Technical Program Manager
*This position can be located anywhere within a 50-mile radius of an Anthem office
Build the Possibilities. Make an extraordinary impact. The Technical Program Manager is responsible for the development and ongoing management of one or more multi-year programs. Manages Enterprise-wide programs of $7 M - $10M+ size with multiple concurrent sub-projects or equal complexity. Responsible for applying project management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project deliverables, processes, and systems.
How you will make an impact: In addition to all responsibilities of a project manager which include managing all aspects of a project including initiating, planning, executing, closing, and controlling, primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Coaches and mentors project team members; mentors other project managers around project management methodology. - Determines project scope; develops resource, risk, quality, cost, and scope management plans. - Develops training plans; develops requirements documents; develops project approval matrix; identifies project team training and tool needs. - Defines, recommends, and secures contractual agreements for technical services and products. - Coordinates requirements, schedules implementation, and post-implement plans, and develops service-level agreements for vendor partners and global resources firms. - Defines quality gates for each project methodology phase. - Defines critical success factors. - Establishes and manages the project warranty period.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Requires an BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 10 years project management experience in broad-based information systems, full life-cycle application development and/or building enterprise applications and/or data warehouse planning and development with 3 years leading and directing project task(s); or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. - Requires experience working with project management tools, documentation tools, and reporting tools required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strongly prefer project management certification within one year of job placement and prior to moving to the next level. - Experience in creating an effective team environment, building strong relationships, negotiation, solving problems and issues, resolving conflicts, managing resources in a matrix environment, and communicating effectively at all levels of an organization. - Experience working with portfolio management applications and Rational tools strongly preferred.

Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and neat. Ensures food and supply items are stored per standards.
Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
Assists in production planning, record keeping and reporting as required.
Assists in the ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required.
Reports needed maintenance, faulty equipment or accidents to the supervisor immediately.
Attends in-service and safety meetings.
Maintains good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators and managers.

The Financial Operations Recovery Specialist II is responsible for discovery, validation, recovery, and adjustments of claims overpayments. May do all or some of the following in relation to cash receipts, cash application, claim audits collections, overpayment vendor validation, and claim adjustments
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Handling high volume calls with providers
Audits paid claims for overpayments using various techniques including systems-based queries, specialized reporting, or other research.
Responsible for more complex issues such as coordination of benefits, Medicare, and medical policies. Works closely with staff from other departments on a regular basis to ensure customer satisfaction.
Works closely with contract managers to identify and correct contractual issues when applicable.
May perform collection activities to ensure the recovery of overpayments and maintenance of unprocessed cash and accounts receivable processes and all other cash applications as required.
Researches voluntary refunds for accuracy.
Requires accurate balancing of all accounts.
Qualifications
Primary requirements:
Requires a H.S. diploma
Minimum of 2 years of claims processing and/or customer service experience
Any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Surveys losses and loss scenes at residential and commercial buildings
Conducts investigations to determine and document the scope of damage.
Investigates and assesses damages due to failures and determines the origin of failure for insurers and litigation support.
Analyzes and documents the failure analysis and causation of failures.
Collaborates with other investigators to produce detailed reports outlining the cause and origin of losses and damages.

Responsible for assisting with all operational tasks within the store as delegated and assigned by the Store Manager with main focus on the front-end and sales floor operations. Also assist with the hiring, training and development of store associates as delegated by the Store Manager
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with all store functions and day-to-day store activities as directed by the Store Manager
Able to perform all opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager
Assist the Store Manager in protecting and securing all company assets, including store cash
Adhere to all policies and procedures including safety guidelines
Maintain a professional and friendly environment with customers, subordinates and supervisors
Maintain all areas of the store, including the stockroom and sales floor, to company standards to include recovery
When the Store Manager is not on the premises, direct supervisory responsibility for all hourly Associates
Process all SSC Corporate directives including Pull and Hold/Destroy, Task Compliance, Key Survey information
requests and any additional communications related to store activities as delegated by the Store Manager
Assist the Store Manager on the receipt and return of DSD merchandise.
Follow the VIP and DSD Policies and Procedures
Assist the Store Manager in ensuring proper staffing coverage on a daily basis
Assist the Store Manager in ensuring that the sales floor is sales effective on a daily basis
Assist in the management of cashiering activities to ensure all company cash handling practices & guidelines are followed at all times by all Associates
Promotional effectiveness of store-front fixtures and displays
Assist in the management of sales effectiveness of seasonal areas in the store
Coordinate appropriate signage utilized in the store
Assist with the receipt and return of DSD merchandise
Process damaged merchandise on a daily basis
Assist Store Manager with creation of weekly schedules
Assist in the management of store supplies and expense control
Assist with merchandising and maintaining the checkout area to maximize impulse sales
Ensure coolers and store-front program racks/displays are refilled daily (balloon program, sunglasses, batteries, etc.)
Assist with the management of the Drive Item program
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
Prefer prior retail and management experience

Ability to lift, bend and transport merchandise weighing up to 50lbs
