THE JOB
Across multiple live music venues, Premium Seat Sales teams are responsible for generating Premium Seat revenue which may include box suites, season tickets, PSLs, some hospitality events and other revenue-generating programs as added to portfolio of menu items to sell. Packages and inventory will be specific to assigned venue(s).
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Assist Premium Experiences Sales Manager in generating sales and administering all Live Nation Premium Experiences Programs for the venue.
Prepare, issue, and verify return of all Premium Seat contracts as advised by Premium Experiences Sales Manager
Oversee and maintain accounts receivable
Assist in maintenance of client relationships
Act as a liaison with internal departments (i.e. Box Office, Finance, Marketing) along with Premium Experiences Sales Manager
Manage client requests for additional ticket purchases
Assist with the processing of sales reports and updates in CRM System (Salesforce)
Maintain client email database and facilitate regular email updates on various items via online communication program (Exact Target)
Coordination of on-site premium experiences program responsibilities and client services for concert events
Interface with VIP Club staff to ensure smooth venue operations on event days (catering, on-site entertainment, concessionaire, etc.)
Conducts cold calls and prospecting for new clients
Assists in implementing marketing strategies with Premium Experiences Sales Manager
Performs other duties as assigned by management

The Role:
Roc Nation is seeking a presentation specialist to work on the Roc Nation Creative & Brand Marketing Team, reporting to the Creative + Design, Director at Roc Nation. The Creative & Brand's team is responsible for creative ideation, content strategy & oversee of execution across multiple brands and artists. The position is based in our New York City headquarters and will play a critical role in the future growth and success of the most influential sports and entertainment agency in the world - Roc Nation. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, highly motivated individual who functions with confidence and expertise in a fast-paced and rapidly changing business environment.
In this role you will have a unique opportunity to see behind the scenes of some of the world's top musicians and brands as we build out strategies and narratives all-year-long.
Responsibilities:
Design and prepare engaging presentations with compelling content and visuals.
Help craft the Roc Nation story by supporting the creative + brand marketing team in creating dynamic and custom presentations, graphics, and assets; with a focus on brand consistency and elevation, and a strong, cohesive narrative.
Support the creative team with ad hoc presentations and graphic needs as well as long term projects.
Collaborate with various brands teams and subject matter experts under tight deadlines to quickly address their needs.
Move work through the system accordingly and interpret multiple directions and edits.
Qualifications & Experience :
(Portfolio/body of work required with application)
Experience building decks/presentations to an expert level.
2+ years mastering Various presentation software to create compelling stories.
2+ years mastering copywriting for assets and presentations
Highly skilled in MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (Google Slides, PowerPoint, Keynote, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop; After Effects a plus).
Ability to deliver high quality brand presentations in a fast pace environment.
Able to ideate and create presentations that effectively communicate those ideas
Experience with Business Development presentations and/or sales enablement presentations.
Excellent oral and written communicator and storyteller.
Works best in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Must be comfortable managing multiple projects and expectations, and communicating directly with key stakeholders.
Flexible and adaptable to pivot and multitask
Ability to work nimble under tight deadlines, as well as longer term builds.

The Role:
The receptionist/office assistant will interact with guests and crew members to provide information in response to inquiries about the venue, events, products and services. The receptionist/office assistant will also assist in handling and resolving complaints.
Job Functions:
Office Duties: include but are not limited to; basic secretarial duties such as; answering/returning phone calls, emails regarding guest complaints, questions, comments about upcoming and past events
Filing, logging lost and found items, mailing packages/letters out for various departments including claimed items to guests (making daily trips to post office)
Various projects, often times including tasks on Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Event Duties: Deliver exemplary customer service to maintain customer loyalty. Answer inbound calls to help resolve our customer concerns through analysis to determine the most effective resolution.
Adapt to customer needs ensuring they are understood and appropriate action is taken to meet and exceed their expectations. Solicit sales of new or additional services or products.
Confer with customers by telephone or email to provide information about products or services, take, or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
Keep records of customer interactions or transaction, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as action taken.
Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
Management of daily pass system helping manage guest and employee venue access
Assist guest with any questions or needs
Other duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years in Customer Service and communications
Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy
A strong-sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Hours will vary based on events but are primarily evenings and weekends.

THE JOB
We are currently looking for a Regional Marketing Director. This person, under guidance of the Regional Marketing Management Team, will be responsible for multiple tasks that are essential to the success of Live Nation's marketing efforts including the development and presentation of marketing plans to artist representatives, direction and implementation of local marketing promotions and partnerships, and management of multiple event advertising budgets for arena, stadium and amphitheater shows.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Act as the key internal contact with various stakeholders to prepare, present and execute marketing and promotional campaigns for multiple Live Nation events primarily at the arena and amphitheater level
Serve as the primary local contact for artist marketing representatives regarding venue and show marketing plans
Partner with the local talent buying team to manage the success of local events across multiple venues
Create impactful promotions for Live Nation events using multiple regional media partners
Compile and share extensive audience and artist demographic information to shape development of marketing plans
Identify and activate new strategic marketing partners to enhance artist and venue exposure in the community
Partner with the Venue Marketing team to maximize show awareness on socials, in emails, on websites and in venue
Ensure all necessary show marketing information is input into Live Nation proprietary marketing tools
Coordinate multiple teams of experts to successfully execute marketing campaigns inclusive of, but not limited to, advertising, media events & PR and content creation.
Work with internal stakeholders to provide post show marketing analytics recaps to artists
Coordinate street team and grassroots marketing efforts with local market contacts
Day of show event coverage as necessary
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Minimum of 8+ years prior experience in event marketing within an entertainment, sports or public assembly facility setting
Minimum of 8+ years prior experience managing local media relationships
Minimum of 8+ years working with artist marketing representatives
Ability to work day, evening and weekend hours, based on the needs of daily business operations
Ability to work in a very busy, high-pressure, team setting

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Works directly with the Ops Manager and Security Supervisor to perform day of show duties
Respond to all elevated staff/guest inquiries and or concerns regarding all shows, artist meet and greet packages, amenities, as well as our VIP program and seat upgrades
Work through and correct guest concerns and complaints regarding security and customer service-related situations
Follow up with Security and Guest Services teams to ensure that service standards are met
Perform opening/running/closing duties according to Live Nation policy
Inform guests of venue amenities & make recommendations
Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area and reporting any issues encountered
Suggestive selling of all venue products and services when applicable
Keep current on all Standard Operating Procedures and be able to effectively communicate them to team members
Create pre-shift sheet and relay information from management directly to staff
Turn in all lost and found articles to Box Office
Ensure responsible alcohol service per Responsible Alcohol Service training & Live Nation alcohol policies
Ensure proper line of sight maintenance by all staff at all points of guest contact as well as maintaining the security of Back of House areas
Leads all pre-shift meetings prior to start of shift
Communicate to M.O.D. any issues that guests or team members may have

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Supervision of the Department
Organize/Manage daily & nightly Box Office operations (Will Call, Guest List, Ticket Sales, Ticket Scanning, etc.)
Assist and support box office staff in any of their job functions, as needed
Ensure positive and creative team environment within the department
Facilitate open communication with the Box Office Manager, staff and all other venue departments
Exhibit proper inter-departmental communications and organization
Ensure complete and satisfactory on-going staff training
Assist manager with staff evaluations (training, 90-day, annual)
Provide a positive team environment within the department
Assist in ensuring appropriate staffing levels.
Help set staff development and performance goals & monitor progress
Recruitment and hiring staff, ensure that hiring / disciplinary / termination standards follow all Clubs & Theaters guidelines
Promote and provide superior customer service in all guest interactions
Participate in all on-site venue meetings as needed
II. Financial / Cash Handling
Ensure that venue staff follows Clubs & Theaters cash handling policies & procedures
Balance and reconciliation of all seller cash drawers
Assist Manager on reconciliation & accounting of all ticket sales for each ticketed event and daily Box Office Sales.
Assist Manager on housing, distributing and depositing venue cash on a weekly basis.
Responsible for pricing initiatives such as: Progressive, Platinum, Dynamic, Flex Pricing as well as Value Channels & Special Ticket Offers when applicable.
Assist Manager in scheduling all employee's payroll prior to deadlines
Conduct band settlement on shows with split point deals, or when deemed necessary by talent department
Complete and distribute accurate daily ticket counts for agents and artists
III. Other Responsibilities
Create, modify and maintain inventory for all ticketed events in a secure ticketing environment
Follow standards and processes for ticket types, ancillary events and qualifiers
Monitor and maintain functionality of all ticketing computers, software and hardware
Secondary representative in all venue interactions with Ticketmaster
Ensure an accurate and timely flow of event and general venue information both intra-departmentally, and to the general public
Modify, maintain and update all customer database files
Develop and maintain call center phone system, and keep current all phone menus and calendars of events
Interact with artist, record label, management and band tour accountant. Provide reports as necessary.
Work with Premium Seat Sales/VIP team on Upsells, inventory management and any other tasks as they arise

THE JOB
We are currently looking for a Regional Marketing Coordinator. This person, under guidance of the Regional Marketing Management Team, will be responsible for multiple tasks that are essential to the success of Live Nation's marketing efforts including artist and audience research, coordination, and delivery of marketing assets to marketing partners, invoice coding and payment and event marketing recap reports.

Job Summary:
The Festival Marketing Manager reports to the Senior Festival Marketing Manager and supports every aspect of a festival's digital marketing strategy. This role's main responsibilities will include, but is not limited to, managing official digital marketing channels (website, e-mail, mobile apps, social media, digital giveaways), coordinating with our in-house creative team on copywriting and asset production, contributing to creative discussions around campaigns and promotion and assisting in all digital marketing initiatives on-site at our festivals.

This role requires someone who is focused, highly organized, and able to continually prioritize while balancing multiple projects. Experience with overall digital marketing strategy and execution is important, along with an attention and eye for detail.

Responsibilities
Daily website content management and updates on Webflow

THE ROLE

THE TEAM
The Cyber Defense and Incident Response team operates within the Corporate Information Security and Privacy Organization and are a critical function within Live Nation Entertainment. We specialize in detecting and responding to adverse events within our global network and provide snap response times to mitigate the impact of potential threats.
THE ROLE
As a member of the Cyber Defense team, you will help provide the first layer of defense by monitoring and analyzing alerts triggered by our detection tools to intercept and prevent cyberattacks.
You will be the subject matter expert in identifying real cyber threats and perform necessary remediation actions to protect our global network.
You will work with a team that shares a common goal - continuously seeking ways to enhance current threat detections and response capabilities and assist with the development and refinement of our alerts across multiple tools.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Prepare, detect, respond and mitigate cyber threats, protecting Live Nation Entertainment data and assets utilizing industry information security best practices as a member of our Detection and Response Team that provides 24x7 defensive coverage
Triage security incidents and perform in-depth analysis utilizing various resources such as cyber threat intelligence, intrusion detection systems, firewalls and other boundary protection devices
Optimize cyber defenses with proven threat detections and intelligence; reducing noise and false positive alerting
Escalate cybersecurity events according to playbooks and other defined processes
Assists with data collection, threat hunting, containment and remediation of threats during incidents
Conducts threat hunting activities based on internal and external threat intelligence
Creates well-documented tickets to track alerts and incidents worked and manage tickets within the internal and external ticketing systems
Responsible for creating and maintaining accurate records of documented processes, investigation and incident timelines and incident reports
Assists with service requests from customers and internal teams
Provides executive facing written updates and reports
Assists in training/mentoring junior team members as needed
Manage relationships with business partners, management, vendors, and external parties
Knowledgeable in business industry standard security incident response process, procedures, and lifecycle
Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and containment techniques, by collaborating with the Cyber Threat Intelligence team
Participate in on-call weekly rotations with other team members (Required)
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
1+ years of experience in a security operation center (SOC) analyst role
BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Security, or Information Systems or equivalent related work experience
Technical Cyber Security Certification(s) required (min. 1): GSEC, GMON, GCED, GCDA, GDAT etc.
Technical knowledge and experience with hardware & software as well as Windows/Linux/Mac Operating System
Knowledge of threat analysis, incident response and network security
Understanding of network architecture and security infrastructure placement
Experience performing technical analysis of alerts from various cyber security detection tools
Required to be available 24x7 during weekly on-call rotations
Required to work various 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, supporting the 24x7 Threat Detection and Response Team
Travel is at a minimum, but some domestic and international travel is required
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and a U.S. government security clearance if requested
First-hand experience with SIEM platforms, enterprise intrusion prevention systems, endpoint detection and response tools, and other security products
Ability to detect and defend against commonly-used attack tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs) against known attack surfaces such as identity, email, endpoint, network and cloud
Identify network and endpoint traffic activity to find patterns that warrant further investigation
Configure and manage security tools and platforms to optimize the intelligence value of alerts and logs
Design and develop methodologies to highlight anomalous and adversary activities
Develop dashboards within the tools for a tactical approach to analyzing relevant alerts and logs
Effectively and quickly parse and filter large data sets, using scalable technologies such as Splunk, Elk Stack etc.
Perform comprehensive analytics of current and historical logs to fill knowledge gaps
Perform low-level as well as deep-dive analysis to identify potential threats, indicators of compromise (IOCs) and root cause analysis
Comprehensive knowledge of relevant attack surfaces and security threats
Provide superior internal and external customer support, ability to walk-through remediation actions to non-technical audiences

The Role:
Perform various functions as assigned during concerts and other events such as greeting guests, scanning tickets, answering guest questions, checking credentials, and generally helping to keep the venue safe before, after, and during the events. Most shifts available will require working nights and weekends. Part-time positions are available for experienced and inexperienced.
Job Functions:
Provide excellent guest services by greeting, directing, and assisting guests
Respond to customer inquiries and provide event and venue information
Maintain order and ensure adherence to safety rules
Guide guests to exits or provide other instructions or assistance in case of emergency
Refuse admittance to undesirable persons or persons without correct tickets or passes.
Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity or designation, using criteria such as seating location, color, or date issued, and direct appropriately
Directing guests to venue services and facilities
Provide assistance with guests' special needs, such as helping those with wheelchairs
Circulate among guests and/or employees to preserve safety and order to protect the venue property.
Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, guests, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security and safety of the premises.
Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure the security of doors, windows, and gates.
Ensure guests are safely enjoying the show.
As designated:
Scan guests' admission tickets
Operate ticket scanners, printers, and other equipment as needed
Assist guests in finding seats, and lighting the way with flashlights, if necessary.
Settle seating disputes or help solve other guest concerns
Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent the passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

Applicants must be able to work holidays and weekend (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) events throughout the year.

THE ROLE
Identify, evaluate, respond to threats detected by our Security information and event management () system and vendor-led security operations team.
Proficient in EnCase Forensic investigation procedures and case reporting.
Independently plan, organize and devise approaches necessary to respond to incidents and obtain useful forensic information from the evidence submitted, taking into consideration the requirements by agency regulations, federal and state laws - and company policies as they apply.
Lead a combined physical and virtual team of incident response participants during times of active incidents, including on-call schedule management.
Conduct incident and investigations post-mortem briefings, analysis, and reporting as required.
Apply broad security industry, technology, business and professional knowledge to contribute to policy-making and process design.
Research and stay current on the latest trends, best practices, and technology developments.
Ability to create custom applications to deal with specific security challenges (log collection, IOC detection, incident remediation).
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Previous experience working in a large enterprise that employs a wide range of security management tools such as IDS/IPS (network and host), advanced anti-malware (network and endpoint), DLP, encryption, anti-virus, firewalls, identity management, NAC, etc.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
Strong negotiation, influence, mediation & conflict management skills
Expert understanding of server, desktop and mobile operating systems (Windows, Linux, iOS/Android)
Expert understanding of network architecture and security infrastructure placement
The candidate must also be available 24/7 and willing to work long hours during a critical incident
Travel is at a minimum, but some domestic and international travel is required.
Exceptional ability to remain calm under stress
Featured speaker/presenter at state or national security conference (Black Hat, DefCon, B-Sides, etc.)

