Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Assume overall responsibility for the quality and execution of podcast(s), including initial episode edits, show flow, and direction, in collaboration with talent
Take initiative in pitching solid host, guest, segment, and story ideas
Work with hosts to structure interview questions and develop episode outlines
Consistently pull the best tape from segments and interviews to be distributed to the video, social and editorial teams
Make editorial decisions around length, outlines, and scripting
Develop new strategies to engage the audience across platforms and awareness of the podcast channel
Create a recording schedule and coordinate host recording sessions
Ensure that all podcast ads are running smoothly and effectively
Collaborate with the Production Manager and Operations Manager periodically to ensure audience and revenue targets are being met
Willingness to work on multiple projects and perform duties beyond normal expectations upon your manager's request
Qualifications
About You:
Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent work experience
3+ years of total work experience in production roles in sports media
Proficient in Adobe Audition or similar audio editing software
Proficient in Megaphone, Omny or interchangeable podcast publishing platforms
Understanding of the podcasting and sports radio landscape
Experience with talent, editorial and production management
Highly adept and proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides or other similar applications
Superb organizational skills, attention to detail and time-management
Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
Ability to efficiently work independently, while having a knack for leading a collaborative process
Capacity to multitask

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Responsible for managing the creative imaging needs of Audacy's sports podcast studio, 2400Sports
Work collaboratively with the Operations Manager and Production Manager to develop best in class podcast branding elements
Develop and disseminate a comprehensive podcast imaging strategy
Produce all podcast show opens, rejoiners, branded features and segments, and any other needs from the 2400Sports and also national sports team as assigned on a case-by-case basis
Coordinate script reads with designated VO talent
Ensure all podcast imaging runs smoothly and is optimized for quality
Manage all audio approval processes
Consistently Identify and update potential stale elements to refresh podcast sound
Maintain a production library and research potential contributions

Responsible for managing the operational needs of Audacy's sports podcast studio, 2400Sports
Work collaboratively to scale 2400Sports podcast content through various teams within Audacy, including but not limited to leaders inmarketing, sales, product, finance, engineering, IT, programming, social and editorial
Ensure all production, communication and reporting across the sports team is optimized for quality, platform distribution and speed to market

What You'll Do:
Our Promotions Assistant/Street Team is responsible for spreading the word and passion for our stations and brands to the masses by taking to the street! You will assist with everything from in-office support such as preparing and executing on-air, online, and on-site contests, contacting winners, processing winner paperwork, and more, to working live events, appearances, and remote broadcasts assisting with setup, teardown, on-site activations, audio/video equipment, driving station vehicles, and more!
We are looking for energetic, dependable, flexible team members who use sound judgement and have an outgoing personality that are ready to roll up their sleeves, learn, work hard, and have fun doing it!

The Promotions Assistant/Street Team is responsible for the following, including but not limited to:
Execute on-site promotional events and coordinate/manage clients and listeners on-site.
Set up, break down, and transport promotional event equipment as required.
Set up and run audio and other types of equipment during an event.
Hang banners and other staging elements at events.
Record events (ex. photos, videos, and audio) for purposes such as social media platforms and recap of the event.
Responsible for fulfilling winner release forms and other waivers when needed for an event.
Maintain promotional equipment and vehicles in a clean and neat manner;
Check email daily; attend mandatory meetings on time; be able to work weekends, holidays, and blackout dates (specified by Promotions Director/Manager).
Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays

Required:

Overview
As a member of the Employee Service Center (ESC), the Senior Employee Service Center Specialist helps to monitor the daily responsibilities of the ESC.
