ITW Food Equipment Group, an Illinois Tool Works Fortune 200 business is a recognized leader among commercial food equipment worldwide. The function of this position is to provide various manual services for the Troy, Ohio facilities by planning, organizing, and executing routine processes, special projects, events, and other requests.
Responsibilities
Basic Building and Construction - Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction and tear down of office furniture, partitions and cubicles.
Including but not limited to office moves, cubicle builds/tear downs, disposing of waste from e-waste containers, loading scrap/trash trucks, and minor construction projects [i.e. hanging whiteboards, pictures, shelving, etc].
Review all Customer Work Requests, several times a day. Interface with the customer to ensure that the scope of work is clearly understood. Prioritize and schedule the work. Follow up with the Customer when the work is complete to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsible for loading and unloading trucks using forklift. Delivery of larger mail items to the appropriate Personnel/Employee.
Prepare show equipment [take off skid, put on casters, pad, and shrink wrap] for shipment to show & unload and prepare show equipment upon return from Trade Show for storage or shipment to other sources.
In charge of event set ups for luncheons and parties of up to 100 people.
In charge of interior holiday decorating.
Examine objects, systems, or facilities, and analyze information to determine needed installations, services, or repairs.
Accountable for workplace organization within areas of responsibility.
Responsible for the efficient and timely execution of common processes.
Troubleshoot Facility Related Equipment Issues.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED or Vocational School
1 year of construction and/or maintenance or relevant experience preferred
Valid Driver's License
Forklift experience
Ability and knowledge of driving a box truck

This role will be responsible for managing and executing the brand and marketing initiatives in support of our flagship Appearance brands, Rain-X and Black Magic.
S/he will support the Senior Brand Manager to help grow the brands.
The candidate should have a track record of delivering results while exhibiting leadership capabilities. The role will lead the business with team members from multiple departments (Finance, R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, MARCOM, etc.)
This role will be responsible for managing and executing the brand and marketing initiatives in support of our flagship Car Appearance brands, Rain-X and Black Magic. These are well-known top-tier brands making high-quality DIY-friendly products that take care of your car appearance, e.g. glass cleaners, car washes, tire care, wheel cleaners, etc.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with the Senior Brand Manager to develop and implement the brands' holistic 6Ps strategies (Positioning, Product, Packaging, Price, Placement, Promotion/Marketing).
- Learn about the target consumers and become their advocate in everything we do on the brands.
- Proactively stay tuned into latest market trends, POS data, consumer insights and customer feedback to understand drivers of current performance, actions to take and unlock actionable insights, new product ideas and recommendations.
- Collaborate with consumer insight and category management to create product innovation tracker
- Cultivate relationships with key internal parties to effectively lead cross-functional teams in product management, whether new product development, Core product improvement or product line optimization.
- Partner with Sales to understand customers well. Help create brand materials needed for National Sales Meeting (NSM), key retailers' line reviews, and attend those meetings to share brand strategy, celebrate success and sell in new products.
- Be the branding expert to provide good guidance to external agencies and internal creative teams on marketing campaigns and creatives.
- Coordinate the TIMELY creation and execution of brand marketing support deliverables for Core and New products such as website development, product announcement content, demo videos, A+ Ecommerce content, etc.
- Conduct regular portfolio lifecycle assessment and manage the discontinuation process of outdated/slow-moving products.
- Manage brand budget, reporting and invoicing
- Partner with Consumer Insights Manager on qualitative and quantitative tests per brand needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years Consumer Product Marketing and/or Brand Management experience or MBA with minimum 2 years Consumer Product Marketing and/or Brand Management experience (preferred)
- Experience in effectively aligning, motivating, and leading internal cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills to effectively influence, interact, and present to various stakeholders
- Clear understanding of general marketing principles
- Strong analytical skills and proactive / solutions-oriented problem solving
- Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
- Proven ability to effectively manage & prioritize multiple, complex projects simultaneously
- Experience in identifying New Product Innovation opportunities with consumers and customers in mind