THE TEAM
The Cyber Defense and Incident Response team operates within the Corporate Information Security and Privacy Organization and are a critical function within Live Nation Entertainment. We specialize in detecting and responding to adverse events within our global network and provide snap response times to mitigate the impact of potential threats.
THE ROLE
As a member of the Cyber Defense and Incident Response team, you will help i ntegrate and apply CTI knowledge of cybersecurity adversary activity into Live Nation Entertainment's detection and response systems and processes. You will have a thorough understanding of the cyber threat landscape and have an exceptional ability to conduct trending and correlation analysis of various cyber intel sources for the purposes of indicator collections, attributions and establishing countermeasures to proactively defends against threat actors.
You will work with a team that shares a common goal - continuously seeking ways to protect Live Nation Entertainment from threats, which will include supporting detection and incident response through intrusion analysis and providing the most up to date intelligence.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Track day-to-day emerging cyber events and identify those with the greatest impact on our customers including but not limited to cybercrime, geopolitical escalations influencing cyber activity, and global trends which may affect Live Nation Entertainment
Work independently and collaboratively to gather, analyze and disseminate intelligence information and brief internal stakeholders and/or leadership as necessary
Develop indicators of compromise (IOCs) signatures and analytics to optimize cyber defenses for rapid detection capabilities and to reduce noise and false positive alerting
Perform ongoing threat hunting and content development to enhance and keep up-to-date current threat detections across various detection and prevention tools
Escalate cybersecurity events according to playbooks and other defined processes
Assists with data collection, threat hunting, containment, and remediation of threats during incidents
Develop and maintain new technical and non-technical sources of information, threat research, threat profile development, analysis, briefings, and security awareness notifications
Establishing a threat modeling methodology to identify, classify, prioritize and report on cyber threats using a structured approach
Design, develop and maintain a threat intel database as well as develop an IOC lifecycle management for onboarding and offboarding indicators from current detection tools
Develop a portfolio of historical threat activity, trends and common attack vectors to detect future incidents
Contribute to continuous improvement and enhancements of current processes and methodologies
Participate in on-call weekly rotations with other team members (Required)
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
2+ years of experience as a Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst, conducting intelligence research with a focus on cyber threat analysis or a combination of intelligence and research with threat detection or incident response work
BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Security, or Information Systems or equivalent related work experience
Technical Cyber Security Certification(s) required (min. 1): GCTI, GCIA, GDSA, GSEC, GCDA, GDAT etc.
Experience with programming & scripting languages: Python, JavaScript, Java, PHP, and HTML
Extensive experience researching, collecting, analyzing and interpreting data
Exceptional verbal communication and technical writing skills with an ability to effectively interact with and convey information to people who possess varying levels of understanding on applicable topics
Must be willing to be available 24x7 during weekly on-call rotations
Must be willing to work non-traditional hours which may occur over weekends and holidays in support of incidents as needed
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and a U.S. government security clearance if requested
Exhibit a deep knowledge of adversary techniques and emerging threats that could have a direct or indirect impact on business operations, technology infrastructure and customer trust, with demonstrated application of CTI principles to include adversary methodologies and TTPs, IOCs, and malware analysis
Experience with different threat types: ransomware, bots, crypto miners, RATs, info stealers, trojans, malicious JavaScript, phishing sites, fake profiles, man-in-the-middle and others
Technical know-how on extracting threat data (IP's, domains, ports, malware, and malicious communications) from multiple sources
Experience in investigating threats, utilizing OSINT and other research techniques to uncover threat actors and their TTPs while providing context to threats and reaching conclusions from incomplete or missing data
Ability to quickly learn and develop proficiency in technical and analytical tools to perform intrusion, link, and pattern analysis
Experience applying CTI expertise to drive impactful outcomes in cross-domains areas including but not limited to finance, disinformation, targeting, and space
Ability to apply attack frameworks to tactical intelligence
Manage relationships with business partners, management, vendors, and external parties
Travel is at a minimum, but some domestic and international travel is required.

