Asset Managment Advisor

The Asset Management Advisor must be able to collaborate with senior level business partners and IT peers regarding various aspects of the Desktop Hardware Asset Management discipline. The Advisor must be able to interpret contracts, understand the concepts behind the asset management process and must have a strong understanding of Anthem's IT environment including our peer organizations (Field Support, Request Management, Procurement, Incident Management, Finance). The Advisor will be expected to represent Anthem's interest in contract negotiations and disputes with suppliers. Collaborates with business partners, IT peers and other departments to provide desktop hardware and software; create processes to ensure software license compliancy; and internal audit and finance requirements are met.

• Assist manager in setting direction and establishing asset management processes.

• Communicate directly with management to explain AM processes and how they support company strategy.

• Finalize/formalize communication and processes for publication.

• Will actively engage in strategic planning discussions with external vendors and internal departments that interface with AM.

• Run complex queries, manipulates data and develop a strategy for corrective actions that involves bringing in other IT support staff.

• Develop audit responses and corrective action plans for internal audits.

• Manage multiple projects and lead/mentor other project members.

• Contribute to system design and development of AM database.

• Act as SME for major tool development and RFP discussions.

• Conduct meetings to present cost savings opportunities.

• Participate in contract negotiations and budget development/management.

• Provide supervision and guidance to team and provides input on performance (excluding HR) issues.

Qualifications

• Requires BS/BA degree in related field; 5 to 6 years of information systems experience with computer support, process design and in depth knowledge of finance and how it relates to asset management; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

• CSAM-CHAMP certification and intermediate project management skills required.

• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills required.

• CITAM required within one year of accepting the position.

• Vendor management skills, data analysis skills, contract negotiation skills and intermediate project management skills required.

Patient Enrollment Specialist I

The Patient Enrollment Specialist is responsible for new patient acquisition. The role is critical to drive the growth of the organization and meet our enrollment commitments to our customers and partners. How you will make an impact:

You are the first person our newly referred patients interact with at Aspire. Your mission is to develop a deep level of trust for patients in the most vulnerable chapter of life, understanding their needs, engaging the patient on how Aspire can best support them & their families, and orchestrating the initial engagement with our clinical team.

• Major activities include:

• Making outbound calls for prospective patients and working to ensure the efficient scheduling of initial in-home appointments

• Ensuring that the patient receives a detailed explanation of Aspire's services

• Expedite emergency clinical calls as needed

• Process new appointments or changes to existing appointment

• Own, manage, convert, and enrolling an assigned referral base

The Cyber Security Senior Advisor - Detection Engineering (SIEM Content / Use Case Development) develops, recommends, and implements enterprise information security policies, technical standards, guidelines, procedures, and other elements of an infrastructure necessary to support information security in compliance with established company policies, regulatory requirements, and generally accepted information security controls. Responsible for maintaining current threat management capabilities that support our 24/7 Cyber Security Operations Center. This position will be developing and maintaining threat detection content across multiple security platforms that are operationalized by the Cyber Security Operations Center.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Develop SIEM and Security Use Case Logic (Detection Engineering) for security threat models

• Conduct threat hunting exercises using industry best practices

• Document standard practices for metrics collection and reporting

• Maintain and develop documentation for CSOC use cases

• Align work products to Mitre ATT&CK framework and apply detection opportunities driven by threat hunting and threat intelligence.

• Development, testing, and management of CSOC use cases.

• Creation of custom logic to detect unique or previously undetectable attacks on Anthem's information assets.

• Deliver recommendations to close identified security gaps.

• Develop solutions to manage data in a cross-platform environment leveraging scripting and automation.

• Maintain accurate records of signal and detection logic in EDR, IDS, SIEM.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Requires BS/BA in information Technology or related field of study and a minimum of 8 years experience in systems administration and security aspects of information systems, access management and network security technologies, network communications, computer networking, telecommunications, systems development and management, hardware, software, data, and people; experience with multiple technical and business disciplines required; requires broad-based experience to plan and design highly complex systems; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Security Certifications: CISSP and other advanced technical security certifications (e.g. Information Systems Security Architecture Professional, Information Security Engineering Professional, Certification and Accreditation Professional, or equivalent certifications) strongly preferred.

• EDR Signal development SIEM content management.

• Development background working with a code repository and managing content programmatically.

• Proficient in scripting languages and API usage (python, javascript, powershell, yara).

Business Analyst II

Location : Remote opportunity-all locations to be considered.

This is an opportunity to join a growing team of associates within DBG (Diversified Business Group). Our team is responsible for identifying claims processing issues on WGS through data mining and then creating business requirements documents (BRD) to assist with creation of algorithms that will contribute to cost of care savings and total program savings. These positions will primarily perform WGS tasks in conjunction with the pre-pay initiative project for Datamining and Overpayments (DMO).

How you will make an Impact;

• Analyzes business needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs.

• Assessing overpayment opportunity by reviewing WGS claim samples.

• Accessing provider contracts, company claims policies and coding guidelines to support prevention opportunities.

• Partners closely with query data analysts to create algorithms that will identify overpayments for prevention.

• Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with query developers, business owners and partners as well as DBG consultants and analysts.

• Manages and prioritizes own work based on business needs.

• Researches leads to identify additional overpayment savings opportunities.

• Develops Business Requirement Documentation (BRD) and completes UAT and coordinates PNP (process and procedure) documentation, involving those in and outside the business unit.

• Collaborates, provides guidance to team members and serves as a resource for the team.

• Identifies process improvement opportunities that result in increased savings.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 3 years related business analysis experience, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

• Commercial claims experience

• Experience with WGS

• Advanced skill level with MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, V-lookup)

• Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with research-oriented approach; strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills are required

• Ability to manage multiple projects in various stages to completion

• Demonstrated meeting facilitation skills

• Knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations is strongly preferred.