The Manufacturing Manager oversees the total manufacturing process which includes care and maintenance of all the production equipment, utilities and infrastructure; maintenance planning and scheduling, MRO stock; CMMS operation and functionality; and maintenance staff to meet business enterprise strategies. Leads the continuous improvement objectives of the Maintenance team in accordance with defined measurables required to directly reflect the overall cost control of the organization. Supports and drives talent management and leadership development to achieve the ITW Great Leaders Framework and expectations. Assists and contributes in the development and attainment of the AP and LRP activities to achieve the Company's strategic business plan.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the maintenance department ensuring compliance, safety, and best practices for corrective and preventive maintenance procedures are followed including accurate completion of the preventative maintenance program.
Establish and manage preventative/predictive maintenance systems to improve equipment uptime. Utilize data to establish long term and short term equipment overhauls and upgrades.
Establish methods to measure MTTR and MTBF data and other KPIs and implement a continuous improvement process.
Oversee Maintenance by tracking work hours, maintaining work orders for all maintenance/project work, managing material purchases used in the maintenance/project work and working with accounting to ensure all work is billed correctly.
Demonstrative ability to plan, organize and execute multiple tasks, in a fast-paced environment.
Acquire bids and manage vendors and suppliers including building and grounds maintenance.
Collaborate with Production and other teams to actively drive programs and education to advance the predictive maintenance agenda ensuring quarterly measurable gap closures.
Responsible for installation of all new assets and maintenance programs are developed for the equipment. Ensure the maintenance team acquires or develops necessary skill sets to prevent premature equipment failure.
Ability to build a strong team, including performing skill assessments and developing training plans for technicians.
Prepare and manage maintenance controllable expense budget, including: repair materials and inventory, outside services, utilities, and repair labor.
Support continuous improvement efforts, particularly related to minimizing equipment downtime while improving safety and quality.
Conduct audits of work performed to ensure it meets current standards and requirements.
Develop, recommend, and implement process improvements to streamline key processes within maintenance using the ITW Toolbox (80/20, PLs, USa)
Promote and cultivate a positive working environment aligned with company goals and encouraging teamwork and strong performance
Monitors associate performance of the maintenance team including hiring; disciplinary actions; work objectives and their effectiveness and realigning department as needed.
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Participate and assist in customer and annual internal audits

Bachelor's degree in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum of 7 years' experience in various maintenance/engineering areas with progressive managerial responsibility.
Experience within the automotive sector, preferably in metal fasteners
Ability to lead, motivate and develop personnel in accordance to our technology and service sector.
Considerable skill is required in interpersonal relations and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to directly interface with vendors, customers and other leaders will be necessary on a regular basis.
Excellent computer skills
Strong knowledge of Maintenance and Reliability
Strong experience managing maintenance program through CMMS or similar systems
Ability to maintain budgetary numbers therefore, it's imperative that basic financial abilities are proven.
Excellent technical knowledge of related equipment, products and processes

SUMMARY
The Buyer is responsible for indirect purchases related to maintenance, equipment, building and production. This individual is also responsible for procuring goods and services in a manufacturing environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Research and compare suppliers, goods, and services
Identifies the best sourcing options and prepares and submits bid requests to the selected suppliers
Analyzes bid proposals and negotiates contract terms and conditions (within the budgetary limitations) and maintain vendor agreements
Strategically select the most suitable suppliers in terms of reliability, product quality, and cost-efficiency
Monitor inventory levels and determines purchase needs
Request cost proposals and negotiate contracts and prices
Prepare and process purchase orders, and asses purchase order for accuracy and compliance with regulations
Resolve receiving and invoice issues
Track open orders, including order acknowledgements
Maintain records of all transactions, purchase orders, confirmations, and corrections
Schedule and verify purchase deliveries
Build and maintain positive, long-term supplier relations
Interact with suppliers to schedule delivery times and resolve shipping errors
Maintain close communication with Engineering, Facilities, Accounting, and Plant Management
Strongly prefer experience with commodities and indirect material
Ability to identify different types of metals
Knowledge and experience in pricing different grades of metal using cost models

