Support Inspire's family of brands by elevating and improving the effectiveness of our internal and external motion graphics and video marketing, communications, and advertising.
Ensure the culture and values of Inspire and it's brands is reflective in all content generated by the production services team.
Collaborate and support other members of Maverick Studios to ensure that broader team's goals are met.
Contract
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with scheduling, processing, and trafficking of deliverables from inception to completion, coordinating workflow of project deliverables through the use of appropriate tools, resources, and processes.
Assist with project kickoffs, project building, detailed project plans and timing throughout the life of the project.
Input final asset information into Client traffic documents (Social SmartSheets, Web Marketing Docs, Email Mapping Docs)
Coordinate with Creatives to develop and maintain creative presentation decks; proofing throughout the process.
Assist with project tracking and status updates.
Track Client feedback during live creative reviews.
Identify opportunities for process efficiencies from start to finish.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related fields and/or experience working in a brand marketing role or agency environment
Minimum 2 years spent working inside creative and production environments for and with clients/business partners
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES
Excellent planning and organization skills
Familiar with the processes and work of a creative / design / print production work environment
Experience inputting final asset information into asset traffic documents (SmartSheets, Web Marketing Docs, Email Mapping Docs)
Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence and ability to advocate for doing the right thing for yourself, the team, the company, the brands and the work
Ability to think both strategically and tactically; ability to conceptualize and execute projects and find answers to questions before they are asked
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple activities/initiatives and meet deadlines
Exceptional communicator with clear, effective and concise written and oral skills to all levels of the business
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and adapt to scope and schedule changes
Solution-orientated, complex problem solver, adaptable to change and shifting priorities with the upmost professionalism
Expert knowledge of workflow process design and workflow software management and improvement
A basic understanding (and tolerance) for traditional corporate communication and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office and other platforms such as Teams, Sharepoint, Zoom, etc.
Fluent in the latest Adobe Creative Cloud suite and creative workflow and project management platforms such as Workfront, Jira, Monday, etc.
Experience with a wide array of media, formats, platforms and mediums including print, broadcast, digital/mobile/social, POP, outdoor and events/displays, video
Assist in performing the Lease & Technical Accounting function and reporting in accordance with GAAP. Report lease activity timely and accurately.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the proper accounting and recording of lease activity (including new real estate leases, equipment leases, lease modifications, renewals, subleases, income leases, acquired leases, etc.) in accordance with GAAP.
Perform analysis of legal documents, understand technical literature, estimate property values, and document accounting treatment of complex transactions.
Determine lease classification in accordance with GAAP, interpretative guidance and provisions in legal documents.
Communicate lease testing results to Property Accounting and Fixed Assets to ensure proper accounting after classification testing. accounting issues and recommended solutions to Manager.
Document lease classification procedures for newly acquired stores.
Obtain a good understanding of the new lease accounting standard.
Assist with month-end and quarter-end closing of the general ledger by preparing journal entries, evaluating account balances, and performing reconciliations and analysis of assigned balance sheet accounts (e.g. closed location reserves, lease guarantees, sublease deposits, etc.).
Prepare schedules that will be provided to internal and external auditors.
Adhere to prescribed controls in performance of assigned processes to maintain accuracy and reliability of financial information.
Assist with ad-hoc projects and technical research to help analyze or support Company decisions.
Assist in the preparation of schedules to support footnote disclosures for the Company's financial statements.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 4 Year Degree
Undergraduate or graduate degree in accounting
Certified Public Accountant, track
1 - 3 years of total experience
1 - 2 years public accounting experience (Big 4 or large multinational firm accounting experience preferred)
Experience in a public company preferred
Prior experience with general ledger accounting systems; Oracle Cloud preferred
Must be comfortable using Excel (pivot tables, V/H lookups, net present values, and other similar functions)
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES
Flexible, -hands-on-, self-starter with strong initiative and work ethic
Must be able to understand multiple US GAAP concepts and apply that knowledge to real life situations
Strong communication and analytical skills to draft memos
Ability to effectively communicate with other departments and outside auditors on a regular basis
Ability to shift priorities as needed to make progress on multiple brands, projects, and workstreams simultaneously
Team player who works with appropriate sense of urgency and ownership to meet deadlines
Proficient in Excel (e.g. pivot tables, V/H-lookups, etc.) and Word

As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate resolution of complex Payroll issues impacting Restaurant team members. The position is responsible for creating system generated reports for payroll team audits, gathering, and preparing incoming pay data from multiple time-keeping systems, and importing various time files. This role will also coordinate team training and provide support to Sr. Payroll Analysts.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare, process, and generate Restaurant payroll via Workday
Audit, review, and reconcile Restaurant payrolls on a weekly basis
Create, run, and distribute weekly audit reports to Payroll Coordinators
This role will also coordinate team training and provide support to payroll leadership.
Maintain a high level of customer service through timely response to emails, telephone calls, and SNOW tickets
Process complex off-cycle payments (Reversals, Overpayments, Duplicate Employee Profile Merges, Final Pays including PTO calculation)
Import Various Time and Bonus files
Balance Wisely Pay Cards, Instant Funds, and load Direct Deposit Returns
Assist with research and resolution of complex payroll related matters
Maintain a high level of confidentiality for all payroll-related items
Various projects and other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma required
Undergraduate degree in business, accounting, or related field preferred
3 - 5 years of payroll processing experience required
Experience with Workday or comparable software preferred

Brand Experience teams at Inspire Brands work cross-functionally to maximize brand performance. This role will support the development of data-driven marketing strategies that support Go-To-Market plans for the national calendar with responsibilities ranging from project management, briefing, and reporting. This role will support the Arby's Brand Team in the development of Brand Experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Strategy Lead and National Calendar team in developing annual and quarterly brand briefs
Build and maintain a monthly brand highlights report leveraging data and insights from variety of data resources and tools from the Commercial Group. This includes, but is not limited to:
Brand analytics reporting
Competitive intelligence
Consumer insights data
Customer feedback and sentiment
Brand health tracker
Help manage the brand stage gate process by working with cross-functional partners to build weekly agendas, collect and share meeting notes, and maintain project documentation and testing calendar
Help build strategy decks and sell decks for quarterly franchise board meetings
Act as an OKR (Objectives and Key Results) steward and help the Brand Experience team track progress against the team's dedicated Key Results
Support in go-to-market testing and execution of value strategy work as well other non-product initiatives
Assist in the review and management of all Arby's CPG business approval needs
Work cross-functionally to build and maintain yearly learning agenda across all parts of the business
Work with e-commerce teams to develop robust marketing plans across owned channels, loyalty program, and 3rd party delivery
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred: 4 Year degree
Preferred bachelor's degree in business/Marketing/Communications
Marketing or Communications internship, 1+ year of project management/marketing/advertising agency experience
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES

To support the daily activities of the Restaurant Accounting team by contributing to the achievement of company and department goals through the compilation and analysis of the financial statements. Maintain compliance of all accounting policies and procedures is expected.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support functional team defined as a specific area of Restaurant Accounting including owning certain processes and controls for multiple brands.
Review Profit and Loss Statements and post correcting journal entries each period to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Prepare Balance Sheets Reconciliations for assigned accounts to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Lead Restaurant Accounting team toward a strong commitment to customer service and personal development.
Assist additional function teams to ensure Restaurant Accounting team is up to date on all tasks and learn information about roles, tasks, etc. within the other groups.
Research and record explanations on assigned company accounts in support of monthly reporting.
Assist Region FP&A with preparation and review of annual AOP.
Has a working knowledge of the various system applications and how they are integrated.
Recommends solutions when confronted with opportunities and seeks process improvement within monthly accounting functions.
Takes initiative to learn areas outside their normal job responsibilities and demonstrates an ownership mentality.

To support the daily activities of the Restaurant Accounting team by contributing to the achievement of company and department goals through the compilation and analysis of the financial statements. Maintain compliance of all accounting policies and procedures is expected.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support functional team defined as a specific area of Restaurant Accounting including owning certain processes and controls for multiple brands.
Review Profit and Loss Statements and post correcting journal entries each period to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Prepare Balance Sheets Reconciliations for assigned accounts to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Lead Restaurant Accounting team toward a strong commitment to customer service and personal development.
Assist additional function teams to ensure Restaurant Accounting team is up to date on all tasks and learn information about roles, tasks, etc. within the other groups.
Research and record explanations on assigned company accounts in support of monthly reporting.
Assist Region FP&A with preparation and review of annual AOP.
Has a working knowledge of the various system applications and how they are integrated.

Support the sourcing, pricing negotiations, and supply of smallwares, furniture and kitchen equipment as well as manage approved distributors for the needs of Inspire Brands portfolio of restaurants. Manage assigned contracts for manufacturers, and identify vendor suppliers that can support the current and future growth needs of Inspire Brands portfolio of restaurants.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage continuity of supply, supplier contracting and price management to include annual pricing negotiating, cost savings and avoidance for all approved supplier programs
Support the Restaurant Ops Innovation and Design teams with innovation and sourcing needs for managed categories
As directed, conduct regular communication to Inspire's Development and Construction teams on any sourcing and supply delays and advisements. Stay informed regularly on development goals and progress

What You'll Be Working On-
The Operating Systems Manager, Technology & Testing is responsible for supporting digital tools and initiatives focused on enhancing the store operational experience. This role will work cross-functionally with IT, Marketing, Field Operations, and other business stakeholders, along with vendors and franchisees to deliver ongoing projects such as delivery, E-Comm systems, and point of sale updates that enable Baskin-Robbins to achieve business goals and drive operational excellence.
This role requires a person with deep understanding of restaurant operations, who can facilitate the relationship between the restaurants and the systems used daily as well as manage project criteria and timelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify ideas, scope features, problems and solutions across various technology systems, restaurant operations & business processes to enhance restaurant execution and drive sales growth
Leverage the latest technology and best practices in the QSR industry to create systems and infrastructure which will enable franchisee growth and profitability
Manage and execute hands-on testing, training, and deploying of restaurant systems, new releases, enhancements, and initiatives to include products and equipment, platform processes such as delivery, e-Commerce, mobile ordering and Point-of-Sale
