Primary Objective:
Responsibilities include assisting management in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures. General accounting, Accruals, Inventory, Fixed Assets and Sales and Use Tax Compliance. This position is a hands-on position with responsibilities ranging from transactional detail to analyzing results.
Major Areas of Accountability:
Responsibilities include assisting management in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures. This position is a hands-on position with responsibilities ranging from transactional detail to analyzing results.
Assist with the maintenance and improvement of the internal control environment including general adherence and knowledge of SOX controls and external audit procedures, as applicable. Ensures daily management activities are conducted in compliance with internal and external control requirements.
Utilize the ITW Toolbox and 80/20 philosophy to continuously analyze processes and systems to reduce complexity throughout the business. Lead projects to map processes within the finance and accounting department, simplify wherever possible; embrace and lead the simplification efforts through use of the ITW toolbox.
Coordinate timely and accurate month end close with staff; review reconciliations of balance sheet accounts; oversee fixed asset accounting; analyze month end results.
Oversee coordination of annual physical inventory; review obsolete inventory analysis; review standards maintenance.
Review, enforce and enhance policies and procedures.
Responsible for the on-going management and development of assigned employees. Hires, manages, and develops a skilled staff and work environment to meet objectives.
Various other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: B.A. degree in accounting
Experience: Eight years of increasingly complex public and/or private experience in accounting.
Preferred Qualifications
Education: CPA or MBA
Experience:
Background in cost accounting
Major ERP experience (i.e. SAP)
Experience with current information technology in financial applications, both enterprise and PC based.
Effective time management and detail oriented. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to speak and coordinate with individuals across multiple functions within the MTS business segments.

Primary Objective:
Oversees the multi-state payroll accounting function. Ensures compliance with Company policy, SOX guidelines and all federal, state, and foreign payroll tax reporting requirements. Ensures the payroll processing schedules are met. Safeguards the security of all payroll related data and records. Prepares payroll accounting, including the journal entries and reconciliations.
Major Areas of Accountability:
- Ensures the execution of the North American payroll in a timely manner in accordance with Company policy.
- Audits and analyzes payroll results using judgment to detect errors and/or anomalies and determine appropriate resolution.
- Manages employee payroll master data, including the determination of appropriate classification and accounting of employee earnings as well as the determination of appropriate tax jurisdictions and sufficient documentation/authorization for deductions per federal and state law.
- Ensures the execution of all Canadian payroll related procedures including input, output, and taxes, as well as working with the ITW division service provider.
- Manages time reporting data including review and analysis of on-line time sheet submissions and correction of errors to ensure accurate labor distribution.
- Maintains and safeguards all Payroll records ensuring strict confidentiality and in accordance with Company policy.
Manages general accounting procedures for all Payroll based transactions, including the analysis and reconciliation of payroll and tax data.
Communicates and interacts effectively with Company personnel to convey Payroll policy and procedure requirements. Communicates effectively with other departments to coordinate work efforts and resolve problems. Acts as the primary liaison with HR on payroll related matters.
Leads the Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and serve as process owner for payroll ensuring all requirements are met and compliance is maintained.
Ability to troubleshoot and create process improvements.

- CPP certification preferred.
- Ability to use experience and judgment to plan and prioritize projects and job accountabilities.
- Highly organized, self-motivated and attention to detail.
- Ability to respond to inquiries from internal and external customers and maintain effective working relationships with company personnel and with persons outside the company.
- Proficient computer skills including MS Excel, MS Word and integrated computer applications for HR and Payroll. Knowledge of SAP and Dayforce preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.

Position Summary -
Coordinates production efforts to meet customer expectations, management's goals, and expectations. This is accomplished via planning, ordering/monitoring vendor components, setting up Trans4M logic, pricing, tracking inventory levels, daily shipping requirements, and customer orders. This position will travel between Frankfort, Mokena, Lockport and Richton Park.
. Maintains inventory accuracy, carries out the necessary inventory transactions on the ERP system.
. Acts as a central contact for all vendors, ensures on time delivery per release schedules from vendor
. Orders inventory items from the vendors and ensures all inventory items are in plant to run production
. Order MRO items as assigned and avoid stock outs.
. Responsible to maintain vendor pricing via RPS approval process.
. Ability to interface effectively with all employees through senior leadership
. Works with vendors and production team on the build out of product during design change
. Works with the suppliers and customers on the build out of product prior to programs end of life.
. Acts as a central customer contact for molding, assembly, and shipping in relation to outsource products.
. Enter purchase orders and customer pricing in Trans4M.
. Responsible for continuous improvements of material process
. Partner with other related departments to identify and resolve vendor delivery issues timely.
. Analyze customer releases and evaluate stock levels which support these releases, so that we have 100% on time delivery to the customer.
. Analyze inventory on hand to keep at company set guidelines within our inventory grading process guidelines.
. Perform daily required monitoring of customer systems, portals, SAVE survey's (i.e., Ford DDL, web sites...etc.), and maintain evidence logs. Perform internal record keeping as required.
. Support cycle counts and system inventory accuracy daily.
. Ensure system suggested ordering quantities are in line and utilize system generated shortage and supplier past due reports to ensure production does not shut down due to lack of purchased items.
. Ensure safe work practices, follow company process around safety and support audits as assigned.
. Complete other duties as assigned.
. High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's Degree in related field is a plus
. At least 5 years manufacturing experience,
. At least 1 year of job-related experience
. Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
. Computer proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel with the ability to create spreadsheets with advanced calculations is required, Trans4M is a plus or other ERP system use.
. Ability to prioritize and multi-task high volume, in a fast-paced environment
. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
. Ability to problem solve with limited ambiguous information and find root cause, follow through to correction.
. Must have the ability to work well in a team and individually.
. Must be self-motivated, willing to grow, and develop skills for advancement
. Experience with Material Requirement Planning (MRP).
. Knowledge of Kanban/Pull systems is a plus
. Must be flexible to work overtime and weekends
. Working knowledge of manufacturing systems, best practices, and continuous improvement principles preferred
. Possess excellent customer service skills