The Role:
Roc Nation is looking for a Senior Sales Manager in the Music Brand Partnerships division to drive revenue for our clients and events This role is an incredible opportunity for a candidate interested in growing their rolodex with major brands and agencies and closing branded entertainment deals for top music artists and event partnerships.
The candidate will be responsible for handling their own book of business and coverage each week and assisting the team in attaining and exceeding revenue goals in this very competitive and high-growth space, while building relationships with major global brands.
The candidate will also support the MADE IN AMERICA music festival and related initiatives; Founded in 2012, Made in America is Roc Nation's annual music and cultural festival with a diverse performance lineup curated by JAY-Z, that takes place each year on the iconic Benjamin Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia.
Responsibilities/Key Areas of Focus:
Responsible for sales outreach and negotiating partnerships between Roc Nation talent and properties with leading brands and advertisers
Maintain weekly coverage of brand outreach and client relationship management
Prepare sales-related documents (e.g., proposals, deal memos, etc.., )
Serve as the point of contact for brand clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests
Assistance in servicing existing and newly developed accounts
Learn and use digital sales systems and conceptual sales processes and understand Roc Nation Unified business strategies
Work together with creative & partnerships team to provide input in the development of sales and marketing materials, including content, positioning, and pitch materials
Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing, prospecting, and fostering accounts via consultative selling. Background working at a Talent Agency, Music Label or Management firm is preferred but not required.
Has a passion for sales and an outbound mentality
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

THE TEAM
The Cyber Defense and Incident Response team operates within the Corporate Information Security and Privacy Organization and are a critical function within Live Nation Entertainment. We specialize in detecting and responding to adverse events within our global network and provide snap response times to mitigate the impact of potential threats.
THE ROLE
As the Manager of the Cyber Defense team, you will help provide the first layer of defense by continuously seeking way to enhance current detections by leveraging innovative automation techniques that improve detection and response times to intercept and defend against cyberattacks.
You will be the subject matter expert in all things related to threat detection and response. Learning how the adversary operates and their key objectives is imperative to protecting and defending against damage to mission critical systems. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Prepare, detect, respond and mitigate against cyber threats, protecting Live Nation Entertainment data and assets utilizing industry information security best practices
Lead a geographically dispersed team of technical detection and response analysts who are responsible for monitoring, detecting, triaging, and responding to security events and incidents in Live Nation Entertainment's 24x7 global network
Implementation of detection methodologies with a solid understanding of how to baseline network traffic and monitor for anomalous activity for early detection and mitigation
Responsible for all management activities related to the Threat Detection and Response team's operations including people management, training, and mentoring of direct reports
Leverage automation and orchestration solutions to automate repetitive tasks
Network, collaborate and engage multiple internal and external teams and subject matter experts to address cyber security issues to reduce overall organizational risk
Contribute to and support team projects and strategic initiatives, including improving current workflows and processes to mature our monitoring and response capabilities
Assist with incident response as events are escalated to include threat hunting, data collection/analysis, triage, containment, remediation and documentation
Champion process documentation and lessons learned to improve team efficiency and consistency for scalable response operations to ensure continuous improvement of internal playbooks
Develop and deliver metrics that measure the team's efficiency and effectiveness to leadership

