THE JOB

US Concerts is seeking a Security team member at Lakewood Amphitheatre in a. This person will guard, patrol, and/or monitor the venue premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules. May operate metal detector equipment.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Circulate among guests and/or employees to preserve safety, order and to protect the venue property.

  • Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, guests, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security and safety of the premises.

  • May write reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.

  • Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.

  • Escort or drive motor vehicle to transport individuals to specified locations or to provide personal protection.

  • Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas.

  • Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.

  • Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue-this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.

  • Warn persons of rule infractions or violations and apprehend or evict violators from premises.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required

  • Security/Law Enforcement experience preferred. Guard Card a plus .

  • Good working knowledge of security operations, safety practices in a business environment and enforcement procedures.

  • Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance; ability to make independent and good judgment decisions within proper policy and procedures.

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

  • Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy

  • A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs

  • Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs+ and occasional sitting

Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Artist Management division to support multiple artist management companies with the day-to-day accounting and finance support. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain relationships with other field accountants. Prepare month-end close entries, supporting financial schedules, and reconciliations. In addition, the senior accountant will also be responsible for preparing variance analysis, year-end budgets, and updating monthly forecasts for his/her artist management companies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Record monthly journal entries including accruals and prepaid amortizations

  • Prepare various month end balance sheet and income statement support schedules

  • Prepare monthly rebills and settle intercompany balances

  • Prepare calculations for participations/commission settlements

  • Prepare annual budgets and maintain forecast updates for respective artist management companies.

  • Assist with internal and external audit requests

  • Other duties as assigned by management

Skills & Qualities Desired:

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)

Education & Knowledge Desired:

THE ROLE:As a seller you will be assigned to and responsible for a point of sale in the venue where artist merchandise is sold. Prior to the event you will be responsible for taking inventory and preparing the stand display. After the event, the seller is responsible for closing out, which includes performing a final count on the remaining merchandise and returning merchandise to storage.

The Venue Sustainability Coordinator will help take our sustainability programs to the next level by providing administrative and executional support to drive effective and successful implementation of venue sustainability programs. Seasonal, part-time position; hours vary depending on show schedule and business needs.

  • Oversee and assist the post-show sorting process of all recycling, composting, and landfill materials indoors and in an outdoor covered area

  • Work with venue leaders to design a comprehensive zero waste plan for your venue

THE JOB

US Concerts is seeking a Supervisor of Venue Security at Lakewood Amphitheatre in Atlanta. The Security Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of the security department and staff within the venue. Duties may also include management functions under the direction of the Security Manager and Operations Manager.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Direct and supervise security staff and other employees performing security services for guests.

  • Provide guest service by greeting and assisting guests and responding to guest inquiries and complaints,

  • Lead staff, ongoing staff training, staff positioning, ensuring that all staff members are well-informed on event specific details and managing breaks.

  • Assist the Security Manager to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures that relate to the security department, as well as local, state and federal laws and regulations.

  • Oversees productivity and work assignments of the security staff and communicates with the Security Manager (or designated Manager) any challenges and status of all assignments prior to the conclusion of the shift.

  • Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.

  • Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.

  • Train and evaluate security team members in venues.

  • Assign and schedule team members to specific duties.

  • Role model and enforce safety, health, and security priorities.

  • Keep parking areas clean and orderly to ensure that space usage is maximized

  • Resolve parking complaints from guests in a positive manner

  • Direct guests to exits from parking lots upon conclusion of event

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be 16 years of age or older

US Concerts is seeking is seeking a Parking Lot Attendant at Lakewood Amphitheatre in Atlanta who will be responsible for parking vehicles or issuing tickets for guests in a parking lot area. May handle cash and collect payment for parking fee.

  • Take numbered tags from guests, locate vehicles, and deliver vehicles, or provide guests with instructions for locating vehicles.

THE JOB

We are seeking a General Manager to oversee business operations ensuring that the venue and all related matters operate within the scope of Live Nation standards, policies and procedures.

