Audacy Baltimore is looking for a detailed and organized person to join the Kramer & Jess show on Mix 106-5. The ideal person will be a true Jill or Jack of all trades, mostly happy behind the scenes helping the hosts shine, but also able to step into the spotlight and shine with them when needed, while handling several roles central to the show.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

You will be:

• Creative Mind: Kramer & Jess do personality and people-intensive benchmarks every day. You will help brainstorm and/or create great story and plot lines to generate audience engagement and reaction.

• Production Capable: Every day you'll be responsible for gathering audio, editing, and uploading to our -show highlights- podcast channel. Every week, you'll do the same for the weekly unique podcast.

• Show Director: You'll need to help keep the show -on task- whether it's in- show or after-show content, appearances, interviews, guests. You'll also be in-studio screening calls and editing for air.

• A Planner: Look for opportunities to grow the show public-facing or internally, and work with Kramer & Jess to plan out important show dates, content, appearances, and more.

Audacy's Podcast division is seeking a Coordinator, Podcast Partnership Strategy & Sales Enablement. The role is an opportunity to become immersed in the partnership/advertising side of the podcast industry.

This position is based in Audacy's New York office at the 345 Hudson St. - 3 days/week.

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and critical thinker to support the Podcast Partnership & Sales Enablement department in the day-to-day tasks and communication between internal teams, brand partners, sellers, planning and hosts/talent. Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Assist with all elements of custom campaigns (i.e. ideating, creation of production materials and facilitating pre-launch and in flight campaign responsibilities to execution)

• Liaison between internal teams to ensure process is being followed for day-to-day shows and campaigns (i.e sales, marketing, planning, data & analytics)

• Maintain various tracking documents for internal and external initiatives

• Work closely with the data and analytics team to garner and compile relevant client and industry insights to fuel revenue driving decisions

• Utilize day-to-day systems and platforms such as DOMO, Megaphone, Chartable, Podsights, and other proprietary and public research tools as needed

• Assist with weekly and monthly analysis of show audience and revenue reporting

• Monitor relevant news, current events, press and brand deals across digital media industry and relay to relevant internal teams

• Ideate with the broader marketing and sales team to develop campaign-specific strategies for podcasts and show hosts, both RFPs and proactive

Qualifications

Additional Information

What You'll Do:

• Create original content and performing live broadcasts that are entertaining and informative.

• Participate and create original content for all social media platforms; managing online personality presence

• Protect the station's FCC license

• Monitor the music and commercial logs for the airshift

• Ensure that promotions and contests are executed properly

• Operate the control board and perform production work

• Make personal appearances at station events and remote broadcasts

• Great storytelling

• Align daily content to our brand goals

• Understand the target audience, their lifestyles, and are able to form a connection with the audience

• Possesses strong commitment to show preparation and rehearsal

• Grow and evolve skill set under direction of Brand Manager, Operations Manager and General Manager

• Production/voiceover assignments as needed

• Assist with gathering, editing audio/video for program

• Be engaging brand ambassador at station appearances and in all listener/client interactions

Overview

Audacy Buffalo's WBEN News Radio 930 is seeking Part Time, technically-savvy candidates to oversee the control room operation in a multi-faceted LIVE audio environment.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Maintaining program/commercial logs

• Running Audio Control Board for Live, Satellite and Pre Recorded Programming

• Working with show hosts

• Handling listener calls

• Recording and Editing Audio

• Uploading Audio and Posting Information on Websites

• Checking Tower Light , Transmitter Readings along with EAS Weekly and Monthly Tests

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands and/or fingers to handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Majority of work day will be spent using a computer.

Qualifications

More About You Required & Preferred:

• Candidates should possess basic audio board operation skills, digital editing abilities AND be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Successful candidates will interact well with LIVE on-air talent, be a problem solver and work to keep the operation within mandated FCC guidelines

• A valid driver's license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.

• Flexible Schedules are preferred
