In this role, you'll test the performance of Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) on various aircraft platforms, support equipment, and weapons systems to determine their EMI susceptibility and protection with the NAVAIR AD6220M Electromagnetic Compatibility Branch.
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM
Typical Responsibilities
A successful candidate would be expected to provide administrative or secretarial support to a department and/or Manager.
Applying E3 engineering techniques, principles, and precedents to develop, design, modify, install, test, evaluate, or operate electrical, electronic, avionics, mechanical, communications, stores, armament/ordnance, or related data processing systems for military weapon systems or associated support equipment or components.
Reviewing, analyzing, developing, preparing, or applying E3 engineering, technical, or maintenance specifications, policies, standards, or procedures.
Organizing, analyzing, and preparing reports or presentations of technical data and information.
Planning and performing E3 tests and evaluations of systems equipment or components. Compiling, processing, reducing, or analyzing E3 test data results.
Under direct supervision, works to perform defined tasks according to procedures and established practices.
Due to contract requirements, to be considered, you must meet the following basic requirements:
Education
High School diploma or GED
Completion of a technical school, trade school, or advanced armed services technical school curriculum or course of training in electricity, electronics, avionics, mechanics, armaments/ordnance, or engineering technology; or completion of at least 30 semester hours of course studies at an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, or technical curriculum.
Experience

Provide technical expertise, consultation, and direct support in the areas of assessment and selection of personnel, operational support, individual/team/organizational assessment and performance enhancement, executive coaching and leadership development, research, conduct advanced training designed to maximize performance and resilience of SOF personnel to accomplish mission objectives in potentially time-constrained, high-stakes, ambiguous and hostile operating environments, and the provision of psychological services to unit members.
C onduct, administer, and interpret a full spectrum of psychological assessment measures and consult with command personnel; manage relevant process improvement, program validation, and related research; develop and manage appropriate personnel selection records and filing systems.
Conduct baseline and post-event neuropsychological screening and will collect/analyze data and monitor trends in psychological health as directed.
Responsible for management of referrals and disposition of referrals for behavioral health care.
P rovide professional development and awareness education to leadership and SOF personnel as requested.
P rovide crisis response and follow-up care in the event of unit casualties or other serious incidents.
Primary supporter of the assessment and selection of incoming personnel and provide feedback to unit leadership on suitability of personnel to serve within certain military organizations or positions.
Ability to manage relevant process improvements, program validations, and related research .
M astery of psychological assessment, behavioral health, behavioral research, and familiarity with organizational effectiveness literature, operational psychology, performance enhancement and training, industrial/organizational psychology, and soc ial and operational psychology.
Required Education/Experience/Skills/Training:
This position requires a Secret Clearance or Top Secret Clearance, or the ability to obtain a clearance.
This position requires a Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctorate of Psychology (PsyD) from an American Psychology Association accredited college or university with a doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology. The OP shall have successfully completed an Internship/Residency in psychology accredited by the American Psychological Association.

KBR is seeking a junior-mid level systems engineer who will be responsible for supporting the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) National Land Imaging (NLI) Program and other interagency projects and activities. The USGS NLI Program is responsible for developing and maintaining user needs for collecting, processing, archiving, and distributing land surface data to the U.S. Government and other users. These user needs inform the development of future land imaging satellite missions and serve as a basis to evaluate the efficacy of sensor and mission designs. 8 years DoD/IC, or relevant industry work experience related to payload and space systems components; Experience in the development and characterizing SIGINT payloads and SIGINT space systems
Knowledge of mission payload engineering, development, and manufacturing

5 years of experience specifically related to Government acquisition initiatives

Exceptional communication skills and ability to support marketing communications tasks and events

Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist
Responsibilities/Duties
Generate cost reimbursable, time and material, and firm fixed price invoices.
Submit invoices electronically using multiple customer systems.
Coordinate with other departments to meet deadlines.
Interface with internal/external customers, and government pay offices.
Solve problems of various complexity following established policies, practices and procedures.
Provide assistance as required to the entire AR team.
Other responsibilities as needed and assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of relevant work experience required
Ability to concisely communicate orally, in writing and electronically
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
Experience working in Federal Government Contracting environment is desired
Ability to adapt to changes in responsibilities as the needs of the company change and grow
Must be willing to work overtime as needed to cover department responsibilities
Preferred :
Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
