THE JOB
Live Nation Entertainment's Media & Sponsorship Division is seeking a Brand Associate for 1 amphitheater. This position will play a key role in the management of venue client sponsorships, programs and activities. They will be directly involved in maximizing the value of client relationships and performance of client's marketing programs with a focus on:

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Build growth via market and brand research, brainstorming inventory ideas and managing a portfolio of market specific clients across multiple categories
Manage program financials including budget tracking, billing, invoicing, and other relevant financial activities
Market ownership of venue sponsorship programs to best serve internal needs and recognize how client specific goals factor into sponsorship business solutions and strategy
Explore marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to add value to client programs and identify up-sell opportunities
Gather and analyze metrics, learnings and development opportunities into program recaps
Learn internal work-flow processes and sellable assets to ensure proper clearances, execution and reporting
Coordinate planning and execution of client activations for venues, festivals, special events, hospitality nights and content programs
Manage program ticketing needs, such as order placement, tracking status, and client delivery
Coordinate the delivery of contractual agreements including planning, execution, and measurement
Attend venue leadership sessions and annual training meetings
Actively update, confirm, and relay venue policies to sponsors
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
1+ years direct experience in brand management, client service, media or entertainment, and/or marketing consulting, sales, advertising or activation agencies
Previous work experience with recognizable corporate brands preferred
A proactive, collaborative and organized working style with the willingness to take the initiative and consistently meet deadlines
Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds
Reliable transportation to and from venue(s) & office
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required; Salesforce, social media, and graphic design experience preferred
Willing to work nights, weekends, all summer, festivals, winter, and holidays as needed per each sponsorship requirement
COVID-19 vaccination will be required for this position subject to legally valid exemptions.

Responsibilities:
. Ensure an excellent experience for each fan by providing prompt and thorough customer service
. Maintain accurate cash handling while processing purchases with the POS (point of sale)
. Properly handle guest credit/debit cards and applicable transactions
. Prepare your stand display before the event begins so that fans can view what is for sale
. Inventory- all items must be physically counted prior to the start of the event and again at the end of the show
. Assist fans with their purchases by sharing merchandise information such as pricing and sizing
. Work in a fast-paced, often loud, but exciting environment
. Maintain your stand throughout the duration of the event
. Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts
Requirements:
. Must be able to work up to 12 hours per shift
. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs using proper lifting techniques
. Ability to stand for long periods of time

The Role:
Responsible for general landscape maintenance of all Blossom grounds throughout the 2022 season. Able to assist in other aspects of the maintenance department where necessary, but main focus is upkeep of grass.

Ensuring equipment is fueled daily
Complying with set schedule given to team members to ensure everything is being completed.
Spreading grass seed where necessary.
Other duties as assigned by manager.
Qualifications:
Must have previous experience with mowing.
Valid Ohio Drivers License.
Reliable Transportation
Must abide by company handbook, work well with others, take direction well, adapt to all weather conditions, and ability to lift 50+ lbs.
Previous experience with zero turn mower preferred.
Hours will be regular 8 hour shifts daily (weather permitting) with the possibility of weekend hours if necessary. Flexible hours dependent on weather.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Manage campaigns from inception through post-launch/sustain
Own and be the central point of contact for the CDP between all internal and external teams. This includes but is not limited to training and onboarding marketers, liaising between CDP and internal teams, platform troubleshooting, identifying product enhancements, ideating with internal marketing teams for audience creation, and keeping documentation up to date
Work with internal client marketing teams to execute digital media plans based on goals and available data
Work closely with Analytics to shape goals and KPIs for campaigns; monitor regularly to understand effectiveness of strategy and creative, making recommendations for continuous improvement to maximize the total digital marketing return
Support a rigorous testing and optimization culture, implementing a testing framework to continuously test and optimize for incremental impact
Partner with the product team to build tools that increase campaign scale and team efficiency. This includes working with engineers to build automation, reporting and campaign management tools.
Work with Analytics on understanding data trends and performance metrics, while helping create campaign recap presentations and overall strategic guidance for stakeholders and clients
Assist in putting together case studies to promote effectiveness of Fan Based Marketing
TECHNICAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
Required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
1-3 years with email or paid media marketing at scale, creating and executing campaigns at an agency, in-house or DSP
Strong organizational and project management skills

THE ROLE
GLOW is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to lead in the development and execution of effective marketing strategies and campaigns to meet company objectives. This person will have experience in a high-pace and competitive environment and consumer insights to inform marketing plans with a heavy focus on digital marketing strategy and content. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and will report into the VP of Marketing.

