Asset Managment Advisor

The Asset Management Advisor must be able to collaborate with senior level business partners and IT peers regarding various aspects of the Desktop Hardware Asset Management discipline. The Advisor must be able to interpret contracts, understand the concepts behind the asset management process and must have a strong understanding of Anthem's IT environment including our peer organizations (Field Support, Request Management, Procurement, Incident Management, Finance). The Advisor will be expected to represent Anthem's interest in contract negotiations and disputes with suppliers. Collaborates with business partners, IT peers and other departments to provide desktop hardware and software; create processes to ensure software license compliancy; and internal audit and finance requirements are met.

How you will make an impact:

  • Assist manager in setting direction and establishing asset management processes.

  • Communicate directly with management to explain AM processes and how they support company strategy.

  • Finalize/formalize communication and processes for publication.

  • Will actively engage in strategic planning discussions with external vendors and internal departments that interface with AM.

  • Run complex queries, manipulates data and develop a strategy for corrective actions that involves bringing in other IT support staff.

  • Develop audit responses and corrective action plans for internal audits.

  • Manage multiple projects and lead/mentor other project members.

  • Contribute to system design and development of AM database.

  • Act as SME for major tool development and RFP discussions.

  • Conduct meetings to present cost savings opportunities.

  • Participate in contract negotiations and budget development/management.

  • Provide supervision and guidance to team and provides input on performance (excluding HR) issues.

Qualifications

  • Requires BS/BA degree in related field; 5 to 6 years of information systems experience with computer support, process design and in depth knowledge of finance and how it relates to asset management; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

  • CSAM-CHAMP certification and intermediate project management skills required.

  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills required.

  • CITAM required within one year of accepting the position.

  • Vendor management skills, data analysis skills, contract negotiation skills and intermediate project management skills required.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

  • Trade certification or other continuing education preferred.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the business and how hardware and software tools support it.

  • Provides provider relations/network management consulting support to complex, high profile provider organizations.

  • Serves as technical resource and mentor to other consultants.

  • Develops network recruitment and retention strategies to ensure the retention and maintenance of high quality contracted providers.

  • Conducts negotiations and leads contracting efforts with complex, high profile provider organizations to build and maintain a cost effective, accessible provider network.

Patient Enrollment Specialist I

The Patient Enrollment Specialist is responsible for new patient acquisition. The role is critical to drive the growth of the organization and meet our enrollment commitments to our customers and partners. The role focuses on reaching out to prospective patients to explain Aspire's services, addressing a variety of inquiries, gathering feedback, and scheduling the initial in-home appointment.

The Patient Enrollment Specialist has an ability to react very quickly and be nimble in providing responses and meeting the needs of the patient and our internal team members in a timely, calm, and professional manner.

How you will make an impact:

You are the first person our newly referred patients interact with at Aspire. Your mission is to develop a deep level of trust for patients in the most vulnerable chapter of life, understanding their needs, engaging the patient on how Aspire can best support them & their families, and orchestrating the initial engagement with our clinical team.

  • Major activities include:

  • Making outbound calls for prospective patients and working to ensure the efficient scheduling of initial in-home appointments

  • Ensuring that the patient receives a detailed explanation of Aspire's services

  • Expedite emergency clinical calls as needed

  • Process new appointments or changes to existing appointment

  • Own, manage, convert, and enrolling an assigned referral base

  • Ramp new Advance Practice Provider's census and maintain APPs at target census

  • Schedule appointments at the -best time- by considering the needs of our patients within the context of the APP's overall schedule and availability

  • Demonstrate compassion for individual needs, attention to detail, and collaborating with other team members are critical success factors of this role

  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and continuous improvement while participating in the call quality monitoring processes

  • Work collaboratively and efficiently with other corporate and field based team members to ensure patients receive exceptional service

  • Document accurate and concise patient/family feedback and special needs during each call in our computer systems, enabling our market-based clinicians to provide excellent care during each appointment

  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • At least 3-5 years of comparable work experience.

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous telephonic and / or face to face sales experience strongly preferred.

  • Able to work the schedule for this position- M-Fri 9am-6pm CST.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification:

Preferred Qualifications:

Responsible for end to end application, system development and maintenance on single product or multiple smaller less complex technology platforms within an assigned client group, business unit or corporate department.

Engineer III:

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Engineer I:

  • Requires an BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study.

  • Requires experience working on one platform, one database and/or one system language.

  • Business application experience strongly preferred.

Engineer II:

  • Requires an BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 1 year experience on one platform; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

  • Multi database, multi language or multi business application strongly preferred.

Engineer III:

  • Requires an BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 3 years experience on one platform, multi database, multi language or multi business application; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

  • Experience mentoring others, leading small projects and providing troubleshooting support is strongly preferred.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

  • Experience with Informatica is preferred.

  • Experience with SQL Server and querying is preferred.
