Essential Functions:

  • Ability to troubleshoot anomalies with electronic circuits

  • Ability to work extended hours if required

  • Work directly on programs 75% of the time

  • Work under consultative direction against annual goals and objectives

  • Apply domain expertise on programs. Maintain domain competency and apply it through mentoring, collaboration, or individual task execution on programs.

  • Define, maintain, and improve development processes

  • Develop direct reports through plans, coaching, and mentoring

  • Actively support all phases of staffing and provide input on hiring activities for the team, including candidate identification, screening, interviewing, and selection

  • Provide input on hiring, promotion, performance and/or compensation decisions

  • Generate formal performance reviews with each staff member. Support personalization of annual goals with staff member.

  • Take an active role in the professional development of each staff member

  • Proactively mentor, coach, assist, and/or provide additional help to engineers in the analysis, design, build, integration, test, validation, verification, documentation, and/or maintenance of products.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer or related Engineering discipline with a minimum of 9 years of experience or Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.

  • Ability to lead and direct experienced professionals

  • Ability to communicate within and outside the organization to explain and influence changes to policies, practices, or approaches

  • Ability to make significant improvements to processes, systems, or products

  • Establish short-term operational plans with measureable contribution to the function or business results

  • Broad knowledge of electrical and software engineering disciplines with hands-on experience.

Job Description:

L3Harris Technologies Inc. is seeking an Engineering Technician level B to join our team in providing RF SATCOM testing to support the portfolio of systems within the Combat Mission Systems Support (CMSS) contract.

Essential Functions:

The Engineering Technician B duties include but are not limited to

  • General understanding of RF and testing equipment (Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, etc.)

  • Responsible for the test and evaluation of COTS equipment and components which are a part of systems sustained by L3Harris for designated customers.

  • Utilize electronic test and measurement equipment to support general laboratory operations.

  • Assemble, configure, test, operate, and repair hardware in accordance with documentation provided.

  • Can perform benchtop RF testing with only the guidance of a test procedure and understands what the procedure is testing.

  • Understands RF connection types and waveguide sizes (e.g. N type connectors, 2.92 mm connectors, SMA connectors, BNC connectors)

  • Clearly understand common RF terminology (i.e. Loads, waveguides, terminations, barrel vs. bullets, attenuation, isolation, etc.)

  • Collect test data for review and analysis. Document equipment failures through designated reporting tools.

  • Assist in the performance of electrical, mechanical, and RF troubleshooting as required.

  • Provide limited documentation support, such as minor edits to existing procedures and/or technical drawings.

  • Maintain a clean, well-organized, and safe work area. Follow all safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions to manager.

  • Support facility operations through the completion of assigned tasks as directed by management.

  • May assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify processes.

    Qualifications:

  • Ability to obtain TOP SECRET / SCI security clearance.

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.

    Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Must be able to read and understand all applicable work instructions and procedures and perform computer related tasks without assistance.

  • Possess a high level of initiative and willingness to learn.

  • Professional attitude and excellent verbal/written communication skills.

  • Daily schedule and task flexibility with minimal notice.

  • Basic computer skills including familiarity with windows-based programs such as Microsoft productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word). Basic networking experience is also preferred.

    In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role in Colorado is $42,000 - $78,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris Technologies is seeking an individual to support Program Finance and join the Robotics Division. The position will be responsible for the financial management, review, and forecasting of assigned programs. They partner with program management and project teams to analyze and understand their financial position. The Analyst will prepare quarterly and monthly financial reports, both internal and external as required, validate Actual cost reporting, support monthly closing activities, support establishment and maintenance of project baselines and forecasts, and be responsible for project setup and maintenance with the financial systems. Position will have opportunities for exposure to support monthly Financial OSPI forecasting and reporting in and ad-hoc role as needed.

Essential Functions:

  • Tracking, monitoring, and analyzing cost performance on programs

  • Proactively work with Program Management and the project team in supporting the programs' financial performance and requirements

  • Creating and maintaining projects within Deltek Cobra and PeopleSoft financial systems, consistently in accordance with company procedure

  • Supports the creation of time-phased project baseline budgets for performance measurement and maintenance throughout the project

  • Supports the maintenance of the financial forecasts: Estimates at Completion (EACs), working with the project team as needed to obtain inputs to meet deadlines

  • Provide predictive analysis to inform Program Management of risks and opportunities prior to realization and drive enterprise efficiencies

  • Other special projects as directed by management such as reconciliations, cleanup of migrated or closed projects, etc.

    Qualifications :

The Program Scheduler Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex integrated schedules for all budgeted work, incorporates changes, challenges inputs to the schedules from the cost account managers, and aggressively resolves issues.

Essential Functions:

  • Helps in development and preparation of formal project-level Master Schedules.

  • Obtains, analyzes, and incorporates monthly status information and prepares accompanying narrative reports.

  • Develop integrated master schedules using IMP, SOW and WBS.

  • Perform Driving Path Analysis, Critical Path Analysis, Schedule Risk Analysis, and Schedule Metric Analysis

  • Conduct DCMA 14 Point analysis and other related schedule validations.

  • Create High Level Schedule Charts for monthly Internal Program Reviews

  • Perform and advise CAMs of Schedule Risk Analysis (SRAs).

  • Makes/recommends substantial improvements to systems and processes.

  • Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas.

  • Attend and lead scheduling status reviews and conduct briefings with senior leaders, which requires ability to communicate matters of importance to the function or business area.

  • Lead creation of Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) Deliverables

  • Supporting joint surveillance reviews (JSRs) with DCMA

  • Ensure compliance with internal program procedures and project control system guidelines.

  • Work consists of making significant improvements of processes, systems, solutions, or products to enhance performance of job area.

  • Communicates within and outside of own function or business area and has responsibility for communicating with parties external to the organization (e.g., customers, vendors, etc.) when necessary.

  • Explain, interpret, and gain cooperation on policies, procedures, and practices.

  • Attend and lead scheduling status reviews and conduct briefings with senior leaders which requires ability to communicate matters of importance to the function or business area.

  • Work to influence others to accept individual or team's views or practices and changes to concepts, practices, and approaches.

  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment with frequent demanding deadlines.

  • Able to obtain and maintain a DoD Clearance.

    Qualifications:

  • Requires proficient knowledge of job area, typically obtained through a combination of education and experience.

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum four (4) years of prior Program Scheduler experience.

  • Graduate Degree with a minimum of two (2) years of prior Program Scheduler experience.

  • In lieu of a degree, a minimum of eight (8) years of prior Program Scheduler experience.

  • Must be a US Citizen.

    Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Advanced Experience using Microsoft Project.

  • Fundamentals of Planning, with Cost/Schedule integration and Schedule Analysis.

  • Critical Path Analysis.

  • Schedule Metric Analysis - BEI, CPLI, SPI etc.

  • Schedule Risk Analysis.

  • Experience Empower.

  • Ability to work with individual contributors in varied locations within CONUS.

  • Experience with Empower.

  • Experience with IPMR and CDRL development.

  • Active DOD Secret Clearance.
