THE ROLE
Insomniac is looking for a Ground Control and Headliner Experience Team Member to provide an exceptional experience to headliners. This position will report to Ground Control and Headliner Experience Managers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome attendees at entrances and make everyone aware of Ground Control's presence and purpose
Abide by assigned shift schedule, pump water at the free water refill stations and patrol the event zones at correct times with assigned group mates
Learn how to operate a two-way radio and perform emergency medical calls
Listen attentively to the radio and respond immediately to specific calls and requests
Assist distressed individuals when they are in need of a helping hand
Memorize information provided by the event website, festival guide and staff guide to share with attendees
Understand evacuation procedures and locate safe refuge locations prior to the opening of each show
Provide support at entrance areas using megaphones to assist Headliners with directional support
QUALIFICATIONS
Customer service-related work experience is preferred
Experience using radios and ability to work under pressure in stressful environments is required
Energetic and focused personality with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines
Must be able to professionally interact with all levels of individuals in a courteous manner and de-escalate situations before they become unpleasant.
Must be able to stand on your feet for up to four hours at a time and walk long distances
Must be able to lift up to 20lbs
Must be able to walk up/down stairs
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments
May work in drastic temperature climates
Must be willing to frequently travel to work events during holidays, evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines

THE JOB
We are currently looking for a Regional Marketing Coordinator. This person, under guidance of the Regional Marketing Management Team, will be responsible for multiple tasks that are essential to the success of Live Nation's marketing efforts including artist and audience research, coordination, and delivery of marketing assets to marketing partners, invoice coding and payment and event marketing recap reports.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Perform a range of administrative and marketing support duties for the Regional Marketing Management Team
Coordinate the delivery of promotional tickets with applicable marketing partners throughout the region
Compile advertising settlement recap reports for locally booked events
Code and process incoming advertising invoices
Research audience and artist demographic info to help shape marketing plans
Assist with any grassroots marketing campaigns (ordering flyers/posters, shipping materials)
Assist the local sponsorship team with annual local sponsorship marketing recaps
Assist the local PR team in compiling local show information for press releases
Ensure all necessary show marketing information is input into Live Nation proprietary marketing tools
Day of show event coverage as necessary
Ability to work extended hours, including weekends and evenings is required (as dictated by show dates, deadlines, etc.)
Assist in additional duties as needed
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
Extensive music knowledge: event planning, concert or sports marketing experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment while juggling multiple tasks.
1-3 years of prior experience in event assisting/planning or marketing experience within an entertainment, sports or public assembly facility setting
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve independently
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work in a very busy, high-pressure, team setting
Strong collaboration skills - can work well with navigating various stakeholders and teams

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Performs the Load-in & Out of band equipment and rental equipment
Set Up and Break down of Band and Event Equipment
Cabling and patching / working together with the entire crew as a team
Audio adjustments, maintaining safe audio levels. While providing a professional mix
Audio Control Boards operation
Oversee visiting audio techs, especially during shows
Responsible for Protecting /Maintenance and repair of Audio equipment
Assist with Production throughout the House as needed
Assist the Production Manager with the technical advance with Artists representatives
Ensure proper care and handling of all Company and rental audio equipment

Job Summary:
PREMIUM OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
In partnership with the Premium Seat Sales team assist in all aspects of the Premium Seat Services experience - including the Club, Premium Seat inventory, parking, etc

Job Description
The Operations Manager at Brooklyn Bowl is responsible for executing and overseeing all floor activities related to service and entertainment on any assigned shift. Specifically, duties include directing and supporting all staff members on the floor to maximize the efficiency and productivity of our staff and making critical decisions and judgment calls in order to ensure the satisfaction and comfort of our guests. The Operations Manager must regularly interface with other members of the management team, the operations staff, the kitchen staff, the production staff, the artists, and the guests to execute services and entertainment in the manner set forth by the guidelines of Brooklyn Bowl, most commonly found in the one sheet, but not excluding other sources. Additional duties, including but not limited to: administrative work, departmental work, staff training, and policies and procedures development are also integral parts of the Operations Manager position.
Responsibilities
Provide direction to the operations staff under the guideline set forth in by the established protocol of BB's policies and procedures
Communicate clearly and frequently with the operations staff, management, and kitchen before, during and after shift to ensure optimal service to our guests
Assist operations staff as necessary in the performance of their jobs
Oversee and guide employee/guest interactions to ensure that service is provided in a manner consistent with the philosophy of BB
Be a visible presence in the room to both staff and guests, ready to step in and address issues at any moment
Be responsible for ensuring guests are satisfied through both team leadership and face-to-face guest interaction
Resolve any disputes regarding service, payment or other matters on an as-needed basis
Assist in the planning and execution of daily musical events, special events, and VIP guest services

