Position Title: Security Officer
Department: Music Hall
Reports To: Music Hall Director
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Job Summary:
Greet, bid farewell and thank every guest
Offer information to guests regarding entertainment schedules, specials, hours of operation, menu etc.
Operate lifts for guests requiring assistance
Respond to guest inquiries and requests
Essential Functions:
Ensure guest safety
Prevent and resolve altercations among guests
Deal with disruptive guests and, if necessary, see that they leave the premises
Lead guests and other employees in emergency evacuation procedures and provide assistance
Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through your work area throughout shift
Check identification of all guests who do not appear to be of legal drinking age (must have ID books from all states)
Prevent guests without proper identification from entering the premises
Enforce House policy regarding photos/videos/recording devices
Safeguard against theft
Communicate with artists regarding needs and/or requests
Protect the privacy of artists
Ensure the proper maintenance of stanchions and barriers, including the lifting/moving of stanchions and barriers up to 150 lbs.
Assist with Private and Special Events
Maintain necessary communications with all departments
Communicate with radios (all door staff and management should remain in constant contact throughout shift)
Job Qualifications:
Required:
Ability to work late hours
Must be a team player
Understand guest service
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must be able to obtain an alcohol awareness card
Must obtain NV Gaming Control Board Registration
Preferred:
Previous experience in security or crowd control
Experience in customer service in a face to face environment.
Physical Demands / Working Environment:
Working environment is very fast-paced
May require standing for extended periods of time
May require light lifting / moving of items from time to time

THE ROLE
The VIP Activations team member should be energetic, social and ready to engage with all of our Headliners. There are various activations that are featured at each festival, ranging from arts & crafts, to food and beverage stations, to scavenger hunts and charitable giveaways. Therefore, the ability to adapt to a diverse and creative set of tasks will be a huge benefit to this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Must have knowledge of all VIP activations and offerings, be able to communicate enthusiastically and informatively about them
Knowledge of general festival information (i.e. hours of the show, stage names, major performing artists, location of the nearest medic tent, ATM, water station, etc.)
Assist in set up of VIP area before doors open, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace throughout the festival
Creative and flexible with various tasks, and willing to get the Headliners excited about any and all activations
QUALIFICATIONS
Large-scale event experience- exceeding 5,000 attendees
Proactive and creative thinker; problem solving and ability to -think on your feet-
Ability to work long hours, weekends, and travel (as needed)
Personable, enthusiastic and able to work well in group environments.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments
May work in drastic temperature climates
Must be willing to frequently travel to work events during holidays, evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines

THE ROLE:
Responsible for cleaning, minor repairs, and overall daily upkeep of the venue. This includes cleaning inside and outside the venue and ensuring a clean and safe environment. All employees must adhere to established COVID-19 safety regulations and procedures.
JOB FUNCTIONS
Responsible for keeping the venue safe and clean at all time, including by not limited to: clean and disinfect all fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors and walls of restrooms, keep all guest facing area free of trash, restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed.
Ensure the venue is show ready before the fans arrive each night
Stocking all necessary items before guests enter the venue
Keep the venue safe by cleaning up any spills
Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.
Show CARE by participating in venue recycling efforts before, during and after the show.
Making sure guests' seats are clean from any debris before doors open
Display the -heart of service- attitude
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required basic maintenance and service.
Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs+ and occasional sitting

Job Summary:
The Office Staff will interact with customers, tour personnel, 3rd party vendors and general public to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
Job Functions:
. Deliver exemplary customer service to maintain customer loyalty. Answer inbound calls or in person inquiries to resolve our customer concerns through analysis to determine the most effective resolution.
. Adapt to customer needs ensuring that they are understood, and appropriate action is taken to meet and exceed their expectations.
. Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
. Solicit sales of new or additional services or products.
. Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take, or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
. Keep records of customer interactions or transaction, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as action taken.
. Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.
. Partner with fellow crew members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.
. Other tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager.
This position starts at $14.00 per hour

THE JOB
We are seeking a Sr. Accountant II for the Live Nation Concerts division, a segment of the Live Nation live music business. Position is a blend of transactional and intermediate to advanced level Accounting. This person must be a self-motivated individual with the ability to multitask.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Prepare event flash reports (P&L's), coordinating with operations team to gather and review relevant support
Manage accounting support staff (i.e. primarily Staff Accountants I-III)
Reconciliation of event P&Ls (i.e. hard booking Event P&L's)
Manage accounting for individual venue revenue and expense accounts
Assist Accountants and Manager with account reconciliations or ad hoc requests
Reconcile General Ledger accounts and research to ensure accuracy.
Prepare and enter month end journal entries.
Reconciling Sales system with General Ledger
Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures / policies, including Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
Maintains, controls and reconciles accounts that are moderately to very complex.
Prepares daily, weekly, and/or monthly reports and schedules.
Review and manage P-Card process and transactions.
Assist with special projects as assigned.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA and/or CPA preferred
5-7 years' comparable work experience
Quality problem solving and communication skills
Oracle experience a plus
Possess excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

THE JOB
US Concerts is seeking a Zero Waste Captain to help us take our sustainability programs to the next level. This role is the backbone and driving force for helping us become zero waste through sorting and educating others. This position will partner with the Venue Sustainability Coordinator and be part of the venue operations team. This is a seasonal, part-time position for show days. Hours per week will vary depending on show schedule and business
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Assist in the post-show sorting process of all recycling, composting, and landfill materials
Be an ambassador to all Band Members in order to help them understand their role in achieving the venue's sustainability goals
Assist in employee engagement programs such as the water bottle refill punch cards, post-show sort giveaways and new ideas
Engage fans and encourage them to participate in our sustainability programs through activities or education
Participate in Zero Waste Captain training
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Position requires about 90% of the time spent walking, bending, reaching, stooping, lifting and carrying 50 lbs.+ with about 65% of that time spent sorting materials

Job Summary:
The Role: Work directly with venue leadership to ensure the safe and timely set up and tear down of the venue as it relates to each concert.
Job Functions:
Work before, during, and after events to ensure the venue is always "Show Ready" for the guests and artists coming to SPAC
Assist with venue set up and tear down of venue for events which includes, but does not limit: moving bike rack for access points, hangning signage, setting up fencing, laying down lawn coverings, placing metal detectors, picking up/returning lawn chairs, and other duties as assigned
Cooperate with all staff and promote a safe and productive work environment
Observe and analyze site and surroundings to proactively address any arising issues
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
Perform minor repairs when necessary
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Schedule is event based. Open availability including weekdays, nights, and weekends preferred
Must be able to work 12-16 hour shifts when scheduled
Ability to multitask in fast paced, high demand work environment regardless of weather and other outdoor elements
Driver's license encouraged. Fork lift and machinery operating experience appreciated
Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy

THE JOB
You are a highly organized individual with dynamic interpersonal skills who will assist in booking acts and marketing concerts and managing relationships in the live concert industry.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Interface with agents and venues to verify availabilities and build a calendar of events
Manage internal documentation using internal booking systems, calendars and ticketing schedules.
Assist in administration for booking amphitheaters, arenas, and theaters.
Provide general administrative support and perform diversified administrative duties; prioritize, and manage projects with minimal supervision.
Make travel arrangements and handle expenses.
Multitask in a fast-paced environment and remain organized, with attention to detail.
Complete other duties as assigned
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook (including group scheduling) and of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to navigate the internet as a communication and research tool
Professional level of verbal and written communication skills

THE JOB
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Program Manager who can apply the principles of professional project management to develop our products, tools and service offerings within our complex global organization.
You will have broad experience of delivering programs in a mixed methodology environment, providing a consistent, reliable service to sponsors, stakeholders, colleagues and the Global PMO Team. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Manage and deliver programs by coordinating activities and delivery across multiple, related projects that span technology and operational teams and areas

Mange the complete lifecycle and facilitate the team to transition from phase to phase

Facilitate planning with teams to generate and develop plans and roadmaps that provide clarity for the team and sponsors, drawing on a variety of estimation techniques and planning tools
Ensure the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and guidelines are understood and adhered too
An excellent understanding of the Agile and Lean frameworks, with the knowledge and experience to critically analyze current best practices for suitability within Ticketmaster
Experienced and knowledgeable in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, as well as other forecast and estimation tools and technics
Qualified in a recognized Project Management methodology (Prince II, PMI, etc)

The VIP staff will engage with our season clients that purchase VIP Cub Access, season tickets, box seats, or premium seating for our events. VIP staff members will be located throughout all of our VIP areas and will be required to assist with questions, issues, or complaints in these areas.

THE JOB
The Director of Premium Sales & Service is responsible for the long-term retention and growth of our full season, membership, group, and hospitality package members as well as other revenue-generating programs as added to the product portfolio. This will include the service, support and maintenance of assigned customer accounts and meeting all pre-determined individual and department sales and service performance goals. This sales position will be responsible for multiple amphitheater/ballroom/club retention sales within an assigned region.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Responsible for establishing, nurturing and maximizing positive relationships with existing members and annually renewing their full season memberships via all touchpoints- calls, emails, seat visits and events
Design, present and execute annual proposals to existing premium clients and referrals
Develop new business sales opportunities by generating referrals, prospecting, and upselling current accounts
Meet and exceed specific levels of activity, appointments and revenue goals while exceeding the member expectation
Serve as the venue sales ambassador in the community while partnering with the local Convention and Visitor's Bureau, Chambers of Commerce, Meeting Planners Associations, and similar type organizations
Work in partnership with the Director of Regional Business Development as well as Sales Coordinator to cover specific shows to network with current and prospective guests to ensure the show experience is exceeding expectations
Enter all pertinent customer interaction information in KORE/Salesforce.com for efficient reporting and historical data purposes

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Bachelor's degree in sports/entertainment management, business or related field is required
Five to ten years direct business to business sales experience, preferably in premium seat sales, sponsorship, media or sports marketing
A proven track record in relationship building and networking skills with ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of an organization
Demonstrated experience in managing sales funnel across multiple entertainment/sports properties with a sense of urgency, sometimes under a high level of pressure
Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit with hands-on approach towards retention of existing memberships
Highly motivated, naturally assertive, with a positive attitude
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Prior experience with Archtics and KORE/Salesforce.com is a plus

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Must have knowledge of touring or stage production operations
Coordinate and deliver food and beverage to the band or talent
Ensure stage and backstage areas are clean and free of clutter
Assist with any other aspect of stage production, such as show pass and guest list distribution
Assist Green Room Server with any needs of the artist
Perform opening/running/closing side duties according to Company Policy

THE JOB
US Concerts is seeking an Usher/Ticket Taker. As an usher or ticket taker, you help to ensure safety, help to maintain the cleanliness of the venue and engage with guests to assist with their needs before, during and after the show.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Greet guests, scan guest tickets upon entry to the venue, answer guest questions, assist guests with locating their seats and examines tickets for entry to various seat levels around the venue during the event.
Assist with keeping the venue safe, clean and presentable to the guest.
Resolve guest complaints or problems.
Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity.
Provide assistance to with guests with special needs, such as helping with seat accommodations.
Show CARE by participating in venue recycling efforts before, during and after the show.
Guide guests to exits or provide other instructions or assistance in case of emergency.
May assist in verifying staff credentials to generally restricted areas.
Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.
Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.
Assist patrons by giving directions places inside or outside the venue.
Ensure guests are safely enjoying the show.
Additional tasks as requested by management.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
At least 1+ year in a guest service role preferred
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy

Job Summary:
The Role: We are seeking a full-time Senior Accountant to join our festivals team. This position will oversee management of financial statements for multiple events and festivals, analyze & prepare key financial schedules/deliverables and assist in other accounting functions as needed.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create invoices and record corresponding revenues
Manage show budgets (work with Ops to update as needed)
Manage all money requests (e.g., wires, cash, show checks) for production and/or show settlement
Month end close; prepare event P&L (or flash) and event related journal entries
Cash flow projections
File and pay monthly, quarterly & annual sales tax as required
Review various settlements immediately following the show (work with Ops to address questions) and record necessary journal entries
Work with AP/AR Specialists to ensure that all receivables, receipts, and payable items are processed and recorded accurately and timely
Assist in preparation of annual budgets & monthly forecasts
Maintain accounting files; provide audit support as needed, ensure that files are in compliance with all company policies and procedures
Perform other accounting functions as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
5+ years industry accounting experience (no audit or tax)
Exceptional Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel
Oracle & Quickbooks experience preferred
Possess excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to take direction and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment
Self-motivated
Strong analytical/problem solving skills
A positive attitude
Flexibility in work hours and availability, especially during major projects
Ability to travel to various festivals and events.

