THE ROLE
As Senior Product Designer -Enterprise, you will create innovative, best-of-breed design solutions for the next generation business-to-business products in our Ticketmaster Enterprise portfolio. You will interface with some of the biggest names in live entertainment and take on the challenge of building world-class solutions that can scale and bring value to organisations of varying sizes and objectives. You will collaborate with clients, product & engineering, and various business stakeholders day-to-day and take ownership of design development from conceptual sketches and research all the way to pixel-perfect final deliverables. Your portfolio showcases how you've driven innovative design solutions for large-scale e-commerce sites, high-traffic portals, or complex software/applications. You have experience with and are comfortable leading conversations with clients, synthesizing their feedback andutilizing it to improve the overall user experience. B2B, SaaS or Rich Internet Application design experience is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Use core information architecture and design expertise to take product design deliverables through a full project lifecycle
Initiate and conduct user/market, usability and competitive design research
Identify user types, scenarios, journeys, flow/decision maps and produce relevant documentation to convey this vision
Participate in and lead ideation workshops with cross-functional teams
Generate wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and/or define the structure for design artefacts to be produced
Ensure Ticketmaster's brand identity is considered and integrated into all features, and ensure the logical user flow is translated into an intuitive and stylish experience
Conduct internal QA tests to ensure deliveries meet initial design specifications
Work with the Analytics and product management teams to drive measurable UX decisions
Collaborate with other product designers in maintaining the Global Design System
Understand long-term vision and strategic business goals of the department
Keep skills fresh and be able to share out best practices, technical trends and developments with team
Opportunities for mentorship of Interns or Associates
REQUIREMENTS
-Thorough grounding in principles, methodology and practices of digital product design with proven hands-on experience in a working environment, i.e. UX design, UX research, interface design, mobile app design, interaction design, and/or branding
-An outstanding portfolio with cross-platform product design works
-Ability to drive a range of innovative and compositionally strong design solutions
-Fully conversant in one or more industry software, i.e. Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Zeplin, Axure, etc.
-Experience working with/on pattern libraries/design systems
-Ability to think creatively and present concepts clearly to stakeholders and team members
-An understanding of capabilities and limitation of technologies that are used to create powerful interactive experiences: HTML / CSS / AJAX / JavaScript / SQL
-A strong understanding of best/tried and true as well as current trends in UX/UI practices and cross-platform development
-A fundamental understanding of relationship between good UX, UI design and branding
-A strong understanding of grid systems and layouts and/or exceptional typography and graphic design desired

The E-Commerce ticketing integration team architects solutions, sells, and manages global and national corporate sponsorship programs with the world's most recognizable brands. THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to join our Ticketmaster Sponsorships Group. Our Ticketmaster Sponsorship Group manages a portfolio of web & app experiences that focus on the fan journey of discovering, purchasing and attending live events. In this exciting role you will be responsible for gathering requirements and working closely with creative and engineering teams to design, implement, test, and deploy in a fast-paced environment, as well as create real time data analytics to evaluate product performance. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Product Management for the Ticketmaster Sponsorship Group.
RESPONSIBILITIES
. Develop new features and improve existing products based on fan needs and client requirements.
Work closely with UI/UX teams to create and iterate on design prototypes and validate them with users.
Ensure backlog is prioritized while taking technical and business dependencies into consideration.
Groom user stories with developers and QA to ensure requirements are clear and the team is ready to execute.
Demo stories to stakeholders and gather feedback.
Troubleshoot issues as they arise in various production and non-production environments.
Collect, validate, analyze and interpret data.
Establish tracking tools and gather data for product performance, product revenue and profitability.
Manage internal and external stakeholder's expectation and communication throughout the product development cycle.
. Communicate with staff at all levels of client organizations.
REQUIREMENTS
2-3 years' experience as a Business Analyst/System Analyst or a Product Owner.
Proven ability to transform features into well-articulated business requirements as user stories.
Proven experience in identifying, researching and resolving data issues.
Outstanding problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to find the correct solution for complex business problems.
Self-motivated and able to handle requests from multiple team members with competing priorities.
Excellent written, verbal and social skills.
Understand agile software development process.
Strong proficiency with collaboration and agile tools (Rally, JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.
Technical background with experience in software engineering is a plus.

