Position Summary:
Is Bonaventure looking for you? You are a results-oriented Construction Project Engineer assisting the Project Manager and Construction Superintendent throughout the entire lifecycle of the project(s) from pre-construction through closeout. You are driven to success, analyzing project's critical activities and milestone dates, anticipating problems/issues that may arise and suggesting course correcting activities.!
The Project Engineer performs administrative and office engineering functions for one or more assigned projects.
Accountabilities
Support the business unit safety program.
Assist with the preparation of the project safety plan.
Participate in cost reporting and updating.
Obtain contract drawings, specifications, and other pertinent information necessary for the completion of the project and distribute copies to the project manager, superintendent, material suppliers, and subcontractors as needed.
Prepare overall project schedule with input from the project superintendent and the project manager and update the schedule monthly.
Request, receive, and tabulate bids as directed.
Negotiate assigned subcontracts, purchase orders, and draft agreements.
Obtain, review, approve, and process in a timely manner, all shop drawings and product submittals. Stay abreast of delivery dates and keep the project manager and superintendent informed of changes that affect the project schedule.
Review project documents for any changes that save money or improve the overall quality of the project.
Assist with preparation of periodic owner status reports as may be required for the project.
Who You Are:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
2-5 years of construction experience in construction management, environmental engineering, architecture, or the equivalent combination of education experience to meet the job requirements.
Working knowledge of construction methods, techniques, specifications, codes, regulations and laws.
Proficiencies in Procore, MS Office and MS Project preferred.
Good oral and written communication skills with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Solution Oriented with excellent problem solving and negotiation skills.
CPR, OSHA 300, & RLD Certifications preferred.

In this role as a Software Engineer/Programmer, you will:
Develop, operate, maintain, and administer the Web-enabled I Logistics Database - an Oracle database which contains supply and configuration data on material as well as business applications, and a Microsoft (MS) -dot net- front end that enables system access by fleet users who enter supply and maintenance actions in support of Navy 3M data collection.Support and/or install software applications/operating systems.

The Patient Enrollment Specialist is responsible for new patient acquisition. The role is critical to drive the growth of the organization and meet our enrollment commitments to our customers and partners. Education

Responsible for end to end application, system development and maintenance on medium or semi complex technology platforms within assigned client group, business unit or corporate department.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Writes correct and clean code with limited guidance while ensuring following best practices.
Partners with internal and/or external stakeholder to better understand business requirements.
Analyzes and classifies semi-complex change request and identifies and documents possible system code enhancements.
Participates in developing application scope and objectives and preparing functional and/or technical specifications.
Partner with designers and other web team members to better understand and apply the right marketing focused content.
Codes and maintains semi-complex components of information systems.
Develops and performs system testing and fixes defects identified during testing and re-executes unit tests to validate results.
Understand testing best practices.
Participates in integrating activities with other IT departments for successful implementation and support of project efforts.
Develops a General understanding of how the work fits in to the larger project and identifies problems or issues in requirements.
Provides on call support and monitors the system for semi-complex issues as needed.
Facilitates small group design sessions or code reviews and participates in vendor evaluation.

Job Summary
Molina Healthcare Services (HCS) works with members, providers and multidisciplinary team members to assess, facilitate, plan and coordinate an integrated delivery of care across the continuum, including behavioral health and long-term care, for members with high need potential. HCS staff work to ensure that patients progress toward desired outcomes with quality care that is medically appropriate and cost-effective based on the severity of illness and the site of service.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Completes face-to-face comprehensive assessments of members per regulated timelines.
Facilitates comprehensive waiver enrollment and disenrollment processes.
Develops and implements a case management plan, including a waiver service plan, in collaboration with the member, caregiver, physician and/or other appropriate healthcare professionals and member's support network to address the member needs and goals.
Performs ongoing monitoring of the care plan to evaluate effectiveness, document interventions and goal achievement, and suggest changes accordingly.
Promotes integration of services for members including behavioral health care and long term services and supports, home and community to enhance the continuity of care for Molina members.
Assesses for medical necessity and authorize all appropriate waiver services.
Evaluates covered benefits and advise appropriately regarding funding source.
Conducts face-to-face or home visits as required.
Facilitates interdisciplinary care team meetings for approval or denial of services and informal ICT collaboration.
Uses motivational interviewing and Molina clinical guideposts to educate, support and motivate change during member contacts.
Assesses for barriers to care, provides care coordination and assistance to member to address psycho/social, financial, and medical obstacles concerns.
Identifies critical incidents and develops prevention plans to assure member's health and welfare.
Provides consultation, recommendations and education as appropriate to non-RN case managers
Works cases with members who have complex medical conditions and medication regimens
Conducts medication reconciliation when needed.

Required Education
Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing
Required Experience
At least 1 year of experience working with persons with disabilities/chronic conditions and Long Term Services & Supports.
1-3 years in case management, disease management, managed care or medical or behavioral health settings.
Required License, Certification, Association
Active, unrestricted State Registered Nursing license (RN) in good standing
Must have valid driver's license with good driving record and be able to drive within applicable state or locality with reliable transportation.

Responsible to collaborate with healthcare providers and members to promote quality member outcomes, to optimize member benefits, and to promote effective use of resources for more complex medical issues.
