The Major Client Manager (MCM) contributes to the operations in a defined geographic area including permanent offices and various project field offices and focuses on the identification , capture, and execution of work for key clients. Infrastructure US comprises a team of engineers and technicians in the fields of civil (highways, rail, transit and aviation disciplines), structural (bridges and tunnels), geotechnical, electrical and mechanical engineering, and includes design, condition inspection, and construction management/construction inspection staff. The MCM is also accountable for refining business strategy, growth, profit and loss performance, talent management, and oversight of the operations including directing and managing large/complex projects. The MCM must be an effective -seller/doer-, able to balance operational management, business development, and project management responsibilities. The MCM must also be a creative and innovative leader, able to communicate a vision and inspire others and effectively mentor and develop individual and team talent. Willingness to travel to the various offices and to client or project site locations is expected. The MCM will work with business and technical leadership to continue the legacy of technical and management excellence while growing a successful and sustainable business practice that fosters a challenging and fun workplace.
Operational Responsibilities:
Provide strategic and operational direction:
Collaborate with the Regional and Area Managers to develop annual strategic initiatives.
Work with the relevant Business Development Manager/Team to develop a business plan aligned with the objectives of the Area and the Region.
Define operational and financial goals overall and for individual direct reports.
Establish clear plan to achieve goals by identifying and prioritizing clients and prospects.
Implement operational policies and procedures.
Ensure policies and objectives are understood and applied effectively.
Review, evaluate and approve requests including contracts, appropriations, and expenditure within authority, escalate others as appropriate.
Manage P&L and profitable growth of the business:
Work with the Project Managers to optimize billing cycle and cash flow.
Collaborate with the relevant Business Development Manager/Team to implement a growth agenda and be accountable for commercial success.
Measure financial success against established objectives and ensure corrective action as needed.
Drive growth through leveraging key client opportunities.
Identify, develop and maintain key accounts.
Enhance Parsons' profile and reach across the industry through participation in professional and industry organizations and attending related events.
Maintain strong relations with local and regional clients.
Support contractor relationships regarding APD prospects and pursuits.
Drive execution excellence:
Implement Safety policies and training.
Guide and oversee the preparation of proposals and client presentations for pursuits.
Win and manage complex civil and structural projects aligned with regional strategy.
Implement quality policies and procedures and pursue continuous improvement through innovation and creative thinking.
Establish and maintain cooperative and productive work relationships with all employees, clients and stakeholders.
Work with the Technical Organization leaders to staff projects for success.
Complete project reviews in accordance with company policies.
Ensure that accurate business reports are prepared as scheduled.

Regularly appraise management team including compensation changes as appropriate.
Recommend compensation changes for regional staff.

Possesses a 4-year degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering and 20+ years of diverse experience. Professional registration or certification in field of expertise and active membership in a professional society is also required.

Conduct analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature
Provide all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution preferably in Intelligence, Criminal Justice, Political Science, History, Law Enforcement or related field.
Bachelor's Degree AND 3 years of intelligence community (IC) experience or military collection or reporting experience.
Additional experience and education levels accepted:
Associates degree AND 5 years of IC experience or military collection or reporting experience.
Masters degree AND 1 years of IC experience or military collection or reporting experience.
High School Diploma/GED AND 7 years of IC experience or military collection or reporting experience.

Forecast, review, and process evaluation reports and decorations. Conductadministrative support for in-processing and out-processing of all unit personnel. Attain access to all USAF personnel performance report/decoration tracking systems.
Serve as the unit travel coordinator/liaison between the TMO and unit members. Perform other administrative functions as required.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Three (3) years of experience in preparing and processing administrative support actions relating to unit programs.
Three (3) years of experience managing a commander's support staff office.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.
A valid state and Government Driver's License.

Help meet/exceed business plan metrics associated with sales/awards plan. Develop booking strategies that align with corporate policy and risk tolerance levels of each capture opportunity.
Pipeline development and maturity, to include supporting the qualification of new opportunities, capture and engagement strategies, proposal preparation, and overall conversion of both tactical (on-contract, TDLs) and strategic sales. Pipeline metrics will include volume (qualified opportunities aligned to growth focus areas), velocity (pace of opportunities from qualification through pursuit), and quality (continuous improvement of pWin through engagements, positioning, solutioning, and key capture activities).
Maintain Salesforce with accurate and detailed data to ensure that reporting is aligned with forecast and actuals. Accountable for data integrity and continuous oversight, as this data will be the authoritative source for all pipeline associated reporting.
Detailed capture strategies, to include marketing campaigns to establish and cultivate key customer relationships, staffing/recruiting strategies, IR&D and technology investments, government relations, HR/people considerations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing expert level troubleshooting and assessments to analyze component level issues.
Applying technical knowledge to solve complex problems.

Job Description:
The Director Business Development Manager (BDM) has primary responsibility for business development and strategy leadership and direction for Multi-Domain Operations opportunities across Defense and Intelligence. Colorado Springs area preferred, remote locations near major offices and/or customers as required.
The Director BDM will be Responsible & Accountable for:
Sales and Book-to-Bill Metrics for Defense and Intelligence, to include multi-domain growth focus areas. Meet/exceed business plan metrics associated with sales/awards plan. Develop booking strategies that align with corporate policy and risk tolerance levels of each opportunity.
Execution of Defense and Intelligence Strategic Plan/Vision, and the development and implementation of the Multi-Domain Operations and assisting sub-sector related growth focus areas (pipeline, sales/conversion).
Short and long-term business and marketing strategies aligned with Defense & Intelligence Strategic Roadmap and Multi-Domain Vision, to include a focus on growth focus areas.
Pipeline development and maturity, to include managing the qualification of new opportunities, capture and engagement strategies, proposal preparation, and overall conversion of both tactical (on-contract, TDLs) and strategic sales. Pipeline metrics will include volume (qualified opportunities aligned to growth focus areas), velocity (pace of opportunities from qualification through pursuit), and quality (continuous improvement of pWin through engagements, positioning, solutioning, and key capture activities).
Maintain Salesforce with accurate and detailed data to ensure that reporting is aligned with forecast and actuals. Accountable for data integrity and continuous oversight, as this data will be the authoritative source for all pipeline associated reporting.
Directs marketing campaigns to establish and cultivate key customer relationships, staffing/recruiting strategies, IR&D and technology investments, government relations, HR/people considerations.
Identify and cultivate partners that will provide value to the company position for both market and individual benefit.

In this role, the Assistant Facility Security Officer (AFSO) will assist the Facility Security Officer (FSO) in administering and managing the Parsons Huntsville Security Program, providing policies, plans, procedures, departmental instructions, and technical support of safeguards and security (S&S) programs to protect client security interests.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Acts as the chief assistant to the FSO regarding not only implementation of security policy and procedures but also in assisting with the management of other security team members' daily functions.
Oversees day-to-day Industrial security facility operations and administering industrial security programs in accordance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), applicable laws, regulations, and DoD contractual requirements.
Manages the processing of security clearance paperwork, including collection and review of relevant documents and information for completeness, consistency, and accuracy
Maintains personnel security records and databases, including quality assurance and control of the fingerprinting process.
Ensures compliance with all security requirements for the marking, handling, and safeguarding of classified information received and stored within the facility, to include both information and physical security policy and procedures.
Manages, prepares, and tracks all Department of Defense Contract Security Classification Specifications(DD Form 254s) provided from the government/prime contractor as well as those necessary for distribution to subcontractors
Implements Security Education, Training, and Awareness Programs
Executes visitor control functions to include processing of incoming and outgoing visit requests and verifying incoming visitor identification, prior to allowing access to classified information
Verifies preparation of essential reports, troubleshooting industrial security issues, and providing assistance in resolving all concerns and queries from government agencies and company management.

REQUIREMENTS:
10+ years of relevant facility security experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
Must have a Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
Must be able to pass a CI Poly
Will have knowledge of both the work processes of document control and also the use of electronic systems used to manage documentation
Experience with incoming and outgoing foreign visits
Conduct facility inspections to verify the physical security standards for the protection of Collateral information
Prepare written reports documenting security findings and discrepancies
Experience in writing security section of proposals
Experience in executing National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) requirements
Must be a US Citizen
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Industrial Security Professionals (ISP) Certification
DoD Security Professional Education Development (SPeD) Certification (Security Fundamentals Professional (SFPC), Industrial Security Oversight (ISOC), etc.)

Parsons is looking for an Air Monitoring Technician to join our team! In this role you will get to perform a variety of routine remediation services primarily associated with the implementation of an air monitoring program in accordance with a Community Air Monitoring Plan (CAMP), and to include assisting with field oversight of the remedial construction, daily/weekly reporting, and analytical sampling.
This position will involve being based on an active construction site to provide support for task discussed above.
