Job Description

As a Regional Recruiter - Field Operations with Badger Daylighting, you are part of a team of highly skilled Talent Acquisition professionals working on high-volume roles. This is responsible for full-cycle recruitment of Hydrovac and Assistant Operators in our US Based Operations. The is a remote opportunity that will work in key markets throughout the United States, preferred locations are Tampa, Portland, Richmond, Baton Rogue and Birmingham but open to work locations based on experience.

*Key Accountabilities *

- Source, recruit, screen, interview and assess high volumes of candidates for our Hydrovac Operator and Assistant Operator positions and any additional field operation roles as assigned.
- Partner with business and operations leaders on critical talent attraction initiatives with a focus on operator hiring.
- Attract quality talent, leverage existing tools and technologies as well as utilizing new and creative avenues to support Badger's ability to attract and source top operator talent, including passive sourcing.
- Utilize and keep applicant tracking system updated in real time (disposition candidates, candidate notes, etc.) with a focus on data integrity, accuracy, and adherence to the process.
- Coordinate and host hiring events, interview days, open houses.
- Travel and participate in career fairs, technical/trade and CDL school engagement, in-class presentations, instructor, and student outreach.

- Minimum of 4-5 years recent high volume, fast paced recruiting experience
- Education: High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
- Ability to work from home office during standard, Monday through Friday business days/hours
- Must have proven experience supporting a high volume of full cycle requisitions
- Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives
- Must excel in a fast-paced work environmentand display a strong sense of urgency to fill positions
- Detailed oriented
- Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills; ability to listen & build rapport at all levels; collaborative
- Experience in all recruiting methods including passive sourcing

The Operations Supervisor reports to the Area Manager and is an integral part of the operations leadership.
