Position Overview:

The CRM Analyst is responsible for all aspects of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process including ensuring monthly S&OP data analysis, reporting, tools management, driving sales excellence, leading monthly cross functional consensus meetings and process improvement initiatives.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Drive the execution of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) business cycle for RI Products and Mass Transit Manufactured Products. This includes establishing and/or monitoring all relevant and required analytical tools and presentations.

  • Develop annual orders and sales volume targets for Products.

  • Drive Sales Excellence by creating account plans, monitoring the achievement of product order targets and/or forecasts, and utilizing opportunity management tools such as Dynamics.

  • Support critical Product bids and champion the Bid Approval process (LOA) for the Products Organization, as needed.

  • Analyze, report, and improve the accuracy of orders, sales, and margin forecasts at both detailed and aggregate levels to ultimately enhance customer service levels, maximize labor utilization, and optimize inventory levels.

  • Oversee backlog management to ensure the accuracy of backlog customer promise dates and resolve large or abnormal orders while striving to meet operational and customer excellence.

  • Ensure a systematic approach for plant manufacturing teams to receive soft (not yet booked) demand inputs and assumptions from account manager reviews and forecasts.

  • Lead and facilitate the Sales & Operations Planning cycle by conducting a monthly consensus and demand review meeting with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, procurement, sales, customer relationship management, engineering, and management functions). Communicate any relevant demand and supply planning results, constraints, and support mitigation efforts.

  • Act as a key stakeholder in managing plant inventory levels to accommodate the Sales, Inventory, and Operations process.

  • Collaborate with the sales and customer relationship management teams to understand unique market requirements and trends.

To thrive in this role, you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 6+ years of equivalent or related experience in business analysis

  • Knowledge and/or experience with manufacturing procurement strategy and processes

  • At least 2 Years of Relevant Experience with sales excellence and/or sales and operations planning

  • Experience in SAP is a plus

The base salary range for this position in Homestead, PA or Louisville, PA is $109,100 - $128,100. The salary may be higher or lower depending on the budget and the candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications. The annual incentive target is 10% of the base salary .

We are looking for a Team Lead II for our MCC line. This position will be based in Wendell, NC.

Overview:

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Team Lead will lead the manufacturing activities as assigned at the Siemens plant in Wendell, NC

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates employees to fulfill the schedule of work.

  • Responsible for the Cross Training actions defined by the Production Manager, including updating the training matrix.

  • Realize SAP transactions before, during and after the production process.

  • Update reports and files required for the calculation of metrics / measurements of the area.

  • Identify and report any issue impacting the area production. Proactively approaches the points of contact for those departments and forges a working relationship to resolve them.

  • Make sure 5S/6S, 8 Wastes mitigation, and other Lean principles (VSM, Kaizens, Standard Work, etc) are applied in the team / area.

  • Empower team and actively takes part in the cleaning of equipment and work area to ensure proper functioning and safe working conditions.

  • Accesses and utilizes documents using of computers, associated with the manufacture of products (e.g. Quality and Safety Documents, Operating Instructions, Work Instructions, SOPs, etc.)

  • Ensure tool calibration is completed and up to date as required.

  • Back up for Production Manager when needed.

  • Performs other work as directed by Production Manager

1st Shift Hours 6:00AM - 2:30 PM

The Wirer will have the responsibility of the assembly processes in a transfer switch manufacturing environment. You will be accountable to read & understand mechanical diagrams, wiring diagrams and BOMs to perform all wiring and assembly activities in assigned job by the lead or supervisor.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a team on complex tasks and get the tasks completed in a timely manner.

  • Assemble switches and related equipment.

  • Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and BOMs provided.

Position Overview:

We seek to hire a Mechanical Desk Engineer to assist the Locomotive Engineer and onboard train staff with urgent queries or at the train on route with our long-term maintenance contract for a fleet of high-tech rolling stock. The fleet consists of Tier 4 compliant high-horsepower locomotives in a push-pull configuration with elegant coaches to deliver a high-end customer experience. These trains operate from Orlando to Miami with up to 125 mph 7 days a week.

If train crews have a problem with a locomotive or the coach, they call the "Mechanical Desk" 24/7 on the radio/phone from the train route. The "Mechanical Desk" supports solving the problem on the radio/phone or en route. The trainset is in trouble, and you lead the problem-solving!

We have the responsibility to assist the on-train staff remotely or en route in a critical situation and guide them through troubleshooting to limit service delays supported by remote data from fleet monitoring that is sent directly from the trainsets will be utilized.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Assist with troubleshooting or operational questions from the onboard crew.

  • Develop action plans; measure and analyze results; initiate corrective actions; minimize variances' impact; continuously improve processes.

  • Maintain a very close working relationship with the customer.

- Manage the production of regular service delivery Operations overviews giving vital resource

information (allocation, assignments, resource conflicts, resource needs, training needs/opportunities) to delivery Operations leadership and staff

- Defines and coordinates the introduction and implementation of new Resource Management

tools, infrastructure, and processes.

- Drive the Executive Interlock process. This involves monthly meetings with the Executive team to provide management data and interpretation of forecasted resource supply and demand, and recommending actions (hiring, training, reductions, etc.) for management decisioning; this also includes conducting weekly / bi-weekly meetings with managers and other service delivery leads to collect and validate updated staffing information.

- Provide workload balancing, prioritization, resource scheduling, and integration of resources into multiple projects in order to maintain optimal utilization of resources.