Identify relationships with outside media and PR agencies, publishers, vendors and partners

Manage and execute all initiatives given by VP of Marketing and maintain departmental relationships

The Role:
Assist admin staff and venue employees with various questions, including any questions about the hiring process, onboarding process, payroll questions, or any other venue HR related issues. This is a seasonal, part-time position from February through October working an average of 35-40 hours per week.
Job Functions:
Monitor applicant tracking systems (Workday, Indeed, etc.) to find best candidates
Communicate with managers on staffing needs for each department

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Monitor the labor cost of the shift, paying close attention to overtime
Checking accuracy of labor system at the end of the shift
Maintain appropriate atmosphere (lights, sound level, room temperature, cleanliness, line of sight, table maintenance, room capacity)
Conduct operations with a Guest First mindset
Ensure all recap forms are submitted to accounting
Perform opening, ongoing and closing duties
Conduct daily pre-shift in an upbeat and motivational manner
Log nightly sales and operational issues in Manager Log Book, either manually or online
Conduct safety, cleaning and maintenance walk-through - interior and exterior of building
Check ticket counts with box office before shift begins
Check email and mailbox for current information
Update Contact Log at the end of the shift
Familiarize self with event sheets
Facilitate proper inter-departmental communication and organization
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Required:

3 years supervisory experience in high volume restaurant/music hall environment

Preferred:
At least 2 years experience with a national restaurant chain
Experience in a live music environment

Job Summary:
The Role:
The ancillary sales team is a fun and unique position inside our venue. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for communicating to our guests about additional amenities that the venue has to offer, such as VIP Lounge access and lawn chair rentals. This team will work closely with the Guest Services Manager and Box office Manager to determine what offers will be available for each show, and how this will be communicated to our guests. It is the perfect position for someone who is detail oriented and enjoys working independently while still being part of a team.
Job Functions:
Greet all guests and assist in answering any questions they may have about the venue.
Rent lawn chairs to patrons
Selling all the various upsells offered at each event including, but not limited to, reserved lawn, fast lane, VIP club access, all-inclusive club access, and deck access
Communicate daily concert promotions, upsells, and future ticket deals
Assist Guest Services Manager in setting up and breaking down signs, tables, and tents as needed.
Examine tickets or passes pre-purchased to determine authenticity, using criteria such as color or date issued.
Maintain order and ensure adherence to safety rules.
Handle cash and credit card transactions according to Live Nation's audit guidelines
Balance out at the end of each shift with a supervisor
Participate in post-show clean up including picking up and sorting trash, recycling, and compostable materials.
Qualifications:
Position requires constant walking, standing and occasional sitting in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions; lifting/carrying 25+ pounds.
High school diploma/GED preferred.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must pass pre-employment background check.

The Role:
As an usher, you help to ensure safety, engage with guests to assist with their needs before, during and after the show, and help to maintain the cleanliness of the venue.
Job Functions:
Answer guest questions and assist guests with locating their seats.
Examines tickets for entry to various seat levels around the venue during the event.
Assist with keeping the venue safe, clean and presentable to the guest.
Resolve guest complaints or problems.
Aid guests with special needs, such as helping with seat accommodations.
Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.
Show CARE by participating in venue recycling efforts before, during and after the show.
Guide guests to exits or provide other instructions or assistance in case of emergency.
Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.
Assist patrons by giving directions to places inside or outside the venue.
Ensure guests are safely enjoying the show.
Additional tasks as requested by management.