We are looking for a cold-heading operator to join our team! This individual would be responsible for setting up and operating single and multi die double stroke cold headers and forge pointers to produce quality automotive fasteners from cold metal rod or wire by performing the following duties. Shift time 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Monday-Friday.
Assist and observe designated Setup Operators in operation and setup up of machinery
Selects, installs, and aligns dies, cutting tools, guides, and stops to setup machine. Sets controls to synchronize machine actions for various operations on work piece in specified sequence
Positions coil of metal wire or rod on feed spindle and threads it through straightening rolls into feed mechanism
Adjusts settings of dies on controls, as required, to produce product within specified tolerances and meeting quality standards
Starts machine to begin production and observes machine operations for evidence of malfunction and products for defects
Maintains, oils, and cleans machines on a regular basis
Drains and cleans oil trays; dumps scrap, and sweeps floor to maintain housekeeping standards
Ensures all quality and safety documentation is completed with oversight
High School diploma or the equivalent required; Associates degree preferred
Prior experience operating single and multi-die header machines

Core Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment -manual, semi and/or automated, and resolve problems
Assist with the installation and set-up of existing or new equipment
Suggest corrective actions for re-occurring downtime or performance issues
Maintain a preventative maintenance program
Maintain a spare parts inventory system
Perform a full range of operations using conventional machine tools and their various attachments
Work with repair vendors to fabricate needed spare parts or fabricate them
Use tape measures, micrometers, or other types of precision measuring instruments
Understand and apply hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical principles and the mechanical aptitude to perform maintenance on such equipment.

Essential Functions :
. Troubleshoot production processes to support improvement to existing manufacturing tooling, processes, methods, and procedures.
. Lead efforts to reduce and control manufacturing process defects (scrap, nonconforming material, and customer complaints) by assisting the team on identifying the primary root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
. Interface with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Management regarding quality monitoring, corrective action processes, quality improvement actions, and containment actions.
. Provide timely superior response, communication, and closure to customers in relation to quality concerns and issues.
. Provide periodic reports of quality issues, project updates and other valuable KPI's to the leadership team.
. Lead quality audit processes in addition to Advanced Quality Planning (AQP) efforts.
. Perform project-based work, as assigned, or directed, on improving quality and reducing scrap or defects.
. Update procedures, PFMEA, and control plans as necessary.

Qualifications:
. Bachelor's Degree in engineering plus 3 - 5 years of quality engineer experience required

. Experience leading cross-functional project teams and influencing others without authority

Summary:
Ensures product is stored & transported to point of use in a timely, efficient & chronologically correct manner. Follows all business and safety guidelines. Assists as needed in other areas of manufacturing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform duties to fill and empty machine hoppers, transport finished product, components, or raw material within molding/automation department and throughout plant area. Other duties include mixing materials, emptying grinder pans, sweeping and clean-up, operator relief, operate hand and lift truck, operate production equipment, assist set-up technician with mold set-ups, automation changeovers, trouble-shooting, minor repairs and all paperwork associated with.
Maintain the area of responsibility in a neat and organized manner, to include returning partial containers of material to their proper storage area.
Make material / color changes in a timely manner, to include leaving the workstation clean and organized.
Maintain a proper flow of material to area of responsibility so that operation does not cease for lack of supplies.
Ensure product is stored and utilized in FIFO mode.
Perform problem-solving techniques in evaluating material vacuum / drying system problems.
Move, wrap and label finished product when so directed.
Document lot control where required.
Removes any old labels from gaylords, boxes and totes.
Maintain proper rotation of raw material/components.
Follows all safety guidelines.
Any and all additional tasks assigned.
Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 and Safety Policies/Standards.

