THE JOB

We are seeking a General Manager to oversee business operations ensuring that the venue and all related matters operate within the scope of Live Nation standards, policies and procedures.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Establish and maintain high standards of customer service for staff, customers and vendors

  • Identify and maximize revenue drivers while optimizing the overall guest and artist experience

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Premium Seat Sales, Food and Beverage team, and Sponsorship to create innovative offerings that drive incremental revenue growth, fan and partner engagement, and profitability

  • Manage overall expenses of concerts to maximize profits while protecting the guest and artist experience

  • Oversee food and beverage and merchandise performance and strategies (point of sale ratio, variety, etc.)

  • Hires, trains and schedules full and part-time employees, and work closely with all subcontractors and/or third-party vendors.

  • Promote and establish "rental" events in the venue.

  • Works closely with Live Nation promoters and operations and provides direction on standards and compliance

  • Coordinates and facilitates event set-up with operations

  • Performs and executes successful settlement of events

  • Performs and executes timely Flash Reports after events

  • Forecasts in ROME, operational and production expenses, as well as ancillary revenue streams.

  • Coordinates day of event activities and matters

  • Excellent working knowledge of Health & Safety

  • Implements and complies with the companies' audit procedures

  • Ensures that employees performance is monitored and reviewed accordingly

  • Management of employee attendance records, for all employees

  • Any other reasonable duties as required by the executive management

  • Work closely with key civic governmental departments, as well as interaction with the community in general

  • Other duties as assigned

  • This position typically supervises a number of exempt and non-exempt positions

  • Day to day management of all venue vendors/subcontractors - HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Cleaning, Security, Trash/Recycling

  • Responsible for meeting staffing levels and budget targets for each event

  • Generate Operations costs flash report following each event

  • Work with all other departments to help fulfill needed requirements

  • Advance each show with tour security directors and fulfill tour security requirements

  • On site for each event prior to load in and until load out

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a general manager or operations manager in a hospitality related business

  • Must have extensive background in event sales and promotion

  • Ability to perform all job duties and responsibilities

  • Requires excellent communication skills, both verbally and written

  • Must have expertise in profitability analysis and budgeting

  • Exhibits strong problem-solving skills in long term and immediate situations

THE JOB

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to work with the Venue Management team in Atlanta, GA. This position exercises overall responsibility for facility operations and physical plant, partnering with the leadership team in the market. This is an exempt role reporting to the General Manager.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Responsible for managing all aspects of facility operations and maintenance, including but not limited to, front of house operations, preventive maintenance, third party contracting, limited governmental relationships, staffing, and ongoing venue set-up and tear-down

  • Must ensure that all outstanding tasks are handled either personally or through delegation to other staff members when appropriate

  • Recruits, hires, trains and supervises part-time staff/supervisors of multiple departments including but not limited to: Security, Maintenance, Cleaning and Usher/Ticket Taker

  • Develops and oversees overhead expense budgets for repairs and maintenance and venue supply expenses

  • Works with General Manager, to assist in the preparation of annual operations budget

  • Maintains and monitors records of all incident reports and investigates/manages all pending cases, including interviewing staff or other witnesses and attending arbitration hearings when necessary

  • Ensure optimum operating condition of all facility equipment, such as traffic control and crowd control devices

  • Investigates and resolves guest related complaints

  • Implementation and execution of all Live Nation policies, procedures and programs and ensuring that company standards are maintained

  • Creates and implements effective recruiting programs for seasonal event staff

  • Manages event staff new hire onboarding and training for in-sourced positions as well as ensuring proper onboarding

THE JOB

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to work with the Venue Management team in Atlanta, GA. This position exercises overall responsibility for facility operations and physical plant, partnering with the leadership team in the market. This is an exempt role reporting to the General Manager.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Responsible for managing all aspects of facility operations and maintenance, including but not limited to, front of house operations, preventive maintenance, third party contracting, limited governmental relationships, staffing, and ongoing venue set-up and tear-down

  • Must ensure that all outstanding tasks are handled either personally or through delegation to other staff members when appropriate

  • Recruits, hires, trains and supervises part-time staff/supervisors of multiple departments including but not limited to: Security, Maintenance, Cleaning and Usher/Ticket Taker

