Based position under the direction of the Customer Service Supervisor. This individual will be responsible for assisting with all administrative functions as needed including 3rd party billing, answering incoming calls, maintaining scorecards, credits/rebills, emails, accounts payable, accounts receivable/collections, and anything else required as needed, etc. The candidate must be tech savvy, learn quickly, and have strong communication skills. The individual must be able to display professionalism and use tact on the telephone when talking to customers and other employees. Individual must be cross trained in all office administration functions. The candidate will perform various other clerical functions as necessary.

  • Accredited High School diploma or GED

  • 3-5 years of experience in in office administration functions.

  • Preferred experience in Prevailing Wages

  • Experience managing market area billing and 3rd party billing

  • Excellent phone and communication skills.

BASIC DESCRIPTION:

This person will perform final tests for all PSD products and must have the ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

A Degreed Tester's primary job tasks include but are not limited to, following written procedures, and performing high voltage test and final tests for all products, troubleshoot, solve problems, order materials/parts as needed and understand MRD principles. Must understand ITW operating principles and apply them to the manufacturing area. The individual must be a self-starter, a team player, and be quality conscious with concern for the customer's needs and on-time delivery. This person will also be responsible for training others.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have an Associates degree in Electromechanical, Electronics Technology, Automotive Technology, or related field. Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred. Knowledge of engine drive products and the ability to read and understand circuit and wiring diagrams along with a good knowledge of basic electricity and good mechanical aptitude is preferred. Must has basic computer skills, be able to interpret schematics, bill of material and layout drawings. The individual must be a self-starter with a positive attitude and demonstrate leadership skills and be quality conscious with concern for the customer's needs and on-time delivery. Knowledge of welding processes and small engines is a plus. This person will also be responsible for training others. The successful candidate will be committed to teamwork and to the team goals, with a positive attitude who has made the choice to be personally accountable. Cross training in all areas of manufacturing is required. Must be willing to work flexible shifts during peak production times. The selected individual must be willing to work overtime as required (12 hrs/day and/or Saturdays/Sundays)

Job Description:

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Operations Manager will be responsible for driving results in key areas of safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and continuous improvement for the two Power Systems Division facilities.

This position requires a strong enterprise-minded leader capable of further developing a safety first culture, a robust ITW-Toolbox operations strategy, building a diverse talent pipeline, leading continuous improvement activities that will span internal operations as well as with key suppliers. ERP planning and experience will also play a key role as the division continues to increase the functionality and implementation of the newly launched system.

Responsibilities:

  • Directs and drives manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, productivity, on-time delivery, and inventory goals.

  • Drives improvements in safety, quality and operational efficiencies using the ITW Toolbox, 6S and other production/lean methods.

  • Manages the Production Coordinators and Manufacturing Engineers to develop plans for safety, quality, labor efficiency, and inventory improvements.

  • Drives effective and consistent Toolbox projects across all operational departments.

  • Defines and establishes objectives in the areas of safety, quality, and production, including developing specific short-term and long-term plans which may include budget and capital requests.

  • Reviews, revises and/or approves budget proposals received from direct reports including submitting budgets for assigned activities in accordance with the budget procedure.

  • Uses sales/inventory metrics to create robust operational plans.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or similar field required.

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant and progressive manufacturing management experience; experience in leading production/direct labor is required. Leadership experience with direct reports that are managing people is plus.

  • P&L experiencewith inventory management, budgeting, and planning capabilities is a plus.

  • Previous ERP experience strongly preferred.

Primary Objective:

To apply knowledge and skills of strain gage based transducer theory, operation, construction, testing and measurement to the development, manufacture, and troubleshooting of MTS transducers. An individual will be focused in manufacturing oriented activities.

To perform the daily custodial and minor repairs required to maintain the company facilities in a clean, orderly, sanitary and operating condition.

Primary Objective:

Applicant will be responsible for loading and unloading parts on the paint line.   • Manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing process effectively and efficiently.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Collaborate with service operations to implement global service strategy for product line.

Job Description

This position will be responsible for managing the personnel of 1st shift at the KC manufacturing facility staff and report to the Operations Manager. In addition to managing the 1st shift personnel, this role will play an active role in the day-to-day operations of the facility through scheduling production, managing vendor relationships, and procurement of products supplies necessary to operate the business. This role will continue to foster and drive continuous improvement in the business and help shape future investments in the equipment and facilities.

Essential Functions:

  • Ceate/maintain superior team safety awareness through OPX and develop corrective actions for safety concerns.

  • Maintain employee training records and other facility specific records such as scrap, hold tags, staffing information, and safety data.

  • Serve as a route card resource for both hardware and software troubleshooting and upkeep.

  • Serve as primary point of contact for vendors, contractors, service providers at Kings Chapel Plant.

  • Coach and develop work teams to have positive and proactive attitudes, personal accountability, and superior manufacturing quality as well as encouraging ownership of operations, products, and processes.

  • Manage production flow at the KC plant through scheduling

  • Through employee involvement, the production supervisor will drive ITW principles as well as 80/20 efforts in the facility

  • Standardize methods, work instructions, and best practices through cross functional teams including production coordinators from other facilities.

  • Maintain hiring and staffing levels to meet business needs, working with Human Resources, outside agencies, and consistently following internal policies.

  • Performance management, including the preparation and administration of performance reviews, individual coaching, and disciplinary management

  • Responsible for communicating scheduling priorities with other leaders to ensure safe and efficient operations based on demand.

  • Build relationships, be visible, communicate, encourage creativity and innovation across shifts

  • Effective communication across all shifts and levels of the organization.

  • Holds self and teammates accountable for living the ITW Culture and values.

  • Associate Degree in Business Administration or Engineering Technology (or attainment within five (5) years)

  • Prior leadership experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Able to articulate and demonstrate how ITW manufacturing principles (80/20, MRD, etc.) apply in a manufacturing environment

  • Understands the importance of safety compliance and Quality Standards

  • Utilize the ITW Toolbox (80/20, PLS, MRD, USa) to foster continuous improvement of people, processes, and products

  • Proven problem-solving skills to include analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Be customer-focused with management, support staff, customers, and suppliers; understand how the business functions link together to support the customer (engineering, materials, and sales)

  • Exhibit encouragement of diverse ideas, focus on coaching/developing strengths of team members and facilitate effective communication between shifts

  • Skilled at performance management; providing formal and informal feedback to employees

  • Possess the track record of a proven leader and team player, demonstrates a positive attitude, takes personal accountability, coaches, listens, is approachable, and resolves issues/conflicts promptly

  • Must be self-driven and be able to motivate others, able to identify needs and show the ability to make things happen with little supervision

  • Active in continuing education and/or self-development, both formal and informal

  • Ability to occasionally assist other shifts to cover for vacations, absences, training

  • Strong computer (Microsoft Office), oral and written communication skills, prior experience with Route Card system is a plus