The Mold Technician ensures the efficient operation of robotics, injection molding machines, automatic assembly equipment, and auxiliary equipment. Follows all business and safety guidelines. Assists as needed in other areas of manufacturing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Typical duties include mold set-up and adjustment on molding and assembly repairs, equipment troubleshooting and minor repairs, preventive maintenance, quality checks, material handling including filling and emptying machine hoppers, housekeeping and operator instructions.
Maintain equipment's proper operation to include verifying set-up parameters of process as well as condition of machine; periodically checking machine cycle time and yields are met, quality of parts and overall consistency of process.
Perform other production functions such as machine operation, press assignments, operator relief, training of new and current employees in basic machine operations, shipping (including labeling and computer interface) etc. as directed.
Assist in monitoring material, ensure inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
Has authority and responsibility to stop molding process due to quality concerns.
Maintain set up sheets and production records for shift; completes necessary paperwork timely and accurately.

Follow all safety guidelines.
Recommend cost saving improvements, labor and ergonomic improvements.

Source and negotiate price and terms of purchase with suppliers for new marketing projects/cost improvement projects.
Create purchase orders with raw material suppliers and contract manufacturers based upon customer demand and sales forecast requirements.
Develop weekly production schedule with required work orders for internal manufacture as required.
Coordinate delivery of materials to coincide with production schedule and customer requirements in support of on-time order shipment and corporate inventory levels.

The Cold Heading Operator reports to the Production Supervisor and is responsible for set up and operation of the cold header machines and auxiliary equipment to produce high quality fasteners while meeting on-time delivery, productivity, safety, quality, and housekeeping metrics.
Job Requirements

MTS is seeking an experienced Lead Software Test Engineer. The Software Test Engineer is a member of the application Software Development Team. The team is responsible for the design, creation, test and continual improvement of MTS application software focused on high performance simulation, analysis and motion control. The Software Test Lead is responsible for Functional Regression, Integration and Acceptance test planning and execution. Ideally will have collaborative work style and have the ability to oversee projects successfully.
Primary Objective:
To plan, coordinate and execute the testing strategy for the product.
Major Areas of Accountability:
Coordinate testing effort. Define the time estimates for each test phase and create a schedule. Provide work direction to test engineers participating in the testing. Train test engineers on equipment and test methods. Work with management to solicit internal users as testing resources when required.
Create the test strategy and test plan. Maintain process and procedures consistent with overall MTS testing philosophy.
Represent test/quality with management. Provide feedback on testing status. Generate reports, track metrics, and create post-release summary.
Design and generate high quality, cost effective test cases. Execute test cases using black box techniques and automated testing where applicable. Record and track defects.
Manage the testing environment. Keep the lab up-to-date with test machines and hardware needed to support the testing effort. Maintain an effective and current image management system for the test lab.
Support product development by participating in requirement and design reviews to ensure the specifications are testable and meet our quality standards.
Evaluate software changes for impact on testing, ensuring that effort is made to minimize cost of change.
Archive and organize test results and artifacts using configuration management tools.
Keep current with advances in test practices and methodologies.
Act as a liaison with technical support to provide assistance to internal and external customers.
Practice continuous process improvement for opportunities to improve the quality of the test process, including reduction of costs and improved efficiency
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering & 5 years progressively demanding software test experience or AA (vo-tech) deg. in a technical field & 9 years relevant technical exp. or 13 years relevant technical experience.
Solid knowledge of the domain of SW Test/ Development
Demonstrated leadership experience as a Test Lead or other leadership role.

