise and PC based.
Effective time management and detail oriented. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to speak and coordinate with individuals across multiple functions within the MTS business segments.

The Welder is responsible for operating welding equipment to assemble components. The job can involve operating robotic welding equipment, requiring the associate to load and unload parts from an alignment fixture. The associate will be cross trained and will rotate with others in the department on a regular basis to ensure coverage for vacation or other leave. The associate must be willing to work in other areas of the Weld and Metal Fabrication department when necessary to meet production demands.
The job requires a good understanding of how to set up and operate robotic and manual welding equipment, and to inspect parts for dimensional accuracy using measuring tools. Orders of large quantities are generally processed at the robotic welding workstations, where the associate will load and unload parts from a fixture. Orders of smaller quantities or more complex assemblies are assembled using manual welding methods, requiring the associate to follow drawings for layout and assembly. The Welder will operate pneumatic grinding hand tools to smooth and polish the surface after welding.
This position will learn all tasks of the Welding area including, but not limited to, setup & operation of robotic welders, setup for manual welding, dimensional inspection, hand grinding, and disposition of materials. The associate must be a team player, self-starter, safety conscious, have good communication skills. The individual must be quality conscious and concerned with customer's needs and on time delivery. A Welding associate may be required to work overtime and work in other areas of the business unit as dictated by their workload.
Qualified associate must have a minimum of 1-2 years welding experience
Associate must have a strong background in reading blueprints, measurement and inspection tools, and capable of completing their own setups.
Required to pass welding certification for manual and robotic operation prior to assignment of production responsibilities (within 90 days).

BASIC DESCRIPTION:

Summary:
This role's primary function will be to stage products in the warehouse, assure all production lines have product/materials as needed. This will be achieved by following established procedures and regulations when unloading tankers, and blending products according to specifications. In addition, the Blender is expected to have product ready for bottling to meet scheduled demand.
This role requires knowledge of ProAP's systems, processes and products. They must also have exceptional organizational ability, multi-tasking ability, have a high sense of urgency, and maintain a positive can-do attitude. Key success factors will be utilizing organizational and program management skills and demonstrating the ability to work with members of cross-functional teams on a routine basis.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Receiving and verifying all Raw materials.
Receiving bulk tanker orders.
Mixing all products according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Maintains Scales, Tanks, and Hoses.
Marks materials with identifying information.
Opens bales, crates, and other containers.
Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
Uses computer to enter records.
Compiles worksheets or tickets from customer specifications.
Drives vehicle (forklift) to transport stored items from warehouse to plant or to pick up items from several locations for use by production lines or to storage.
Samples all raw materials and finished blends for Quality verification.
Sorts, marks, or tags finished work.
Maintains cleanliness of work area, machines, tools, and equipment.
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
12 months related experience and/or training. Must be able to be certified on forklift.
High school diploma or GED.

Ability to write read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.
Ability to perform basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide)