Observe staff and participate in management talent reviews and employee reviews
Conduct and oversee training of new staff and continuing education
Assist on an as-needed basis with the management and operations of individual departments, including service, bar, bowling, security, facilities, production, and training
Minimum Position Requirements
Minimum of three years experience in a supervisory/management role in a similar venue

THE ROLE:

PREMIUM OPERATIONS TEAM LEAD
Assists Premium Club Operations Supervisor with day of show responsibilities to maintain the integrity of the Premium Sales program while driving exempleary guest service
Supports team in maintaining open lines of communication between Premium Operations and PSS team
Aid all crew members as necessary and communicating effectively with others to enhance the overall guest experience while serving as a resource of information for all guests regarding their experience. Be knowledgeable of venue policies, event details, etc
Fields questions from Premium greeters, ushers, club team, etc.. to be sure all have the tools and resources to drive the premium hospitality experience (scanners, wristbands, etc.)
Monitor all Premium Seating areas to ensure only properly ticketed/ credentialed guests are permitted
Partner with fellow crew members before and after show to be sure that all premium seating/club areas are ready for the guest arrival and prepare for the following show. This includes but not limited to: removing all seating covers, collecting and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, recycling, etc.

Title: Coordinator - Backstage Experience/ Part-Time Seasonal
Our backstage teams have a leading role in the service experience the artists and touring personnel have at our venues. The extent to which we recognize our crew members for service well done, is the extent to which they will care not only for our Artists and touring personnel, but for each other.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Live Nation is seeking a Backstage Experience Coordinator for the Northwell Health @ Jones Beach Theater. The position will directly report to the venue General Manger. The Backstage Experience Coordinator (BEC) will be responsible for administering various Live Nation and venue designed programs to support local production & touring personnel. The Backstage Experience Coordinator will maintain back of house expectations & backstage division-wide goals while ensuring that our Artist Commitment is met or exceeded. This role will act as a hospitality focused position ensuring a phenomenal experience for touring personnel backstage. This is a seasonal, hourly position. Scheduled hours will vary depending on business needs and may be scheduled up to 40 hours per week or more during peak season.
Job Functions:
In partnership with the venue General Manager, the Backstage Experience Coordinator is responsible for administering various Live Nation and venue designed programs to support local production & touring personnel.
The Backstage Experience Coordinator will maintain back of house hospitality expectations & backstage division-wide goals.
The Backstage Experience Coordinator will meet & greet the tours upon arrival to the venue and be available to assign dressing rooms and is the point of contact for all hospitality needs.
Where possible- wash, dry and fold all tour laundry as well as hand and bath towels. The Backstage Experience Coordinator will check dressing rooms periodically through the day to tidy up and collect any towels to be washed.
Partner with local backstage catering to ensure the Artists rider requirements are met and the culinary experience exceeds the artist's and touring personnel's expectations.
Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating the bands about our efforts.
Will be the backstage brand ambassador and the face of the service culture program.
Responsible for completing the Post Event Service Recap and analyze other venue service reports to create action plans for service improvements in partnership with the Artist Services team & Venue GM.
Research best practices and collaborate with the Artist Services team & Venue GM
to develop venue opportunities to increase engagement, increase Artist/Crew satisfaction.
Work with Production Managers & Catering Teams to help facilitate advances.
Pre and post show walk through with checklist to make ready all backstage Artist & Touring crew areas and notate any damage to be repairs.
Oversee all dressing room and bus stock, including after-show meal coordination.
In coordination with the General and Production Managers, co-manage any applicable backstage program budget and process vendor invoices.
Will act as the lead in maintaining metrics and sharing information with the Artist Services Team, tracking historic data on Tours & details regarding Artist choices/favorites and manage the backstage tour personnel survey and competition rate for your venue.
Partner with the venue's Production Manager, Artist Services team and LN Tour rep to create memorable, hospitality-minded moments at every show, including but not limited to birthdays and special celebrations.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Qualifications:

THE JOB
We are seeking a General Manager to oversee business operations ensuring that the venue and all related matters operate within the scope of Live Nation standards, policies and procedures.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Establish and maintain high standards of customer service for staff, customers and vendors
Identify and maximize revenue drivers while optimizing the overall guest and artist experience
Collaborate with Marketing, Premium Seat Sales, Food and Beverage team, and Sponsorship to create innovative offerings that drive incremental revenue growth, fan and partner engagement, and profitability

THE JOB
We are seeking an AP Clerk for Redrock Entertainment Services, LLC, a joint venture of Live Nation Entertainment. Position is a blend of transactional and entry-level Accounting. This person must be a self-motivated individual with the ability to multitask.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Processing of A/P invoices and wires
Entering manual checks and wires into Oracle
Create project numbers for new events in Oracle
Complete vendor set ups
Assistance with monthly accounting close including but not limited to; account reconciliations, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliation
Create credit card manifests
Reconcile petty cash
Other duties as assigned
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Required:
Zero to one-year comparable work experience
Possess organizational, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Certain periods in the month (accounting close, period with many shows) may require overtime
Tolerance of all cultures, music, and art forms
Preferred:
Oracle and Inspyrus experience a plus
Previous experience with cash handling in a high-volume facility

PREMIUM OPERATIONS TEAM LEAD
Assists Premium Club Operations Supervisor with day of show responsibilities to maintain the integrity of the Premium Sales program while driving exempleary guest service
Supports team in maintaining open lines of communication between Premium Operations and PSS team
Aid all crew members as necessary and communicating effectively with others to enhance the overall guest experience while serving as a resource of information for all guests regarding their experience. Be knowledgeable of venue policies, event details, etc
Fields questions from Premium greeters, ushers, club team, etc.. to be sure all have the tools and resources to drive the premium hospitality experience (scanners, wristbands, etc.)
Monitor all Premium Seating areas to ensure only properly ticketed/ credentialed guests are permitted
Partner with fellow crew members before and after show to be sure that all premium seating/club areas are ready for the guest arrival and prepare for the following show. This includes but not limited to: removing all seating covers, collecting and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, recycling, etc.
Ensure guests are safely enjoying the show.

THE ROLE
The Marketing/Success Manager is responsible for providing exceptional marketing and media account management support for Ticketmaster's largest clients across the Sports, and Venues verticals supporting Segment specific Client Marketing needs across pitch/demo discussions, venue, event and/or season specific elevated support to help drive additional ticket sales, awareness, and/or high client satisfaction, client relationship building, product adoption. The accounts include a variety of client types (venues, promoters, teams, etc.) with a variety of marketing needs from strategic guidance to education to campaign execution. Additional responsibilities include articulating Ticketmaster's overall marketing value proposition, assisting with proposals/pitches and serving as marketing expert resource for internal staff.
The ideal candidate excels at client service, managing the expectations of clients and internal teams, and juggling numerous tasks simultaneously. The successful Marketing/Success Manager marries knowledge of a client's business objectives with a deep understanding of Ticketmaster's products and services while also ensuring flawless execution of campaigns or requests.
Key requirements include: a proven track record of success in an account management role with a solid understanding of digital marketing channels, tactics and strategies including email, programmatic display, paid social and SEM.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Quarterback flawless execution of digital marketing and advertising campaigns, analytics projects and other initiatives
Serve as an internal marketing expert: understand the common business challenges/opportunities clients face and when/how Ticketmaster's solutions apply
Support growth targets by recommending cross-channel marketing solutions that deliver against client objectives
Understand and leverage knowledge of ticketing data & ticketing software infrastructure
Translate data into insights and action by diving into campaign performance data; identify performance trends, optimize campaigns to achieve results, and provide recommendations for upsell opportunities
Provide excellent communication to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and peers
Lead calls and meetings with clients; developing storylines and content to be shared
Guide clients in effective usage of Ticketmaster products and services, including reporting and segmentation applications
Assist with copywriting, image re-sizes and similar tasks related to marketing campaigns across various channels
Stay current on live entertainment and marketing industry knowledge
REQUIREMENTS
BA/BS in Marketing or a related field
5+ years' experience in similar role within the marketing or digital advertising industry
Digital media agency experience a plus
Strong quantitative skills including analytical abilities
Proven understanding of digital media platforms and businesses, with expertise in at least one of these channels: SEM, programmatic display, paid social
Ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues across the executive, mid-manager and day-to-day operations levels in a professional, service-oriented manner
Creative problem-solver
Exceptional organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication and comprehension skills, and the ability to adjust style to different audiences
Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines

Job Summary:
THE ROLE:
The Marketing Coordinator (MOC) will support Marketing/Success Managers, helping them with the daily management of clients within Ticketmaster's Sports, Arts or Venues & Promoters verticals . Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing incoming client requests for marketing support in coordination with our Marketing Solutions Team, scheduling emails to the Ticketmaster database, supporting the execution of digital media campaigns (programmatic, social or SEM campaigns) and placing pixels. The Coordinator must have the ability to successfully operate in an incredibly fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple ongoing assignments, and unplanned assignments and interruptions from both internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, s/he will need to prioritize and carry out these assignments effectively such that s/he exceeds reasonable internal and external expectations
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish and maintain an organizational system to track requests/needs of Marketing Managers and clients to ensure no opportunities or deadlines are missed.
Execute tactical marketing initiatives utilizing Ticketmaster's internal tools or routing requests to appropriate internal teams.
Host conference calls /zoom meetings to present Ticketmaster's Suite of Marketing Assets to new clients/new contacts.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and peers.
Report results on marketing tactics when available.
In partnership with other MOCs, take on responsibility for monitoring and replying to requests from select clients. Requests may include marketing asset and reporting tools education, ability to outline strong marketing recommendations based on specific client needs, address client questions and concerns in a timely manner, etc.
Keep current on industry knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications.
Serve as, in some cases, the principal liaison with clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
BA/BS in Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of two years' experience in similar role within the digital media industry is preferred.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication and comprehension skills, and the ability to adjust style to different audiences.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
Ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues across the executive, mid-manager and day-to-day operations levels in a professional, service-oriented manner.
Proven understanding of digital media platforms and businesses.
Understanding and interest in the business side of live entertainment; passion is a plus.

Assist in the management of social media accounts and activity by crafting promotional announcements, replying to messages, and organizing events

THE TEAM
The Field Operations team builds and maintains relationships with various clients to understand the essentials of their business practice, ensure their business objectives are met and clients are able to utilize the various Ticketmaster products/platforms.
THE JOB
As part of the Event Management team, you will support Ticketmaster clients in all their event management needs. This includes building events and making updates to events based on work requests from clients.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
This position involves collecting, reviewing, and inputting accurate data into Ticketmaster Host system following procedural best practices and established standards, then verifying the output. The tool knowledge set for the position includes Host and Host applications, EventPro, EMT and TM1 suite products.
Meet and exceed Event Management service level agreements
Accurately input event data into Ticketmaster Host system and identify and resolve event related errors
Work with clients, promoters, and internal departments such as marketing, accounting, customer service, event operations and support and client support, when creating events and distributing information regarding those events
Establish and develop relationships with assigned clients
On-Call schedule rotation amongst the team; after hour, weekend and holiday client support responsibilities
From time to time, will be responsible for other duties as assigned by, but not limited to, Senior Event Specialist, the EM Manager, or the Regional Director of Event Management
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES)
1-3 years experience with the Ticketmaster System, or related field experience, with some exposure and knowledge of the Ticketmaster system
Service oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills
Able to successfully handle multiple priorities
Certain degree of creativity, latitude, and problem solving is required
Box Office experience a plus
Overall awareness of the entertainment business is important
Knowledge of how TM departments impact on one another, and on outside clients is a plus
Must have the ability to accommodate a flexible schedule including some Saturdays, evenings, and holidays
Excellent written and oral communication skills, good organizational skills, and attention to detail
Must be computer literate with excellent data entry skills

