Description: Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Design Engineer for the F-35 Control Surface and Edge (CS&E) engineering team. Responsibilities for the position include:

- Perform and review airframe structural configuration layouts and detail designs including structural layouts, preliminary sizing, joint layouts and part design with CATIA v5, utilizing metallic and composite materials

- Execute and review changes to CATIA models, drawings and other supporting documents in support of the product

- Provide leadership and tasking for F-35 Fort Worth Control Surfaces & Edges Structural Design Engineers, provide Field Support to the F-35 Fleet

- Coordinate and manage suppliers, both domestic and international

- Interface with various customers and internal Lockheed management

Prior experience with aircraft control surfaces, control surface seals, low signature edge design and aperture integration a plus.

Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in an engineering technical discipline such as Mechanical, Aerospace, or Aeronautical

- Experience with 3DX, CATIA, Solidworks, Pro Engineer, Creo, Unigraphics, NX, or equivalent 3-D Computer Aided Design (CAD) tool

- Experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)

- Microsoft Office skills

Desired Skills:

- Experience with CATIA V5 Fibersim

- Experience with metallic and composite design

- PDM Tool Familiarization

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise ADP F&BO VP, Executive F&BO leadership, and ADP Program VP and GM on ADP business management activities

- Develop, deploy and improve financial control mechanisms

- Responsible for implementation of the Earned Value Management System for ADP line of business. To include baselining budgets, establishing targets, achieving program targets, cost reporting, and various other business processes to ensure program success.

- Direct the day to day Program Controls staff activities ensuring deliverables are accurate and completed on schedule.

- Responsible for program level allocations, Estimates at Completion, contract close-out and implementation of common processes, tools and controls across the Advanced Development Programs

- Drive affordability targets and actions

- Coordinate subordinate employee recruitment, selection, and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions

Job Duties:

- Oversee financial management and business operations for program/product areas

What You Will Be Doing

Responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk, modified Commercial Off The Shelf, performance specification and complex build-to-print subcontracts for commercial, DOD and international programs. Leads multifunctional subcontract management teams. Holds procurement delegation and signs supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority. Leads the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production and global sustainment primes with multiple contract types. Global Supply Chain Management - Project Manager

What You Will Be Doing

The selected candidate will serve as a member of the Material Program Management team supporting F35 sustainment acquisitions. The candidate will work closely with Acquisition Integrators, F-35 Procurement, and F-35 Program Office to ensure SCM inputs for Prime Proposal submittals and Execution of contract awards. The candidate will develop kick off presentations, monitor acquisition health, utilize metric tools to track and report progress, mitigate acquisition risks, and report to all levels of leadership up to the time of subcontract definitization. - Oversee day-to-day information system security operations including auditing the IS, hardware, and software implementations and RMF package authorizations.

- Carry out technical administration of IS in accordance with internal LM and customer security requirements, primarily Risk Management Framework (RMF).

- Upkeep, monitor, analyze, and respond to network and security events.

- Document compliance actions with the ISSM to address non-compliance in the allotted time frame.

- Ensure systems are operated, maintained, and disposed of in accordance with internal security policies and practices.

The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert in the Contracts Management function. The successful candidate will support various United States Government and International Direct Commercial contracts for the C4ISR Contracts Organization within the Rotary and Mission Systems Business Unit. The selected candidate will be an individual contributor, but must be able to succeed with minimal supervision and direction. Candidates should possess ability to proactively lead tactical and strategic aspects of the contracting process from Request to Proposals (RFPs), Contract Negotiation and Administration, and Contract Closeout. They will work both Prime Contracts and IWTAs (inter-company agreements). The Contracts Management representative will support proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract administration. The Contracts Management representative will develop and apply solutions to problems requiring the use of a high degree of ingenuity and creativity. They will review customer requests for proposals and offer alternate approaches to mitigate risks involving schedule, cost, specifications, etc. The Contracts Management representative will maintain communication with cross-functional organizations and customers to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and to execute the required actions on time. The Contracts Management representative will ensure contract documents are consistent with agreements reached at negotiations. Since establishing internal and external customer relationships is imperative, this role may require occasional domestic and international travel to meet business needs.

Basic Qualifications:

- Significant experience with USG procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS) in all aspects of the contract life cycle including proposals, administration, and close-out

- Experience with different USG Contract Types (FFP, FPIF, CPAF, CPFF, T&M)

The candidate will perform classified cybersecurity duties supporting multiple programs and must have a working knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF).

What You Will Be Doing

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Development and implementation of System Security Plans (SSP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), information security policies and required bodies of evidence, as necessary, to ensure compliance with RMF guidelines.

Basic Qualifications:
