WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Provide daily support to regional promoter, which includes but is not limited to:
schedule and calendar upkeep
communicate to the regional team in all departments (finance, production, marketing, talent, ticketing)
build offers and show settlements
book travel
heavy phone and email traffic
office ops schedule upkeep
prepare leader for specialized meetings and industry functions
field general inquiries and re-direct to regional promoter
monthly expenses
research projects (yearly business plan, annual report, customer service presentation, sponsorship and donations binder, court cases related to venue, etc.)
process ticket request forms
Provide general office upkeep, which includes but is not limited to:
order and refresh office supplies
receive/sign for UPS/Fed-Ex deliveries
prep spaces for meetings
Provide support to Finance team by submitting final finance reports for shows, creating all show files and submitting venue invoices
Develop office systems, including venue accounting, on-boarding process for new employees, lost & found, charity donations, phone tree, IT-related systems
Develop manual on office SOPs
Develop venue templates for PowerPoint presentations, proposals, etc., in order to create distinct look for all outgoing venue correspondence
Complete other duties as assigned
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Strong verbal / written communication, phone etiquette, computers (ROME, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) or similar programs.
Ability to engage in positive interaction with co-workers, executives and high-level industry professionals; prioritize, organize, problem solve, follow-up, communicate and diffuse possibly volatile situations with tact
Ability to multi-task daily, be organized, detail oriented, self-driven, forecast issues and handle last minute projects to meet deadlines.
Proficient typing skills required (ability to type 60 wpm)
A minimum of one year experience as an assistant with industry related experience
Passion for live music
Some travel required

THE POSITION
Are you looking for an exciting internship experience? Our paid Internship Program provides real-world experience for students who are interested in the live entertainment industry. After finishing this program, you will have gained broad experience in various aspects live entertainment business. You can also expect to apply your academic learning to real-world situations and cultivate your leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Live Nation's Femme It Forward is seeking a Brand Partnerships/Sponsorships Intern. You can expect to develop your brand, sponsorships and project management skills as well as gain valuable, real-world experience in the entertainment industry. Interns will gain firsthand experience in areas such as business development, innovation, market analysis, market research, and creative development. Working within the core team, this opportunity exposes the intern to the key functions of sponsorships and brand partnerships.
The Brand Partnerships/Sponsorship Intern will assist in strategizing creative partnerships with brands in an effort to expand Femme It Forward's audience.
This is a part-time position, up to 25 hours per week.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Conduct research by using digital platforms, such as Google Analytics, to evaluate the performance of partner brands
Examine research projects related to current and potential new sponsorships
Review sponsorship deliverables with an eye toward data analytics and other metrics
Research and share knowledge of current events in the industry as they relate to organizational objectives
Other duties as assigned
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Currently enrolled in an accredited College or University; Preferably in a field related to the internship you are applying for
Junior or Senior standing
Previous experience preferred (school, internship, or professional)
Creative thinker and problem solver
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy
A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs
Candidates must provide a link or PDF of portfolio with the application for review.
Interns must have strong typography and composition skills exhibited in their portfolio.
Must have knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Powerpoint; experience with Key Note is a plus.
Graphic design experience a plus, but not a necessity
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have an avid interest in music, knowledge about artists, current on brands and partnership trends.
Strong time management skills a must, along with the ability to keep up with changing task prioritization in a fast-paced team environment.
Willingness to work as part of a team and take creative direction from superiors and constructive criticism from other team members.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

THE JOB
We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to take on the Security Manager role at the Hollywood Palladium. This is a part-time, exempt role reporting to the General Manager /Operations Manager of the venue.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO:
Oversee security for the Hollywood Palladium.
Oversee compliance and maintenance of incident records; provide documentation in support of incident response and analyze trends or emerging concerns.
Lead part-time staff in day of event Guest Services and Security duties
Serve as liaison between venue and subcontracted agencies, including, but not limited to security, police, and emergency medical services
Attend regular updates with Live Nation's Global Security Team
Stay up to date on all new security threats and current trends
Physically perform and supervise event setups and daily operational tasks as needed
Coordinate and communicate all relevant information for event setups and changeovers
Collaborate with General Managers on annual updating of the venue security assessment tool (VSAT) along with ensuring that the venue's emergency operations plan (EOP) is up to date.
Host quarterly evacuation trainings and table top exercises

The Sr. Facilities Tech is dispatched to various sites throughout the venue to evaluate and complete repair work on all pump, refrigeration, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical equipment. Reports meter readings to department management and make proper adjustments to regulatory equipment as well.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Follows all applicable safety precautions as determined by the nature of each assignment.
Maintains and repairs all refrigeration, generator, steam, electrical, gas, air, diesel, and water- powered equipment within the venue.
Repair and/or replace plumbing fixtures, water, sewage, gas pipes, pumps, valves, and related equipment as assigned to plumbing.
Change HVAC filters and fan coil filters throughout the venue.
Clear plumbing blockages by most appropriate means as determined by problem security when assigned to plumbing.
Complete electrical repairs to include rewiring fixtures, light bulb replacement power source repair, replacement and wiring as assigned to electrical. Install new (replace non-repairable) electrical fixtures and outlets as assigned.
Complete construction repairs, new construction and various types of carpentry when assigned to carpentry.
Complete general maintenance, installation and repairs as assigned to facilities.
Repair various tools and equipment as needed.
Requisition needed parts and supplies from the supply room for each project.
Work together as part of a team to provide the best overall guest experience.
Act in place of Facility Manager when Manager is unavailable.

Venue Nation is seeking is seeking a Security team member this person will guard, patrol, and/or monitor the venue premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules. May operate metal detector equipment.
WHAT YINZ WILL DO
Circulate among guests and/or employees to preserve safety, order and to protect the venue property.
Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, guests, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security and safety of the premises.
May write reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas.
Provide assistance to guests with special needs, such as helping with seat accommodations.
Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.
Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.

Live Nation is seeking qualified Box Office Managers to oversee ticketing operations for concert venues in multiple locations around the US. Managerial Duties

Maintain accurate Box Office accounting records and archives
Ensure venue Box Office staff adheres to company's cash handling policies and procedures
Perform daily Box Office safe reconciliation, prepare deposits, and run all daily financial reporting
Responsible for the preparation of all Box Office settlement reports on event nights
Actively participate in event settlements, as needed
Other Duties
Monitor all ticketing software and hardware and report any issues immediately
Embrace all new ticketing technology provided by Ticketmaster including TM1 Entry, TM1 Sales, TM1 Events etc.
Keep current with all key ticketing trends in entertainment industry

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

The Field Operations team builds and maintains relationships with various clients to understand the essentials of their business practice, ensure their business objectives are met and clients are able to utilize the various Ticketmaster products/platforms.
THE JOB
This position delivers services to support the client's day-to-day needs related to the use of ticketing systems and products. The CSS will be responsible for maintaining agreed upon service levels. They will follow-up as needed with national teams to ensure we are providing timely problem resolution. RESPONSIBILITIES