Responsible for sales in Americas for supported industrial markets. Grow Industrial sales by optimizing the relevant sales channels, developing business at key customers and applications, and exploring alternative sales channel opportunities. Responsible for effective administration of sales/ sales related personnel performance and development. Report to the Business Unit Manager, position based out of our Hatfield, PA office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee Sales, Account Management, and Business Development functions for the Industrial sector. Deliver quarterly revenue targets that are consistent with growth, gross margin, and customer satisfaction objectives.
Build strong relationships with key OEM and end user customers to understand their long-term business and market requirements. Identify, prepare, and position appropriate Company technical, marketing, and quality expertise with customers to root these relationships deep in the customer organization.
Oversee and direct the activities of regional sales managers' representative companies along with direct personnel. Establish direct sales and sales representative quotas and review monthly, taking appropriate action to improve sales coverage.

Position Summary:
The Application Engineer will report to the Engineering Manager and will be responsible for supporting the sales account managers by means of communicating technical information with the customer and internal product engineers. Warewash-Division Description:
The Warewash Business Division is seeking to expand its growth in existing served markets as well as new markets. The Warewash Business Division produces Hobart and Stero brand commercial dishwashers as well as Somat, Hobart, Red Goat, and Master disposer brand food waste processing equipment that are used in hotels, casinos, restaurants, cruise ships, schools and universities and retail.
As the Mechanical Engineering Intern, you will be working on a group project to increase the accuracy of Stero part documentation. This will involve using measurement tools to accurately measure received parts and inspect them against available part drawings. This position will also require some use of SolidWorks software to model parts for which accurate drawings do not exist. You will work closely with the local engineering team to make sure that all parts have adequate details for an outside vendor to successfully build each part. You will also work closely with the production staff when necessary to learn about the application of the parts in question to make decisions on the proper design-intent for that part.
Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Engineering disciplines (Mechanical preferred)

The Press Operator is responsible for running each job to which they are assigned per the job specific instructions. These are in the operator Manual for each job. a. The Operator is responsible for knowing the changes that may affect the way he/she does his/her job. Operators can remain updated by communicating with the Operator who he/she relieves and by reading the Manufacturing Alerts which are posted on the Manufacturing Alert bulletin board and marked by unit.
The Press Operator is ultimately responsible for the quality of the parts that he/she produces. a. When the operator discovers a quality issue, he/she is responsible for checking the Quality Samples to decide on the quality of the part. b. If one of the following situations occurs, the press Operator will notify the Production Supervisor or an Auditor for assistance: i. A relevant sample is not available. ii. The existing condition exceeds the maximum allowable sample. iii. The Press Operator is unable to decide based on the available samples.
The press Operator is responsible for knowing current quality issues involving the product that he/she is assigned to run. This information can be gained from: a. Communication with the Operator that he/she is relieving, the Auditor, the Production Supervisor, and the Quality Engineer. b. Reading the Quality Alerts that are posted when a quality concern is discovered.
The Press Operator is responsible for the tidiness of his/her work area.
The Press Operator is responsible for the proper documentation of scrap on the scrap sheet. a. The Press Operator will also report excessive scrap to the Production Supervisor.
The Press Operator is responsible for reporting any safety hazard or abnormal condition (i.e. equipment not functioning normally) to the Production Supervisor or Mold Technician.

Job Summary:
The Technical Training Manager is a subject matter expert on design, develop and training of products and equipment as well as markets, applications, and customers. Position Summary:
The Sales Representative II at CCNA will implement territory plans to support national and regional sales initiatives, in order to meet profitable sales and earnings objectives. The incumbent's targets include general contractors, subcontractors, specifiers, Building Departments, and other influencers with the goal of providing the CCNA solution and driving business to the channel of end user choice.
Core Responsibilities:
Executes Buy-Cycle Funnel selling process to prospect and close commercial projects.
Develops, implements and measures territory end-user conversion plans to maximize CCNA market share growth within targeted end markets.
Identifies and converts end user targets within chosen end market segments to a CCNA solution.
Maps territory by geographic markets, key end user contractors by market, key influencers in each project decision and targets conversions leading to market share growth within the targeted segment.
Recommends and implements end-user driven pricing and promotional programs at an effective level across the territory for maximum benefit.
Provides continuous market insight of the territory by obtaining intelligence through multiple external and internal sources.
Works effectively with District Manager to leverage end user conversions through the channel in order to maximize end user satisfaction and CCNA profitability.
Utilizes Toolbox to analyze end user markets, end user targets and project opportunities leading to market share growth and sales improvement.
Provides feedback and recommendations to District Manager and other CCNA functions such as Marketing, Customer Service and Engineering, and collaborates with these functions to coordinate territory selling plans.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred; 3-5 years of sales experience.
Demonstrates effectiveness at determining appropriate actions to improve account position

Work Environment:
This position requires an employee to work in a variety of locations including, but not limited to: home office, job sites, A & E offices and distributor locations. These environments are not controlled by ITW. Assist and work on specialty regulatory projects including conflict minerals and supply chain integrity programs.
Ensure department activities adhere to our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and that the department is fully compliant with the standard.
Assist in PLS & 80/20 Activities to minimize our purchasing activity, determine better purchasing strategies, and identify potential improvements to our supply chain department.
Perform administrative tasks such as cycle counts, invoice verification, and resolution of receipts.

Manages the development, implementation, installation, and operation of information and functional systems for the organization. Ensure that IT development projects are completed on time, within budget and meet the agreed upon performance requirements.
Negotiates and contracts with consultants, technical personnel, and vendors for services and products. Provides support to end users in the selection, procurement, usage, and maintenance of software programs and hardware.
Use the ITW toolbox (80/20, USa, etc) to analyze the Division's workflows and identify simplification opportunities. Work with end-users to implement simplification solutions.

Job Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science.
10 years of experience working in IT including 3 years as a manager with direct reports.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with business leaders and business functions and can demonstrate a strong track record of success understanding the needs of the business and delivering technology solutions that meet those needs.
Experience in the following areas is required or preferred as indicated:
Experience working in IT for a manufacturing company is required.
Experience implementing and supporting ERP systems is required. Experience with Microsoft Navision ERP is strongly preferred. Dynamics 365 is a plus.
Upgrades conferring with vendors/customers; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing EDI documents.
Proactive assessment and evaluation of current SQL data ware house to discover opportunities for enhancement.
MS SQL Server Database administration and TSQL, IIS server.
Design, develop and support Power BI Reports and Dashboards.
Demonstrated experience leading or managing IT projects from beginning to successful completion including developing the business case, obtaining business approval, and managing the project budget is required.
Manage all aspects of the implementation and operation of information and functional systems for the organization including software applications, servers, networks, printers, firewalls, EndPoint Protection, VoIP phone systems, and end-user computers/mobile devices.
Experience managing consulting/contract resources is preferred.
Experience managing the IT budget for an organization is preferred.
Experience managing vendor relationships including negotiating contracts and pricing is preferred.

The Regional Director will have the daily responsibility of managing the Territory Sales Managers, Dealers, and Independent Rep Groups (FSO) to achieve their quota targets and carry out specific initiatives to drive organic sales growth above market rate. Incumbent will plan, organize, direct, and execute the activities to achieve total revenue and profit goals, and will interface with senior-level management, product development personnel as well as key customers, authorized Foodservice dealers and suppliers. Individual will direct the activities of the sales organization in a given geographical region through the effective management of the sales, service relationships, dealer programs, consultant support and end user relationships. This position will report directly to the Vice President, Dealer Sales.
Job Responsibilities/Duties:
Prepare annual business plan for region including sales forecasts.
Prepare and manage the annual sales plan to ensure adequate coverage of Foodservice markets in region.
Prepare and conduct business reviews to senior management and select '80 dealers.
Enforce dealer contract guidelines to ensure consistency in the dealer community.
Participate in dealer sales meetings and promote FEG products and corporate policies.
Assist in all major program development as well as annual dealer contracts.
Establish and administer target account programs with dealers, multi-segment chain accounts and key consultants.
Instill a Hunter mentality across region sales personnel to drive growth, share gain and increase profitability.
Drive CRM and FEG Sales Process utilization and discipline across sales team.
Resolution of customer and service conflict.
Have expertise in specifications, application and all FEG equipment lines.
Have demonstrated success with application of Project Management discipline and rigor, ability to manage and negotiate competitive bid project work with multiple distribution partners.
Monitor, coordinate and approve requests for special pricing to meet competitive opportunities and manage discounting to ensure acceptable FEG profitability.
Represent FEG at annual Dealer Buying Group conferences.
Manage show demonstration equipment and long-term loaner program to keep inventories at a minimum.
Select, train and develop a high-quality sales team, including Foodservice Territory Managers, Independent Rep Groups, FEG Sales Managers and Sales Trainees.
Work closely with Product line staff to facilitate customer-backed new product innovation.
Plan, prepare and conduct regional training meetings on all product lines.
