Job Description

Responsible for daily processing of PO and Non-PO invoices in a multi-brand, multi-system, high volume environment while adhering to all company financial controls and policies to ensure the company is paying for goods and services at the right price and on time. The AP Coordinator must exercise discretion and sound judgement while executing essential functions and be able to execute assignments with minimal direction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyzes and processes PO and Non-PO invoices, payment request forms and credit memos in a timely manner using a variety of entry methods including data-entry, uploads and paperless workflow. Codes invoices, verifies invoice approval, reviews systematic data capture and processes invoices in accordance with policies and procedures to ensure accurate entry into the financial systems. Identifies, investigates and resolves problems associated with processing of invoices, applying AP knowledge and best practice, critical thinking and sound judgement. Receives, researches and resolves a variety of internal and external inquiries concerning past due invoices, requests for 'how to' help, process clarification, etc. in an accurate, clear and complete manner. Reconciles vendor statements. Assists in compiling information and preparing reports. Prepares month-end accruals to ensure proper accounting. Participates in process and system UAT. Documents processes and procedures. Works independently and as part of a team. Performs other duties as required to support the Accounts Payable Department.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate's degree or higher in Business, Accounting or Finance

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:

  • 3 years of experience in a high volume, paperless Accounts Payable invoice processing role (PO and Non-PO invoices).

  • Working knowledge of full-cycle end-to-end AP operations from vendor setup through invoice processing and payment process.

  • Strong experience processing invoices in a large ERP platform; Oracle Cloud (preferred), SAP, JD Edwards or similar

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES:

  • Fully proficient in MS Outlook and Teams.

  • Excel skills at an intermediate level or higher. Pivot tables, V-lookups, and the ability to manipulate data quickly and accurately.

The Head of International Field Marketing (Sr. Manager) leads marketing strategy and initiatives for Inspire's portfolio of brands in the Americas region (LATAM, Caribbean and Canada). This role oversees a team of Field Marketing Managers (FMMs) within the Americas region. In addition, this role will directly lead select emerging brands in the Americas region. RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Description

The Senior Accountant - Gift Cards Accounting will position will support the manager to ensure that gift card accounting policies are executed in compliance with US GAAP and documented with appropriate governance, controls, segregation of duties. This role will support the vision for the Inspire Company Restaurants (ICR) Accounting team by executing and documenting process in the end-to-end gift card revenue cycle, including partnering with various operations teams, creating efficiency, automation and standardization. Duties will include completing journal entries, analyzing and reconciling balance sheet accounts, performing financial analyses, reviewing expense accruals, and performing research. This individual is encouraged to seek continuous improvement to support the overall initiatives of OneInspire Finance.

The successful candidate will be action-oriented with a blend of both technical and operational accounting experience and will seek to build strong relationships with and deliver superior service to all key stakeholders.

This position sits onsite 3-4 days per week in our Atlanta Support Center.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with the month and quarter end closing of the general ledger by preparing journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, memos, and analyses for assigned areas. Research and clear all reconciling items in a timely manner. Review and analyze transaction level detail to ensure completeness and accuracy in accounts. Assist in the research and determination of how to account for transactions, which may include review of contracts, research of technical literature, and development of proposals for accounting treatment in compliance with US GAAP. Participate in meetings to review results with accounting leadership, Finance, or Treasury

  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency of the monthly and quarterly close process while maintaining strong internal controls

  • Assist in the interim and annual audit process with internal and external auditors by preparing and reviewing audit deliverables and financial statement disclosure support

  • Help train new staff accountants on company accounting policies/procedures and assist the Manager in reviewing accountants work each period to ensure they are in compliance with department processes

  • Set an example by maintaining an excellent working knowledge and a high level of proficiency in accounting for gift card activity

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key operations team members and provide support as required

  • Maintain financial internal controls in performance of assigned processes to maintain accuracy and reliability of financial information to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4 Year Degree in Accounting or related field

  • Certified Public Accountant or CPA candidate preferred

  • Prior accounting experience with ERP financial systems

Assist in performing the Lease & Technical Accounting function and reporting in accordance with GAAP. Report lease activity timely and accurately.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure the proper accounting and recording of lease activity (including new real estate leases, equipment leases, lease modifications, renewals, subleases, income leases, acquired leases, etc.) in accordance with GAAP.   • Adhere to prescribed controls in performance of assigned processes to maintain accuracy and reliability of financial information.

  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and technical research to help analyze or support Company decisions. Assist in the preparation of schedules to support footnote disclosures for the Company's financial statements.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting

Job Description

The International Operations Support and Training Manager is responsible for executing the operations & learning strategy and standards for Inspire International. Based on regional and global needs, this position develops and provides supporting tools, resources and programs that drive operational execution for Inspire International brands.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides and manages brand standards and operational execution by brand and country, including but not limited to Manager training Programs, Team Member Training Programs, Recipe Specifications and Standards, Certification Programs

  • Manages the operational and training material development for new market launch by brand, including menu development support

  • Manages the operational innovation to market process including project management and working as part of a cross functional team

  • Manages the development and documentation of operating systems for new products, processes, and equipment

Support Inspire's family of brands by elevating and improving the effectiveness of our internal and external motion graphics and video marketing, communications, and advertising.

Ensure the culture and values of Inspire and it's brands is reflective in all content generated by the production services team.

Collaborate and support other members of Maverick Studios to ensure that broader team's goals are met.

Contract

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with scheduling, processing, and trafficking of deliverables from inception to completion, coordinating workflow of project deliverables through the use of appropriate tools, resources, and processes.

  • Assist with project kickoffs, project building, detailed project plans and timing throughout the life of the project.

  • Input final asset information into Client traffic documents (Social SmartSheets, Web Marketing Docs, Email Mapping Docs)

  • Coordinate with Creatives to develop and maintain creative presentation decks; proofing throughout the process.

  • Assist with project tracking and status updates.

  • Track Client feedback during live creative reviews.

  • Identify opportunities for process efficiencies from start to finish.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related fields and/or experience working in a brand marketing role or agency environment

  • Minimum 2 years spent working inside creative and production environments for and with clients/business partners

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES

  • Excellent planning and organization skills

  • Familiar with the processes and work of a creative / design / print production work environment

  • Experience inputting final asset information into asset traffic documents (SmartSheets, Web Marketing Docs, Email Mapping Docs)
