Assist in maintenance and operation of portrait studio, including strobe lighting and backdrops
Keep working inventory of inks, papers, foamboard, laminate and other large format printing production products
In depth knowledge of DSLR and/or mirrorless 35mm sensor camera systems, lenses, and camera setup for wide range of indoor and outdoor scenarios
Ability to maintain a computer record of all maintenance activities
Working knowledge of video formats to include video resolution, frame rate, encoding bitrate, and transport protocol with eye toward best compressed quality
Capability to transform operational video data into deliverable products as specified, using Adobe Creative Suite software
Operate and maintain video and DSLR cameras, lenses, batteries, mounting equipment, tripods, etc.
Perform manual tasks, which may include lifting 40 lbs or more.
Ability to complete NASA Fall Protection training and comfortably work at heights in boom lifts or on platform.
Education/Experience Requirements
Two years of technical education/associate's degree in related field or relevant experience.
Safety and quality awareness and compliance are required.
Foreign and domestic travel may be required. A valid U.S. passport may be required for this position
Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance.

Engineering Technician II
KBR is seeking an Engineering Technician II to join our team at St. Inigoes, MD.
This team supports the integration, test and evaluation, installation, maintenance, configuration, and management of Area Control Systems (ACS) equipment for our Navy client. Monday-Friday, Day Shift.
In this role, you will...
Provide routine to moderately complex technical services to the organization.
Under direct supervision, the Engineering Technician will apply engineering principles in a team environment to perform installation, integration, test and evaluation, and repair and maintenance of Air Traffic Control (ATC) and other ACS systems.
This position requires daily interaction with KBR ACS Hardware team members and Government customer representatives.
The person in this position will be required to travel up to 25 percent of the time; however, typically, travel is only around 10-15%.
The ideal candidate for this entry-level position will apply basic technical knowledge to perform simple or routine tasks following detailed instructions; perform such duties as replacing components, wiring circuits, repairing simple electronic equipment; and take test readings using standard instruments such as digital multi-meters, signal generators, semiconductor testers, curve tracers, and oscilloscopes.
This person works under close supervision, receiving technical guidance from a supervisor or higher-level technician. Work is checked frequently for accuracy.
Basic Requirements
Experience : (3) Three years of work experience.
Education : High School Diploma or GED.
Certification: Current Security+ certification OR the ability to obtain certification within six months of hire.
Clearance: Current/Active Secret Clearance OR the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Due to contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.
K NOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
This entry-level position relies on the ability to self-motivate and take on new tasks. KBR will provide training on technical processes and engineering technician skill sets.

Foreign Military Sales Analyst
This position provides technical analysis support for the acquisition planning, controlling and organizing of a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program for the US Lower Tier Project Office's PATRIOT Air Defense Weapon System. Will monitor and analyze activities throughout all phases of the program life cycle from initiation to close-out to include requirements generation, design, test, production, fielding and operation. Will contribute information and recommendations to strategic plans, risk management strategies and reviews; prepare and complete action plans and identify trends. Conduct substantive evaluation and assist in the development of the Integrated Master Schedule, Integrated Management Plan, Engineering Change Proposals, Contract Data Requirements List, Contract Work Breakdown Structure and Prime Item Development Specifications. Conducts research into project-related issues to ensure compliance with guidelines as outlined in the Federal Acquisition Regulations and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations.
Candidate must be able to provide technical support for the Program Management FMS Case Integrator, analysis, case development and management. Collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information relating to acquisition and establishments of program plans and milestones Oversees program management actions for FMS programs by analyzing, planning, coordinating, developing, directing and reviewing program performance. Coordinate updates for FMS program status, progress and in the development of forecast reports. Develop acquisition planning requirements for Letter of Request (LOR) for Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) and Price and Available (P&A). Review and development of Statement of Work, contract development and technical evaluations, briefings, and general support. Develop/maintain tracking techniques to monitor program execution, using existing information and reporting systems like DSAMS, CISIL, and SCIP. A demonstrated ability to research and analyze data to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; ability to write clearly and informatively and present numerical data effectively is required. Will prepare for and support meetings, working groups, and conferences with analysis, reports, briefings, and minutes associated with potential and current FMS programs. Track project milestones and deliverables and conduct project after action reviews to identify areas for internal improvement.
Required skills: Bachelor's degree with 8+ years' experience in Foreign Military Sales and/or Weapons Systems Program Management and business analysis or 14 years of experience in lieu of a degree. Master's degree is highly desired. PATRIOT project management experience is required. Experience in FMS acquisition and contracting is highly desired. Applicant must be a self-starter and be able to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines. 10% travel may be required. Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.