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
8+ years of Information Technology experience
Member of a Security Operations Center (SOC)
Security Incident Response Analyst or supporting function (2 years minimum)
eDiscovery or related role performing forensic functions
2+ years of Information Security and Incident Response or similar discipline
2+ years of Linux/Unix, Mac and Windows system analysis experience
Technical Cyber Security Certification(s) required (min. 1): GCED, GCDA, GDAT etc.
BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Security, or Information Systems or equivalent related work experience
Experience working in a large enterprise and management of a wide range of security tools such as IDS/IPS (network and host), advanced anti-malware (network and endpoint), DLP, encryption, anti-virus, firewalls, identity management, NAC, etc.
Familiarity with security standards NIST Cyber Security Framework, NIST SP800-61 R2 and ISO/IEC 27035
Experience with threat modeling concepts such as threat indicators, threats actors and attack surfaces
Understanding of network architecture and security infrastructure placement

Technical Savvy. Must be able to design and implement dashboards, reports and queries using various query and scripting languages
Ability to reverse engineer how a network or endpoint was compromised to develop new detections to prevent future attacks of the same
Consistent and proven ability to generate well-organized notes at a high-level and ability to document timelines of events and incidents in the internal ticketing system

This position reports to the Chief Digital Officer and serves as a key member of the Roc Nation digital team. The role will support the CDO, digital department and continued development of the Roc Nation roster. THE JOB
Live Nation is seeking qualified Box Office Managers to oversee ticketing operations for concert venues in multiple locations around the US. This detail-oriented position requires excellent organizational skills, professional interaction with management personnel, partners, clients of all levels, an ability to work efficiently, accurately and effectively under pressure, and ability to complete and prioritize tasks in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in various ticketing software, staff management, and guest relations.

Develop strong working relationships with Live Nation promoters, ticketing staff, guests, and affiliated partners
Manage the hiring, training, scheduling, and day-to-day supervision of all Box Office personnel
Ensure all Box Office staff adheres to the company's ticket operations policies and procedures

Organize and oversee nightly Box Office operations during events (Ticket Sales, Will Call, Ticketing Scanning, etc.)

Ensure Ticketing department delivers exceptional customer service to all guests and works proactively to resolve any issues that arise
Event Management
Build and maintain all events for venue(s) or locations assigned within the appropriate ticketing software
Assist talent buyers, tour personnel and internal staff, as necessary, with event programming, reporting, ticket holds and other ticketing details
Work with the Marketing, Production and Talent departments, artist management and label representatives to set-up events, place holds, process orders, and release tickets in a timely fashion
Assist with the monitoring of all ticket inventory
Collaborate with Pricing team to monitor and dynamically price tickets to maximize revenue
Partner with Ancillary Product team and Venue General Manager to create and optimize ancillary products to drive incremental revenue
Ensure ADA Compliant Ticketing Practices
Accounting/Financial Duties
Maintain accurate Box Office accounting records and archives
Ensure venue Box Office staff adheres to company's cash handling policies and procedures
Perform daily Box Office safe reconciliation, prepare deposits, and run all daily financial reporting
Responsible for the preparation of all Box Office settlement reports on event nights
Actively participate in event settlements, as needed
Other Duties
Monitor all ticketing software and hardware and report any issues immediately
Embrace all new ticketing technology provided by Ticketmaster including TM1 Entry, TM1 Sales, TM1 Events etc.
Keep current with all key ticketing trends in entertainment industry
Attend all relevant meetings, discussions, and conferences as the venue's ticketing lead
Any additional duties as assigned by leadership
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or comparable work experience
2-3 years' experience as a Box Office manager or representative, including management level work experience
Strong knowledge of customer service, computer operations, and accounting/cash management procedures
Understanding of Ticketing systems including, but not limited to Ticketmaster Host, Archtics, AccountManager and the TM1 product suite
Previous experience managing season ticket business and ancillary products such as VIP Parking, Club and other premium hospitality offerings
Ability to provide leadership, engage in positive interaction with staff and guests, prioritize, organize, motivate staff, problem solve, delegate, follow-up, communicate and diffuse possibly volatile situations with tact
Ability to communicate respectfully with diplomacy across all levels of business is essential
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
Ability to work evening and weekend hours, based on the needs of daily business operations
Detail-oriented with a strong ability to work under pressure to meet strict and fluid deadlines

