PROGRAM SUMMARY:
KBR'S AFCAP V group provides ongoing support and operations services to the United States Air Force . The Security Escort Program acts as an integrated member of the unit providing operations continuity during rotation of personnel for OCN/LN personnel. KBR follows all AFCENT and local base escort po licies at the three site locations to include Kuwait (AASAB - Ali Al Salem Air Base), UAE (ADAB - Al Dhafra Air Base), and Saudi Arabia ( PSAB - Prince Sultan Air Base).
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under general supervision, and occasional direct supervision, performs assignments requiring experience and knowledge of standard concepts within their field. Under direct supervision, performs routine assignments as an entry level professional. Displays core job competencies by analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures while developing advanced skills. Solid understanding of supply and warehouse requisition procedures, receipt, store, inventory, and management of materials and supplies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administers production control, inventory control, shipping and receiving of materials.
Checks parts and materials for damage and verifies quantity, part number, and serial number of shipped items.
Records and prepares status reports of requested and received items.
Discusses defects and delivery problems with suppliers and is responsible for negotiating refunds. Coordinates with operations, maintenance, warehouse and engineering to ensure proper scheduling and movement of goods and supplies.
Develops core job competencies with existing procedures by solving standard problems.
Displays core job competencies by analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures while developing advanced skills.
MATERIAL & EQUIPMENT DIRECTLY USED:
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:
Physical requirements include lifting up to 35lb, team lifting up to 50lbs, climbing, extended sitting, or standing, stooping, stretching, and bending.
Work may require using and wearing personal protective equipment such as, hearing and eye protection,
Day-to-day physical requirements may involve standard office activities including sitting/standing for extended periods of time, attending meetings, use of keyboard and mouse repetitively, lifting and carrying
Work requires moderate physical exertion including walking to operating areas and walking up stairs.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
US Citizen.
US Passport with minimum one plus year validity remaining .
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Must currently hold an Active DoD Secret Clearance or be able to obtain one prior to deployment.
Must be capable of meeting/ maintaining deployment medical and dental requirements
Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Must have effective communication skills (written/verbal) with exceptional problem resolution abilities.
Must be able to accommodate deployment travel within 2-3 weeks of accepting offer

Provide full lifecycle recruiting efforts for cleared and non-cleared positions.
Act as recruiting subject matter expert to the business and advise the Hiring Manager with best practices.
Be accountable for the successful execution of end-to-end recruiting solutions across an assigned area.

Source, screen, and identify qualified candidates for direct hire and contingent opportunities.

Lead and participate in meetings with various parts of the business on a regular cadence.

Maximize sourcing tools and mentoring others on the team on best practices.
Build and maintain strong customer and client relationships and network.

Prequalify and submit a diverse slate of candidates to hiring managers for further consideration/selection for interview process.
Manage candidate activity through Workday, Phenom (CRM) and MS Teams.
Maintain metrics related to the recruitment function.
Leverage strong communication/collaboration skills to build strong cross-functional partnerships to support the business demands effectively.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years' experience working as a recruiter in a structured Talent Acquisition department.
The position may require overtime including weekend hours and periodic travel up to 25% to CONUS locations.
Must be able to obtain a security clearance.
Sources for highly skilled and hard to fill requisitions as assigned or as customer demand requires
Data analytics / workforce planning background or interest.
History of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance expectations.

Job Summary
The Automotive Worker (Mech II) performs a variety of minor repairs and services to maintain motor vehicles. The Automotive Worker (Mech II) places and maintains decals on vehicles, checks and replaces batteries, rotates, repairs, and replaces tires, washes, polishes, and cleans interiors and exteriors of vehicles, drains, flushes, and replaces engine, transmission, and differential grease and oils, checks, cleans, calibrates, and replaces spark plugs, cleans and replaces oil and air filters. The Automotive Worker (Mech II) adjusts brakes, replaces windshield wipers, and similar minor parts, assists on major overhaul jobs by disassembling and cleaning parts, repairing components such as generators and water pumps, and replacing thermostats, points, electrical wiring and other items, maintains tools and equipment, and cleans work areas. This position may require computer literacy.
Roles and Responsibilities
Use personal tools along with government furnished special tools to perform preventative maintenance and general repairs on all automotive tactical and combat equipment assigned or work loaded to the APS-3 program.
Field level maintenance on US military automotive equipment. Includes inspection, parts identification and requisition, service and repair in accordance with technical specifications and specified repair times.
Maintain maintenance records and documentation in accordance with government regulations and local policies.
Properly use, store, accounting for, and disposal of hazardous materials and waste used and generated in the performance of duties. Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations and procedures for handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
Movement of materiel and assets with forklifts and dollies
Upon notification from the government, deploys to support issuing or receipt of equipment
Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)
Must be a U.S. Citizen with a valid U.S. Passport.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).
Must meet deployment qualifications and maintain deployable status.

The Carpentry Supervisor is responsible for planning, managing and resolving customer requests and inquiries related to the operations that occur at a facility which may include facilities planning, design, construction, allocation of offices and furniture, food services, janitorial, landscaping, move services and maintenance or repair activities. Summary:
In search of a highly motivated, task-oriented Cognos report developer with working knowledge of Costpoint tables to work as an integral member the Enterprise Systems Team (EST) that manages a diversified and growing suite of systems including Costpoint, Cognos, T&E, Cobra and OnBase. What You'll Do
As CAD Technician, you will:

Supports the KC-135 System Program Office (SPO) program manager and engineering in executing his/her mission as single point of integrative responsibility needed to ensure historical maintenance data in the program is reviewed, edited, and managed effectively for use in strategic decision-making processes. Reviews historical maintenance entries, defines and generates required edits in accordance with technical manuals, illustrated parts breakdowns, support and test equipment, work specifications, depot level logistics support plans, and life-cycle management sustainment plans providing supportability opportunities for the legacy tankers. Independently utilizes component failure issues to develop process improvement opportunities and innovative thinking, developing solutions related to aircraft component sustainability at designated USAF Air Logistics Center locations.
Defines, generates, and provides comprehensive analysis of KC-135/KC-10 (Legacy Tanker) maintenance data, reviewing maintenance data repositories, technical manuals, illustrated parts breakdowns, support and test equipment, work specifications, depot level logistics support plans, life-cycle management sustainment plans, and Condition Based Maintenance (CBM+) opportunities for the legacy tankers.
Develops the analytical strategies for RMQSI planning and execution, solving unique and complex problems.
Tasks involve managing technical maintenance data, developing technical briefs, analyzing historical aircraft maintenance requirements, developing and presenting accurate and concise management briefings and developing strategic forecasts for the Program Manager. Ability to respond to immediate response times for fast analysis of aircraft maintenance and resource data to respond to government data calls.
Basic Qualifications
Must have experience in Reliability, Maintainability, Quality, Supportability, and Interoperability of the KC-135; extensive experience with KC-135 System Program Office and KC-135 weapon system maintenance at the maintenance technician level. Must be able to organize and communicate effectively with government and contractor personnel in a dynamic environment. Strong interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with customers, engineering professionals, technicians, and other managers, in order to ensure we meet contract requirements.
Extensive experience in KC-135 program depot maintenance (PDM) repair and overhaul and product repair lines is vital, with the ability to engage sub-contractors and vendors to meet project requirements. Individuals with KC-135 hydraulics, power plant, fuel, flight controls, rigging, and general aircraft desired.
Demonstrated experience at or above the journeyman maintenance technician level with the KC-135 weapon system and/or depot maintenance experience is required. Knowledge of Tinker AFB and its PDM mission and requirements is essential. A successful candidate must demonstrate independent capability to meet mission requirements.
Active security clearance or the ability to obtain a secret security clearance.
Use of MS Office Suite; specifically, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Preferred Qualifications
Multiple years' experience with USAF KC-135 Weapon System maintenance, PDM maintenance, commodities management, process improvement, Air Force Smart Operations, Lean Transformation, and field level aircraft maintenance.
Extensive knowledge of KC-135 PDM Work Specifications, technical manuals, illustrated parts breakdowns, time compliance technical requirements, and historical aircraft maintenance data retrieval and analysis.
Independent ability to communicate with KC-135 field level, PDM maintenance technicians, KC-135 SPO engineers, and program managers in the interrogation of historical maintenance data, analysis of retrieved data, and presentation to the requestor in an analytical, data driven, clear, and concise reporting method. Ability to provide supporting documentation in the development of efficient and effective maintenance solutions and countermeasures to any maintenance issue presented.
Knowledge of Tinker AFB and its KC-135 PDM mission is a plus.

The Special Operations Clinical Psychologist will provide technical expertise, guidance, and direct clinical service to special operations forces (SOF).
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- May develop, plan and initiate resiliency programs for preventing and treating behavior health issues to support all aspects of a service member readiness and resiliency.
- Conduct psychological evaluations utilizing information from clinical interviews, psychological testing, and collateral sources, as appropriate.
- Practice within the guidelines of their state licensing board, American Psychological Association Ethical Principles and Code of Conduct, and MTF privileges.
- Establish psychiatric diagnoses according to the American Psychiatric Association Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Disorders including providing psychological treatment for individuals and groups, helping medical and surgical patients deal with illnesses or injuries, and assisting in rehabilitation of patients.
Required Education/Experience/Skills/Training:
- Position requires U.S. Citizenship.
- This position requires a Secret Clearance or Top Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain a clearance.
- Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctorate of Psychology (PsyD) from an American Psychology Association accredited college or university with a doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology.
- Successful completion of an Internship/Residency in psychology accredited by the American Psychological Association.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience within the past five (5) years in the independent practice of clinical work in a mental health setting.
- Providers must be able to meet clinical competency requirements specified in the Service-specific credentialing instructions.
- Licensure: Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a psychologist in any U.S. State, the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico or U.S. Virgin Islands.
- Obtain practice privileges from the servicing military medical treatment facility.
