KBR is looking for a Senior Subcontract Administrator for the Space & Mission Solutions Division. The Senior Subcontract Administrator (Sr. SCA) will perform a full range of procurement and administration activities associated with subcontracting work. The Sr. SCA will be responsible for administering a full range of subcontract type and size from Time and Materials, Cost Plus and Fixed Price up to any dollar threshold. Under minimal supervision, solves complex problems requiring detailed knowledge of field and industry best practices. Uses experience and problem-solving skills to develop and improve processes.
Job Responsibilities:
Execute highly complex subcontracts. Experience with TINA subcontracts and supplier management is necessary.
Responsible for daily operation requirements and workflow of numerous government and commercial subcontracts.
Develop and prepare solicitation documents (Request for Proposal, Request for Quote, and Invitational Bid)
Review subcontract activities at pre-solicitation and award phase for risk and compliance assessment.
Negotiate price, contract specifications, delivery dates, incentives and other terms and conditions.
Implement FAR, DFAR requirements as related to procurement.
Prepare documentation summary and cost/price analysis.
Prepare source selection statements and other required file documentation.
Protect the company's interest and ensure compliance with company policies, legal and regulatory requirements.
Review and administer subcontracts to ensure satisfactory progress and compliance with terms and conditions of the subcontract, and to identify problems that threaten contractor performance; collect end-user feedback and identify areas requiring improvements or corrective action; recommend actions when subcontractor is not in compliance with subcontract clauses and provisions, or issue corrective action plan as required
Manages modifications and change orders in support of customer demands and all other aspects of day-to-day subcontract administration
Participate in bid and proposal activities to include but not limited to data calls, and cost proposals and pricing activities, including price negotiation, in conjunction with multiple departments
Analyze and independently resolve or coordinate resolution of technical and administrative problems involving subcontracts.
Regular interaction with finance, accounting, business development and senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is preferred; preferably in business, finance, or a related field with a minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in subcontracts administration working for a federal contractor or equivalent work experience.
Must have good understanding of FAR regulations and how they relate to subcontract management as well as experience managing various types of subcontracts including IDIQ, CPAF, CPFF, T&M, and FFP.
Experience managing large IDIQ type subcontracts is a plus
Must be organized, detail oriented and demonstrate strong time management skills and be able to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to adapt to changing work efforts and manage shifting priorities.
Must be able to develop and maintain professional relationships with peers, vendors and customers, and contribute to a professional work environment by demonstrating integrity, teamwork and a positive attitude.
Must have excellent MS Word and MS Excel skills. Experience with Deltek Costpoint is a plus.

Sr. Technical Professional - Test Engineering
Sr. Technical Professional - Test Engineering, KBR Wyle Services LLC, Houston, TX:
Provide technical expertise and guidance in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of test plans for system testing. Design and execute test cases for manual and automated testing for large and complex systems. Write test automation scripts to test functionality and performance of product components developed in-house. Define and report meaningful test metrics to support decision making by the project manager and product acceptance criteria. Write C# code using Microsoft Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server. Write queries to get data from Microsoft SQL Server using SQL query tools. Create ad hoc database queries using the MS SQL Server Management console. Write automated test script to test Web Interfaces and Reports. Work as part of an Agile team using tools such as Jira for application lifecycle management. Provide leadership and work guidance by performing reviews of work products such as code and test scripts.
Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. OR a Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and 3 years of related work experience.
Must have 3 years of experience in all of the following:
Design Test Plan;
Design Test cases, and execute manual test cases; and
SQL Management Studio and SQL.
Must have 2 years of experience in all of the following:
Utilizing tools including Visual Studio, C#, Selenium, Team Foundation Server, Page Object Model and Jira.

About the Role
Reporting to the Vice President of Litigation, you will be responsible for managing a wide variety of litigation matters from start to finish. You will lead the strategy, management and execution of litigation matters which are critical to KBR's success. You will work closely with the VP Litigation, business unit attorneys, and business stakeholders across the company to provide legal advice on a wide range of litigation matters and related issues.
About You
Accountability: While you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of litigation matters you will also be expected to continuously drive the strategy and assess the risk presented by each matter. You will add value to the work performed by outside counsel by reviewing filings, attending depositions and hearings, coordinating document collection and ediscovery, coordinating resources needed, and delegating/assigning tasks to the KBR Litigation Support Team. You will provide timely reports as requested and ensure there is full transparency on all assigned matters.
Collaboration: You will need to be comfortable working with a wide variety of departments and personalities. When you are advising the business on litigation matters and/or risk, coordinating with business unit attorneys, directing outside counsel, conducting fact finding, and working with the Litigation Support Team, you will need to be keen to collaborate and build and maintain strong relationships and partnerships.
Adaptability: You will need to learn on the fly and be comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment. Whether you are directing strategy on a litigation matter, presenting to business leadership, facing a deadline, or negotiating a settlement, you are rarely flustered, always professional and polished in your approach.
Business Acumen and Financial Awareness: You will continuously assess the needs of the business in your management of litigation matters to ensure the strategy aligns with business interests. You will rigorously manage litigation costs by ensuring accurate accruals, negotiating and tracking Alternative Fee Arrangements, updating forecasts, and managing to budget.
Specific duties, responsibilities and requirements include:
Manage a variety of U.S. and international government contracting, construction, and personal injury litigation and arbitrations. Experience & Skills

Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Project/Construction Management (EPC/EPCM) litigation including preparing and responding to claims.

Job Description
This job includes implementing contamination controls and operations for spacecraft, instruments, and associated hardware at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) and will later involve preparations for transportation and launch. You will work with a more senior Contamination Control Engineer(s) and will guide and instruct technicians to ensure proper contamination control during Integration and Test (I&T) operations, including hardware cleaning, inspection, bagging and transport. Challenges include risk mitigation during environmental test (thermal vacuum, vibration, acoustic & electromagnetic compatibility) as well as during internal transport. The selected applicant will be working for the long-term incumbent and leader in flight test. In this role, you will work within the NAVAIR test community composed of government, military, contractor and industry personnel while supporting flight test.
Role and Responsibilities:
Supports tasking at Naval Test Wing Atlantic (NTWL), Patuxent River, MD, with additional responsibilities at Naval Test Wing Pacific (NTWP), China Lake and Pt Mugu, CA.
Serves as Program Manager for the NTWL/P Aircrew Services Contract, with additional responsibilities as a Senior Technical Advisor for Advanced Systems Development
