Responsible for daily processing of PO and Non-PO invoices in a multi-brand, multi-system, high volume environment while adhering to all company financial controls and policies to ensure the company is paying for goods and services at the right price and on time. The AP Coordinator must exercise discretion and sound judgement while executing essential functions and be able to execute assignments with minimal direction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyzes and processes PO and Non-PO invoices, payment request forms and credit memos in a timely manner using a variety of entry methods including data-entry, uploads and paperless workflow. Codes invoices, verifies invoice approval, reviews systematic data capture and processes invoices in accordance with policies and procedures to ensure accurate entry into the financial systems. Identifies, investigates and resolves problems associated with processing of invoices, applying AP knowledge and best practice, critical thinking and sound judgement. Receives, researches and resolves a variety of internal and external inquiries concerning past due invoices, requests for 'how to' help, process clarification, etc. in an accurate, clear and complete manner. Reconciles vendor statements. Assists in compiling information and preparing reports. Prepares month-end accruals to ensure proper accounting. Participates in process and system UAT. Documents processes and procedures. Works independently and as part of a team. Performs other duties as required to support the Accounts Payable Department.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:
3 years of experience in a high volume, paperless Accounts Payable invoice processing role (PO and Non-PO invoices).
Working knowledge of full-cycle end-to-end AP operations from vendor setup through invoice processing and payment process.
Strong experience processing invoices in a large ERP platform; Oracle Cloud (preferred), SAP, JD Edwards or similar
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES:
Fully proficient in MS Outlook and Teams.
Excel skills at an intermediate level or higher. Pivot tables, V-lookups, and the ability to manipulate data quickly and accurately.

The Head of International Field Marketing (Sr. Manager) leads marketing strategy and initiatives for Inspire's portfolio of brands in the Americas region (LATAM, Caribbean and Canada). The person in this role is responsible for strategic planning through execution, providing consultative support and oversight to franchisees and licensees as the primary relationship lead for all areas of marketing in the region.
This role oversees a team of Field Marketing Managers (FMMs) within the Americas region. In addition, this role will directly lead select emerging brands in the Americas region. This is a critical role primarily responsible for driving transactions and achieving the budgeted Comps (Same Store Sales) while influencing licensees to adopt global marketing strategies, roadmaps and innovation into annual marketing calendars and long-range marketing plans in the region. Success in this role requires developing and maintaining strong relationships with licensees as well as key internal stakeholders (International business teams, marketing, supply chain, operations training, finance). As a member of the field marketing team, this individual will have the opportunity to share best practices and elevate the collective skillset of the team for all brands in the Inspire portfolio. RESPONSIBILITIES
Works with the FMM team to drive development and activation of annual marketing plans with licensees to achieve Comps growth, Comps transactions growth and other business objectives, influencing licensee profitability and unit growth Relationship lead for select emerging brands with licensees and marketing agencies/vendors in the region Maintains brand standards and ensures consistency of brand voice across all marketing channels in region For select emerging brands:
Leads annual marketing calendar planning in region, ensuring promotional windows are prepared on schedule with impactful media plans
Leads planning and activation for regional promotions and partnerships
Leads annual menu architecture analysis and routine menu mix reviews within region, identifying menu optimization opportunities
Leads regional brand experience, partnerships and innovation platforms from strategy to implementation
Prepares routine reports for monthly, quarterly and annual business planning with licensees
Influences licensees to execute promotions with effective messaging, media and merchandising, and ensures measurement through post-promotional analysis reports Ensures proper cultural relevancy is incorporated into each brand's menu, message and media strategy Works closely and meets regularly with the cross functional regional team on ways to improve the business Participates on regular planning calls with the Sr. Director, International Field Marketing, to review sales results and upcoming calendar/media plans
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS :
4-year degree in Marketing or related field
Minimum 7 years marketing experience required
Restaurant industry relevant experience required
Global brand marketing experience required