This is a Seattle, WA based entry-level position under the direction of Install Team Leader and Service Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting with equipment installations and maintenance as required. Role Summary:
The Project Engineer for the ITW Body and Fuel Division will report to a Program Manager and will be responsible for directing and coordinating the planning, organization, integration, and completion of engineering projects within area of assignment. This person will be capable of working through an engineering problem independently. The Project Engineer will analyze and research engineering problems, participate in equipment or product design, test materials, devices, or machines and prepare specifications/documentation and summarize data results. This person is responsible for participating in projects and ensuring timely completion and that project minimizes costs and stays within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Program management: Plans and formulates project timetable after defining customer needs.
- Communicates directly with customers (Automotive OEMs) and with global teams.
- Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling and resolving engineering design and test problems reporting results and status as needed.
- Innovates creative product solutions to meet customer needs and works with internal patent department.
- Manages and develops suppliers in various fields of manufacturing concerning metal, plastic injection mold makers and rubber industries.
- Forms production, QA and engineering teams dedicated to specific phases or aspects of project such as technical studies, product design, preparation of specifications and technical plans and product testing.
- Reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards and customer contract requirements and related specifications.
- Acts as facilitator to ensure commitments to customer are met in a timely manner and within budget.
- Maintains personal knowledge in product, application and processes appropriate to projects undertaken.
- Works with Sales to develop new business opportunities.
- Review drawing changes, deviations, and Engineering Change Notices
- Prioritize work flow in Design as necessary
- Able to utilize CATIA or other design software such as SolidWorks while utilizing design principles for injection molding
- Coordinates parts design and tool design activities per customer specification
- Responsible for financial budget for individual preproduction and development projects
- Follows IATF 16949 procedures if customer required and descriptions per the ITW handbook.
- Interprets engineering specifications
- Authors DFMEA's, PFMEAs and champions 8D problem solving activities
- Review RFQ package: Identify customer part numbers, create bills of materials, derive part weights, evaluate annual volumes, key dates, assembly plant locations.
- Develop BOM's (bill of Materials)
- Interpret customer specifications.
- Prepare customer reviews, technical presentations and open issues list.
- Develop design validation test plans.
- Develop and maintain tooling, assembly and test equipment financial plans and documents.
- Participate in regular APQP activities and meetings and AAR events.
- Create FEA reports.
- Lead customer, supplier and ITW tooling and product design signoffs and kick offs.
- Lead RFQ activities with tooling, automation and gauge suppliers.
- Nominate supplier: Tooling/Parts/Gauges/Automation.
- Develop packaging plans per customer requirements.
- Support customer build and launch activities.
- Monitor tooling, gauge and assembly concepts according to ITW standards.
- Maintain customer milestone timing in customer portals.
- Issue molding sample requests.
- Monitor serial part history.
- Monitor release of production to operations.
- B.S. in Engineering or Engineering Technology with an emphasis in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in engineering and project management in a manufacturing environment.
- Project management experience preferably Tier 1 automotive. PMI PMP certification preferred.
- Knowledge in Plastic Injection Molding part design, performance, material selection, tooling technology
- Must be adaptable, flexible, organized and act with a sense of urgency and able to operate independently
- Must have demonstrated analytical/problem-solving, project management/task planning, engineering risk assessment, creativity/innovation and technical leadership skills.
- Must be able to make sound, logical judgments using deductive reasoning, attention to detail; understand the cause and effect of such decisions.
- Ability to travel up to 35% to support the customer and launch process.
- Strong organization skills, and ability to take on special projects from concept to implementation and maintaining.
- Fluent in MS Project, and MS Office Suite.

5+ years of professional experience in purchasing with in-depth knowledge of KanBan, JIT, Vendor Managed Inventory, demand flow technology, and supplier agreements.

Proficient in communicating information to individuals and groups in both written and presentation form

Position Skills, Experience and Qualifications :

The Sales Coordinator- Seats and Motion will be based at our sales office in Troy, MI, with the ability to work remote. This role is integral as part of the North America Sales team (3 Account Managers and Sales Manager); responsible for supporting the sales and customer service administration, planning, organization, and automation including managing the sales database for the major OEM customers and Tiers. Assists with the administrative services of sales.
Essential Responsibilities:
Maintain database of Open / Sold / Target project activity for Sales team (Growth Tracker).
Maintain Sales Files with input from Account Managers and Sales Manager. Includes collaboration with Finance to maintain accuracy.
Partner with ITW Seats & Motion Operations to finalize quotes for existing and new products.
Create and maintain project sheets
Set up new customers in collaboration with Finance
Complete customer forms as needed with support from Account Managers
Review purchase orders for accuracy against quote and resolve anomalies with management
Review incoming RFQ's for all pertinent information (p/n, vehicle information, pcs used per vehicle, quote deadline)
Develop and maintain a system to record information on previous and future quoted parts for price history
Work with Operations on Pre-production orders
Maintain Customer Portals:
Administrator of most customer online portals (create new accounts for colleagues)
Upload and update ITW quality certificates
Check news on a quarterly base (e.g. new supplier guidelines) and distribute updates to the effected departments internally
Upload quotations if required during a quote process
Coordinate planning of Monthly Project review meetings and maintain project notes with input from Account Managers and Engineers
Analyze shipping data and reconcile forecast to increase forecast accuracy
Update Sales data with IHS vehicle forecast data monthly
Support sales to distributors for RFQs, Quotes, samples, forecast, etc
Gather all necessary documents needed for proper award of new business including, Quotes, PO's, Nomination letters, program confirmation, & piece/ Vehicle info. Maintain proper monthly audit documents on SharePoint site for each new award.
Analyze incoming PO's for pricing, terms, p/n's, customer contact information. Compare to quotes and work with customer to correct any outstanding items.
Support Sales Manager in the compilation and draft Annual Plan/Long-Range Plan documents for presentation to Commercial Leader
Assist with preparing for Customer on-site events
Collaborate with Account Managers in the preparation of documents, sample kits, presentation for OEM/Tier tech shows and customer meetings
Develop and maintain relationship with key buyers, along with Acct Manager, as assigned to better understand ITW's business opportunities