Brooklyn Bowl is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to work on both the Las Vegas & Nashville venues who knows how to prioritize, is more organized than Closet Maid, loves music/pop culture and most importantly, is fun! Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist the Director of Marketing in the management of multiple, concurrent marketing plans for multi-genre shows.
Assists Director of Marketing in developing creative marketing plans with artist agents/managers and subsequent local media execution.
Handles all publicity requests including press release creation/distribution, solicited stories for upcoming events, and day of show photo/media escorts.
Oversees all day-of-show activities on-site at all Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas including radio remote coordination and other promotional activities as they arise.
Coordinates the design and production of advertising and marketing materials and routes approvals for the creative process.
Traffic creative to radio stations and print media for promo and paid schedule use.
Coordinate show and non-show related marketing projects and initiatives and manages the street team.
Assist with responding to customers across all social media platforms
Code invoices and track expenses in relation to marketing
Support with the creation of newsletters
Create original content for social media to promote shows
Build and manage Facebook ads
Submit orders for posters in venue and flyers to distribute
Create custom audiences
Upload newsletter opt-ins from TW to TM1
Manager social media calendar
Assist with ADMAT approvals
Assist with graphic design requests
Assist with all marketing for Brooklyn Bowl Nashville as well
Prerequisites
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
Minimum of 3 years' experience marketing live events, including media buying, collateral production, and digital marketing
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work day, evening, and weekend hours, based on the needs of daily business operations
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.), Basecamp, and Adobe Creative Suite
Maintain a positive public/professional profile at all times

The Digital Guest Services Internship is an incredible opportunity to work directly on the planning and execution of patron service programs for the Guest Services Department including accessibility, community outreach, sustainability, and guest services at C3 Events. Responsibilities
Prepare financial reports to management highlighting actual performance versus budget and prior forecasts and drivers of financial variances

Experience with cloud services from Amazon AWS, Google GCP and Microsoft Azure or structured streaming (Kafka) and batch-based (+cloud) data sources
Experience working with diverse data sources and data formats (xml, json, yaml, parquet, avro, delta) and respective use cases
Experience using version control systems such as git and CI/CD workflows and practices

THE JOB
US Concerts is seeking is seeking a Parking Lot Attendant who will be responsible for parking vehicles or issuing tickets for guests in a parking lot area. May handle cash and collect payment for parking fee.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Take numbered tags from guests, locate vehicles, and deliver vehicles, or provide guests with instructions for locating vehicles.
Keep parking areas clean and orderly to ensure that space usage is maximized.
Direct motorists to parking areas or parking spaces, using hand signals or flashlights as necessary.
Patrol parking areas to prevent vehicle damage and vehicle or property thefts.
[ REMOVE IF POSITION WILL NOT OPERATE VEHICLES ] Park and retrieve automobiles for customers in parking lots, storage garages, or new car lots.
Greet guests and open their car doors.
Calculate parking charges and collect fees from guests.
Issue ticket stubs, or place numbered tags on windshields, and give guests matching tags for locating parked vehicles.
Lift, position, and remove barricades to open or close parking areas.
Inspect vehicles to detect any damage.
Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.
Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.
Other tasks assigned by the Parking Manager or Supervisor.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
One-year previous guest service experience is preferred, with the ability to provide courteous, friendly and efficient service.
Must possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to express oneself in a professional, clear and concise fashion.
Position requires constant walking and occasional sitting.
Must present a well-groomed appearance.
[REMOVE IF POSITION WILL NOT OPERATE VEHICLES ] Previous experiences, as a Valet Parking Attendant/Driver is preferred.
[REMOVE IF POSITION WILL NOT OPERATE VEHICLES ] Must be able to present a valid driver's license record with no moving violations or traffic citations in the past 5 years.
A high school diploma/GED preferred.