  • Develops and oversees overhead expense budgets for repairs and maintenance and venue supply expenses

  • Works with General Manager, to assist in the preparation of annual operations budget

  • Maintains and monitors records of all incident reports and investigates/manages all pending cases, including interviewing staff or other witnesses and attending arbitration hearings when necessary

  • Ensure optimum operating condition of all facility equipment, such as traffic control and crowd control devices

  • Investigates and resolves guest related complaints

  • Implementation and execution of all Live Nation policies, procedures and programs and ensuring that company standards are maintained

THE JOB

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to work with the Venue Management team in Atlanta, GA. This position exercises overall responsibility for facility operations and physical plant, partnering with the leadership team in the market. This is an exempt role reporting to the General Manager.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Responsible for managing all aspects of facility operations and maintenance, including but not limited to, front of house operations, preventive maintenance, third party contracting, limited governmental relationships, staffing, and ongoing venue set-up and tear-down

  • Must ensure that all outstanding tasks are handled either personally or through delegation to other staff members when appropriate

  • Recruits, hires, trains and supervises part-time staff/supervisors of multiple departments including but not limited to: Security, Maintenance, Cleaning and Usher/Ticket Taker

  • Develops and oversees overhead expense budgets for repairs and maintenance and venue supply expenses

  • Works with General Manager, to assist in the preparation of annual operations budget

  • Maintains and monitors records of all incident reports and investigates/manages all pending cases, including interviewing staff or other witnesses and attending arbitration hearings when necessary

  • Ensure optimum operating condition of all facility equipment, such as traffic control and crowd control devices

  • Investigates and resolves guest related complaints

  • Implementation and execution of all Live Nation policies, procedures and programs and ensuring that company standards are maintained

  • Creates and implements effective recruiting programs for seasonal event staff

  • Manages event staff new hire onboarding and training for in-sourced positions as well as ensuring proper onboarding

  • Manages any and all training programs and ongoing development of event staff

  • Commit to providing a safe and enjoyable facility for guests and employees

  • Development and maintenance of municipality relationships including police, fire, rescue, traffic and other departments

  • Coordinate and manage approved subcontractors and third-party vendors to ensure safe, efficient and successful events

  • Effectively manages and approves all payroll for in-house departments

  • Responsible for all required governmental reports and files

  • This position oversees and ensures the execution of all operating department compliance policies and procedures

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • Candidate is a proven leader with strong management and communications skills

  • Extensive knowledge of venue operations and facility management is required

  • Minimum two years' experience as House/Operations Manager or a comparable role

  • Experience dealing with police and public officials

  • Along with venue General Manager represent the company and facility in all political and community matters and acts as a liaison with local municipalities

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential

  • Experience using Workday or time keeping systems is a plus

THE JOB

Complete responsibility and accountability for the success of the Special Events Sales department.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly financial goals

  • Proactively solicit new business opportunities by conducting effective sales calls, make out-of-the-office sales calls and presentations to potential clients; handle special event inquiry calls; negotiate space, assist with clients catering needs through local caterer, create event proposals and conduct site inspections.

  • Negotiate and close contracts

  • Build/Generate new leads to increase size of potential client database from cold calls and market prospecting to include, but not limited to: conventions, corporations, DMCs, tour operators, meeting planners, associations, SMERF (Social, Military, Educational, Religious and Fraternal) groups, concierges, hotels, organizations (i.e. Chamber of Commerce, Convention Center, Convention & Visitors Bureau, etc.) etc.

  • Develop strategic and promotional plan to drive Special Event/Rental sales for the venue/region to reach/exceed annual goal. Plan to include strategic initiatives, competitive analysis, insights on new areas of opportunity, etc.

