The Branch Chief for Cyber Readiness will directly work with the Chief of Cybersecurity Operations. They will take previous experience with cybersecurity operations, compliance, governance, and standards to oversee the future planning and day-to-day operations of the TCS Cybersecurity Readiness service.
The Cyber Readiness Branch Chief will oversee and direct all teams within Cyber Readiness. This includes the Audit Support, Orders & Directives, Subscriber Management, Cybersecurity Performance Evaluation, Exercise Planning and Evaluation, Training, and Tradecraft teams. Because of this, the candidate will be required to effectively work with and communicate with varying levels of stakeholders to include TCS leadership, senior executives, technical customers, non-technical customers, and all TCS staff down to the lowest levels.
More About the Role
Will assist with the monitoring of performance and morale of staff across the Cybersecurity Readiness branch by providing awareness and, if relevant, recommended courses of action to resolve issues to the Chief of Cybersecurity Operations.
As needed, will provide guidance or direction to lower-level staff.
Provide a monthly briefing to the customer on current work and completed work. To include any issues identified that were addressed or residual issues that require further attention.
Continuously assesses SOC capability/maturity and optimizes SOC processes (Incident
Detection, Incident Handling, Incident Response/Recovery) through various technical (i.e., exercises, cyber threat emulation) and non-technical (i.e., audits/assessments, lessons learned) channels.
Will act as the representative for any Cyber-related audits on behalf of the customer. This will include attending scheduled audit meetings and/or briefing the customer on notable findings or recommendations, as needed
You'll Bring These Qualifications
Candidate must have a TS/SCI with ability to obtain a Polygraph
Demonstrated leadership experience serving as an operations chief, chief engineer, functional manager or team lead for a minimum of 8 years.
Sufficient knowledge of complex enterprise cybersecurity systems and technologies with the ability to interpret network and web architecture documentation.
Demonstrated experience providing briefings to an executive audience.
Certified DoD 8140.01 and 8570.01-M Information Assurance Technical Officer (IAT) Level III
Certified ISACA CISA or equivalent (Must obtain within 6 months if not held)
Demonstrated specialized experience applying ICD-503 Risk Management Framework, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publications, Committee on National Security Systems (CNSI), International Standards
Organization (ISO) 27000 series, and the Security Operations Capability Maturity Model(s) (SOC-CMM, C2M2, or equivalents) to secure information systems.
Demonstrated experience with ODNI ICS 500-27, NSM-8, and OMB M21-31
Strong understanding of cybersecurity compliance policy, programs, processes, and metrics.
Excellent verbal and writing skills with the ability to write clear and concise assessment reports.
Good understanding of project management concepts such as ITIL and the differences between Iterative versus Waterfall methodologies.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Demonstrated 5 or more years of experience supporting an IC or DoD agency in adopting and transitioning systems and services to cloud environments, including hybrid cloud environments.
Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity design, engineering and operations with emphasis on NGA capabilities.

CACI is looking for a Technical Project Manager to manage the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) support a FOIA case management solution. This position involves managing a mixed staff of remote and on-site professionals using Agile principles to create software modules and work products using Angular / TypeScript development that meet customer's business requirements for new features, enhancement of existing capabilities, and correction of defects identified in the system. You will be is responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of five to seven IT professionals to meet the cost, quality, and schedule requirements for the on-going support, operation, and maintenance of the FOIA case management solution operated in an on-premise cloud environment. You will oversee the planning, design, and implementation of new system capabilities and enhancement of existing functionality; the deployment and testing of software; and reporting of progress, cost, and quality to internal and customer stakeholders. You will make pro-active recommendations and advise on system improvements, automation, and risk management. Work with engineers and subject matter experts (SMEs) conducting research necessary to produce Vendor Item Control Drawings (VICD), Assembly Drawings, Interconnect Diagrams, and all associated lists for production level technical data packages that adhere to MIL-STD's and ASME Y14 standards.
Create basic 3D parts and assemblies of mechanical equipment in Solidworks to validate dimensions and "fit" into overall assembly, and translate into 2D drawings with GD&T.

We support product development and solutions across a variety of mission critical systems deployed around the world that address our customer's needs in the following fields:
The National Solutions division develops, fields, operates, and sustains RF collection systems and specializes in geolocation, advanced SIGINT processing, analysis, and reporting systems for national customers.
The Tactical Solutions division focuses on developing, delivering, and sustaining SIGINT systems for worldwide fielded forces, including traditional data collection, analysis, and reporting to cognitive early warning/electronic attack and fixed and mobile counter-UAS (c-UAS) systems.
You will work with cross-functional teams to help create the next generation of software focused products at CACI ASG, with a strong customer-driven mentality in reference to how they run mission and what might they need in the future to support the ongoing & scaling demands of an ever-changing mission space.
Responsibilities:
Suggest, collect and synthesize requirements and create an effective feature roadmap while assisting in leading long term technical vision and roadmap for large cross-company efforts
Understand industry & company-wide trends to help assess & develop new technologies
Identify new opportunities for the larger organization & influence the appropriate people for staffing/prioritizing these new ideas
Build relationships across CACI ASG engineering teams and our program management organization in order to execute full software lifecycles
You'll Bring These Qualifications
4 year degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of software development experience
Familiarity and Experience with Web Development Technologies - Java, JavaScript, HTML, HTML5, CSS, Groovy, Grails, Angular
Familiarity and Experience with Frontend, Backend Development and Full Stack DevelopementTechnologies
US citizen and ability to obtain a TS Clearance or above
Linux expereince
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
Active TS Clearance or above
Experience with Digital Signal Processing and other RF concepts
Experience integrating, developing, and optimizing solutions using AI/ML concepts
Experience integrating, developing, and optimizing solutions using GPUs
Experience integrating, developing, and optimizing solutions using FPGAs
Experience with VPX chassis, VPX Cards, and infrastructure
Familiarity and Experience with general Software concepts - Software as a Service, Microservices, Containerization, Cross-browser compatibility, Web User Interface Design, Security Principles, Object-Oriented Design, Web Services
Strong understanding of deploying software using common DevOps tools (Nexus, Artifactory, Jenkins, Harbor, Docker, etc...)
Experience developing applications for commercial cloud technologies (E.g. AWS C2S, GovCloud)
Ability to communicate software designs and concepts to government customers as they look to integrate newer technologies
Experience ingesting requirements and generating basis of estimates (BOEs) for work
Experience operating with Agile methodologies
Experience supporting mission-essential systems with high uptime requirements
Ability to communicate software designs and concepts to government customers
Experience collaborating working with customers

You'll Bring These Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of general experience demonstrating progressive responsibility in problem solving, planning and organizing work, and communicating effectively orally and in writing.
Ability to obtain/maintain a favorable determination based on a T5 Investigation
A sense of mission in support of national security initiatives
An impeccable work ethic, integrity, and can-do attitude
A current driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and willingness to extensively travel locally on a daily basis dependent on assignment location