Assist Box Office Manager in all aspects of ticket office.

The Role:
As a seller you will be assigned to a stand and responsible for taking inventory of the merchandise being sold as well as preparing the stand display. The seller will remain at the point of sale from doors and throughout the duration of the event. After the event, the seller is responsible for closing out their stand location and performs a final count on the remaining merchandise which is brought back to the storeroom.

The Role:
Assist Box Office Manager in all aspects of ticket office.
Responsibilities:
Cash Handling; Bank Procedures and Check-out Procedures
Assist and support Box Office staff in any of their job functions, as needed

Job Requirements:
Required:
Working Knowledge of Box Office or similar operations, customer service techniques, computer operations, accounting / cash management procedures
Entry level knowledge of Music Hall / Restaurant / Retail / Theatre operations and Point of Sales systems
Skill in computerized ticketing operations, guest relations, long term and immediate decision making, verbal / written communication, phone etiquette, computers (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint) or similar programs.

The Role:
Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the venue's business goals and objectives. This is a part-time position.

. Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.
. Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
. Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
. Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
Qualifications:
. Requires a high school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience.

Job Summary:
As a seller you will be assigned to and responsible for a point of sale in the venue where artist merchandise is sold. Prior to the event you will be responsible for taking inventory and preparing the stand display. After the event, the seller is responsible for closing out which includes a final count on the remaining merchandise which is returned.
Responsibilities:
. Ensure an excellent experience for each fan by providing prompt and thorough customer service
. Maintain accurate cash handling while processing purchases with the POS (point of sale)
. Properly handle guest credit/debit cards and applicable transactions
. Prepare your stand display before the event begins so that fans can view what is for sale
. Inventory- all items must be physically counted prior to the start of the event and again at the end of the show
. Assist fans with their purchases by sharing merchandise information such as pricing and sizing
. Work in a fast-paced, often loud, but exciting environment
. Maintain your stand throughout the duration of the event

The Role:
The Schedule / Payroll Administrator is responsible for ensuring schedules are completed and departments are appropriately staffed for events. In addition, they are responsible for processing and maintaining payroll records in accordance with Live Nation payroll policies.
Job Functions:
. Ensure all departments are adequately staffed for every event (adequately for each individual staffing level).
. Monitor and manage payroll.
. Accurately submit all hours worked for team members into payroll system for timely processing.

. Assist as needed with various shipping and tracking, etc.

. Ensure record keeping and proper filling of; Pre-Event Inspection Reports, Event Related Incident Reports, Workman Comp/General Liability Claims.
. Oversee the ordering, fulfillment and delivery of all venue gear.
. Managing lawn ticket requests as needed.
Qualifications:
. 1 years' plus of administrative experience.
. 2-3 years' plus of work experience in a comparable role.
. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
. Great attention to detail and ability to work against deadlines.

THE ROLE
Insomniac is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Digital Marketing Coordinator to join the Apparel group team in Los Angeles, CA. This is not a remote position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support our marketing efforts and manage our social media presence, including, but not limited to:
MARKETING
Support creative team on marketing efforts for new collection launches
Manage the day-to-day operational side of marketing campaigns.
Schedule and maintain marketing calendar
Confirm product inventory and delivery dates to inform what products are featured in our marketing
Own and manage online marketing asset library including making sure all files are labeled correctly (product flats, marketing assets, etc)
Traffic assets for the department, including product and lifestyle photography and animated assets. Review to confirm product images and info is correct. Route for approvals.
Gather and organize product samples for use on marketing shoots.
Manage digital marketing efforts, communicating needs for paid digital ads to creative team.
Deploy email blasts
Align with Project Manager and keep all marketing product launch calendar, content creation and marketing deliverables up to day in Asana and google calendar, make any date changes project manager or marketing team relies
Provide general support for the coordination of campaigns
COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT
Act as the face and voice of our brand on our social channels, including posting and fan engagement.
Develop our voice, ensure that content published meets brand guidelines and overall communication style.
Respond to questions and comments in real time.
Monitor, track and report on feedback
Provide marketing dept with reporting on fan engagement and learnings from our social content
Brainstorm ways to build and engage our fan follower counts
Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams
Liaise with Development and Sales departments
Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
2+ years' experience with digital and social marketing
Excellent organizational skills
Knowledge of platforms like Airtable, Slack, Asana, Shopify, Google and Microsoft Product Suites
Excellent verbal communication skills
Excellent writing skills
Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
Hands on experience with social media management

THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly motivated e-commerce manager to oversee the development and utility of our Apparel Group sites. The e-commerce manager will be required to conduct research on effective website layouts and features, advise on evidence-based and experimental changes to our platforms, and monitor the effectiveness of strategies by inspecting standardized metrics. This is a critical role in the oversight and maintenance of inventory and supply receiving, allocating, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and managing warehouse operations of the Apparel Group's studio. This is based out of the Apparel Group's warehouse studio in downtown Los Angeles.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Devise strategies that harness sales-related insights to encourage sales in our online store.
Direct the activities of developers, copywriters, and graphic designers to ensure careful adherence to predetermined strategies.
Review the security of checkout pages and payment procedures.
Create promotional offers and check to see that these are uploaded precisely.
Review copy and legal disclaimers to verify their accuracy.
Analyze traffic to inform website maintenance and the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
Examine sales-related metrics to inform restocks.
Report on the utility of existing and novel strategies.
Partner with the Senior Manager to oversee the i nventory and supply, receiving and shipping.
Receive and log + enter receipts, oversee product labeling, transport, and storage, and troubleshoot
Correct errors in receipts and inventory.
Ensure that all processes and procedures are documented and regularly updated.
Monitor inventory levels and inventory accuracy for all locations and events
Enter receipts and adjustments into the point-of-sale inventory management system, ensuring cost prices are up to date and Buyer(s) is notified of discrepancies and damages on a timely basis.
E-Commerce order processing, fulfillment and customer service following and/or updating as needed, documented processes and procedures.
Supervise and assist warehouse assistant(s) with e-commerce order processing and fulfillment using the shop POS system, e-commerce platform, shipper websites and other systems and portals.
Produce monthly sales and shipping reports to measure and manage e-commerce profitability.
Responsible for Warehouse set up and management.
Ensure the security of warehouse operations and inventory.
Take a lead position in the physical inventory process, as well as daily management of inventory counts and audits including regular cycle counts for inventory with problems that are high shrink.
Maintain stockroom locations in inventory management database (POS).
Direct and maintain collection-based merchandising on multiple sites.
Manage product integration from ERP to Shopify.
Manage order allocation, picking, invoicing, shipping.
Set up all 3rd party Aps.
Troubleshoot all site issues.
Report weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly on relevant sale and site data.

5+ years' experience in e-commerce / merchandising warehouse.

THE TEAM
The Field Operations team builds and maintains relationships with various clients to understand the essentials of their business practice, ensure their business objectives are met and clients are able to utilize the various Ticketmaster products/platforms.
THE JOB
As part of the Event Management team, you will support Ticketmaster clients in all their event management needs. This includes building events and making updates to events based on work requests from clients.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
This position involves collecting, reviewing, and inputting accurate data into Ticketmaster Host system following procedural best practices and established standards, then verifying the output. The tool knowledge set for the position includes Host and Host applications, EventPro, EMT and TM1 suite products.
Meet and exceed Event Management service level agreements
Accurately input event data into Ticketmaster Host system and identify and resolve event related errors
Work with clients, promoters, and internal departments such as marketing, accounting, customer service, event operations and support and client support, when creating events and distributing information regarding those events
Establish and develop relationships with assigned clients
On-Call schedule rotation amongst the team; after hour, weekend and holiday client support responsibilities
From time to time, will be responsible for other duties as assigned by, but not limited to, Senior Event Specialist, the EM Manager, or the Regional Director of Event Management
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES)
1-3 years' experience with the Ticketmaster System, or related field experience, with some exposure and knowledge of the Ticketmaster system
Service oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills
Able to successfully handle multiple priorities
Certain degree of creativity, latitude, and problem solving is required
Box Office experience a plus
Overall awareness of the entertainment business is important
Knowledge of how TM departments impact on one another, and on outside clients is a plus

