Job Summary:
The Role:
As a runner in the production department, you will be responsible for driving vehicles (rented or personal) for the tour on show dates.
Job Functions:
Several responsibilities include transportation of crew to and from airports, shuttles to hotels before, during, and after shows.
Purchasing various products/materials that the tour may require at local stores (Home Depot, Lowes, Target, Walmart, Wholefoods, Guitar Center etc.).
Facilitating crew meal orders after shows with local restaurants.
Coordinating laundry pickups with the tour.
Various duties on-site at the venue (signage, catering assistant, chef assistant, etc.)
Qualifications:
Must pass a background check
Must possess a valid Driver's License and must provide a copy of your DMV record
Able to stand, sit, & walk for long periods of times
Familiar with the local area and store locations a plus
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Must possess superior interpersonal communication and organizational skillS

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
All plumbing and electrical systems are operating to standard

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Qualifications:
High School Diploma (college degree preferred)
3-5 years maintenance/facilities trade experience

Ability to walk and stand for long period of time

THE ROLE
The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing dedicated analytical support and will be responsible for providing both high level and detailed analysis of departmental operational and financial performance. This is not a remote position.
REPORTING
Manage all aspects of project accounting, including budgeting, forecasting, actuals, and variance analysis as it relates to assigned events
Prepare final settlement of events, including settlement of department costs, venue settlements, event labor, and other related parties and record estimates and actuals
Record monthly journal entries, reconcile results and prepare monthly schedules and ad hoc reporting
Collaborate with Finance Manager to complete annual budget and monthly and quarterly forecast packages
COMPLIANCE
Audit all co-promoter settlements for events where Insomniac is the secondary co-promote partner
Help drive timely collection of revenue receipts and cost reimbursements
Ensure adherence to established corporate policies and procedures
Maintain adequate support for all project transactions and provide audit backup as needed
Review and approve invoices to ensure accuracy, proper project coding and allocations
Apply appropriate accounting policies and procedures and facilitate training and communication across internal and external partners
Ensure accounting system (Oracle) and event-budgeting systems are reconciled and explains variances
PARTNERING/COLLABORATION
Travel to events and perform on-site finance and accounting operations
Facilitate regular meetings with management and production/operations staff to review projects status
Work with production/operations teams on a day to day basis to drive accurate, complete and timely cost reporting, protecting and managing show assets and supporting a successful event
Communicate project overruns with the production/operations teams and management in a timely manner
Partner with procurement, marketing and production/operations teams to improve contribution margins
Assist with special projects as assigned, including new initiatives implementation
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required
3+ years of related financial experience; Entertainment Industry experience preferred
Strong analytical skills and financial acumen including experience building financial models and reports, working with data, managing forecasting, budgeting processes
Experience in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes within a large company
Professional demeanor and very strong communication skills
Advanced technical skills, including Excel and ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP and add on reporting software
Exhibit exceptional critical-thinking and problem-solving ability
Possess excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Periodic travel is required
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels and busy environments
Must be willing to frequently work and travel to events during holiday, evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines and work events
Job sites will have varying climates and temperatures within regions of the United States and elsewhere

Ability to give proper recognition to Foundation Members, Live Nation Executives and VIP's to instill appreciation for their membership and patronage
Serve as a resource of information for all Members regarding their experience within both the Foundation Room and House of Blues

THE GIG
US Concerts is seeking is seeking a Supervisor - Cleaning/Maintenance Services. The Cleaning/Maintenance Services Supervisor is a working supervisor who is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of the cleaning staff within the venue. Duties may also include management functions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Direct and supervise cleaning staff and other employees performing similar services as directed. Provide customer services by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
On an ongoing basis leads and train staff to include assisting in staffing positions to ensure that all staff members are well-informed on event specific details. Assist with managing breaks
Assist management to ensure compliance with all venue policies and procedures to include all safety regulations
Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.
Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.
Oversee productivity and work assignments of the cleaning staff and communicate with management (or designated Manager) any challenges and status of all assignments prior to the conclusion of the shift

Assign and schedule team members to specific duties
Enforce safety, health, and security duties.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Circulate among guests and/or employees to preserve safety, order and to protect the venue property.
Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, guests, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security and safety of the premises.

Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.

THE TEAM
The Field Operations team builds and maintains relationships with various clients to understand the essentials of their business practice, ensure their business objectives are met and clients are able to utilize the various Ticketmaster products/platforms.
THE JOB
This position delivers services to support the client's day-to-day needs related to the use of ticketing systems and products. The CSS will be responsible for maintaining agreed upon service levels. They will follow-up as needed with national teams to ensure we are providing timely problem resolution. Responsibilities will also include training, sharing of best practices, and general operational support including installs and upgrades.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
CLIENT SERVICE
Develop and maintain excellent client relationships

Problem Resolution
Use troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify the root cause of issues

Provide coordination of a networking issues between client and TM IT
Balance Audits/Settlement issues

Restart database server, credit card server, and DIGIT server

H.S. diploma or equivalent. BA/BS degree is preferred
1+ years of experience with the Ticketmaster System and/or various ticketing system
Overall awareness of the entertainment and sports business is important
Box Office experience is a plus
Knowledge of how TM departments impact on one another, and on outside clients is a plus
Knowledge of Presence, AccessManager, REPGEN, and the Event Base product suite is preferred
Archtics experience is preferred

THE JOB
We are seeking a Sr. Accounts Payable Clerk for the Live Nation Concerts division, a segment of the Live Nation live music business. Position is a blend of transactional and entry-level Accounting. This person must be a self-motivated individual with the ability to multitask.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Maintain and record routine accounting transactions such as Ticketmaster and Groupon pushdown reports.
Work with local box office teams to ensure accurate and timely recording of daily box office sales for multiple venues.
Create project numbers for new events in Oracle.
Prepare and record journal entries.
Provide audit support as needed. Communicate accounts receivable with intercompany departments to ensure they are cleared monthly.
Processing of A/P invoices, manual checks, and wires
Project reconciliations: both month-end projects and special projects.
Other duties as assigned.

THE JOB
We are seeking a Staff Accountant II for the Live Nation Concerts division, a segment of the Live Nation live music business. Position is a blend of transactional and entry-level Accounting. This person must be a self-motivated individual with the ability to multitask.

Prepare event flash reports (P&L's), coordinating with operations team to gather and review relevant support
Manage accounting for individual venue revenue and expense accounts
Assist Accountants and Manager with account reconciliations or ad hoc requests
Reconcile General Ledger accounts and research to ensure accuracy.
Prepare and enter month end journal entries.
Reconciling Sales system with General Ledger
Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures / policies, including Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
Maintains, controls and reconciles accounts that are basic to moderately complex
Prepares daily, weekly, and/or monthly reports and schedules.
Review and manage P-Card process and transactions.

THE JOB
We are currently looking for a Regional Marketing Director. This person, under guidance of the Regional Marketing Management Team, will be responsible for multiple tasks that are essential to the success of Live Nation's marketing efforts including the development and presentation of marketing plans to artist representatives, direction and implementation of local marketing promotions and partnerships, and management of multiple event advertising budgets for arena, stadium and amphitheater shows.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Act as the key internal contact with various stakeholders to prepare, present and execute marketing and promotional campaigns for multiple Live Nation events primarily at the arena and amphitheater level
Serve as the primary local contact for artist marketing representatives regarding venue and show marketing plans
Partner with the local talent buying team to manage the success of local events across multiple venues
Create impactful promotions for Live Nation events using multiple regional media partners
Compile and share extensive audience and artist demographic information to shape development of marketing plans
Identify and activate new strategic marketing partners to enhance artist and venue exposure in the community
Partner with the Venue Marketing team to maximize show awareness on socials, in emails, on websites and in venue
Ensure all necessary show marketing information is input into Live Nation proprietary marketing tools

Work with internal stakeholders to provide post show marketing analytics recaps to artists

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required

The Role: Responsible for ensuring the success and reconciliation of show and event productions by coordinating the technical, personnel and financial aspects of the Production department while supporting & collaborating with the Talent buyer and Special Events Manager with thorough & detailed preparation.
Responsibilities
Responsible for various 'errands' associated with the talent and production of the show. Confidentiality is very critical to this role
Must have knowledge of touring or stage production operations
Coordinate and deliver food and beverage to the band or talent
Ensure stage and backstage areas are clean and free of clutter
Assist with any other aspect of stage production, such as show pass and guest list distribution
Assist Green Room Server with any needs of the artist
Perform opening/running/closing side duties according to HOB policy
Knowledge of region to properly locate restaurants, stores, music stores, area attractions, etc.
Must have a properly working automobile and provide proof of insurance
Must have an exceptional driving record
Maintain HOB safety and sanitation standards

As a seller you will be assigned to and responsible for a point of sale in the venue where artist merchandise is sold. Prior to the event you will be responsible for taking inventory and preparing the stand display. After the event, the seller is responsible for closing out which includes a final count on the remaining merchandise which is returned.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Ensure an excellent experience for each fan by providing prompt and thorough customer service
Maintain accurate cash handling while processing purchases with the POS (point of sale)
Properly handle guest credit/debit cards and applicable transactions
Prepare your stand display before the event begins so that fans can view what is for sale
Inventory- all items must be physically counted prior to the start of the event and again at the end of the show
Assist fans with their purchases by sharing merchandise information such as pricing and sizing
Work in a fast-paced, often loud, but exciting environment

Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts

Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.

THE JOB
We are currently looking for a Regional Production Admin. This person, under guidance of the Regional Production Team, will be responsible for multiple tasks that are essential to the success of Live Nation's production efforts including payroll processing, onsite production support, calendar management, calendar management, assisting with contract management and more.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Information Management
Assist with creating and maintaining venue information, talent contacts, technical information, and other departmental documents
Organization and maintain vendor agreements, contracts, files
Obtain venue technical information and venue layouts prior to on sale. Present layouts for approval
Establish and maintain file sharing system for contractors and vendors, updating grids and information for each department
Maintain departmental contact lists
Employee Communication
Forge and maintain relationships with the production team, talent buyers and regional venues
Maintain touring contact sheets for all regional shows
Administrative
Compose letters, RFPs, presentation materials, etc.
Draft, format, and review documents with attention to grammar and spelling
Attend various meetings as needed, takes minutes or notes, create agendas, or assists with meeting preparation
Order departmental supplies - cash, checks, office supplies, etc. Maintain an ongoing production tool resource in the office; overseeing printer and towel inventory, checking out items to employees, etc.
Establish and maintain file sharing system for contractors and vendors, updating grids, agreements
Maintain departmental and event budgets
Calendar management
Heavy calendar management including departmental staffing, scheduling, and coordinating meetings.
Send regular department calendar updates.
Payroll
Maintain departmental payroll
Improve payroll systems to support the growing department
Production Support
During busy event times duties will expand to providing onsite support, preparation of documents, permits, and a limited amount of event management
Learn to settle shows to provide support event times
Assist in additional duties as needed
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
