Role Definition

In this role you will create, deliver, and partner on talent development and employee experience solutions that aim to attract, measure, develop, manage and retain the organization's talent pool, leveraging enterprise standards and tailoring them to fit unique organizational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Serving as a thought leader for talent management programs and technology; providing advice and support to business and HR leaders, addressing talent management related questions and requests.

  • Assisting management in evaluating the effectiveness of the organization's talent practices and recommending improvement opportunities.

  • Manage and support the design, implementation, communication, and evaluation of multiple programs and processes that impact culture, leadership, and professional development.

  • Lead the deployment and evolution of the global new employee onboarding program.

  • Facilitate the gathering of employee engagement insights, conduct analyses, and implement recommendations on increasing and sustaining individual and team engagement with leaders and employees.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to administer the Performance Management process, including administering the senior leadership team calibration session.

  • Facilitating change management initiatives associated with talent management activities.

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, and activities related to talent management, marketing or communications

  • Making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.

Degree Requirement

Summary Pay Range:

$91,896.00 - $137,844.00

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serves as the Business Owner for the following systems/technology: Web, leads, mobile applications, DocuSign, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Online Account Management, Marketing and Service Automation.

  • Develops and executes the digital vision and strategy for Cat Financial continually reviewing the need for changes to the vision.

Our Caterpillar Remanufacturing Division currently has an opening for a Team Lead II position located in the Corinth, MS or Booneville, MS facility . Incumbents on this job serve as an integral part of the material flow and scheduling process for the ECB Reclaim area.

Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

  • Ensure material is available to maintain an uninterrupted assembly process and the daily scheduling/sequencing of the master production schedule from the value stream Material Analyst.

  • Ensure team and self are working safely, wearing proper PPE, etc.

  • Ensure the team is trained on quality requirements and parts are accurate prior to passing to next process.

  • Help train new employees with on-the-job training.

  • Fill in for absent Team Members or other Team Leads as required.

  • Respond to Andon calls, resolved issues related to safety, quality, velocity (flow, WIP, CT), and cost (throughput).

  • Fix issue or communicate to Section Manager, engineer, maintenance, or CI Card.

  • Lead problem-solving exercises for issues that arise in area.

  • Originate and own CI cards to drive continuous improvement.

  • Participate on continuous improvement teams as needed.

  • Collect data and update metric boards as needed.

  • Conduct Process Improvement Dialogues at the cell level.

  • Help develop, update, and ensure 5S adherence.

  • Develop work instructions with Engineering and help to ensure it is kept up-to-date and followed.

  • Ensure daily, weekly, monthly, etc. TPM is being performed.

  • Seek customer input to ensure team is meeting expectations.

  • To help team members be successful at meeting safety requirements, quality levels, take time requirements and performance goals.

  • Will be expected to know how to communicate efficiently both in oral and written language

  • Must be a swift learner and an excellent coach to train their teammates and so would be expected to have excellent problem-solving skills to effectively handle the challenges and problems in the production department

JOB SUMMARY:

Under limited supervision, conduct a wide variety of intricate and complex accounting duties and projects. Job Purpose :

The Assembler III is responsible for preparing and assembling the product, making repairs if necessary and perform self-audit on completed units to ensure defect free. The Assembler III is a subject matter expert of all product within the assigned department. Our Caterpillar Remanufacturing Division currently has an opening for a Cleaning II position located in the Booneville, MS facility . This position will require you to load/unload parts, operate cleaning machinery and perform any required OPM (operator performed maintenance).

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Work in a fast-paced, safety and quality focused environment to clean and detail engine components

  • May be required to use an overhead hoist to move large components

  • May require loading and unloading parts from washer

  • May perform material handling according to production schedules

  • Requires the ability to identify parts and determine which programing to select based on the operation being performed

  • Candidate will be required to interpret blueprints

  • May include wash, clean or blast operations.

  • Candidate is expected to understand torque requirements and processes

  • Operate hand tools, cordless tools, gauges, vibration tools

  • May require utilizing heavy equipment, reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, overhead cranes, and/or electric pallet jack to move parts in and out of area.

  • May require wearing a respirator suit to clean engines and components.

  • May perform order filling, processing, storing/ picking of parts, materials, equipment, and supplies.

  • May require operating automated packaging equipment

  • May require checking incoming material and entering data

  • Cross training in other positions up to and including Salary Grade 3 may be required, based upon basic qualifications and physical requirements being met

  • Examples of positions within Salary grade range include Cleaning 1, 2, 3, Disassembly 1, 2, Assembly 1, 2, Machining 1, 2, Logistics 1, 2 and/or Quality 1

Basic Qualifications:

  • Basic computer experience (ability to read standard work documents and enter data)

  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel

Physical Requirements:

  • Job may be physically demanding at times and must be able to handle high volume fast-paced operation.