The Executive Assistant provides day-to-day administrative support to two executives: Partner and Chief Operating Officer.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintains daily -to do- sheet. Heavy calendar management including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and obligations
Coordinates detailed and extensive travel and lodging arrangements

THE ROLE
Insomniac Events is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Senior Graphic Designer, Apparel with an impeccable attention to detail and strong design sense to join the design team. The designer must present an enthusiastic view at growing and developing their craft. This is not a fully remote position and is based out of the Apparel Group's warehouse studio in downtown Los Angeles.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create original graphics and translate intellectual property (IP) to products including apparel, accessories, collectibles and new categories
Work in tandem with design team to help execute seasonal and specialty collections
Design and layout graphic prints, patterns, photos, text, & logos as needed
Manipulate and recolor existing prints, sketches, illustrations, photographs, graphics, and patterns.
Research trends and designs in the marketplace for inspiration. Including (but not limited to) colors, styles, art, & patterns.
Partner with leadership to identify design trends, fabrics, materials, new decorative techniques, and product categories
Prepare tech packs, art files and renders to vendors
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Responsible of upholding design/brand standards and file naming conventions
Stay up-to-date on latest industry standards and trends for programs, hardware and design to better develop creative and innovative ways to make graphic assets visually engaging
Communicate regularly with Design & Product Development teams to help problem-solve where necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
7+ years experience in-house brands, agency or start-up design experience
Responsible of upholding design and brand standards
A strong portfolio of personal design work, demonstrating flair, creativity and a broad range of design skill
Experience working with leading brands, and a strong understanding of the nuances involved when working within guidelines
Strong, motivational leadership skills

Prepare approximately 33 monthly bank account reconciliations
Process daily bank activity downloads into Oracle
Assist with preparation of Corporate deposits
Maintain cash and wire logs
Prepare and record various journal entries including cash activity, accruals, and other month-end activity
Assist with month-end close including posting standard close entries, reconciliations of accounts and system sub-modules to the General Ledger, and research
Complete various Balance Sheet schedules to be used by management in monthly and quarterly financial statement reviews
Process monthly Corporate credit card payments and allocation of expenses
Assist with internal and external audit requests
Provide other ad hoc analysis as may be required by management

THE ROLE
The Apparel Group is looking for a passionate, responsible person to lead our festival merchandise as the Senior Merchandiser. This is not a fully remote position and is based out of the apparel group's warehouse studio in downtown Los Angeles.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ownership and management of merchandising for Insomniac festivals, select concerts and partner shows, Insomniac Brand and insomniacshop.com
Create and own overall strategy for assigned product line using inputs from seasonal inspiration, trend, sales history & market research.
Analyze ecommerce and festival performance to strategically build an accurate range plan that optimizes sku efficiency.
Steer alignment with Design and Development to ensure product segment is in line with each brand/festival DNA and competitive set.
Leads process with design, development, e-commerce manager and festival marketing teams to create best-in-class product and manage the merch line through full life cycle
Drive collaboration with cross functional teams to ensure balance of product line needs; identify and create channel-specific product, ensuring product is both brand and market right. Resolve discrepancies should misalignment occur.
Work autonomously to identify opportunities with new and carryover product selection and drive the merchandising matrix. Assist in identifying strategic opportunities for global category growth to meet financial goals.
Ownership for line creation process including calendar (from design to product launch), product price, segmentation, sku count, adoption, and all major meeting agenda inputs and outputs.
Define and maintain seasonal business briefs, timelines from line plan creation to product release and line plan for festival, e-commerce and pop-up store needs. Act as the key facilitator between planning, marketing, product design, and product development.
Lead partnership with Marketing on merch product line introductions to drive highly effective market presentations and holistic stories.
Responsible for alignment with Go To Market process through partnership with Design, Development, Marketing, E-Com and Festival counterparts.
Manage product through the development timeline to assure it is on track to achieve targets and goals for each brief.
Provides strategic guidance to evolve the line architecture to match business growth goals and objectives. Evaluate and build toward opportunities, while maintaining current business. Recommend new and carry/over- and establishes product life cycles.
Facilitate open dialogue with all channel and internal cross-functional partners to intelligently drive merch business.
Shared accountability with development/production team for data accuracy in product information systems.
Develop post event sell-through analysis to inform learnings for future shows merch collections
Manage and keep track of product details in Insomniac systems (style names, colors, sku number, description, style attributes, launch date)
Facilitate open dialogue with all internal cross-functional partners to intelligently drive merch business
Act as the key facilitator between product design and global product development
QUALIFICATIONS
6 + years of buying and merchandising experience
Extensive experience and proven ability to take brands to the next level in the festival merchandise or apparel industries
Demonstrated analytical prowess - with strong Microsoft Office & Google Drive skills to derive data driven recommendations, interpret business case financial modeling and analyze performance
Proven Ability to distill complex and or technical concepts, while providing strategic viewpoints
Preferred experience with Airtable and Asana
Excels in a fast growing and amorphous environment adapting and reprioritizing as needed
Always curious and always learning, positive attitude, responsible approach, and a self starter that's not afraid to dive in and get into the details

