GENERAL FUNCTION
The Licensed Optician ensures the delivery of the Target Optical Way and the Guest Experience. The Licensed Optician lives out the Target Optical Way by embracing the Mindsets: People Focused, Collaborative, Accountable to Results, Think Differently and Simple, Fun and In Style.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Delivers the daily sales goal by flawless execution of the Guest Experience behaviors.
Ensures the delivery of a simple, fun and in-style fashion experience through the Playground Rules.
Builds Brand awareness by daily attracting new Guests from the Host to Optical.
Develops and maintains a professional business partnership with the Target Optical doctor and Target Host.
Models the Target Optical Personal Style Dress Code.
Creates an amazing Guest experience on every visit by accurately fitting and dispensing fashionable product to Guests.
Follows all operating policies and procedures at the highest level to include training, timely and accurate implementation of approved marketing/ merchandising programs and promotions, the accurate completion of all sales transactions, and utilization of all sales strategies and resources.
Ensures accuracy in all transactions/interactions with the Guest.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

The Operations Analyst is part of the team representing EyeMed on Policies and Procedures, Business Continuity, and Vendor Management. GENERAL FUNCTION
The Sr Manager - Operations will be accountable for organizing, directing and managing a broad set of activities to enable Operations to successfully deliver, monitor and continuously improve services performed on behalf of EyeMed's clients. This includes client implementation, claims and payments, business configuration, membership, provider operations, compliance and business data solutions. This role will define, implement and execute processes to provide on-going oversight of the key performance metrics and trends within and across Operations, establish, maintain and monitor the aggregate budget for Operations, provide governance over escalated issues and enhancements requested by priority clients, lead annual SOC 1 control testing efforts across EyeMed and continuously identify performance improvement opportunities across Operations.

Establish and maintain an end to end operational management framework to monitor performance (KPIs, SLAs, etc.), trends and proactively detect areas of potential future risk to performance outcomes across all Operational functions.

Establish and maintain operating budgets for labor and purchased services across all Operations cost centers.

GENERAL FUNCTION
This role provides proposal and presentation support for EyeMed's Proposal Team for our sales and retention business. This role serves as a liaison to in-house printing and shipping vendors to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment when required by RFP or Presentation. Works with the marketing department to ensure sufficient production materials. Leads centrally-managed Broker segment proposal intake process, proposal completion and additional broker-specific projects and tasks as needed.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with proposal writers to project manage all hard-copy production requirements for RFPs and Presentations

Owns other identified marketing projects to support EyeMed's selling and retention efforts, including but not limited to:

outside broker segment as needed
Additional marketing and project management projects to enhance RFP
deliverables/templates and efficiencies
Work with sales leaders on Broker-specific Requests for Information (RFI), special projects and tasks as needed
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

GENERAL FUNCTION
The Sr. Business Development Representative supports the prospecting activities for adding new strategic partners.
