Job Description

Overview

Audacy Austin seeks an experienced self-motivated sales professional to develop and sell advertising and marketing campaigns to new and existing clients. With an emphasis on new business development and digital sales, the Account Executive will use a wide variety of Audacy's products in their portfolio to solicit businesses for advertising in their on-air, non-traditional, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate must possess a hunter mentality with cold calling/prospecting experience, a proven ability to negotiate and close with a high level of success, and must easily build relationships as if it's an art form. Consistently driving game-changing results, this individual knows how to identify, develop, and present customized solutions to clients using non-traditional and digital concepts.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and grow relationships across multiple levels of the customer's organization

  • Develop new accounts using non-traditional and digital concepts

  • Develop customized presentations of the highest quality for new and existing accounts

  • Achieve sales goals as defined by management

  • Spend the majority of the workday conducting outside sales inclusive of scheduling face-to-face appointments with decision makers through cold calling, cold prospecting and presenting to existing clients

  • Educate customers on product and marketing strategies to improve their presence on the Internet and build value in the Audacy local/customer relationship

  • Create and implement custom solutions for each client

  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required:

  • Must have 2+ years sales related experience

  • Basic proficiency of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point) required

  • Strong interpersonal skills at all levels are critical to the effectiveness of this position, as is a deep understanding and ability to analyze client ROI goals and data, media buying cycles, marketing philosophy, target demographics, etc.

  • A valid driver's license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.

Preferred:

  • College Degree preferred

  • Media sales experience preferred

As a part ofourPerformance Salesteam, you will work internally with sales, marketing, planning and operations to build and execute custom marketing programs for national advertisers. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, anticipates needs, resourceful, detail-oriented, and has the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Directly support a group of Account Executives and assist in all aspects of the sales cycle (pre and post-sale)

  • Work closely with internal teams to both respond to RFPs and to proactively build partnership proposals

  • Be responsible for pre-sale proposal build and post-sale execution

  • Oversee the stewardship of client campaigns and post-deal analysis

  • Will align directly with performance / DTC agencies and brands; a rapidly growing vertical within audio

  • Act as the day-to-day contact for clients and agencies, responding to client requests throughout the lifecycle of the campaign

  • Understand client goals and KPIs to be able to articulate to internal cross-functional teams what's needed at any point in the sales process

  • Liaise and develop strong relationships with cross-functional internal teams includingPlanning, Ad Tech, Marketing Solutions, and Activation to deliver cohesive best-in-class customer service to clients

  • Maintain and cultivate Client and Agency relationships alongside Account Executives

  • Assist with prospecting from existing Client List

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the media industry

  • Proven success and experience with pre and post sales for advertising campaigns and sponsorships

  • Prior experience in sales/marketing; previous radio, digital, and/or live events experience preferred

As an editor, you must have excellent editorial judgment and a deep understanding of current events, national politics, and local news. WINS editors must also take information and news copy and turn it into a story that sounds like a conversation on the city streets. If you understand that compelling writing, great story-telling, and creative use of sound make for a great news product, we want to hear from you. The ideal candidate will be a passionate news junkie with their finger on the pulse of NYC.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Thrives under unrelenting deadline pressure.

  • Supervises on-air product, including editorial content

  • Select stories for coverage and manage the editorial product in conjunction with News managers

  • Oversees line-up of newscasts and makes changes as necessary

  • Organizes and delegates assignments

  • Coordinates breaking news/weather coverage.

  • Extensive writing under deadline pressure

  • Ability to continuously update copy throughout shift

  • Must be able to read and understand complex material and turn it into easy to understand copy

This role requires someone who can seamlessly interact cross-departmentally and with sellers and customers.

The anticipated starting salary range for Colorado-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $60,000 to $65,000 per year. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Proactively create strategic recommendations to develop best-in-class media campaigns leveraging any/all of Audacy's assets including but not limited to: streaming audio, podcasts, broadcast radio (spot and network), social, email & display advertising

  • As technical subject matter expert for our media technology stack, provides technical guidance on how to address our business needs through vendor-supplied systems and capabilities

Overview

Audacy St. Louis is seeking an office manager

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day office administration of the station.

  • Order and maintain all station supplies, including general office supplies, furniture, and janitorial items.

  • Coordinate all station guest entry, employee meetings and events.

  • Supervise general office communication (e-mail, phone, Zoom, etc.)

  • Supervise mail, FedEx, deliveries, etc.

  • Manage office equipment (copy machines, coffee machines, printers, etc.)

  • Maintain station Public File (if needed)

  • Coordination with building management for any facility needs

  • Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Office management experience preferred.

  • Basic computer skills (Outlook/Gmail, Office, Calendars, etc.)

  • Must have effective organizational, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills

  • Excellent internal and external customer service skills are required.

  • HS Diploma/GED preferred
