As a Senior Parts Order Analyst, you willprovide excellent customer service for external customer and internal needs. This includes managing the EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) system, which is the external customer ordering system. To manage customer inquiries throughout North America in regard to availability, complaints and special needs. Internally position is voice of the customer to operations and provides reporting to management members.
Jobduties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Manage, monitor, support, and analyze inbound and outbound EDI transactions to meet customer requirements, instrumental in the design and implementation of EDI programs working with IT, CAT programmers, and customers to develop and test EDI programs that meet our customer requirements.
Approves or denies all non-warranty claims of returns, shortages, and Ford Parts Claims Systems (PCS) claims based on gathered shipping, EDI, and Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) data.
Results are communicated internally to departments to promote corrective actions.
Create and manage multiple complex sales reports that are used by various departments and members of management for planning and reporting, as well as working with operations regarding order flow and forecasting.
Manage all customer service calls daily, this position must step in and handle needs in the absence of the two senior department members. the position duties would expand to handle customer situations and requests from internal management that would otherwise by addressed by senior members.
Provide guidance and training as needed to the administrative support assistant, the shipping department, IT, and others regarding processes, prioritization, and software/system use. This is accomplished by developing detailed job instructions or through training time.
The position is the acknowledged expert in the department and frequently provides technical support on complex issues to internal and external customers. The position's primary customers are external. External contacts include various customers and vendors in a geographic market.
Identify problems quickly and correctly and resolve issues by following departmental guidelines or applying a solution that worked in the past. Excellent decision-making, analytical, and communication skills are required to deal with complex customer problems.
Personal accountability and a strong customer focus are critical. Impacts key quality goals including Customer Satisfaction, Continuous Improvement, Timeliness, Accuracy, Efficiency, Cost Savings, Process Quality The position serves as a facilitator for the analysis and development of new quality initiatives for the measure(s) stated.
Basic Qualifications:

You will partner with business owners and suppliers to design and execute a world class customer experience by creating, analyzing and validating business requirements to enhance their web experience. Requires familiarity with the stages of production release and approval. Provides technical Salvage leadership and support for Product and Manufacturing Engineers, Detailers, Manufacturing Technicians.

Adheres to established Caterpillar standards, policies, and practices relating to quality, cost reduction, safety, ergonomics, etc.

Our Caterpillar Remanufacturing Division currently has openings for Engine & Component Cleaning Operator positions located in the Corinth, MS or Booneville, MS facility . This position will require you to work in a detail or preclean operation focused on engine and/or component cleaning.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Work in a fast-paced, safety and quality focused environment to disassemble and detail engine components.
May require use of disassembly tools to clean/detail (vibratory, pneumatic tools: impact guns, wrenches, needle guns, handheld grinders, die grinders and buffers, etc.) to remove debris.
Cross training in other Salary Grade 1 positions, such as: Disassembly 1, Cleaning 1, Assembly 1, Machining 1, or Logistics 1 may be required, based upon basic qualifications and physical job requirements being met.

May be required to use an overhead hoist to move large components.

Lead New Product Introduction (NPI)/Continuous Product Improvement (CPI) issue resolutions
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's (with 4 to 6+ years of experience) / Master's (with 3 to 5+ years of experience) degree in an engineering discipline with a focus on Control systems or Mechatronics with industry experience developing controls, performance or system simulations related to control algorithms for complex systems.

Will concentrate on the facilitation and governing of the digital and automation portfolio for the Wear Components facilities, including helping to develop budgets and timelines for complex automation and digital projects
Provide cross-functional technical expertise to functional teams in the deployment of Lean to drive process transformation aligned with business improvement strategies
Provide supplemental coaching and support to fully engage the team in driving the needed cultural changes to achieve sustainable Lean capabilities in pursuit of business objectives
May be required to coach, teach, and develop others to use the tools and methodologies of Lean in order to drive sustained Continuous Improvement
Build and maintain strong credibility by building and maintaining positive relationships
Influence senior leaders by making a creditable case for change based on their experience and Lean technical capabilities
Other duties as assigned by Caterpillar management from time-to-time
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering or Business
Previous team leadership experience
5-10 years of experience in leading and supporting Lean continuous improvement methodologies
Previous experience as a 6 Sigma/CPS/Lean Black Belt
Solid project management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience with the implementation of automation systems and digital applications in a manufacturing environment