Primary Objective:
Responsible for performing accurate and timely accounting and reporting of complex Worldwide Revenue Recognition for Completed Contract (on shipment, on acceptance and on billing), Percentage-of-Completion and Costs in compliance with US GAAP. Analyze, identify, and resolve Revenue Recognition and Costing issues/exposures. Accountable to ensure that any/all changes to Revenue programs are accurate and in compliance with US GAAP. Develop/implement processes and system enhancements that promote proper Accounting and Revenue Recognition. Ensure SOX controls are appropriate and all SOX requirements are met.
Major Areas of Accountability:
Required to have intricate and current knowledge of US GAAP reporting requirements for Revenue Recognition for Completed Contract (includes on shipment, on acceptance and on billing), Percentage-of-Completion and Multiple Element Arrangements.
Manage Deferral of Revenue related to post-shipment (ON) process, ensuring process is correct and in compliance with GAAP and reporting numbers are accurate.
Communicate with Project Engineering to ensure understanding of proper Revenue and Cost recognition. Able to communicate/support a position of recognizing the correct Revenue Recognition when the business position may be different.
Advises foreign affiliates on correct revenue recognition requirements and entries.
Responsible for ensuring that project design and any changes in systems related to Revenue Recognition and Project Accounting deliver the functionality required for proper accounting treatment in compliance with US GAAP.
Responsible for detailed testing within the system to ensure all design changes have been implemented properly and that all revenue recognition and related Cost of Sales is captured properly.
Lead analysis and interpret Worldwide revenue at month end, quarter-end, and year-end to verify accuracy with US GAAP. Adjust revenue/cost as appropriate for accurate reporting.
Reconcile project related balance sheet accounts (WIP, Deferred/Unbilled, GR/IR etc.) on a monthly basis.
Perform and analyze detailed ad hoc reporting, as necessary. Prepare commentary on results by preparing detailed and complex excel spreadsheets.
Responsible for ensuring all SOX controls are adhered to.
Identify/recommend changes to improve/streamline/better coverage of SOX process.
Interface with internal auditors, providing information requested.
This position is the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provides all information regarding revenue for the business and auditors.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The Welder is responsible for operating welding equipment to assemble components. The job can involve operating manual & robotic welding equipment, requiring the associate to load and unload parts from an alignment fixture. The associate will be cross trained and will rotate with others in the department on a regular basis to ensure coverage for vacation or other leave. The associate must be willing to work in other areas of the Weld and Metal Fabrication department when necessary to meet production demands.
The job requires a good understanding of how to set up and operate robotic and manual welding equipment, and to inspect parts for dimensional accuracy using measuring tools. Orders of large quantities are generally processed at the robotic welding workstations, where the associate will load and unload parts from a fixture. Orders of smaller quantities or more complex assemblies are assembled using manual welding methods, requiring the associate to follow drawings for layout and assembly. The Welder will operate pneumatic hand tools to smooth and polish the surface after welding.
This position will learn all tasks of the Welding area including, but not limited to, setup, programming & operation of robotic welders, setup for manual welding, dimensional inspection, hand grinding / buffing, and disposition of materials. Job Description
The Marketing Specialist for the Power Systems Division (PSD) will participate and support the analysis, development and implementation of marketing strategies to achieve profitable revenue growth. This individual will work closely with the Channel Manager, Product Managers, Sales, and Market Development Manager on developing and executing marketing initiatives for existing and new products.
Essential Functions:
Execute digital and print marketing activities including creation of materials for new and existing products (brochures, literature sheets, website campaigns, social content, direct mail, email, advertising, press releases, videos, marketing automation, product photography, etc.)
Lead the collaborative go-to-market efforts of product launch with product managers and market development manager with strong contribution on go-to-market message creation to support unique value proposition development
Acting as main contact for outside creative agency of record; responsible for project planning documents, editing support, and approvals
Own marketing budget process for estimating monthly expenses and tracking actual spend
Regularly report on content performance and drive improvements into the creative process
Participating in collaborative go-to-market efforts (i.e. trade show planning, social media content, best practice sessions) for Miller
Assist the product team as needed with surveys and customer interview questionnaires as part of the new product development process and post-launch feedback
Assembling training presentations for distribution channels and internal sales force
Reviewing and updating marketing infrastructure systems including database system, extranet, myWelds, sales team communication tools, and customer facing websites
Assisting Product Managers with competitive analysis, product and market landscapes and value proposition creation
Exhibiting at industry trade shows
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business (emphasis in marketing preferred)
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a product based, business to business environment
Proven ability to analyze current business issues, customer needs and formulate marketing strategies
Strong business acumen, well organized, aggressive self-starter with the willingness to learn and grow
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to build relationships among employees, distributors, and key end-users
Comfortable presenting and facilitating before groups
Ability to succeed in a fast-moving environment that values an entrepreneurial spirit
Must be a team player with high motivation and solid decision-making abilities
Must possess a high level of creativity
Desire to take initiative and high energy to see projects through completion
Ability to understand technical product-line
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
