Basic Qualifications:

Responsibilities include interacting with subcontractors, report writing, white paper writing, software/hardware integration/troubleshooting, FRACAS, Engineering Screening Board (ESB), Engineering Change Board (ECB), Failure Review Boards (FRB), and Directors Capital Review Board (DCRB). As a Senior Integrated Program Planner, your duties may include:

  • Developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for new or existing development/production/sustainment programs leveraging the Program Summary Master Schedules (PSMS)
  • Tracking progress of program activities against baseline internal plans, and ensuring schedule margin to contract dates is achieved or maintained
  • Maintaining schedules, performing probabilistic / deterministic risk analysis, and identifying critical/driving paths while developing solutions for resolutions along with network logic validation/deconfliction
  • Supporting and participating in negotiations with customer and internal stakeholders
  • Proposal submittal and execution schedule development through preparation and assessment of progress against established plans and parameters
  • Formulating and recommending corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, fund allocations, and work requirements

Javelin Program is currently in a production ramp and this role will support in this ramp and ensuring our suppliers are successful. This position is part of a multifunctional subcontract management teams (SMT/IPT) with interaction with engineering, quality, and production operations. Work is performed without appreciable direction and requires a self-starter. Effects of decision are long lasting and influence future course of organization.

The position is responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate- risk and complex build-to-print subcontracts for DOD programs and working directly with suppliers to ensure delivery schedules are met, resolving issues as they occur in an expeditious manner.

Duties include:

Preparation of bid packages, analyzes and evaluates proposals, selects or recommends subcontractors.

Performs price analysis and uses cost evaluations for development of pre-negotiation strategies.

Leads negotiations, subcontract/PO documentation.

Interfaces with government clients, technical personnel and other functional organizations.

Work with program management and other areas of the business for timely conclusion of contract matters and resolution of issues.

Interface with suppliers and production operations to ensure production schedules are met.

Basic Qualifications:

-Bachelors degree in a related discipline is required

-Experience with the procurement of materials and equipment within defense industry