Performs the Load-in & Out of band equipment and rental equipment
Set Up and Break down of Band and Event Equipment
Cabling and patching / working together with the entire crew as a team
Audio adjustments, maintaining safe audio levels. While providing a professional mix

The Role:
The Director of Marketing will be responsible for all advertising and marketing of Live Nation events for Emporium Presents, a subsidiary of Live Nation Concerts.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the handling of all publicity requests including press releases, solicited stories for upcoming events, day of show photo/media requests.
Direct the maintenance and updates of press and contact lists (radio, television, print, web).
Ensure the compiling and sending of press releases, publicity materials and photos to writers, editors and other promoter partners as directed.
Direct the distribution of creative spots to both radio and television stations.
Direct the in house graphics department on print ads, flyers, postcards and posters for upcoming shows.
Manage and direct street teams for distribution of creative collateral as well as develop street strategy for all shows, O/O properties, and third party venues where LN Dallas promotes concerts
Ensure the arrangement of artist/media interviews; phone-ins, remotes, in-studio, etc.
Develop creative marketing/promotional plans with outside agents and managers as well as internal senior level marketing executives
Implement creative marketing/promotional plans with local media including the negotiation of rates and the implementation of paid/trade advertising schedules.
Assist the Sponsorship Department with year round maintenance and end of year recaps for each show and series as assigned.
Direct show and non-show related marketing projects and initiatives.
Direct digital, social media, and tech strategy for LN promoted shows, venue awareness, and local market growth in these segments.
Direct the creation of high impact promotions and strong consumer awareness for various events with a focus on non- paid media which results in driving ticket sales.
Manage overall marketing budgets for both show and non-show related initiatives
Build strong relationships with record labels, publicity firms, artist management, internal employees and management and other industry stake holders.
Work closely with the booking staff to identify opportunities for media driven programming i.e. radio shows, themed events, etc.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
Minimum of 5 years' experience marketing live events.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work day, evening and weekend hours, based on the needs of daily business operation.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Works directly with the Ops Manager and Security Supervisor to perform day of show duties
Respond to all elevated staff/guest inquiries and or concerns regarding all shows, artist meet and greet packages, amenities including Foundry access as well as our VIP program and seat upgrades
Work through and correct guest concerns and complaints regarding security and customer service-related situations
Follow up with Security and Guest Services teams to ensure that service standards are met
Perform opening/running/closing duties according to Live Nation policy
Inform guests of Music Hall amenities & make recommendations
Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area and reporting any issues encountered
Suggestive selling of all venue products and services when applicable
Keep current on all Standard Operating Procedures and be able to effectively communicate them to team members
Create pre-shift sheet and relay information from management directly to staff
Turn in all lost and found articles to Box Office
Ensure responsible alcohol service per Responsible Alcohol Service training & Live Nation alcohol policies

Responsibilities:
Handle all day-to-day administrative responsibilities for the President; this includes and is not limited to scheduling and coordinating meetings, answering phone calls and other general administrative functions
Calendar and coordinate meetings and keep President informed of any changes; produce agendas, prepare and review documents where applicable
Manage expenses, including organizing receipts and submitting for reimbursement
Review and distribute show informational sheets for Emporium Presents team
Check show announcements, presales and on-sales for accuracy
Pull insurance certificates for shows
Get venue holds and build offers for shows
Enter confirmed shows into Rome Booking system
Review and edit co-pro agreements, venue & artist contracts
Interface with marketing, ticketing accounting department
General office management
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Must display sound, mature judgment and decision-making ability, including knowing what can be handled independently and what should be brought to the President's attention.
Must have collaborative instincts and sense of humor
Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and commitment to follow up and follow through
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently but also collaboratively as a member of a team
Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines, while effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to deal with diverse and confidential information with discretion and good judgment
Must have strong computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Office 365 and G Suite for Business
