Pricing Analyst
Under minimal supervision and guidance applies a broad knowledge of general accounting, cost accounting and financial analysis techniques to a variety of complex financial and general business problems.
Leads/manages major and complex cost proposals.
Develops pricing strategies and performs risk and cash flow analyses.
Presents price assumptions, financial summaries, and risk assessment to senior leadership prior to proposal submission.
Provides strategic focus to all proposal efforts.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance/Accounting or related field related experience with 4 years of direct government pricing experience.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Comprehensive technical and functional knowledge of direct government pricing practices, regulations and procedures.
Comprehensive organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and business acumen to make sound management decisions/recommendations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Excel skills.

We are seeking a stellar Special Operations Nurse Case Manager that will provide a full range of professional health nursing principles, practices, and procedures in clinical settings in order to analyze the full scope of problems associated with providing appropriate, cost effective care to Department of Defense (DOD) beneficiaries. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Collect, organize, record, and communicate data relevant to primary health assessments including a detailed medical history in order to develop time sensitive treatment plans which delineate the expected process of care delivery for selected case managed patients or populations.
Assess patient via the telephone, using established protocols, in order to provide appropriate and cost effective care.
Establish priorities for patient care monitor and evaluate progress toward the stated goals in order to provide coordinated, efficient, effective health care to its beneficiaries.
Oversee discharge-planning activities in order to ensure ideal timing and sequencing of patient care.
Provide professional assistance to health care finders in order to identify patient's needs for referrals to appropriate health care providers or facilities.
Negotiate, write, finalize, and administer product/service agreements to insure mutual compliance in meeting care goals.
Knowledge and skill in using pre-established utilization review criteria recognize and report actual or potential quality and risk management issues in order to improve practice, and ensure compliance.
Knowledge and skills in the use of VA/DOD Clinical Practice Guidelines in order to ensure an evidence based standardized process of care to military beneficiaries.
-Knowledge of the healthcare financial environment and the fiscal dimension of population health in order to ensure optimal stewardship of resources.
Skill in use of research tools in order to critically evaluate existing practices, opportunities, and outcomes.
Skill in management of information systems and technology in order to manage individual or population health, continuously improve practice, and effectively communicate practice outcomes to involved stakeholders.
Knowledge of computers and software applications in order to conduct data collection, tracking, rending, and analysis.
Ability to design and present computer-generated outcome analysis information in order to provide timely, effective peer and higher level educational programs or project briefings.
Knowledge of pharmaceuticals, their desired effects, side effects, and complications of their use in order to gauge their effect on patients and their recovery.
Required Education/Experience/Skills/Training:
Position requires U.S. Citizenship.
This position requires a Secret Clearance or Top Secret Clearance, or the ability to obtain a clearance.
Current RN license; full, active, and unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse in one of any U.S. State, the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico or U.S. Virgin Islands.
A minimum of two (2) years nursing experience and must be certified as a case manager by a recognized certifying organization, i.e. Commission for Case Management Certification or American Nurse Credentialing Center.
Demonstrated knowledge of patient education principles and management of complex medical, psychosocial, and financial problems in order to enhance patient adherence to individualized treatment plans and train peers and staff.
Ability to seek feedback from peers, professional colleagues, clients, and outcomes research, in order to expand clinical knowledge, enhance role performance, and increase knowledge of professional issues.
Skills to effectively consult with health care providers at all levels and negotiate with outside providers for services and products in order to obtain client services and support.
May be required to receive and maintain clinical practice privileges.
Maintain credentialing requirements in good standing at a local MTF.
Fluent oral and written communication skills in English in order to meaningfully interact with peers, outside agencies, vendors, providers, and Military Health System (MHS) stakeholders to exchange information, provide briefings, presentations, research, and metrics to demonstrate or advance effective, efficient case management practice, outcomes, and organizational/MHS values.
Skill in team coordination, facilitation, and communication in order to facilitate the exchange of information/ education, enhance goal achievement; augment abilities of client support network, and effect change in system or policy at any level.
Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations, professional code of ethics, and practice standards in order to ensure adherence within legal and professional parameters.
Must maintain current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) by the American Heart Association; must provide front and back proof of all training/certs/documentation.