THE JOB

US Concerts is seeking a Venue Merchandise Seller. As a seller, you will be assigned to and responsible for a point of sale in the venue where artist merchandise is sold. Prior to the event you will be responsible for taking inventory and preparing the stand display. After the event, the seller is responsible for closing out which includes a final count on the remaining merchandise which is returned.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Ensure an excellent experience for each fan by providing prompt and thorough customer service

  • Maintain accurate cash handling while processing purchases with the POS (point of sale)

  • Properly handle guest credit/debit cards and applicable transactions

  • Prepare your stand display before the event begins so that fans can view what is for sale

  • Inventory- all items must be physically counted prior to the start of the event and again at the end of the show

  • Assist fans with their purchases by sharing merchandise information such as pricing and sizing

  • Work in a fast-paced, often loud, but exciting environment

  • Maintain your stand throughout the duration of the event

  • Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts

The Role:

Responsible for coordinating various venue security operations and adhering to Live Nation security policies & procedures.

. Serve as site security at specific location or posts within the venue. Be willing to work with sub-contracted agencies, including, but not limited to security, parking, law enforcement, fire, and emergency medical services.

. High School Diploma or equivalent

THE ROLE

We're seeking a data orientated problem solver with a genuine interest in the media landscape. Reporting to the Manager, the AM works hand in hand with their direct supervisor to ensure either internal or client campaigns are executed flawlessly, while meeting or beating campaign KPIs.

Responsibilities will include trafficking, pacing and optimization of real-time campaigns. Under direct supervision, AMs are coached on how to build campaigns from scratch, maintain and improve performance, capture logs of revisions, and recap performance. Success in this position requires attention to detail, a solution oriented mindset, quick problem solving capabilities and effective communication.

The Associate Manager (AM) thrives in a fast paced environment and works well amongst a team, while managing assigned tasks independently. Self-sufficiency and effective time management is key to success of both the individual and team. In addition, AMs should seek out guidance, advice, and feedback often and willingly, in order to produce the best results and accelerate learning curves. AMs are curious, developing creative solutions to problems and escalating issues that need to be resolved quickly.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Own trafficking of assets for campaign launches by QA'ing creative, understanding creative timelines and develop tracking/pixel tags as needed

  • Create campaigns in DSPs (primarily DV360 or TTD) that adhere to provided campaign parameters

  • Continually run reports and proactively find opportunities to optimize campaigns by diving into analytics and trends

  • Support channel test and learn agenda by creatively developing test ideas based on observations

  • Assist in the development of campaign summaries

  • Keep up to date with the evolving digital ecosystem and relevant cultural events that may have an impact on campaign strategy and performance

  • Build relationships and work effectively alongside coworkers and publishers to ensure campaign success

  • Conduct competitive research

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 1+ years' experience running programmatic campaigns preferred (internship experience suitable if the candidate doesn't have professional work experience)

  • Analytical mind with experience diving into large datasets

  • Can manage multiple tasks/campaigns simultaneously with the ability to prioritize

  • Proactive in catching issues and troubleshooting solutions before they escalate

  • Fiercely organized and detail-oriented

  • Strong knowledge of Excel pivot tables, lookups, and graphs (SQL experience a plus)

  • Proven ability to thrive in highly collaborative work environments

  • Passion and knowledge of the media space including marketplace trends

  • Campaign manager or equivalent trafficking experience a plus

THE JOB

We are seeking a General Manager to oversee business operations ensuring that the venue and all related matters operate within the scope of Live Nation standards, policies and procedures.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Establish and maintain high standards of customer service for staff, customers and vendors

  • Identify and maximize revenue drivers while optimizing the overall guest and artist experience

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Premium Seat Sales, Food and Beverage team, and Sponsorship to create innovative offerings that drive incremental revenue growth, fan and partner engagement, and profitability

  • Forecasts in ROME, operational and production expenses, as well as ancillary revenue streams.

  • Implements and complies with the companies' audit procedures

  • Ensures that employees performance is monitored and reviewed accordingly

  • Management of employee attendance records, for all employees

  • This position typically supervises a number of exempt and non-exempt positions

  • Day to day management of all venue vendors/subcontractors - HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Cleaning, Security, Trash/Recycling

  • Responsible for meeting staffing levels and budget targets for each event

  • Generate Operations costs flash report following each event

  • Work with all other departments to help fulfill needed requirements

  • Advance each show with tour security directors and fulfill tour security requirements

  • On site for each event prior to load in and until load out

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a general manager or operations manager in a hospitality related business

  • Must have extensive background in event sales and promotion