  • Sales generation - maximize revenue while developing long-term relationships with clients (both local and national)

  • Monitors changes in the sales / special events industry and develop strategies to improve and adjust to those changes

  • Evaluate / identify potential business from new clients for both local market venues as well as Live Nations portfolio of opportunities

  • Seek out and develop relationship with local industries (i.e. corporations, hotels, non-profits, etc)

  • Fully integrate into CVB to capitalize on the corporate and convention business that comes to the local market

  • Become involved in local and national outside organizations directly related to the hospitality industry (i.e. MPI, PCMA, ISES, HSMAI)

  • Attend local trade shows, participate in sales blitzes and other off-site sales efforts

  • Responsible for overall financial aspects involved in promoting and selling the venue

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • B.S./B.A. in applicable field; advanced applicable degree and/or CPSM, CPSD Preferred

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Sourcing & Procurement or related field, including at least 5 years with responsibility for Supplier Diversity & Inclusion-related initiatives

  • Experience in designing and implementing successful Supplier Diversity & Inclusion Programs

THE JOB

We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Partner who plays a vital role in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies across Ticketmaster and our Portfolio Company divisions across North America. Not only will you work with other recruiters and sourcers from across the globe, but you'll partner closely with HRBPs and business leaders to find the very best talent whilst creating an inclusive culture. This position will report to the Director, Human Resources - North America Region and will support hiring activity across our Portfolio Companies - both in Technology and non-Technology sectors across the US.

The Recruitment Partner is responsible for full-cycle recruitment activities including, sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing and ultimately recommending candidates to the business, all the while ensuring the process sought out talent from non-traditional avenues, ultimately presenting an inclusive shortlist to the hiring manager(s).

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to attract the best talent for each role;

  • Lead Kickoff Meetings with hiring manager(s) to determine the skills, experience, competencies & attributes required for each role;

  • In partnership with local DEI committees (i.e. Gaters For Change) to task hiring managers to reconsider the requirements outlined in their Job Descriptions, questioning those that have traditionally been a systemic barrier to non-traditional candidates.

  • Maintain high attention to detail when entering data into Workday and other recruiting tools, coordinating effectively with the HRIS team and others to ensure systems are consistent with business requirements, and operated/maintained within agreed parameters

  • Assist local HR teams in the development of new talent acquisition strategies and proven methods that work in the desired markets.

  • Work with the Global HR team to create, implement and maintain templates, documents and tools used throughout the recruitment life cycle.

  • Track pipeline data and provide relevant and consistent updates to all stakeholders, including reporting of all recruitment activities; and

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • 2 or more years full life cycle recruitment experience;

  • Advanced knowledge of Internet, especially search functionality and knowledge of popular job boards; sourcing platforms and inbound job search platforms (i.e. TripleByte);

THE JOB

This position will report to the Director, Human Resources - North America Region and will support a variety of HR tasks for all US based employees within the Ticketmaster North America Region and Portfolio Companies divisions.

This role will be responsible for compliance-based HR initiatives including but not limited to; workplace investigations; performance management; internal/pay equity; health & safety; voluntary and involuntary departures as well as reporting and analytics.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Provide clarity to employees on questions surrounding policy, procedure, benefits plans, perks, etc... and escalate with internal Centers of Excellence (COEs), as needed.

  • Address employee relations matters, escalating to appropriate parties, as needed.

  • Act as liaison between employees and COEs regarding leaves of absence, and benefit programs and payroll.

  • Support the HRD and local HR teams on rolling out new initiatives, policies and procedures that impact the future of work and other strategic HR endeavors.

  • Leveraging legislative knowledge and HR best practices, make recommendations to HRD on performance management; workforce planning; and involuntary departures (i.e. course of action; severance payments).

  • Lead internal investigations and partner with HRD and/or Legal on escalation points and resolution.

  • Oversight of local health & safety (H&S) requirements, including COVID precautions (i.e. mask mandates; on-site testing, as required; vaccine mandates).

  • Maintain employee personnel files and other materials, information, documents, etc. that are shared regionally and globally.

  • Ownership of all Workday, our HRIS, transactions.

  • Run Workday reports for client groups and local HR team and make recommendations based on data points.

The Role:

Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the venue's business goals and objectives.

. Keep the venue safe and clean at all time, including by not limited to: clean and disinfect all fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors and walls of restrooms, keep all guest facing area free of trash, restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed.

. Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.

. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.

. Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.

. Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.

. Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.

. Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.

. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.

. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.

. Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.

. Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.

. Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.

. Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.

Qualifications:

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Ensure guest safety through proactive personal interaction and removing hazards in the area of responsibility

  • Prevent and resolve altercations among guests

  • Lead guests and other employees in emergency evacuation procedures and provide assistance

THE ROLE

The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for preparing and processing all aspects of payroll according to weekly, bi-weekly, or semi-monthly payroll cycle.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Timely and accurate processing of high volume payrolls according to established payroll schedule and in compliance with established SOX procedures. This includes utilizing timekeeping system files, spreadsheet uploads, and manual data entry for employee hours. Ability to balance payroll and reconcile discrepancies in a tight time frame prior to service provider transmission is required.