- Work with People & Organization on planning and executing candidate sourcing, whether through third party partners, or through recruiting new hires. In addition, work with People & Organization to identify skills requirements of delivery Operations to drive internal staff training and development

- Create and manage relationships with vendor partners who can provide staffing resources. For each offering, manage preferred partner list based upon past performance and other appropriate measures.

- Conduct research to identify alternate staffing solutions and/or alternate processes for

Requirements:

- At least 5-7 years work experience in resource management or management of IT project-based services

As part of the Professional Services team, you will work with System Architects, Program Managers, Product Architects, Consultants, PLC Programmers, Industrial Equipment Manufacturers and Installers, Learning Specialists, Adoption Leads, Industry Experts and Product Development teams to ensure project and customer success.

*Responsibilities:*

-Manage the project through the Project life cycle, leveraging Siemens Delivery Framework

-Work with Sales & Services Management to initiate, review and agree on project governance with the customer.

-Conduct Stakeholder meetings to manage and guide stakeholders through systematic identification, analysis and plans of action to aid in negotiations.

-Maintain project artifacts such as status, risk, issues, opportunities (RIO), schedule or IMS, decision log, program management plan, safety plan, FMEA, CAP, or other artifacts as needed to support project rigor as required by customer, company, or industry standards.

-Perform project risk management including planning, identification, analysis, mitigation planning and controlling to include FMEA and CAP as required.

-Enforce change management at the project level to ensure the dependencies of the change are reflected and understood.

-Demonstrated experience managing agile projects using SCRUM or SAFe methodologies.

-Confidence creating and presenting content to all levels of management, both internal and external.

-Demonstrated experience having the difficult scope, cost, resource conversations with customers.

-Demonstrated experience supporting successful user-acceptance and adoption of deployed capability; or participated in customer witness tests or similar events, industrial equipment validation and start up procedures.

-Make or support technical recommendations and implement overall system design of the integrated Closed Loop Manufacturing solution to include software (PLM, IIoT, etc.), hardware (controls, sensors, devices), and necessary industrial equipment.

-Manage contract acceptance and handover of projects to the customer.

-In conjunction with Engagement Management, identify, and create new opportunities and renewals for current projects/programs.

-Mentor and support the development of team members.

Required Qualifications:

-Eight to ten years in a project manager/leadership role, guiding a team of consultants during a significant software or industrial equipment implementation.

-Five to ten years of experience working in a customer facing environment.

-Proactive self-starter who can perform independently in high-pressure situations with little supervision.

-Leadership skills and proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams, including services delivery and project management teams across multiple locations.

-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Proven experience with iterative development practices like scrum, agile, or SAFe.

-Demonstrated soft skill abilities when supporting the team, interacting with customers, and reporting to leadership

-Excellent written and verbal communications with the ability to present complex issues to multi-level audiences of company and government executives.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical and/or Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, or equivalent years of experience (8+) in PLM.

-Minimum 5 years of experience in the engineering and/or manufacturing processes for design and development of products.

-Eight to ten years of experience in implementing Teamcenter Solutions or similar products, such as Enovia, ePMD, Windchill, Aras Innovator or Oracle Agileis desired.

-Minimum 5 years of experience working with third party contractors.

-PMP Certification, with working knowledge of project management processes and tools is highly preferred.

-Five to 10 years of experience implementing industrial equipment such as CNC machine tools, conveyers, PLCs, plant automation, manufacturing centers, SCADA, cabling, electrical, or other industrial infrastructure.

-Working knowledge of IIoT best practices; ideally based on relevant deployment experience.

Headquartered in Wendell, NC, the EA PMO executes a diverse portfolio of projects and this position will be focused on Large Solutions, including medium-voltage power distribution equipment packaging and services. Responsibilities:

  • Direct all phases of projects from inception through completion.

  • Responsible for the cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance of the assigned project(s).

  • Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules.

  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

  • Lead and drive multi-disciplinary and cross functional teams, including engineering, operations, vendor management, logistics and services to ensure successful project execution.

Siemens Electrification and Automation (EA) business unit is seeking an exciting addition to our engineering leadership team. We have an opening for a role leading our GIS & MV Secondary electrical engineering team. This role will support long-term growth initiatives with a focus on customer experience, employee development, and process improvement. This position will supervise 10+ direct reports and will play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire engineering process, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring the delivery of high-quality switchgear solutions that meet our client's specifications and industry standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers and team leads, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise. Be a technical leader with a strong focus on employee skills development.

  • Take ownership of the overall electrical engineering experience for GIS & MV Secondary products. This will include leadership and technical support during design approval, detailed engineering, production, and post-project lessons learned phases.

  • Drive the design and development of Switchgear systems, including component selection, schematics creation, and layout design.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, project management, and manufacturing, to define project requirements and deliverables. Proactively evaluate requests to provide the best possible engineering lead times considering the current engineering and factory workload (in collaboration with the Master Scheduler and/or Team Leads).

  • Manage the day-to-day needs of the team. This will include training and coaching of new team members, schedule management, timely escalation resolution, and coordination with factory/field stakeholders.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing by leading the effort to enhance engineering tools, processes, and Knowledge Base. Also, promote innovation, efficiency, and excellence in all aspects of design and development.

  • Provide technical support to internal teams and external stakeholders, resolving engineering-related issues and inquiries promptly.

As aFire Alarm Technician, you will:

  • Participate in Operational Testing, Verification, and Acceptance: Run routine reports to review system operation, conduct final inspections and testing, and support customer acceptance and the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). You will assist in customer training on system operations and provide necessary plans and fire safety system documents for as-built drawings.   • The pay range for this position is $55,160 - $118,080. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