The Senior Accountant - Gift Cards Accounting will position will support the manager to ensure that gift card accounting policies are executed in compliance with US GAAP and documented with appropriate governance, controls, segregation of duties. This role will support the vision for the Inspire Company Restaurants (ICR) Accounting team by executing and documenting process in the end-to-end gift card revenue cycle, including partnering with various operations teams, creating efficiency, automation and standardization. Duties will include completing journal entries, analyzing and reconciling balance sheet accounts, performing financial analyses, reviewing expense accruals, and performing research. This individual is encouraged to seek continuous improvement to support the overall initiatives of OneInspire Finance.
The successful candidate will be action-oriented with a blend of both technical and operational accounting experience and will seek to build strong relationships with and deliver superior service to all key stakeholders.
This position sits onsite 3-4 days per week in our Atlanta Support Center.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with the month and quarter end closing of the general ledger by preparing journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, memos, and analyses for assigned areas. Research and clear all reconciling items in a timely manner. Review and analyze transaction level detail to ensure completeness and accuracy in accounts. Assist in the research and determination of how to account for transactions, which may include review of contracts, research of technical literature, and development of proposals for accounting treatment in compliance with US GAAP. Participate in meetings to review results with accounting leadership, Finance, or Treasury
Proactively identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency of the monthly and quarterly close process while maintaining strong internal controls
Assist in the interim and annual audit process with internal and external auditors by preparing and reviewing audit deliverables and financial statement disclosure support
Help train new staff accountants on company accounting policies/procedures and assist the Manager in reviewing accountants work each period to ensure they are in compliance with department processes
Set an example by maintaining an excellent working knowledge and a high level of proficiency in accounting for gift card activity
Develop and maintain relationships with key operations team members and provide support as required
Maintain financial internal controls in performance of assigned processes to maintain accuracy and reliability of financial information to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Handle unusual accounting transactions with little or no supervision and recommend solutions when confronted with opportunities. Ensure flexibility to assist with ad hoc projects and analysis as required
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
4 Year Degree in Accounting or related field
Certified Public Accountant or CPA candidate preferred
3-7 years accounting experience
Prior accounting experience with ERP financial systems

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure the proper accounting and recording of lease activity (including new real estate leases, equipment leases, lease modifications, renewals, subleases, income leases, acquired leases, etc.) in accordance with GAAP. Perform analysis of legal documents, understand technical literature, estimate property values, and document accounting treatment of complex transactions. Determine lease classification in accordance with GAAP, interpretative guidance and provisions in legal documents. Communicate lease testing results to Property Accounting and Fixed Assets to ensure proper accounting after classification testing. accounting issues and recommended solutions to Manager.
Document lease classification procedures for newly acquired stores. Obtain a good understanding of the new lease accounting standard.
Assist with month-end and quarter-end closing of the general ledger by preparing journal entries, evaluating account balances, and performing reconciliations and analysis of assigned balance sheet accounts (e.g. closed location reserves, lease guarantees, sublease deposits, etc.). Prepare schedules that will be provided to internal and external auditors.
Adhere to prescribed controls in performance of assigned processes to maintain accuracy and reliability of financial information.
Assist with ad-hoc projects and technical research to help analyze or support Company decisions. Assist in the preparation of schedules to support footnote disclosures for the Company's financial statements.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:

The Manager, Learning & Team Member Activation represents sports bar operations when determining learning needs and appropriate delivery method(s) of activation programs for both company and franchise teams for Buffalo Wild Wings sports bars and BWW GO restaurants. This role is responsible for designing training tools and programs that drive performance and team member engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for learning effectiveness and the development of training tools supporting Activation Initiatives, including manuals, presentation and job aids
Collaborate with various departments to understand new initiatives, identify training needs, develop training plans, and execute training initiatives accordingly.
Leverage operational knowledge as a consistent and correct resource to field leaders and operators to encourage proper alignment on procedures and knowledge
Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of Activation training programs through assessments, feedback, and analysis to drive continuous improvement.
Foster strong motivational and influential cross-functional relationships to gain alignment of current and future operational needs or training gaps
Work with cross-functional partners to develop future planning and alignment of Activation lifecycle timing
Maintain core operations eLearning with the instructional design team on necessary changes to content based on Activations
Support Operations Integration team with training support of initiatives scheduled to be tested in the field
Support and collaborate with BWW GO operators and training counterparts to understand training needs and program changes based on Activations
Provide and lead train-the-trainer support for the field training team on new and existing training programs
Support system-wide competitive programs with content and development of execution
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in training methodologies to incorporate relevant updates into our learning programs
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience
Preferred: Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or Certified Hospitality Trainer (CHT)
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:
Five years in sports bar/restaurant systems role
Two years in a learning and development role or field level training role
General Manager restaurant experience highly preferred

The Director of Federal Government Affairs will lead external engagement with the federal government community in Washington, D.C., including elected officials, Administration officials, regulatory agencies and other organizations seeking to impact public policy development at the federal level. This position will also oversee the management of two political action committees. RESPONSIBILITIES

The Associate Manager of Loyalty & Customer Marketing Strategy will play a key role in the growth and success of loyalty and owned outbound communications within the Inspire portfolio. You will be a key driver in a loyalty program's growth targets, enhancements, member communications, and promotions. The position will be instrumental in delivering incremental sales, visits & customer LTV through all available marketing channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for omnichannel campaign execution focusing on driving acquisition, member engagement and retention within the Rewards program. Examples include broad promotional campaigns and/or limited time offer products, or strategy and development of loyalty offers (national, local, targeted offers).
Conduct ongoing loyalty projects, from ideation to implementation support Examples include bringing to market new loyalty program features via multi-channel (email, push messaging, SMS, social, in-store).