  • Accurate processing of employee pay in accordance with regulations.

  • Process bonuses, special payments, and taxable cash and non-cash fringe benefits.

  • Employee maintenance including direct deposits, garnishments, federal and state tax set ups.

  • Calculating and processing manual checks as required.

  • Timely research and resolution to payroll inquires from employees, HR, department managers, and other parties while maintaining top notch customer service and sense of urgency.

  • Able to interpret and execute in accordance with Union Collective Bargaining Agreements.

  • Maintain confidentiality of payroll information.

  • Remain in constant communication with teammates and management.

  • Document processes and maintain to ensure consistency with each payroll

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required

THE ROLE

Insomniac is seeking highly motivated & organized Performer Attendants ( PA's ) to join the entertainment team at festivals & other music events. This position plays a critical role by ensuring the overall quality of the Insomniac experience for headliners & staff members alike. This position reports to the Entertainment director & entertainment Project Managers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the workflow of designated performers on the event grounds or at a set location

  • Ensure team well-being & hydration

  • Carry water & necessary items for performers at events

  • Keep performer teams on schedule, monitor break times & time out performances

  • Liaise between the performer teams & stage managers to coordinate performance access

  • Facilitate photo ops with characters & headliners

  • Navigate performers through crowds & have a comprehensive understanding of the site footprint

  • Complete rotations of any designated checkpoints throughout events

  • Assist the Entertainment Department Managers with needed tasks & duties

  • Interact courteously & professionally with headliners & employees at all times

  • Work late show hours, weekends or overtime as needed

  • Work effectively under a high level of pressure & demanding time lines

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be 18 years of age

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

  • Festival, Film or Television production experience is highly desirable

  • Backgrounds in management, team lead, security, military or project management are a plus

  • Experience with radio protocol is beneficial but is not required

  • Strong supervisory, leadership, and communication skills

  • Energy, enthusiasm & people skills

  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment

  • Physically able to sustain prolonged periods of walking or standing in all weather conditions

The Role:

Busser / Food Runner ensures that the bus stations and storage rooms are kept in order so that all needed items can be obtained quickly by food service personnel. They also maintain the inventory for the bus stations. If the restaurant runs short of bus tubs, silverware or any other food service utensils, it is up to this position to notify management so that those items may be obtained as quickly as possible. You will ensure that the tables (restaurant and throughout the venue) are set and maintained throughout an assigned shift. You will attend to initial needs such as water and other non-alcoholic beverages as time permits, work with food servers, cover stations, and assist as needed.

Responsibilities:

. Deliver cold and hot items by following instruction from food servers' orders; clearly describe dishes when delivered to table

. Stock the kitchen runners' windows

. Clear tables promptly after meal; bring soiled dishes, glassware and service items to appropriate areas. Clear table of remaining items and wipe clean of any debris after the guests leave the restaurant (the chairs and floor underneath the table are also cleaned at this time)

. Help to keep all kitchen expedite areas clean and up to Health Code regulations

. Properly set and clean tables for guest arrival; using appropriate silverware, tableware and paper goods. See to it that items on the table such as condiment containers are all wiped clean prior to seating of new guests

. Carry large loads of dishes to kitchen for washing

. Act as the messenger between kitchen and front of house

. Possess complete knowledge of all menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, etc.

. Ensure bus station, stock rooms and corridors are kept in order

. Obtain approval for stock requisitions.

. Notify management of any malfunctioning equipment

Required:

. Will be lifting 20-50 pounds repeatedly

. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

. Ability to work later hours

. Strong interpersonal and communication skills

. Ability to work closely and efficiently with others

. Performing reaching and stooping motions repeatedly

. Move throughout the bar and venue areas during the entire shift

. Work in an environment with loud music, smoke and crowds for extended periods of time

. Stand or in a stationary position for entire shift

. Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms

Preferred:

. Experience in a live music environment

. Experience working in a high-volume restaurant, bar or entertainment venue preferred

. Positive, friendly attitude