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Performs the Load-in & Out of band equipment and rental equipment
Set Up and Break down of Band and Event Equipment
Cabling and patching / working together with the entire crew as a team
Audio adjustments, maintaining safe audio levels. While providing a professional mix
Audio Control Boards operation
Oversee visiting audio techs, especially during shows
Responsible for Protecting /Maintenance and repair of Audio equipment
Assist with Production throughout the House as needed
Assist the Production Manager with the technical advance with Artists representatives
Ensure proper care and handling of all Company and rental audio equipment
Interact with visiting production crews to ensure a successful show
Distribute or create audio plans
Oversee and operate systems pertaining to audio throughout the entire venue
Ensure Special Events audio needs are scheduled and met and executed with the utmost profession attitude
Maintain a relationship with local & National Audio Vendors Maintenance and repair of sound, light and stage equipment
May assist the Stage Manager with show passes
Assist lighting crew with stands, microphones, cables, etc.
Assist with any Special Events operations
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Required:
3 years minimum Tour and Stage Production experience
Experience in stage lighting, pro audio systems and basic video systems
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency with all Microsoft applications
Must possess superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills
High School Diploma

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Supervision of the Department
Organize/Manage daily & nightly Box Office operations (Will Call, Guest List, Ticket Sales, Ticket Scanning, etc.)
Assist and support box office staff in any of their job functions, as needed
Ensure positive and creative team environment within the department
Facilitate open communication with the Box Office Manager, staff and all other venue departments
Exhibit proper inter-departmental communications and organization
Ensure complete and satisfactory on-going staff training
Assist manager with staff evaluations (training, 90-day, annual)
Provide a positive team environment within the department
Assist in ensuring appropriate staffing levels.
Help set staff development and performance goals & monitor progress
Recruitment and hiring staff, ensure that hiring / disciplinary / termination standards follow all Clubs & Theaters guidelines
Promote and provide superior customer service in all guest interactions
Participate in all on-site venue meetings as needed
II. Financial / Cash Handling
Ensure that venue staff follows Clubs & Theaters cash handling policies & procedures
Balance and reconciliation of all seller cash drawers
Assist Manager on reconciliation & accounting of all ticket sales for each ticketed event and daily Box Office Sales.
Assist Manager on housing, distributing and depositing venue cash on a weekly basis.
Responsible for pricing initiatives such as: Progressive, Platinum, Dynamic, Flex Pricing as well as Value Channels & Special Ticket Offers when applicable.
Assist Manager in scheduling all employee's payroll prior to deadlines
Conduct band settlement on shows with split point deals, or when deemed necessary by talent department
Complete and distribute accurate daily ticket counts for agents and artists
III. Other Responsibilities
Create, modify and maintain inventory for all ticketed events in a secure ticketing environment
Follow standards and processes for ticket types, ancillary events and qualifiers
Monitor and maintain functionality of all ticketing computers, software and hardware
Secondary representative in all venue interactions with Ticketmaster
Ensure an accurate and timely flow of event and general venue information both intra-departmentally, and to the general public
Modify, maintain and update all customer database files
Develop and maintain call center phone system, and keep current all phone menus and calendars of events
Interact with artist, record label, management and band tour accountant. Provide reports as necessary.
Work with Premium Seat Sales/VIP team on Upsells, inventory management and any other tasks as they arise
Work with Operations/Guest Services on ADA tickets, relocation or troubleshooting needs as they arise.
Position may require 3rd Party venue coverage offsite which will include night of show management, staffing and providing equipment needs.
Ensure that venue is compliant with ADA ticket laws

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, deliver, and assist the Creative Marketing Department in producing a wide variety of creative needs for Frank Productions' brands and venues
Design custom digital and print graphics across a multitude of formats and platforms, including, but not limited to, social media, web, large & small format printing (calendars, billboards, brochures, poster, flyers, handbills, etc.)
Localize, resize, and recreate event advertising materials using everything from JPEGS to professional created, layered PSD files
Assist with designing custom graphics for local events and non-concert events as needed
Assist with creating motion graphics for use in marketing campaigns and advertisements as needed
Implement pre-existing company branding guidelines in design work to ensure brand consistency across all creative projects
Maintain and manage the folder structure and database of the Creative Marketing Department's assets including fonts, artwork, show graphics, internal projects, photos, and more
Maintain and manage deadlines in department's project management software
All other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Applicable experience in creative marketing; Familiarity with live concert marketing and event planning is a plus
Working knowledge and ability to work in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Acrobat
Intermediate skill level with current Apple OS
Understanding of the elements and principles of design
Excellent time-management skills and the ability to change focus, meet tight turnarounds, and important deadlines

The Role:
Assist guests at live events by performing duties, such as selling tickets to events, distributing will call tickets to guests, and giving the utmost customer service experience.