High school diploma or GED required
2-3 years of experience working perferred
Ability to interact with customers who are often senior purchase contacts and engineering professionals and co-workers on global level

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Manufacturing Engineering Manager is responsible for providing engineering support to Manufacturing. To manage activities and allocates resources within the Manufacturing Engineering area to ensure complete engineering support is provided to meet department /plant and divisional goals. Manages the monitoring of the moulding and assembly equipment, machines, and tools. Troubleshoots equipment downtime issues, processes out of control producing non-conforming products, low yields or product quality issues. Identifies areas and means to improve moulding and assembly manufacturing processes / equipment and product quality on existing product and processes.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBIITIES:
Manage the Manufacturing Engineering team in a manner that promotes a high standard of employee performance in a positive and supportive work environment.
Develop new manufacturing processes to support existing products and new product launches
Modify and integrate existing machinery, systems and process improvement to improve quality, increase throughput, decrease costs, and strengthen safety measures.
Partners with Quality and Production team to simplify, reduce, inline, and automate in-process inspection
Proactively leads CAPEX/Project Management initiatives.
Equipment/Facility Capacity Expansion Planning.
Overviews and co-ordinates the moulding processes /podifications/Upgrades.
Overviews and co-ordinates the Automation Processes /modifications/Upgrades.
Engineering support for the moulding and assembly manufacturing processes and equipment.
Supports the introduction of automated manufacturing cells in moulding and assembly.
Support the divisional engineering group when assistance is required.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Plastics, Biomedical or Mechanical) required.
A minimum of 5+ years related work experience in a Manufacturing Engineering role in a high-volume manufacturing environment required. (Experience with medical device manufacturing strongly preferred).
Experience in Injection Moulding and Automation processes are critical to this role.
Strong exposure to Project Management and Physical set up of systems is highly desirable.
Provides Engineering and technical support with respect to product design, specifications and functionality requirements.
Ability to train and coach others from a technical perspective.
Previous experience with managing people required.

Mold changeovers and repairs determining part defect, root cause and implementing appropriate corrective action.
Preventative maintenance of injection molds by performing scheduled mold inspection which includes the disassembly, cleaning and reassembly of intricate mold tooling.
Manage spare mold tooling parts inventory.
Verify mold tooling dimensional conformance to print tolerances using component and reliable measurement techniques.
Manage mold tooling prints.
Document in detail work performed on mold tooling maintenance and automation work orders.
Setup and operate molding machinery and support equipment.
Maintain and perform scheduled preventative maintenance functions to building and equipment.
Provide support of automation assembly room performing routine tasks such as, clearing jams, machine adjustments, pressure decay test equipment calibrations, replacement of worn parts and electrical switches etc.
Work closely with setup technicians and operators to ensure proper operation of equipment.
Compliant with OSHA regulations
Ensure good housekeeping.
Follow all safety guidelines.
Minimum 5 years combined experience with plastic injection mold and tooling.
Capabilities of making independent tooling recommendations
Ability to effectively train technician trainees

This is a San Francisco, CA based entry-level position under the direction of Install Team Leader and Service Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting with equipment installations and maintenance as required. The candidate will assist with the assembly of equipment and inspect for proper operation, uncrating and moving of equipment into position. The individual will be responsible for driving service and delivery truck to the intended destination to deliver or pick up equipment with the use of a lift-gate. Position Summary:
The Assistant Controller will report to the Division Controller and will be responsible for the daily operations of the financial team in Frankfort, Illinois. With responsibility for all local financial reporting, the assistant controller will manage work flow, meet all monthly reporting obligations, prepare analysis of financial data and other duties to support the team from a local and division perspective. As a leader for their team, the Assistant Controller will support all talent management, team development and related activities.

Primary Responsibilities:
Compiles financial reports from individual reports of subordinates required by management
Supervises and participates in preparing and auditing materials requiring analyses of supporting documents and insures that all entries are entered into the system properly
Identifies and resolves problems and inconsistencies, determining appropriate corrective procedures
Communicates and coordinates accounting policies, practices, and procedures with department and company managers and officials, vendors, reporting agencies, clients, customers, and the public
Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow
Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures
Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates
Serving as a backup and/or assisting, as needed, in functional accounting responsibilities (collections, A/R cash application, processing credit card payments, A/P voucher processing, handling customer/vendor calls, etc.)
Adjusts errors and complaints
Directly supervises 2-4 employees in the accounting area.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, interviewing, hiring and training employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems, planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees
