The Opportunity:
The 35th Intelligence Squadron is looking for a motivated individual who wants to help develop and operationalize Big Data Analytics, while also ensuring the defense of the Department of Defense Air Force Information Network (AFIN). This individual will work with a core group of senior software engineers, data scientists, and analytic developers who collectively curate various technical products (I.e., Big Data analytics, data dashboard visualizations, and cross-domain data traversal solutions). These products equip our customers with the tools and knowledge necessary to better understand, plan, manage, and safeguard the AFIN.
The candidate must be able to work with a fast paced and cutting-edge team. You will provide technical leadership and mentorship to apply data and computer science solutions to resolve issues in cyber threat intelligence and detection mission. Additional responsibilities will include assisting in cultivating the Big Data Platform end user experience, data visualization, designing documentation, coding, code reviews, and analytic testing. You will also provide technical direction and research capabilities to the team that owns the design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operation of the 35 IS's cyber threat intelligence detection methods and the systems enabling their execution.
Responsibilities:
Analyze data sources to provide actionable recommendations.
Build predictive, prescriptive, or descriptive models supporting 35 IS requirements for intelligence-driven surveillance of Air Force networks.
Build highly scalable and performant solutions adhering to customer requirements.
Interface with requesting organizations/individuals and translate requirements to tools delivered within time constraints given.
Mentor junior software developers and relay technical guidance/expertise.
Ensure appropriate documentation is developed in conjunction with all delivered analytics.
Troubleshoot issues with existing analytics and processes, and research/implement solutions.
Use your experience to help guide analytic approaches or solutions to problems and situations for which information is incomplete or for which no precedent exists.
Qualifications:
Required:
MUST have an active TS/SCI security clearance.
5+ years of non-internship professional data science experience.
Master's degree in Data Science or related field.
DoD 8570 IAT Lvl II Certification.
Skill in conducting queries and developing algorithms to analyze data structures.
Programming experience with at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, Scala, including object-oriented design.
Skill in identifying hidden patterns or relationships.
Skill in labeling data to make it more discoverable and understandable.
Ability to interpret and incorporate data from multiple tool sources.
Programming experience with Apache Spark or other framework for large-scale data processing.
Skill in writing scripts using R, Python, PIG, HIVE, SQL, etc.
Experience with big data visualization.
Experience with version control with Git and GitLab.
Familiarity with network defense concepts and operations.
Ability to communicate complex problems, and corresponding solutions with non-technical leadership and customers.
Desired:
2+ years developing efficient analytic solutions at scale (operating over multiple PB of data).
Experience with dependency management/build automation with Maven.
Deep experience with Scala and mastery of object-oriented design and programming is a plus.
Experience with search technologies such as Elasticsearch and Lucene.
Experience with Confluence/Jira page and ticket development and organization.
Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and building containerized products.
Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles.
Knowledge of how to collect, store, and monitor data.

This candidate should have 10 or more years of service process and project management experience in an ITSM environment. The Lead is responsible for supporting the multi-supplier ecosystem to integrate and manage the Configuration Management process within the MSI ITSM infrastructure.
What You'll Get to Do:
. Develop Configuration Management (CM) plan and standards
. Manage and maintain the CMDB
. Perform periodic verification and audit of Configuration Items (CIs)
. Assist Asset Management in defining a common naming convention and tagging standard for both assets and CIs

. Ensure timely update of CI information

CACI is seeking an Operational Logistics (OPLOG) Expeditor to support the USFFC -NFL Program at Norfolk Naval Base, Norfolk, VA. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth knowledge and experience in U.S. Navy supply chain logistics and material expediting.
The OPLOG Expeditor will assist the Commander, Naval Surface Forces, Atlantic (CNSL) in operational logistics and the expediting of requirements. You will oversee and coordinate the movement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries to meet project demands. This position demands excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to interact with a variety of stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Monitor all CNSL Warships CASREPs and provide up-to-date real time status (e.g., repair contracts, spares contracts, etc.)
Maintain CNSL Warships CASREP dashboard with up-to-date status
Monitor key metrics to ensure logistics support and supply readiness of assigned ships as prescribed by CNSL
Coordinate and manage the movement of materials, equipment, and supplies to project sites domestically and overseas.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and transportation companies to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Monitor and track orders and shipments and follow up with suppliers, vendors, and logistics enablers as needed to ensure timely delivery.
Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and timelines.
Ensure compliance with CNSL's policies and procedures, as well as applicable regulations and standards.
Collaborate with other members of the logistics team to resolve any issues or challenges that may arise.

Ten (10) years of experience in R-Supply, Inventory Management, Financial Management, and the functionality of Naval Supply.
A bachelor's degree in business administration, Management or related business discipline is desired.
In lieu of a degree, an additional eight (8) years of experience in Navy supply, inventory management, financial management and the functionality of R-Supply is acceptable.
Possess in-depth knowledge of DOD and commercial supply chain and transportation/shipping policies procedures