THE ROLE
We are seeking a Executive Assistant to provide day-to-day executive support to our high functioning executive and their Executive team leads across the Governance, Risk and Compliance organization. This role will support calendar scheduling and project management, data entry, research and more in a very fast-paced environment. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Proactively manage a complex executive calendar in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, ensuring accurate scheduling and time prioritization
Anticipate executive needs and make sure all work materials are available for a successful workday (ex. agendas for meetings/calls approved and printed ahead of time, lunch ordered, etc.)
Act as a liaison between the executive and various business guests, managers, etc.
Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the Executives' office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff
Arrange travel (commercial and charter), including transportation, hotel, and any special needs in the US / international
Creatively develop and coordinate logistics for leadership team staff meetings, All-Hands, events, and off-sites, including venue selection and meeting details
Work with cross-functional teams and a multitude of leadership levels within the business to execute on projects or events as needed by Executive
Take notes in meetings and circulating information to the greater team
Complete monthly expense reports, proofread correspondences and review internal projects
Review and file invoices, update spreadsheets, and handle payment tracking as well as create purchases orders, process invoices, and track/create basic financial reports for projects
Assist with special projects & research to support broader business goals as needed
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING:
Bachelor's degree is required
5+ years of experience providing C Level executive-level support
Solid project-management and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Ability to prioritize needs on the go and possess a strong sense of follow through
Must have strong typing skills and intermediate experience with Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Previous experience with communication tools (Slack, Zoom, MS Teams preferred)
Ability to take initiative, follow-through on requests until completion, and have a passion for attention to detail
Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects at once

Moves throughout the venue and interacts with guests to provide information and respond to inquiries about products and services, takes or enters orders, cancels accounts, or obtains details of complaint.
Responsible for actively ensuring complete guest satisfaction by checking to see if appropriate changes were made to resolve guest's problems.
Keep record of guest service interactions or transaction, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken for resolution.

The Role:
Jiffy Lube Live is seeking Zero Waste Captains to help us take our sustainability programs to the next level. This role is the backbone and driving force for helping us become zero waste through sorting and educating others. This position will partner with the Venue Sustainability Coordinator and be part of the venue operations team. This is a seasonal, part-time position for show days. Hours per week will vary depending on show schedule and business needs at the time.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the post-show sorting process of all recycling, composting, and landfill materials
Be an ambassador to all Band Members in order to help them understand their role in achieving the venue's sustainability goals
Assist in employee engagement programs such as the water bottle refill punch cards, post show sort giveaways and new ideas
Engage fans and encourage them to participate in our sustainability programs through activities or education
Participate in Zero Waste Captain training
Qualifications:
Position requires about 90% of the time spent walking, bending, reaching, stooping, lifting and carrying 50 lbs+ with about 65% of that time spent sorting materials
Dedication to participate in something that will have a real and immediate impact to the cause
Must be able to work well with other departments
Experience in events, zero waste events are a plus

Job Summary:
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO:
Work with the Production Manager to be the artist/crew liaison to the venue on event days to ensure a safe and successful event for the tours, venue staff and fans
Have the ability to work a non-traditional schedule including early mornings, late nights and weekends
Assist Production Manager with advancing all show details including but not limited to schedules, labor and vendor needs, hospitality, security and artist payments
Organize and distribute pertinent show information to venue leadership and third-party vendors
Have a detailed understanding of contracts, deal structures and the settlement process
Communicate feedback with the Talent Buyer
Work with the Production Manager to schedule appropriate number of staff while maintaining labor costs within the assigned budgetary guidelines
Be responsible for maintaining department budgets and have a strong understanding of department financials
Responsible for cash handling and executing payments in a variety of methods
Keeping extensive up-to-date organized records of all event details and financials
Train and support audio, lighting, stagehands and runner personnel with job functions as needed
Oversee maintenance of audio, lighting, backline, video systems and advising on repairs when needed
Ensure venue safety practices are being adhered to by venue staff, visiting crew/artists and vendors
Responsible for adhering to all safety regulations determined by local agencies, fire marshal etc.

THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Manager to join our product team. Our product team manages a portfolio of web & app experiences that focus on the fan journey of discovering, purchasing and attending live events.
In this role, you will work closely with clients, marketing and business development teams to develop and execute the product strategy to facilitate and establish usable fan identities. The goal - to capture and aggregate data signals to enable informed decisioning; accurate profiling; effective experience targeting and timely engagement across the Ticketmaster ecosystem. Knowing who someone is, what they want, when and how they want it will drive commercial success, fan satisfaction and loyalty.
You will be responsible for defining and documenting requirements and working closely with creative and engineering teams to design, implement, test, and deploy in a fast-paced environment, as well as create real time data analytics to evaluate product performance.
The ideal candidate is an accomplished professional, with a proven track record of delivering world-class products, and a proactive, self-starter who is always looking to improve efficiency and solve problems as they are arise.This role is intensely cross-functional with a scope that spans fan experience, demand aggregation, marketing, campaign and data management.
They should possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the determination to make that vision a reality. They should enjoy spending time engaging with clients, business stakeholders, and internal support staff to understand different use cases and find innovative solutions to deliver compelling products and features.
This person should be flexible yet assertive, comfortable in an "all hands-on deck" environment, able to manage internal and external stakeholders, and operate/coordinate across multiple teams including Business Development, Engineering, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Have a passion for envisioning, designing, and bringing transformative and leading-edge products to market.
Manage the entire product life cycle: influencing product strategy and direction, defining and prioritizing product requirements, features and functionality; owning product roadmaps; and recommending strategic product direction.
Help shape the roadmap for your products including consumer facing features, tooling for clients, and data feeds, in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.
Formulate a clear and coherent business case, competitive analysis, and product marketing documentation.
Specify market requirements for current and future product features by conducting market research and analyzing site and feature performance.
Define product specifications using clear and consistent user stories with any acceptance criteria or supporting documentation supplied.
Work with creative and engineering teams during the development cycle to ensure the product meets customer requirements.
Drive through delivery of a feature from conception to launch; develop and implement go-to-market plans and work with all departments to execute.
Produce up-to-date and accurate feature documentation, both within the release cycle as well as in an ad-hoc capacity.
Analyze and report on the performance of features in production, reflecting on successes and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
Create a positive environment for the product team including open, honest communication and a clear path to escalate risks and issues
REQUIREMENTS
5-7 years of proven experience working on complex eCommerce software products in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adhere to tight deadlines
Ability to demonstrate impact and efficacy of initiatives on the business
Strong interpersonal/communication skills, and ability to influence, steer, and motivate people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions
Experience with deciphering business needs and converting requirements into clear, coherent specifications using user stories, user flows, acceptance criteria and any other supporting documentation.
Natural curiosity about how things work and a strong technical background to explore new technologies
Excellent organizational, presentation, and writing skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Knowledge of, or experience with, emerging technologies related to ticketing, live streaming, and/or live events

THE ROLE
As Senior Product Designer -Enterprise, you will create innovative, best-of-breed design solutions for the next generation business-to-business products in our Ticketmaster Enterprise portfolio. You will interface with some of the biggest names in live entertainment and take on the challenge of building world-class solutions that can scale and bring value to organisations of varying sizes and objectives. You will collaborate with clients, product & engineering, and various business stakeholders day-to-day and take ownership of design development from conceptual sketches and research all the way to pixel-perfect final deliverables. Your portfolio showcases how you've driven innovative design solutions for large-scale e-commerce sites, high-traffic portals, or complex software/applications. You have experience with and are comfortable leading conversations with clients, synthesizing their feedback andutilizing it to improve the overall user experience. B2B, SaaS or Rich Internet Application design experience is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Use core information architecture and design expertise to take product design deliverables through a full project lifecycle
Initiate and conduct user/market, usability and competitive design research
Identify user types, scenarios, journeys, flow/decision maps and produce relevant documentation to convey this vision
Participate in and lead ideation workshops with cross-functional teams
Generate wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and/or define the structure for design artefacts to be produced
Ensure Ticketmaster's brand identity is considered and integrated into all features, and ensure the logical user flow is translated into an intuitive and stylish experience
Conduct internal QA tests to ensure deliveries meet initial design specifications
Work with the Analytics and product management teams to drive measurable UX decisions
Collaborate with other product designers in maintaining the Global Design System
Understand long-term vision and strategic business goals of the department
Keep skills fresh and be able to share out best practices, technical trends and developments with team

REQUIREMENTS
-Thorough grounding in principles, methodology and practices of digital product design with proven hands-on experience in a working environment, i.e. UX design, UX research, interface design, mobile app design, interaction design, and/or branding
-An outstanding portfolio with cross-platform product design works
-Ability to drive a range of innovative and compositionally strong design solutions
-Fully conversant in one or more industry software, i.e. Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Zeplin, Axure, etc.
-Experience working with/on pattern libraries/design systems
-Ability to think creatively and present concepts clearly to stakeholders and team members
-An understanding of capabilities and limitation of technologies that are used to create powerful interactive experiences: HTML / CSS / AJAX / JavaScript / SQL
-A strong understanding of best/tried and true as well as current trends in UX/UI practices and cross-platform development