We are seeking a stellar Strength and Conditioning Specialist that will establish and administer effective strength and conditioning protocols designed to maximize the physical performance of SOF personnel, with the priority on SOF Operators and Direct Combat Support personnel.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Demonstrate and provide instruction and guidance on physical training, exercises, movements, and injury avoidance.
Design, administer, evaluate, and document the effects of physical training protocols for SOF personnel in garrison, TDY /TAD, or deployment, under the supervision of the HP program manager and/or coordinator.
Coordinate training programs with the HP staff to ensure a safe and expeditious return to training of SOF personnel recovering from injury.
Refer all personnel with an apparent new or undiagnosed medical condition to a medical provider for evaluation and treatment.
Communicate and collaborate with sports medicine professionals and/or bridge coordinator to ensure a smooth transition from rehabilitation to performance based activities. Will also collaborate with mental performance and performance nutrition to ensure a holistic approach to human performance.
Assist the HP program Manager and/or Coordinator in developing facility standard operating procedures, guidelines, and training protocols including the safe use of strength and conditioning equipment.
Participate in periodic meetings to review and evaluate physical training programs and identify opportunities for improvement. If a meeting occurs outside of regular working hours -unable to attend a meeting, the SCS is responsible for reviewing the information disseminated in meetings.
Participate in periodic in-service training for members of the HP staff and/or POTFF staff as appropriate .
Attend required training in accordance with guiding instructions. Commands will allow attendance at the necessary conferences or courses to complete the continuing education units required to maintain professional certifications.
Perform administrative duties such as maintaining records of utilization , workload, conducting or participating in education programs, and participating in clinical staff quality assurance functions.
Develop and promulgate training materials as requested and required by the HP program Manager and/or Coordinator.
Assist with supply inventories and provide input regarding supply needs for the HP program.
Proficiently utilize computers, software, and technologies as required and requested by the HP program Manager and/or Coordinator and required by USSOCOM HQ and its POTFF staff.
Maintain 100% compliance with local mandatory command training requirements.
Advise the chain of command and/or HP program manager and/or coordinator on strength and conditioning, administrative matters, purchasing of supplies and equipment, and supplemental fiscal requests.
Required Education/Experience/Skills/Training:
Position requires U.S. Citizenship.
Must have a DoD Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
Bachelor's Degree in an accredited exercise science, health science, or physical education-related discipline.
Possess and maintain current certification by the National Strength and Conditioning Association ( NSCA ) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) or the Strength & Conditioning Coach Certified ( SCCC ) through the Collegiate Strength & Conditioning Coaches association ( CSCCa ). Maintenance of one of these certifications shall be an enduri ng element of the requirement.
Minimum of 5 years or more of demonstrable accumulated experience (continuous and sustained experience preferred) of developing long and short-range planning and coordination of sport/mission specific performance programs resulting in attributable results with individual athletes and groups of athletes at the levels of NCAA Division I, Olympic, professional, and/or SOF Operators in the accompanying, respective settings. Paid full-time experience as a Government civilian or contract employee at US Army and/or Marine Corps Infantry Units, may be counted towards minimum qualification requirements, provided this experience was gained within the most recent, continuous 3 years, as a directly embedded staff member, on-site with respective Army and/or Marine Corp entities.
Fluent oral and written communication skills in English.
Current certification in basic Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) to include Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training.
Physical proficiency to demonstrate all prescribed exercises / techniques and to hike over rough terrain and function in austere environments.
Must be able to lift and manipulate loads and weights up to 25 kilograms.
Desired Education/Experience/Skills/Training:
Prior military and/or SOF experience.
Master's degree in an accredited exercise science, health science, or physical education-related discipline.

The Carpentry Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of carpentry tasks to maintain, repair, and improve facilities and structures for a USG project. Under general supervision, this role requires skilled craftsmanship in carpentry to handle everything from basic repairs to complex construction and finishing work. What You'll Do
As Carpenter, Maintenance, you will:
Perform routine and preventative maintenance of building woodwork and associated equipment.
Design, build, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials, including furniture, stairways, door frames, partitions, and rafters.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to fully grasp requirements and provide accurate work estimates.
Cut, shape, and smooth lumber and other material (e.g., fiberglass and drywall) according to measurements.

The Sr. DevSecOps Engineering Manager provides technical leadership to a skilled and motivated team of cloud engineers, site reliability engineers, system administrators and security professionals, tasked with developing and implementing both cloud and on-premise infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to enable our Military Space programs. Program Summary
KBR maintains and manages Army prepositioned stocks at the Army Field Support Battalion - Charleston (AFSBn-CHS) land site and aboard ship to include all logistics and maintenance operations. The KBR APS-3 Program is managed and executed at Goose Creek in support of the Army's power projection doctrine and resources. The contract provides maintenance of APS-3 stocks (Class II, IIIP, IV, VII, IX) to ensure that unit sets stored aboard marine vessels are configured and maintained at optimal readiness. KBR provides limited maintenance and supply support aboard ship to ensure that equipment sets are maintained in a ready condition for emergency download and issue to operating units at the direction of the US Army. Job Summary
The Personnel Security Administrator manages a variety of personnel security & physical security matters. This position maintains a wide variety of records (stored both manually and electronically); verifying statistical reports for accuracy and completeness; compiling essential metrics and handling and adjusting complaints. Administers the Common Access Card (CAC) Program, maintains records, completes, and submits required reports and CDRLs, is the Army Field Support Battalion-Charleston (AFSBN-CHS) CAC POC on CAC issues, changes, needed supplies, RAPIDS machine changes/updates, etc.
Roles and Responsibilities
Preside over daily personnel security-related activities and maintenance to include new hire in-processing, tracking SF85/SF86 forms for clearances, maintain security clearances, national agency checks, and local background checks for Secret clearances required for KBR employees using e-Qip/PSIP or National Background Investigation Services (NBIS).
Complete all SAAR (2875), HMIRS, and AESIP requests.
POC for all G2 system inquiries. Create and Monitor G2 user accounts for background investigations.
Submit updates/modifies Declaration for Federal Employment/OF306 Forms.
Administers the Base Access Program, coordinates with employee candidates, employees, AFSBN-CHS Security Officer, Joint Base Security Staff, small business partners, and visitors.
Accompanies government Security\Officer through Personnel Security Program compliance audits, records, and publishes findings, disseminates findings to appropriate staff; prepares and disseminates Security Program Deficiency responses to staff.
Investigate Security Program Deficiency Reports at the direction of the Supervisor.