  • May walk, squat and bend for intervals of 15-30 minutes

  • May be required to lift/push/pull heavy parts up to 30 lbs. multiple times per shift.

Our Caterpillar Remanufacturing Division currently has an opening for a Team Lead II position located in the Corinth, MS facility . Incumbents on this job serve as an integral part of the material flow and scheduling process for the Cylinder Head Machining area.

Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

  • Ensure material is available to maintain an uninterrupted assembly process and the daily scheduling/sequencing of the master production schedule from the value stream Material Analyst.

  • Ensure team and self are working safely, wearing proper PPE, etc.

  • Ensure the team is trained on quality requirements and parts are accurate prior to passing to next process.

  • Help train new employees with on-the-job training.

  • Fill in for absent Team Members or other Team Leads as required.

  • Respond to Andon calls, resolved issues related to safety, quality, velocity (flow, WIP, CT), and cost (throughput).

  • Fix issue or communicate to Section Manager, engineer, maintenance, or CI Card.

  • Lead problem-solving exercises for issues that arise in area.

  • Originate and own CI cards to drive continuous improvement.

  • Participate on continuous improvement teams as needed.

  • Collect data and update metric boards as needed.

  • Conduct Process Improvement Dialogues at the cell level.

  • Help develop, update, and ensure 5S adherence.

  • Develop work instructions with Engineering and help to ensure it is kept up-to-date and followed.

  • Ensure daily, weekly, monthly, etc. TPM is being performed.

  • Seek customer input to ensure team is meeting expectations.

  • To help team members be successful at meeting safety requirements, quality levels, take time requirements and performance goals.

  • Will be expected to know how to communicate efficiently both in oral and written language

  • Must be a swift learner and an excellent coach to train their teammates and so would be expected to have excellent problem-solving skills to effectively handle the challenges and problems in the production department

  • A production team leader must also know how to delegate tasks to other members of his/her team

  • Will be expected to understand the importance of time management and be proactive at all times

  • Work 50% of time on the line.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge and experience with Manufacturing practices and procedures

  • Strong computer skills. Experience to include: Microsoft Office programs, email, data entry, etc.

This is a new, exciting, hybrid role, focusing initially on marketing content and sales support activities and transitioning over time to be more heavily focused on the sales support activities.

Role Summary: Contribute product group sales support knowledge and content to the marketplace, honing skills as a commercial support resource for district reps and dealers.

  • Represent BCP product group on sales issues relating to products including implementing new product marketing activities.

  • Represent issues related to the overall commercial performance in a territory including PINS trend, demand fluctuations and basic customer requirements.

What You'll Do

  • Benchmark, design, and deliver product-specific marketing, sales and rental support content, including but not limited to web-based and print media such as brochures, specalogs, product and application product training materials. Development of content will include activities such as securing photography and videography, identifying and securing application-specific internal and customer job-site locations.

  • Deliver competitive market analysis, including competitive new product introductions & positioning, tracking trends in design, performance and capability improvements.

  • Identify and manage product group participation in key industry trade shows, trade associations, and trade association events.

  • Support product and application training events for industry field team, dealer sales and rental reps, as well as key corporate and national account customer sales support events.

  • Develop Retail and Rental Growth strategy for Latin America and the Caribbean markets.

  • Monitor the product customer experience via Dealer and Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty survey analysis, issue identification as well as improvement design and implementation.

As a Quality Specialist at Caterpillar Inc., you will perform a variety of inspection functions to check the quality and accuracy of in-process parts, assemblies, materials, prime products and gages released to production. You will be responsible for analyzing special problems arising from faulty methods, defective materials, assembly difficulties, and Field Service complaints, while recommending corrective measures.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

*Audits and analyzes data where quality of work produced is poor or erratic

  • Initiates or recommends changes

  • Inspects and accepts or rejects all purchased gauges or gauging equipment

  • Repairs gauges and certifies results when required.

  • Lays out parts using advanced mathematical calculations and precision

inspection equipment to properly check dimensions and relationships

  • Checking fixtures (including machine setups when required)

  • Utilize master gauges, measuring equipment and electrical assemblies

  • Utilize scanning technology and post processing of dimensional reports and Engineering Design models

Basic Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Operations

  • Work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures

  • Walk, squat, and bend over for intervals at a time

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong commitment to safety and quality

  • Meticulous and analytical nature

Top Candidates will also possess:

  • Ability to perform basic math and simple computer operations

  • Forklift License