The Associate Manager of Loyalty & Customer Marketing Strategy will play a key role in the growth and success of loyalty and owned outbound communications within the Inspire portfolio. You will be a key driver in a loyalty program's growth targets, enhancements, member communications, and promotions. The position will be instrumental in delivering incremental sales, visits & customer LTV through all available marketing channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for omnichannel campaign execution focusing on driving acquisition, member engagement and retention within the Rewards program. Examples include broad promotional campaigns and/or limited time offer products, or strategy and development of loyalty offers (national, local, targeted offers).
Conduct ongoing loyalty projects, from ideation to implementation support Examples include bringing to market new loyalty program features via multi-channel (email, push messaging, SMS, social, in-store).
Oversee partner agencies and other internal teams for development of creative assets for owned channels, along with providing input on digital and in-store creative that supports loyalty messaging.
Help design loyalty triggers/journeys to further establish and build out a lifecycle framework.
Partner with media team on digital advertising including display, paid and organic search, paid social, etc. with the purpose of driving consumer engagement with the loyalty program, promoting new and existing features and offers.
Partner with loyalty vendor and IT to create and end-to-end test new offers and rewards, ultimately educating the system on any new offers in market.
Conduct ad hoc reporting & assist lifecycle strategy development to support the measurement and performance of the loyalty program and offer initiatives
Support owned calendar flighting.
Maintain email program health and reputation scores.
End to end test new rewards/offers.
Monitor campaign send progress and escalate any technology issues.
Project manage Campaign Programming and Execution through user acceptance criteria.
Responsible for Campaign Auditing pre-send.
Create and submit briefs for owned channel creative and shepherd design work and feedback with agency or internal partners through build-out.
Own gathering feedback and approval from Brand Marketing and Legal on all outbound owned comms (email, push, SMS).
Help design loyalty triggers/journeys and support end-to-end implementation and testing with campaign programming.
Conduct ad hoc reporting as needed to support the measurement and performance of the loyalty program and offer initiatives.
Maintain connectivity with field marketing, customer service, and organic social media to ensure awareness of offers in market, develop any training tools required for go-to-market, and manage escalation and investigation of tech issues supported from system.
Employee and consumer fraud mitigation.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
4-year degree required.
Minimum of 1+ years of experience and a passion to create an ideal customer loyalty experience.
1-2 years' experience with CRM/Loyalty platforms and firm understanding of program financials.
Experience working within organization with large first party database(s).
Successful track record of developing promotion(s) and program execution for a retail or consumer brand.
Experience directing creative process and managing digital agencies/staff.

The International Operations Support and Training Manager is responsible for executing the operations & learning strategy and standards for Inspire International. Based on regional and global needs, this position develops and provides supporting tools, resources and programs that drive operational execution for Inspire International brands.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides and manages brand standards and operational execution by brand and country, including but not limited to Manager training Programs, Team Member Training Programs, Recipe Specifications and Standards, Certification Programs
Manages the operational and training material development for new market launch by brand, including menu development support
Manages the operational innovation to market process including project management and working as part of a cross functional team
Manages the development and documentation of operating systems for new products, processes, and equipment
Ensure proper hand-off and/or implementation of tools, standards, resources, and programs are executed to appropriate Inspire teams and/or licensee groups

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with scheduling, processing, and trafficking of deliverables from inception to completion, coordinating workflow of project deliverables through the use of appropriate tools, resources, and processes.
Assist with project kickoffs, project building, detailed project plans and timing throughout the life of the project.
Input final asset information into Client traffic documents (Social SmartSheets, Web Marketing Docs, Email Mapping Docs)
Coordinate with Creatives to develop and maintain creative presentation decks; proofing throughout the process.
Assist with project tracking and status updates.
Track Client feedback during live creative reviews.
Identify opportunities for process efficiencies from start to finish.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related fields and/or experience working in a brand marketing role or agency environment
Minimum 2 years spent working inside creative and production environments for and with clients/business partners
