As a Team Leader Il at Caterpillar you will utilize your previous experience to set up, operate, adjust and/or monitor metal casting processes & equipment in the Furnace Department. You will act as a working lead that will be expected to set operator expectations and record relevant safety, quality, throughput, downtime data in the department including production reporting. You will also be able to train new operators to perform these tasks.
JOb Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are limited to:

Lead initiatives to improve efficiency and utilization of workforce

Basic Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 1 year of experience in foundry melting or metallurgical lab departments.
1 year of successfully leading a small team
Previous experience creating JMI/standard work documentation for production process

Job Duties
Partner with Senior Leadership and stakeholders across the business to drive the implementation and continuous refinement Caterpillar's D&I model and strategy.
Support segment and business unit action plans that are in alignment with the enterprise D&I strategy by advising, coaching, and collaborating with business, including defining and monitoring relevant talent metrics.
Serve as a subject matter expert on D&I, including monitoring current and emerging trends and providing practical approaches that positively impact employees and our working environment.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree

5+ years of HR Business Partner/D&I/Talent experience within direct line of business/business unit
Previous leadership experience managing a team of HR professionals
A proven track record of creating vison/strategy and translating into operational execution in D&I/Human Resource/Talent roles
Demonstrated skills and proficiency in the following areas: enterprise point of view, collaboration across matrix organization, ability to influence effectively at multiple levels of an organization, strong teamwork and proven skills communicating effectively.

Caterpillar's Mining Center of Excellence (MCOE) team is currently seeking a Project Manager. In this role, you will be a part of the Global Site Performance Management Support team, responsible for developing, maintaining, and deploying tools and central resources. This position impacts key strategic initiatives to improve our customers' experience and grow our services business.
Job Duties:
Manage the execution, schedule, and budget for multiple software tools and resources.
Schedule and facilitate meetings as necessary. Document the activities and issues that surface in the meetings and distribute this to internal and external team members.
Update the project management plan, track progress, identify potential problems early, and resolve problems with the team in a timely manner.
Analyzing monthly performance metrics and summarizing results.
Collaborate with internal Caterpillar and/or Caterpillar dealer employees to gather requirements for tools and support requests.
Gathering input from users and subject matter experts to develop solutions.
Drive continuous improvement in the Global Site Performance Management Program by identifying and recommending new approaches, policies, and standard operating procedures.
Working on projects that may span multiple functional areas.
Basic Qualifications:
College degree in engineering, marketing, or business management or equivalent marketing/product experience.

Job Description:
The Quality Inspector III will be responsible for inspecting incoming materials, first articles, and in-process and final inspections, as well as training other inspectors. The incumbent will use various gauges and hand tools to validate dimensions, features and other characteristics of prototype and production components, sub-assemblies, and finished goods for conformance to customer, engineering, and company quality requirements. The Quality Inspector III may also be assigned additional projects or tasks to support the QMS.
Objectives:
Use and read advanced inspection tools, instruments, and gauges including bore gauges, taper gauges, optical comparators, and other equipment as necessary to validate the quality of product
Must have the ability to perform inspection tasks with no assistance
Must have advanced working knowledge of surface plate layout and dimensional inspection techniques; GD&T proficiency required
Train other inspectors on the use of various inspection techniques
Inspect product to determine compliance with order specifications, engineering drawings, and company quality requirements
Review company records, such as inspection reports, certificates of compliance, material test reports, and non-conformance reports to determine results of quality tests
Read and interpret engineering drawings
Record inspection results, generate inspection reports, and mark stamp of approval
Prepare rejection reports as necessary
Weld inspection experience a plus
NDE experience (MT/UT) a plus
Measurements:
On-time completion of assigned projects
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. ASQ CQI, CQT, or CQA certification highly preferred.
CMM and Optical programming experience certification highly preferred.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have intermediate computer experience including proficiency to generate documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
ASQ Certified Quality Inspector (CQI), Certified Quality Technician (CQT), or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) highly preferred.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the inspector is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The inspector must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Work Environment:
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); including safety glasses, face shield, ear protection, and safety shoes; is required in certain areas of the facility. Job Duties:
Competent to perform all necessary data related task without close supervision, which could include metadata management, data governance, data design, or data quality.
Refine the Cat Digital Metadata management strategy and define continuous improvement of data quality, governance, and processes.
Liaises with data creators to support project planning, training, guidance on standards, and the efficient creation/maintenance of high-quality data.
Contributes to policies, procedures, and standards as well as technical requirements.
Ensure compliance with the latest data standards supported by the company, and brand, legal, information security (data security and privacy compliance).
Creates, updates, and enhances metadata policies, processes, and catalogs.
Drives alignment and coordination of data governance efforts.
Works directly on complex application/technical problem identification and resolution.

Basic Requirements:
