Responsibilities:
Handle all day-to-day administrative responsibilities for the President; this includes and is not limited to scheduling and coordinating meetings, answering phone calls and other general administrative functions
Calendar and coordinate meetings and keep President informed of any changes; produce agendas, prepare and review documents where applicable
Manage expenses, including organizing receipts and submitting for reimbursement
Review and distribute show informational sheets for Emporium Presents team
Check show announcements, presales and on-sales for accuracy
Pull insurance certificates for shows
Get venue holds and build offers for shows
Enter confirmed shows into Rome Booking system
Review and edit co-pro agreements, venue & artist contracts
Interface with marketing, ticketing accounting department
General office management
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Must display sound, mature judgment and decision-making ability, including knowing what can be handled independently and what should be brought to the President's attention.
Must have collaborative instincts and sense of humor
Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and commitment to follow up and follow through
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently but also collaboratively as a member of a team
Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines, while effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to deal with diverse and confidential information with discretion and good judgment
Must have strong computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Office 365 and G Suite for Business

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
I. Essential Duties
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly financial goals
Proactively solicit new business opportunities by conducting effective sales calls, facilitate meetings and presentations to potential clients, handle special event inquiry calls, negotiate space, assist with client catering needs through local caterer, create event proposals and conduct site inspections.
Negotiate and close contracts
Build/generate new leads to increase size of potential client database from cold calls and market prospecting to include, but not limited to conventions, corporations, DMCs, tour operators, meeting planners, associations, SMERF (Social, Military, Educational, Religious and Fraternal) groups, concierges, hotels, organizations (i.e. Chamber of Commerce, Convention Center, Convention & Visitors Bureau, etc.) etc.
Develop strategic and promotional plan to drive Special Event/Rental sales for the venue/region to reach/exceed annual goal. Plan to include strategic initiatives, competitive analysis, insights on new areas of opportunity, etc.
Sales generation - maximize revenue while developing long-term relationships with clients (both local and national)
Monitor changes in the sales / special events industry and develop strategies to improve and adjust to those changes
Evaluate/identify potential business from new clients for both local market venues as well as Live Nation's portfolio of opportunities
Seek out and develop relationship with local industries (i.e. corporations, hotels, non-profits, etc)
Fully integrate into CVB to capitalize on the corporate and convention business that comes to the local market
Become involved in local and national outside organizations directly related to the hospitality industry (i.e. MPI, PCMA, ISES, HSMAI)
Attend local trade shows, participate in sales blitzes and other off-site sales efforts
Responsible for overall financial aspects involved in promoting and selling the venue
Create and implement required reports on the productivity of sales by establishing revenue goals, enhancing client database, increasing check averages, managing contribution margin and exceeding goals in all categories
Oversee and coordinate service vendors to fulfill client proposal and event needs
File management of Caterease (Special Events software system)
Strategic planning and forecasting
Oversee all departmental accounting paperwork
Development, management and fulfillment of the Special Event marketing budget
Weekly reports to the GM on corporate sales trends, bookings, sales recaps and department productivity
Submit monthly reports to GM and VP of Sales including, but not limited to: Special Event Revenue Report, Forecast, Revenue Pipeline, Talent Cost, Event Export Reports, Revenue Breakdown and Lost Business
II. Supervision of the Department(s)
Actively train and develop team on effective sales calls, prospecting and presentations
Manage Sales Managers and provide strategic direction on how they can reach/exceed their individual goals, both short-term and long-term
Execute weekly department meetings to keep staff informed, assess/set goals and create strategies for new business development
Provide a positive and creative team environment within the department(s)
Oversee daily management of sales team
Ensure accuracy and delivery of all required reports (SEO's, leads, event calendars, forecasting, sales revenue reports, etc) are distributed in a timely manner for proper planning
Understand all operational department responsibilities, capabilities and limitations to smoothly ensure maximum guest satisfaction and operational communication
Serve as an advisor to staff members on logistical arrangements, recommend and monitor new business opportunities, develop professional and personal goals of the staff maximizing productivity and stimulating growth, both internally and externally
Monitor office procedures to ensure timely returned calls, maintain filing, trace system, lost business and proper etiquette
Handle all recruiting, hiring, disciplinary and terminations in accordance with all Live Nation policies
Maintain open communication and handle conflict resolution with staff
Conduct evaluations of staff, outline goals and monitor progress, maintain action plans, propose/ raise recommendations
Ensure staff training is complete and satisfactory. Ensure consistent and on-going mentoring for department employees
Monitor department office procedures
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of five years sales experience in the hospitality industry
3+ years of team leadership experience
Working knowledge of local and regional markets, restaurant and venue operations, computers (Windows environment, spreadsheet, databases, word processing), guest relations
Skill in Interpersonal communications, organization, financial knowledge, and team building
Ability to delegate, follow up, relate to staff, guests and partners in a positive effective manner
Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms

Ability to work in a very fast paced environment with considerable noise and interruptions. Must be able to change activity frequently.

THE JOB
Live Nation is seeking qualified Box Office Assistants to assist with ticketing operations for concert venues in multiple locations around the US. This detail-oriented position requires excellent organizational skills, professional interaction with management personnel, partners, clients of all levels, an ability to work efficiently, accurately and effectively under pressure, and ability to complete and prioritize tasks in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in various ticketing software, staff management, and guest relations.
This position will assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the Box Office department within the scope of generally accepted practices and procedures for all Live Nation owned & operated and third-party venues, as necessary. Travel may be required.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Assistant Managerial Duties
Develop strong working relationships with Live Nation promoters, ticketing staff, guests, and affiliated partners
Assist with training, scheduling of Box Office personnel
Collaborate with internal departments and external event personnel to ensure all ticketing needs are addressed
Ensure Ticketing department delivers exceptional customer service to all guests and works proactively to resolve any issues that arise
Event Management
Build and maintain events for venue(s) or locations assigned within the appropriate ticketing software
Assist talent buyers, tour personnel and internal staff, as necessary, with event programming, reporting, ticket holds and other ticketing details
Work with the Marketing, Production and Talent departments, artist management and label representatives to set-up events, place holds, process orders, and release tickets in a timely fashion
Ensure ADA Compliant Ticketing Practices
Accounting/Financial Duties
Assist with maintaining accurate Box Office accounting records and archives
Ensure venue Box Office staff adheres to company's cash handling policies and procedures
Other Duties
Monitor all ticketing software and hardware and report any issues immediately
Embrace all new ticketing technology provided by Ticketmaster including TM1 Entry, TM1 Sales, TM1 Events etc.
Keep current with all key ticketing trends in entertainment industry
Attend all relevant meetings, discussions, and conferences as the venue's ticketing lead
Any additional duties as assigned by leadership
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or comparable work experience
2-3 years' experience working in a Box Office
Strong knowledge of customer service, computer operations, and accounting/cash management procedures
Understanding of Ticketing systems including, but not limited to Ticketmaster Host, Archtics, AccountManager and the TM1 product suite
Previous experience managing season ticket business and ancillary products such as VIP Parking, Club and other premium hospitality offerings preferred
Ability to provide leadership, engage in positive interaction with staff and guests, prioritize, organize, motivate staff, problem solve, delegate, follow-up, communicate and diffuse possibly volatile situations with tact
Ability to communicate respectfully with diplomacy across all levels of business is essential
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
Ability to work evening and weekend hours, based on the needs of daily business operations
Detail-oriented with a strong ability to work under pressure to meet strict and fluid deadlines

The Special Events Sales Manager will sell and organize parties and special events by market segment as determined and assigned by the Director of Sales. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
I. Financial Performance of Department(s)
Aggressively ensure that revenue is generated in accordance to individual sales quota established by DOS and track financials per market segment, per month and per quarter.
Assist DOS in creating annual sales plans for each market segment; Convention, Association, Incentive, Tour &Travel, Social, Local, Corporate; SMERF, DMC, etc.
II. Essential Duties
Meet and exceed individual sales goals
Consistently fulfill sales call quotas and required tracking protocol
Complete understanding of competitive set as well as key points to sell against such venues
Handle initial phone call and electronic inquiries in a timely manner (within 24 hours)
Develop a complete, comprehensive targeted list of companies/organizations within assigned categories
Build, maintain and target client database (from internal and external sources): convention business, tour operators, meeting planners, party planners, corporate, social, concierges, non-profit, fundraisers, DMC's, etc.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Minimum Requirements:

THE JOB
Our Production Manager serves in multiple utility capacities across all facets of our flexible Video/Broadcast Production model and team from beginning to end. This person is also versed in video production as it relates to integrating it within Experiential and Digital productions. As a focus, this manager/coordinator/junior producer must have knowledge and skills in video production from pre-production all the way to post and delivery. This is inclusive of small in house team -quick strike/turn around production deployment and post; to management of outsources third party vendors and larger scale production and post production partners and houses. Along with the rest of the GreenLight/Live Nation Studios team, this person should have knowledge of the music world and be able to help tell an authentic story for our brands and clients. We encourage this position to have some experience working with the other production departments to enrich their understanding of storytelling on multiple platforms.

Support Senior Producer /EP in creating budgets and schedules, pre-production books, coordinating casting and tech scouts, and researching locations
Support Producers with Vendor estimates and bids
Produce/shoot/edit BTS micro-budget projects
Generate and disseminate Call-sheets, Production Reports, and Maintain shoot schedules
Distribute, manage and archived talent/appearance releases

THE JOB
Live Nation is seeking qualified Box Office Managers to oversee ticketing operations for concert venues in multiple locations around the US. Build and maintain all events for venue(s) or locations assigned within the appropriate ticketing software
Assist talent buyers, tour personnel and internal staff, as necessary, with event programming, reporting, ticket holds and other ticketing details
Work with the Marketing, Production and Talent departments, artist management and label representatives to set-up events, place holds, process orders, and release tickets in a timely fashion
Assist with the monitoring of all ticket inventory
Collaborate with Pricing team to monitor and dynamically price tickets to maximize revenue
Partner with Ancillary Product team and Venue General Manager to create and optimize ancillary products to drive incremental revenue
Ensure ADA Compliant Ticketing Practices
Accounting/Financial Duties
Maintain accurate Box Office accounting records and archives
Ensure venue Box Office staff adheres to company's cash handling policies and procedures
Perform daily Box Office safe reconciliation, prepare deposits, and run all daily financial reporting
Responsible for the preparation of all Box Office settlement reports on event nights
Actively participate in event settlements, as needed
Other Duties
Monitor all ticketing software and hardware and report any issues immediately
Embrace all new ticketing technology provided by Ticketmaster including TM1 Entry, TM1 Sales, TM1 Events etc.
Keep current with all key ticketing trends in entertainment industry
Attend all relevant meetings, discussions, and conferences as the venue's ticketing lead

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or comparable work experience
2-3 years' experience as a Box Office manager or representative, including management level work experience

THE GIG
Across multiple live music venues, Premium Seat Sales teams are responsible for generating Premium Seat revenue which may include box suites, season tickets, PSLs, some hospitality events and other revenue-generating programs as added to portfolio of menu items to sell. Packages and inventory will be specific to assigned venue(s).
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Assist Director of Premium Seats in generating sales and administering all Live Nation Premium Seat Programs
Prepare, issue, and verify return of all Premium Seat contracts as advised by Director of Premium Seats
Oversee and maintain accounts receivable
Assist in maintenance of client relationships
Act as a liaison with internal departments (i.e. Box Office, Finance, local marketers) along with Director of Premium Seats
Manage client requests for additional ticket purchases
Assist with the processing of PSS sales reports
Maintain client email database and facilitate regular email updates on various items via Exact Target
Coordination of on-site premium seat program responsibilities and client services for most concert events
Interface with VIP Club catering staff to insure a smooth-running Club on event days
Conducts cold calls, prospecting for new clients

THE GIG
Across multiple live music venues, Premium Seat Sales teams are responsible for generating Premium Seat revenue which may include box suites, season tickets, PSLs, some hospitality events and other revenue-generating programs as added to portfolio of menu items to sell. Packages and inventory will be specific to assigned venue(s).
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Assist Director of Premium Seats in generating sales and administering all Live Nation Premium Seat Programs
Prepare, issue, and verify return of all Premium Seat contracts as advised by Director of Premium Seats
Oversee and maintain accounts receivable
Assist in maintenance of client relationships
Act as a liaison with internal departments (i.e. Box Office, Finance, local marketers) along with Director of Premium Seats
Manage client requests for additional ticket purchases
Assist with the processing of PSS sales reports
Maintain client email database and facilitate regular email updates on various items via Exact Target

THE JOB
Live Nation is seeking qualified Box Office Assistants to assist with ticketing operations for concert venues in multiple locations around the US. This detail-oriented position requires excellent organizational skills, professional interaction with management personnel, partners, clients of all levels, an ability to work efficiently, accurately and effectively under pressure, and ability to complete and prioritize tasks in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in various ticketing software, staff management, and guest relations.
This position will assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the Box Office department within the scope of generally accepted practices and procedures for all Live Nation owned & operated and third-party venues, as necessary. Travel may be required.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Assistant Managerial Duties
Develop strong working relationships with Live Nation promoters, ticketing staff, guests, and affiliated partners
Assist with training, scheduling of Box Office personnel
Collaborate with internal departments and external event personnel to ensure all ticketing needs are addressed
Ensure Ticketing department delivers exceptional customer service to all guests and works proactively to resolve any issues that arise
Event Management
Build and maintain events for venue(s) or locations assigned within the appropriate ticketing software
Assist talent buyers, tour personnel and internal staff, as necessary, with event programming, reporting, ticket holds and other ticketing details
Work with the Marketing, Production and Talent departments, artist management and label representatives to set-up events, place holds, process orders, and release tickets in a timely fashion
Ensure ADA Compliant Ticketing Practices
Accounting/Financial Duties
Assist with maintaining accurate Box Office accounting records and archives
Ensure venue Box Office staff adheres to company's cash handling policies and procedures
Other Duties
Monitor all ticketing software and hardware and report any issues immediately
Embrace all new ticketing technology provided by Ticketmaster including TM1 Entry, TM1 Sales, TM1 Events etc.
Keep current with all key ticketing trends in entertainment industry
Attend all relevant meetings, discussions, and conferences as the venue's ticketing lead
Any additional duties as assigned by leadership
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or comparable work experience
2-3 years' experience working in a Box Office
Strong knowledge of customer service, computer operations, and accounting/cash management procedures
Understanding of Ticketing systems including, but not limited to Ticketmaster Host, Archtics, AccountManager and the TM1 product suite
Previous experience managing season ticket business and ancillary products such as VIP Parking, Club and other premium hospitality offerings preferred
Ability to provide leadership, engage in positive interaction with staff and guests, prioritize, organize, motivate staff, problem solve, delegate, follow-up, communicate and diffuse possibly volatile situations with tact
Ability to communicate respectfully with diplomacy across all levels of business is essential
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)

THE ROLE:
Responsibilities:
I. Essential Functions
Coordinate all aspects of operational set-up and break down of events (equipment needs, rental needs, and station set-up)
Assists with Production department all aspects needed for an event
Liaison between client and House of Blues Team Members throughout Event.
Executes admission tickets and retail requests for Special Events
Verbally communicate in a calm, positive demeanor, during the course of the function with the kitchen, service, beverage, as well as the guest host to ensure timely execution of events, quality of service and adherence to all applicable federal, state and local safety & health regulations and HOB standards.
Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance (specific HOB standard)
Conduct Event Pre-Shift with Operations Managers and communicate event specifics at Team Member Pre-Shift
Assures seamless transition for Client from Sales Department to Operations Manager during Event
Handle all aspects of the Special Event once the special event order (SEO) has been distributed
Maintain files in proper order after the special event order has been distributed.
Client interaction; conducts site inspections and walk through with clients as requested by SM / DOS
Assist Sales Manager(s) as requested with special needs by the client
Conduct meetings such as the SEO Meeting and Production Meeting
Due to the nature of the hospitality industry; you may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the venue.
II. Accounting Functions
Verify Deposit / Payments tracking schedules with Sales Manager
Proper execution and completion of all post event paperwork: Party Recap Sheet, Captain's Report and Receipts
Responsible for proper settlement or payment on night of event with client and entering billing information into Micros system to generate a final guest check
Manage staff hours to ensure we are not exceeding our budget
III. Staff Functions
Train all staff with regards to the proper techniques and etiquette for service
Assist the staff and captains with the execution of events according to the event order and HOB standards
Produce weekly banquet summary for all events - includes number of team members and their time to be scheduled and verify staffing was handled by Operations Managers.
Oversee attendance according to schedules, adjust and reassign server stations, as necessary, in order to provide quality service during functions.
IV. Inventory Functions
Maintain and order all Linen inventory & cleaning
Order equipment, maintain inventory / par levels & report deficiencies to DOS
Order all specialty items as sold by Sales Manager and upsell to client as opportunity arises
Ensures equipment rentals for SE are ordered and returned to vendors
Obtain permits as needed

Ensure accounting systems/subsystems are appropriate for max efficiency and planned growth.

Qualifications:
10+ years' experience involving financial statement preparation and general ledger/accounting (hospitality experience preferred but not required).
CPA required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA a plus
Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting operations
Proficient in Microsoft Excel

THE JOB
We are seeking a General Manager to oversee business operations ensuring that the venue and all related matters operate within the scope of Live Nation standards, policies and procedures.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Establish and maintain high standards of customer service for staff, customers and vendors
Identify and maximize revenue drivers while optimizing the overall guest and artist experience
Collaborate with Marketing, Premium Seat Sales, Food and Beverage team, and Sponsorship to create innovative offerings that drive incremental revenue growth, fan and partner engagement, and profitability
Manage overall expenses of concerts to maximize profits while protecting the guest and artist experience
Oversee food and beverage and merchandise performance and strategies (point of sale ratio, variety, etc.)

Promote and establish "rental" events in the venue.

Performs and executes timely Flash Reports after events
Forecasts in ROME, operational and production expenses, as well as ancillary revenue streams.
Coordinates day of event activities and matters

Role:

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Conducts and/or oversees claim investigations and resolution of self-insured claims
Coordinates overall claims process including investigation and discovery, litigation management, and direction and settlement authority
Collaborates with in-house and outside legal counsel to assure proper handling of litigated files as well as coordination of discovery including but not limited to gathering pertinent legal information and claims documentation, deposition requests, identification and preparation of witnesses and other discovery, as well as assists in developing overall defense strategy

Manages claim reviews in partnership with the third-party claims administrator to ensure claim handling is aligned with expectations. Provides coaching and direction to claim examiners, as needed
Attends mediations and other settlement conferences as necessary
Organizes and facilitates monthly loss run reports, litigated file reports and claim review meetings with management
Provides guidance to operations on handling incidents as they may arise
Tenders and tracks progression of other types of claims as necessary

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Minimum 8+ years' experience in a corporate risk management department and/or large insurance carrier liability claims operation
Strong foundation in claims adjustment and TPA management and litigation management
Knowledge of Risk Management Information systems, database analytics, claims trends, and reserve setting and analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint)

THE ROLE:
We are seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee management of financial statements, prepare forecast and budget data across multiple countries in Latin America, analyze & prepare key financial schedules/deliverables and assist in other special reporting projects as needed.

Responsible for preparation and oversight of financial statements, including maintaining balance sheets (account reconciliations and bank reconciliations) as well as preparing and analyzing the P&L.
Assist in preparation of all key forecast and budget schedules across an array of companies and locations; analyze forecast/budget data and assist in preparation of required forecast/budget schedules.
Month end close and SOX reporting
Fixed cost review and management, including recording of appropriate accruals
Make sure that all receivables, receipts, and payable items are processed and recorded accurately and timely; participate in and monitor collection of receivables
Assist in preparation of all applicable sales and use tax returns
Assist with special projects as assigned
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING:

7 years comparable work experience