THE ROLE
Insomniac Events is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Graphic Designer with an impeccable attention to detail and strong design sense to join the design team. They will assist the developing designs, resizing created material, and solving problems inherent in designing for multiple formats. The designer must present an enthusiastic view at growing and developing their craft. This is not a fully remote position and is based out of the Apparel Group's warehouse studio in downtown Los Angeles.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create original graphics and translate intellectual property (IP) to products including apparel, accessories, collectibles and new categories
Work in tandem with design team to help execute seasonal and specialty collections
Design and layout graphic prints, patterns, photos, text, & logos as needed
Manipulate and recolor existing prints, sketches, illustrations, photographs, graphics, and patterns.
Research trends and designs in the marketplace for inspiration. Including (but not limited to) colors, styles, art, & patterns.
Prepare tech packs, art files and renders to vendors
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Responsible of upholding design/brand standards and file naming conventions
Stay up-to-date on latest industry standards and trends for programs, hardware and design to better develop creative and innovative ways to make graphic assets visually engaging
Communicate regularly with Design & Product Development teams to help problem-solve where necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years experience in-house brands, agency or start-up design experience
Design background in apparel and graphic design
Outstanding visual design skills in typographic, composition, illustration, branding and layout
Familiarity with current trends, culture and design in entertainment and fashion and apparel
Knowledge of the apparel retail industry, marketing principles and product development process
Experience with mood boards, drawing, sketching, ideation, detail product creation and visual presentation development
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
Sketching and illustration ability, along with growing skills in photo retouching, photo-manipulation and compositing is a plus
Experience with pattern making, draping, materials, trims, garment fit and construction and manufacturing is a plus
Passion for dance music, live events and festival culture.
WORK ENVIRONMENT

Job Summary:
The Role:
Our Cleaners are thorough and careful in their work as they clean and maintain the venue. The Cleaning Department is responsible for maintaining the venue's cleanliness at both Live Nation and SPAC events.
Job Functions:
Clean, stock, and supply designated facility locations
Sweep and mop floors and vacuum carpets
Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks, and showers.
Restock toilet paper, paper towels, soap, sanitizer, etc.
Clean mirrors and windows
Ensure all COVID cleaning policies are upheld
Keep all guest facing areas clear of debris and trash
Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
Perform minor repairs when necessary
Ensure supply rooms are fully stocked and maintained
Practice professional concert and radio etiquette
Follow all health and safety regulations
Partner with all departments at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade
Ability to work between 40 hours per week
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED
Proven experience as a cleaner
Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time, climb stairs
Must have reliable transportation

Job Summary:
The Cleaning/ Maintenance Services Supervisor is responsible for the overall supervision of all cleaning functions in the venue to ensure a clean, safe, and orderly experience for the guest.
Job Functions:
. Interviews, selects, trains, supervises, counsels and disciplines cleaning service staff to ensure maximum guest satisfaction. Organizes and conducts meetings and communicates pertinent information to the staff.
. Schedules and directs staff in their work assignments
. Conducts pre-event inspections of all venue areas, prior to opening to ensure cleanliness of areas
. Ensures and makes arrangements to repair and/or replacement of used damaged equipment.
. Maintains adequate supplies and inventory of cleaning products
. Any other task as assigned by the Maintenance or Operations Managers.
. Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.
. Partner with fellow crew members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.
. Work with scheduling payroll administrator to ensure that all staffing needs are met
