THE POSITION
Are you looking for an exciting internship experience? Our paid Internship Program provides real-world experience for students who are interested in the live entertainment industry. After finishing this program, you will have gained broad experience in various aspects live entertainment business. You can also expect to apply your academic learning to real-world situations and cultivate your leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. This is a part-time position, up to 25 hours per week.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Primary function will be to maintain tour documents and support the tour director functions which works closely with all of the information below.
Master calendar routings
Merch rates
Artist analysis
Reviewing Scaling maps
Reviewing Ticket Counts
Artist hit list
Analyzing price resistance
Learning how to read audits
Update Artist pipeline
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Understanding the function of how a tour is planned and executed. From the intial steps of identifying an artist and how to decide which rooms they should play to routing, analziying business plans, ticket prices, maintaing P&L documents, assets needed for marketing and deal structures. What is the philosophy of building a touring career for an artist.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Currently enrolled in an accredited College or University; Preferably in a field related to the internship you are applying for
Junior or Senior standing
Previous experience preferred (school, internship, or professional)
Creative thinker and problem solver
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy
A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs
Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50+ lbs. and occasional sitting.
This program is during Summer 2022.

THE JOB
As one of the foremost B2C e-commerce websites and brands in the world specialising in live entertainment ticketing across multiple North American distribution platforms , you will be a full-service commercial and transactional attorney managing a variety of legal responsibilities in support of Ticketmaster's generation, development and retention of client business.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Negotiating and drafting a wide variety of commercial agreements, including venue ticketing agreements, licensing agreements, sponsorship agreements, artist agreements, vendor agreements, independent contractor agreements, [and booking agreements].
Creating and updating various contract and document templates.
Managing client legal disputes.
Preparing and reviewing legal correspondence, requests for business proposals, consents, consumer copy and disclosures.
Providing legal counsel to sales and client development team on an array of issues.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
J.D. from accredited law school and applicable state bar membership in good standing.
Minimum four (4) years' experience either at a law firm or in-house negotiating and drafting sophisticated legal transactions and agreements.
Excellent organizational skills with ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
Sound business judgment, and flexibility/adaptability to manage multiple wide-ranging matters, conflicting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent negotiating, drafting, organizational, and oral and written communication skills .
Ability to handle a high volume of work, and work through projects with minimal supervision.
Responsiveness to clients; desire to partner with business executives to provide solutions.
Strong analytical skills.

The Role:
Roc Nation, a Live Nation joint venture, is seeking a Manager of Digital Marketing & Strategy to support the continued development and growth of philanthropic efforts on social media. Responsibilities will include creating and managing the content strategy/calendar, identifying relevant opportunities for action, campaign ideation, facilitation & reporting. Social Media & Web Development: Identify and manage implementation of new social content opportunities; maintain real-time control of all social/web platforms and the narrative around content.
Creative Marketing: Grow client awareness, social engagement and content syndication by identifying opportunities to engage with audiences through thought-leading social dialogue.
Brand Marketing: Ensure brand integrity across all digital content. Copywriting in the brands' tone of voice and maintaining an authentic presence is necessary.
Content Creation: Create high-quality assets and infographics in real-time, as needed.
Other Priority Marketing: Develop and execute content release campaigns and other marketing efforts as needed around client's key initiatives; with a focus on opportunities to leverage latest social technology.
Qualifications:
3-5 years business experience managing digital content and social platforms
Experience in not-for-profit or philanthropy
Strong oral/written communication skills
Proven ability to create compelling, results-driven social media campaigns
An in-depth understanding of social media platforms, industry trends, new technologies and digital services
Experience developing successful, multi-channel community engagement campaigns.
Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills.
Track record of building and maintaining strong business relationships
Comfortable working and multi-tasking in fast-paced, high profile, on-the-fly environments
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

THE ROLE
The Sr. Human Resources Generalist is a key member of the small but mighty Corporate HR Team. The Sr. Generalist is responsible for the day-to-day activities to help support one or more business leaders and multiple client groups across Corporate and Artist Nation businesses. This position reports directly to the Sr. Director of Corporate Human Resources.
The selected candidate will provide day to day support to employees and managers and deliver quality HR programs, processes, and services. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO:
Provide strategic business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization
Serve as a contact for employees and answer questions regarding HR policies, resources, and procedures.
Partner with managers to prepare and process employment changes for staff related to events such as hiring, onboarding, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions.
Work in partnership with Business leaders on addressing employee relations issues and employee concerns. Assist in development and implementation of performance improvement plans as necessary, conflict resolution, up to and including terminations as appropriate.
Partner closely with the HR team to refine internal processes and ensure consistent implementation of processes and programs.
Collaborate with HR leaders to plan for, deploy, and ensure compliance with cyclical employee programs (performance management, promotions, salary review cycles, talent reviews, training, etc.).
Act as a resource to employees and recruiting team throughout the employee lifecycle from on-boarding to off-boarding.
Lead employee investigations, documentation and provide recommendation for solution as necessary to resolve according to law, company policy and precedent, and escalate to Sr. HR Director when appropriate.
Provide guidance on the creation of job descriptions, job analysis and market compensation requests.
Being the daily Workday expert, carefully reviewing and process/approve entries, produce reporting data around new hires, internal mobility, turnover, and retention.
Conduct employee exit interviews and off-boarding procedures. Analyze data, assess, and report on trends.
Assist in the administration of FMLA and other LOA's. Answer routine benefit questions and refer employees to appropriate resources. Workers Compensation claims processing and tracking and ACA Compliance.
Proactively communicate helpful resources to management and staff.
Serve as an administrative resource for the HR team (as we all do).

General Summary
Associate Marketing Manager will work in conjunction with the C3 Marketing Manager, C3 Talent Buyers, casino's marketing team, public relations team, media buyers, local/regional media and artist management to promote the concert/event in the most effective manner possible to satisfy client, promote ticket sales and stay within budget.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Create an effective marketing plan, strategy and budget grid for each confirmed show
Seek property/management approval for each marketing plan and executes steps to put the plan in place
Ensure accessibility to property contact, with scheduled and daily interaction conference call meetings, email, etc. for strategy, maintenance and recapping shows
Work with band management and property PR team to coordinate live and phone-in interviews, photo passes, etc.
Work with radio partners, including acquiring radio proposals, confirming proposals, coordinating on-site set up, concert announcement and website information
Work directly with media buyers to get radio buys, print ads, billboards, digital advertising and all around media scheduled and placed and/or place direct
Internal teamwork, meetings, recapping and strategy
Recommend and proof weekly print ads; ordering and servicing property and media with audio/video; and, seeking and receiving approval for on property signage, billboards, etc.
Work with Property PR team to write press releases for local media distribution and artist biographies for online outlets, including casino webpage
Research and keep up-to-date with assigned areas' relevant events/concerts, media outlets, websites, blogs, radio stations, radio playlists, and demographics
Work with band management/publicist to obtain approval for press requests for each show
Keep and maintain individual show, monthly and yearly media budgets
Maintain administrative duties - organizing show files, updating budget sheets, tracking ticket counts, etc.

THE JOB
We are seeking a General Manager to oversee business operations ensuring that the venue and all related matters operate within the scope of Live Nation standards, policies and procedures.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Establish and maintain high standards of customer service for staff, customers and vendors
Identify and maximize revenue drivers while optimizing the overall guest and artist experience
Collaborate with Marketing, Premium Seat Sales, Food and Beverage team, and Sponsorship to create innovative offerings that drive incremental revenue growth, fan and partner engagement, and profitability
Manage overall expenses of concerts to maximize profits while protecting the guest and artist experience
Oversee food and beverage and merchandise performance and strategies (point of sale ratio, variety, etc.)
Hires, trains and schedules full and part-time employees, and work closely with all subcontractors and/or third-party vendors.
Promote and establish "rental" events in the venue.
Works closely with Live Nation promoters and operations and provides direction on standards and compliance
Coordinates and facilitates event set-up with operations
Performs and executes successful settlement of events
Performs and executes timely Flash Reports after events
Forecasts in ROME, operational and production expenses, as well as ancillary revenue streams.
Coordinates day of event activities and matters
Excellent working knowledge of Health & Safety
Implements and complies with the companies' audit procedures
Ensures that employees performance is monitored and reviewed accordingly
Management of employee attendance records, for all employees

Advance each show with tour security directors and fulfill tour security requirements

Minimum 5 years experience as a general manager or operations manager in a hospitality related business

THE JOB
The Assistant General Manager will provide support and assistance to the General Manager. This role will work closely with division leadership, local municipalities and will have a close tie to all hourly event-based employees at the venue. This role will also assist by supporting additional Live Nation venues within the region when needed.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Responsible for managing all aspects of facility operations and maintenance, including but not limited to, front of house operations, preventive maintenance, third party contracting, limited governmental relationships, and staffing.
Recruits, hires, trains, and supervises part-time staff/supervisors, including but not limited to: Security, Parking/Traffic, Cashiers, Maintenance, and Ushers/Ticket Takers.
Develops and oversees overhead expense budget for House Departments.
Assists, in coordination with the General Manager, in preparation of annual operations budget.
Maintains and monitors records of all incident reports. Investigates and manages all pending cases, including interviewing staff and attending arbitration hearings as necessary.
In conjunction with all management and other personnel works to provide a safe and enjoyable facility for guests and employees including all Service Culture training.
Ensure optimum operating condition of all theater equipment, such as communication equipment and crowd control devices.
Investigate and resolve guest related complaints.
Implementation and execution of all Live Nation policies, procedures, and programs.
Develop and implement recruiting program for seasonal event staff and other seasonal positions.
Develop and coordinate the Injury Prevention Program for staff.
Development and maintenance of municipality relationships including police, fire, rescue, parks and other departments.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors and third party vendors to ensure safe, efficient and successful events
Respond to patron complaints as necessary
Coordinate with facilities team to develop long term preventive maintenance programs, capital expenditure programs, and other asset protection and improvement programs
Coordinate and actively communicate to the neighboring businesses and residents as needed.
Provides support to neighboring venues within the region/market.
Other duties as may be assigned.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Required:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or comparable work experience
Minimum 5 years experience as a manager in a hospitality related business
Flexible Schedule (days/nights, weekends, and holidays)
Ability and flexibility to travel when needed
Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms
Preferred:
Previous experience working with local municipalities, such as police, fire, etc.
Previous experience supervising and managing large volumes of part time, event based employees
Experience in a live music environment

Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre is looking for fun, energetic and music-lovin' people to fill this season's job openings. This is a seasonal, hourly position that works concert days only. Job begins in April with trainings and concert season will conclude in October, with eligibility for rehire for full 2023 concert season.
The Role:
The Post-Show Operations Crew are responsible for the tear-down of the venue after each event. Job functions include clearing the lawn area of all lawn chairs and storing them in the correct areas to be used for the next event, assisting with cleanup throughout the rest of the venue if time permits, and other jobs as assigned by supervisor.
Applicants must be physically fit, capable of walking the elevated lawn for hours at a time, and be able to lift 10-15lbs consistently throughout the shift.
This position works POST-SHOW with shift start times around 10:30PM on Weeknights, Weekends, and Some Holidays.

THE JOB
The Production Manager is responsible for all of the on-stage, backstage and other technical details of concerts and events. Includes advancing and obtaining presale technical information, including production needs, rider requirements, staging and capacity changes .

Assist with the maintenance of audio, lighting, backline and video systems advising on repairs when needed
Advance food and beverage/hospitality requirements
Ensure information is distributed to Operations Managers in a timely basis
Responsible for safe and consistent operation of all equipment
Advise on design and purchase of site lighting systems (patio, restaurant, etc.)
Maintain -past show- files
Maintain accurate vendor records, following Purchase Ordering Systems
Responsible for documenting and delivering disciplinary actions to production crew
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Required:
Flexible Schedule (days/nights, late hours, weekends, and holidays)
Experience in stage lighting, pro audio systems and basic video systems
Strong people skills with an emphasis on competent and diplomatic communication with tour/production manager representatives
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to make clear concise decisions, sometimes with limited information
Computer literate in Windows applications
Must possess superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills
High School Diploma
Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms
Preferred:
Minimum 3 years prior production management in an entertainment venue, tour management, or stage management
Some College or College Degree in related field
Behavioral Based Interviewing Skills
Cash handling experience
Experience in a live music environment
Physical Demands/Working Environment:
Working environment is fast-paced and often loud and stressful
Position requires extended periods of prolonged standing, lifting, bending, reaching, and working on your feet
Must be able to lift or move up to 75 lbs using proper lifting techniques
Tolerance of loud noise level in working environment
Able to wear a radio earpiece during the scheduled shift

THE JOB
Working in conjunction with our promoters, marketing and production teams, this position is responsible for the planning and execution of concerts, as well as responsible for managing the internal processes relating to these events.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Establish, build and maintain positive relations with agents, managers and industry representatives
Oversee Marketing, Ticketing and production for each event booked
Handle all regional local agents, assisting with national acts where appropriate
Negotiate all contractual agreements between LN and artist agents
Research local bands and develop local stand-alone nights
Establish relationships with industry people
Manage budget of each event to ensure financial success.
Execute night of artist and venue settlements in variety of venues
Coordinate with production managers to ensure successful show on site
Coordinate with alliances departments regarding submission and approval of sponsor initiatives
Responsible for forecast projections of events booked
Manage internal documentation as required (ROME, calendars, ticketing, etc)
Maintain calendar at venues booked
Represent Live Nation at Industry/Office events as requested.
Ensure and maintain superior customer service

THE JOB
We are currently looking for a Regional Marketing Director to support our Latin Market. This person, under guidance of the Regional Marketing Management Team, will be responsible for multiple tasks that are essential to the success of Live Nation's marketing efforts including the development and presentation of marketing plans to artist representatives, direction and implementation of local marketing promotions and partnerships, and management of multiple event advertising budgets for arena, stadium and amphitheater shows.

Act as the key internal contact with various stakeholders to prepare, present and execute marketing and promotional campaigns for multiple Live Nation events primarily at the arena and amphitheater level

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

THE GIG
Across multiple live music venues, Premium Seat Sales teams are responsible for generating Premium Seat revenue which may include box suites, season tickets, PSLs, some hospitality events and other revenue-generating programs as added to portfolio of menu items to sell. Packages and inventory will be specific to assigned venue(s).
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Assist Director of Premium Seats in generating sales and administering all Live Nation Premium Seat Programs
Prepare, issue, and verify return of all Premium Seat contracts as advised by Director of Premium Seats
Oversee and maintain accounts receivable
Assist in maintenance of client relationships
Act as a liaison with internal departments (i.e. Box Office, Finance, local marketers) along with Director of Premium Seats
Manage client requests for additional ticket purchases
Assist with the processing of PSS sales reports
Maintain client email database and facilitate regular email updates on various items via Exact Target
Coordination of on-site premium seat program responsibilities and client services for most concert events

THE TEAM
The TM Security team partners with various parts of the business to secure system and network resources and protect the integrity and confidentiality of regulated data. To support this mission, the TM Security team develops processes, procedures, and policies required for the protection of data. THE JOB
The Security Analyst will work directly with product groups and technology teams to drive remediation efforts and ensure constant security awareness in project development and planning. The Security Analyst will be a single point of contact for their assigned technology teams and will provide visibility and oversight into secure development processes to the senior leadership team.

THE TEAM
The Field Operations team builds and maintains relationships with various clients to understand the essentials of their business practice, ensure their business objectives are met and clients are able to utilize the various Ticketmaster products/platforms.
THE ROLE
As part of the Event Management team, you will support Ticketmaster clients in all their event management needs. This includes building events and making updates to events based on work requests from clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This position involves collecting, reviewing, and inputting accurate data into Ticketmaster Host system following procedural best practices and established standards, then verifying the output. The tool knowledge set for the position includes Host and Host applications, EventPro, EMT and TM1 suite products.
Meet and exceed Event Management service level agreements
Accurately input event data into Ticketmaster Host system and identify and resolve event related errors
Work with clients, promoters, and internal departments such as marketing, accounting, customer service, event operations and support and client support, when creating events and distributing information regarding those events
Establish and develop relationships with assigned clients
On-Call schedule rotation amongst the team; after hour, weekend and holiday client support responsibilities
From time to time, will be responsible for other duties as assigned by, but not limited to, Senior Event Specialist, the EM Manager, or the Regional Director of Event Management
REQUIREMENTS
1+ years experience with the Ticketmaster System, or related field experience, with some exposure and knowledge of the Ticketmaster system
Service oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills
Able to successfully handle multiple priorities
Certain degree of creativity, latitude, and problem solving is required
Box Office experience a plus
Overall awareness of the entertainment business is important
Knowledge of how TM departments impact on one another, and on outside clients is a plus

Job Summary:
As a Talent Buyer Assistant, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to Casinos Division Director and Talent Buyers in the Casino Department, with a heavy emphasis on development into Talent Buyer.
Responsibilities
Provide support to the casino team to book entertainment and facilitate administrative duties including day-to-day related tasks such as pitches, market research, organizational tasks, deal point memos, avail submissions, drafting offers, reviewing contracts, etc.
Assist with creating and maintaining offers, confirmations, organizational tools, and other pertinent documents and using these tools to develop extensive knowledge of talent buyers' offers and shows
Use independent and proactive research to become knowledgeable about each venue's market, learning to distinguish what content would be appropriate at talent buyers' venues
Analyze data to develop lists of potential entertainers for casino shows
Participate and take notes on conference calls, updating and sharing information regarding the venues' entertainment strategy
Schedule and coordinate conference calls, meetings, and appointments
General administrative support including assisting with calls and messages
Forge and maintain relationships with agents, assistants, managers, celebrity bookers, entertainment directors, business partners, and casino executives
Work with marketing teams to ensure accuracy of each shows' on-sale process and ticketing details
Professional and timely response to agency requests for ticket counts
Interface with cross departmental teams, including marketing, contracts, legal, etc.
