The Building Construction Products (BCP) Division team is comprised of more than 7,000 employees-from assemblers and accountants to marketing professionals and engineers-we work in factories, warehouses, and offices all over the world.
We are responsible for the design, manufacturing, marketing, and support of Caterpillar's line of small, versatile construction machines and attachments for the commercial construction, residential construction, specialty trades, landscaping and agriculture industries. Products include small wheel loaders, compact wheel loaders, backhoe loaders, compact track loaders, mini hydraulic excavators, skid steers loaders, telehandlers, and small track-type tractors.
Job Summary:
BCP is hiring multiple positions to assist in the administration of various human resource services and functions within a facility, Division or Shared Services.
Typical internal customers include the employees at all levels in one or more facilities and/or Divisions.
Develop and recommend solutions to problems of limited scope and complexity and may develop and recommend solutions to problems of moderate scope and complexity. The incumbent is challenged to carefully evaluate problems and review a number of possible solutions before selecting one option. Works with process owners and governance Council to ensure correct level of approval is determined for process changes and updated documentation is provided to all service centers.
What You Will Do:
In a division or facility setting, the job functions could include some or all of the following:
New employee orientation.
Liaise with Regional and Corporate Human Resources.
Interact with and counsel all levels of management, salaried & hourly employees, to assist and resolve a wide variety of personnel, wage/salary and benefit related issues.
Interface with Corporate Human Resources, Compensation + Benefit and Payroll personnel to assist in the administration and support of employee issues and problems in some or all of the following areas:
Performance Management Process.
Communication of human resources related material.
Employee Insights Survey analysis and communication.
Annual Succession Career Planning process.
Performance of duties associated with Governmental regulations and internal investigations.
Administration of payroll, salary administration, time and attendance and Workday related activities.
Learning initiatives.
Track and report on metrics and measurements for human resources functions and provide data to management
Various other human resources related duties.
This position serves as a liaison between the process owner and the service center groups, Corporate Human Resources, Compensation + Benefit and Payroll personnel to assist in the administration and support of employee issues and problems in some or all of the following areas as well as manage process changes, new processes and new customers:

This position is a Category Buyer for procurement of Marketing Services in North America. This role is accountable for executing the procurement strategy, managing supplier performance, relationships, and agreements/contracts for Marketing Services category. The role requires a strong communicator capable of working on solutions to complex problems for internal process partners and suppliers by keeping them informed of progress and working closely with them to ensure all requirements are met. Relationship building and management at senior levels with the suppliers is also expected that will foster trust, professionalism and continuous improvement.
Key Job functions include but not limited to:
Demonstrates deep expertise in Marketing Services category and execute it'sstrategy by managing policies, agreements, contracts, and special procurement programs.
Develop Marketing category strategies for North America

The Tracked Products Engineering Heavy Structures team is currently seeking a Senior Design Engineer for Large Dozers. The primary focus of this role is on the development of the D9-D11 radiator guards, bottom guards, and rear attachment with opportunity to also work on blades, push arms, and rippers. The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst in Global Planning & Demand Management team is responsible for developing analytics solutions to support the enterprise Sales & Operations planning (S&OP) community.
This position has a depth of knowledge in quantitative analytic methods, data management, and or associated digital technologies suitable to handle the most complex issues. Challenges include meeting expectations in delivering results, learning to refine solutions to better fit complex situations, making timely decisions, ensuring quality of deliverables, and communicating effectively with all project stakeholders.
Job Duties
Support Caterpillar enterprise Sales and Operations planning efforts by developing data driven analytics solutions like reports, visualizations, automated alerts to internal and external customers.
Work with business partners to understand informational needs, gather requirements and dive into data to create insights, ultimately driving sound business decisions.
Prototype, develop, iterate, test, and deploy automated analytics solutions in production.

Basic Qualifications

Strong working knowledge and experience with Snowflake cloud data warehouse and Snow SQL, Power BI, Power Query, DAX, SQL, Power BI Gateway, and administrative tasks.
Experience performing data analysis, data modeling and database development in support of BI projects.

Role Definition
In this role you will create, deliver, and partner on talent development and employee experience solutions that aim to attract, measure, develop, manage and retain the organization's talent pool, leveraging enterprise standards and tailoring them to fit unique organizational needs.
Responsibilities
Serving as a thought leader for talent management programs and technology; providing advice and support to business and HR leaders, addressing talent management related questions and requests.
Assisting management in evaluating the effectiveness of the organization's talent practices and recommending improvement opportunities.
Manage and support the design, implementation, communication, and evaluation of multiple programs and processes that impact culture, leadership, and professional development.
Lead the deployment and evolution of the global new employee onboarding program.
Facilitate the gathering of employee engagement insights, conduct analyses, and implement recommendations on increasing and sustaining individual and team engagement with leaders and employees.
Partner with internal stakeholders to administer the Performance Management process, including administering the senior leadership team calibration session.
Facilitating change management initiatives associated with talent management activities.
Skills
Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, and activities related to talent management, marketing or communications
Making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
Identifies, obtains, and organizes relevant data from multiple sources to generate recommendations for actions and continuous improvement
Experience and passion for building, implementing and evolving talent processes through collaboration with stakeholders at various levels.
Strong written and oral communication skills with proven experience in creating and delivering communications content across a variety of platforms, including newsletters, SharePoint sites, and presentations, and adjusting message by audience.
Proven problem-solving ability through the identification and analysis of risks and benefits of alternative approaches, taking into consideration perspectives of involved stakeholders and obtaining decision on resolution.
Knowledge of how an organization attracts, recruits, retains, identifies and develops talent.
Degree Requirement
Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field; or equivalent experience.
Summary Pay Range:
$91,896.00 - $137,844.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