The Family Support Coordinator/Community Program and Peer Network Coordinator (CPPNC), herein referred as Coordinator(s), is responsible for comprehensive and effective coordination, development, and evaluation of programs and services that contribute directly and positively to resiliency of the assigned unit's force and families. The Coordinator shall organize and oversee peer support networks for their assigned commands. The Coordinator shall recruit active duty and family member peer support counselors, ensure participating peer support counselors are vetted and trained according to USSOCOM CPPNC standards.
Coordinators shall be responsible for collecting and reporting data for the purposes of formative and outcome evaluations of peer support programs and other community based support programs.
Coordinators shall collect original data and data from secondary sources in support of program assessments. This data includes, but is not limited to focus group and/or unit meetings convened by leadership; POTFF Family Resilience Program evaluation results; trend information from POTFF Psychologist, Chaplains, Ombudsmen, or Family Readiness Group (FRG) staff.
Coordinators shall support commands at multiple levels and in multiple locations. The Coordinator shall identify and document program/service needs and evaluation data.
The Coordinator shall develop needs-based programming to service specific demographic groups and geographic locations.
The Coordinator shall also have extensive knowledge of DoD resources, such as the Military OneSource, Military Family Life Counselors (MFLC), Personal Financial Counselors (PFC), and Military Crisis Line.
The Coordinator shall lead and/or assist in the coordination and/or development of official processes, functions and networking opportunities for subpopulations served.
Coordinators shall:
Establish, maintain, and report activity of peer counseling networks for supported unit's Service members and family member spouses.
Report activity using specified reporting tool and frequency identified by the Social Performance program manager or other POTFF staff as required
Conduct and/or contribute to Family Orientation, Information, Outreach and Referrals;
Conduct and/or contribute to Pre- and Post-deployment Preparation, Reintegration, and Decompression
Conduct and/or contribute to Family Relational Enhancement activities
Conduct and/or contribute to unit level career transition programs for military members and spouses
Conduct and/or contribute to Social/Family and Psychological Program implementation to include suicide prevention and cognitive agility training; Maintain awareness of and conduct or contribute to education/communication of installation and/or local community behavioral health and resiliency resources;
Assist with development of standard operating procedures and service provision protocols.
- Serve as Commander's liaison for matters related to community and family support.
- Communicate on behalf of the Command utilizing a variety of media/social media.
Maintain awareness of emergency response protocols

Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in education, human/social services or related field or four years' experience providing social service education, or work/family life consultation or coordination services.
Must have a minimum of two years' experience coordinating social service education programs.
Shall have, or be willing to receive, specialized training on peer support counseling, community resources and referrals and suicide prevention.
Must remain current on their knowledge of best practices and developments in areas of peer support counseling and suicide prevention, and will keep abreast of DoD, Services and community sponsored resources intended to promote the wellbeing of service members and their families.
This position requires US Citizenship or Permanent Resident Status.
This position requires a Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.

KBR is looking for a Senior Subcontract Administrator for the Space & Mission Solutions Division. The Senior Subcontract Administrator (Sr. SCA) will perform a full range of procurement and administration activities associated with subcontracting work. The Sr. SCA will be responsible for administering a full range of subcontract type and size from Time and Materials, Cost Plus and Fixed Price up to any dollar threshold. Under minimal supervision, solves complex problems requiring detailed knowledge of field and industry best practices. Uses experience and problem-solving skills to develop and improve processes.
Job Responsibilities:
Execute highly complex subcontracts. Experience with TINA subcontracts and supplier management is necessary.
Responsible for daily operation requirements and workflow of numerous government and commercial subcontracts.
Develop and prepare solicitation documents (Request for Proposal, Request for Quote, and Invitational Bid)
Review subcontract activities at pre-solicitation and award phase for risk and compliance assessment.
Negotiate price, contract specifications, delivery dates, incentives and other terms and conditions.
Implement FAR, DFAR requirements as related to procurement.
Prepare documentation summary and cost/price analysis.
Prepare source selection statements and other required file documentation.
Protect the company's interest and ensure compliance with company policies, legal and regulatory requirements.
Review and administer subcontracts to ensure satisfactory progress and compliance with terms and conditions of the subcontract, and to identify problems that threaten contractor performance; collect end-user feedback and identify areas requiring improvements or corrective action; recommend actions when subcontractor is not in compliance with subcontract clauses and provisions, or issue corrective action plan as required
Manages modifications and change orders in support of customer demands and all other aspects of day-to-day subcontract administration
Participate in bid and proposal activities to include but not limited to data calls, and cost proposals and pricing activities, including price negotiation, in conjunction with multiple departments
Analyze and independently resolve or coordinate resolution of technical and administrative problems involving subcontracts.
Regular interaction with finance, accounting, business development and senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is preferred; preferably in business, finance, or a related field with a minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in subcontracts administration working for a federal contractor or equivalent work experience.
Must have good understanding of FAR regulations and how they relate to subcontract management as well as experience managing various types of subcontracts including IDIQ, CPAF, CPFF, T&M, and FFP.
Experience managing large IDIQ type subcontracts is a plus
Must be organized, detail oriented and demonstrate strong time management skills and be able to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to adapt to changing work efforts and manage shifting priorities.
Must be able to develop and maintain professional relationships with peers, vendors and customers, and contribute to a professional work environment by demonstrating integrity, teamwork and a positive attitude.
Must have excellent MS Word and MS Excel skills. Experience with Deltek Costpoint is a plus.