GENERAL SUMMARY:
Performs the most technical and complex duties involved in the maintenance and repair of diesel engines and gasoline and diesel driven material handling and construction equipment such as 50 Ton hydraulic cranes, container handlers, 10k forklifts, tractors, power shovels, road machinery, air compressors, concrete mixers and other engine driven or towed construction equipment. Source, screen, and identify qualified candidates for direct hire and contingent opportunities.
Maintain high visibility and influence with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to ensure alignment and delivery of all recruiting strategies.
Lead and participate in meetings with various parts of the business on a regular cadence.
Display core competencies by analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures while developing advanced skills.
Maximize sourcing tools and mentoring others on the team on best practices.
Build and maintain strong customer and client relationships and network.
Creatively identify qualified candidates through a variety of recruiting sources including, but not limited to the internal Applicant Tracking System, internet sources, professional associations, and internal and external job fairs.
Prequalify and submit a diverse slate of candidates to hiring managers for further consideration/selection for interview process.
Manage candidate activity through Workday, Phenom (CRM) and MS Teams.
Maintain metrics related to the recruitment function.
Leverage strong communication/collaboration skills to build strong cross-functional partnerships to support the business demands effectively.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years' experience working as a recruiter in a structured Talent Acquisition department.
The position may require overtime including weekend hours and periodic travel up to 25% to CONUS locations.
Must be able to obtain a security clearance.
Sources for highly skilled and hard to fill requisitions as assigned or as customer demand requires
Data analytics / workforce planning background or interest.
History of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance expectations.
Experience in a recruiting environment with an emphasis on exceptional client service.
High-volume staffing experience required.
Proven track record working in a consultative recruiting environment.
Experience working in an office setting.
Experience scheduling meetings through Outlook.
Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Possesses a Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience with OCONUS and/or hiring for Skilled Labor positions
Previous experience managing OFCCP, AAP, EEO and other related compliance requirements
Experience with an applicant tracking system (Workday preferred).
Experience with a CRM tool (Phenom preferred).
Currently hold or able to obtain Military Installation access

PROGRAM SUMMARY:
KBR'S AFCAP V group provides ongoing support and operations services to the United States Air Force . The Security Escort Program acts as an integrated member of the unit providing operations continuity during rotation of personnel for OCN/LN personnel. KBR follows all AFCENT and local base escort po licies at the three site locations to include Kuwait (AASAB - Ali Al Salem Air Base), UAE (ADAB - Al Dhafra Air Base), and Saudi Arabia ( PSAB - Prince Sultan Air Base).
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under general supervision, and occasional direct supervision, performs assignments requiring experience and knowledge of standard concepts within their field. Under direct supervision, performs routine assignments as an entry level professional. Displays core job competencies by analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures while developing advanced skills. Solid understanding of supply and warehouse requisition procedures, receipt, store, inventory, and management of materials and supplies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administers production control, inventory control, shipping and receiving of materials.
Checks parts and materials for damage and verifies quantity, part number, and serial number of shipped items.
Records and prepares status reports of requested and received items.
Discusses defects and delivery problems with suppliers and is responsible for negotiating refunds. Coordinates with operations, maintenance, warehouse and engineering to ensure proper scheduling and movement of goods and supplies.
Develops core job competencies with existing procedures by solving standard problems.
Displays core job competencies by analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures while developing advanced skills.
MATERIAL & EQUIPMENT DIRECTLY USED:
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:
Physical requirements include lifting up to 35lb, team lifting up to 50lbs, climbing, extended sitting, or standing, stooping, stretching, and bending.
Work may require using and wearing personal protective equipment such as, hearing and eye protection,
Day-to-day physical requirements may involve standard office activities including sitting/standing for extended periods of time, attending meetings, use of keyboard and mouse repetitively, lifting and carrying
Work requires moderate physical exertion including walking to operating areas and walking up stairs.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
US Citizen.
US Passport with minimum one plus year validity remaining .
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Must currently hold an Active DoD Secret Clearance or be able to obtain one prior to deployment.
Must be capable of meeting/ maintaining deployment medical and dental requirements
Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Must have effective communication skills (written/verbal) with exceptional problem resolution abilities.
Must be able to accommodate deployment travel within 2-3 weeks of accepting offer

Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 2+ years of experience, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check as well as obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.

Previous military experience is preferred
Minimum of two (2) years supervising or leading a team of ten or more personnel
Minimum of two (2) years of prior experience working overseas
