Responsibilities:

Commercial Sales Process

  • Grow assigned territory sales and new customer accounts. Manage, retain and expand commercial customer relationships; document using CRM

  • Create and execute customer action plan

  • Assists in collecting, building and documenting inventory to Returns to Vendor (RTV)

  • Documents and reports damaged and outdated product for resolution

  • Operates forklift and other powered equipment as needed

  • Sets up pick locations for product

  • Read requisitions and orders and pull items to fill the order

  • Use electronic scanning device to maintain inventory records

  • Pack and crate items in preparation for shipping and distribution

  • Properly stage and assemble completed orders for expedited loading and shipping

  • Follow procedures to wrap orders for shipping stability

    Qualifications:

  • 2+ year of warehouse distribution experience

  • Must have full understanding of documented processes and be able to audit and train new and existing associates and initiate any revisions the documentation might require based on process change

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and complete paperwork

  • Ability to recognize, read and match alpha-numeric location codes, box markings and product covers.

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School diploma preferred

  • Forklift certification preferred, but can be trained onsite

Responsibilities:

Product Management

  • Develop strong understanding of overall industry, products and product applications

  • Develop annual Strategic Plans for assigned categories; present to direct manager and peers

  • Conduct Line Review process for assigned categories, to ensure the assortment vendor matrix are reviewed regularly. Create business recommendations based on Line Review findings.

    Product Development / Procurement

  • Lead CFT approach to source the best possible products for retail stores; including new products, product lines and finding different vendors for existing product lines

    Qualifications:

Executive Support

Description:

  • Assist the manager and store associates to achieve sales objectives and to maintain the facility. Develop general store management and operational skills.

    Duties :Operations Management
