The Digital Marketing Enablement - Web, Content & Search team is comprised of passionate and capable Product Owners and Business Analysts who are responsible for working closely with business partners to understand how the systems we own deliver value for both internal users, dealers and Caterpillar customers. We drive strategic enablement linked to both short-term and long-term roadmaps aligned to the business needs of our key stakeholders.
Due to a recent promotion, we are looking to fill a crucial role on the team - an experienced Business Analyst for the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) team, which is integral to delivering on the platform strategy and roadmap in partnership with the AEM Product Owner and Application Engineering partners. This role will be responsible for working stories from the product backlog, building functional and technical design, creating development ready stories that are given to the development team and seeing solutions through to the end, where implemented solutions are presented back to the business whether it be during a sprint reveal ceremony or one-on-one with a particular requestor.
JOB DUTIES:
Establishes knowledge of client business challenges and priorities to translate into business requirements.
Validates solution design including prototyping and configuration.
Development of process documentation.
Participates in test script creation for new content releases and/or deployments.
Helps deliver presentations to clients and management teams.
Translate client's business needs into detailed business requirements documents, use cases and systems interaction diagrams.
Groom Backlog and create User Stories.
Builds UX awareness of business issues; collaborates with UX to establish approved wireframes and mock-ups for solutions.
Provides leadership throughout the lifecycles of a project, guiding the understanding the project team has through design and development to ensure project requirements are met.
Helps establish project test strategy, methodologies, test plans as well as assist with test execution.
Review and approve test plans as required by new content releases or deployments for AEM.
Creates end user training materials; demoes to applicable parties.
Establish security data classifications.
Participates in Agile ceremonies; daily stand-ups, product backlog grooming, spring planning, sprint reveal and sprint retrospectives.
Business escalation point for any conflicts or concerns.
Assist in managing contracts as needed for consulting or external interfaces.
Represent AEM with other areas of the business who use or integrate with this part of the business.
The candidate develops well-prepared action plans for the current year and has a clear sense of what needs to be achieved in the year to come. Position receives assignments that tell what needs to be done and when it needs to be completed. The candidate can change practices and procedures to get the desired results.
Travel will be dependent on the application or process supported but in most cases will be minimal (10% of working time).
Basic Requirements:
A college or university degree, or applicable certification plus equivalent experience.
5+ years Business Analyst experience.
2+ years Experience with AEM platform.
This position should be familiar with project management methodologies as they will participate in multiple projects representing expertise for the application or process.
Job requires highly developed interpersonal skills to deal with sensitive, emotional or potentially controversial situations.

Exceptional communication skills.
Experience in Agile project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Mingle, Visual Studio Team Services, Rally, JIRA.

Ability to simultaneously work on multiple projects of different sizes.
The preferred location is Peoria, IL, Chicago, IL, Cary, NC or Dallas, TX, but remote work within the United States is available for the right candidate.

This position will demonstrate knowledge of hypothesis driven problem solving and problem structuring, integration and interpretation of qualitative and quantitative data, excellent PowerPoint & Excel skills, clear and articulate written and verbal communication, and an ability to thrive in ambiguous situations. Good attention to detail resulting in a quality work output, and good stakeholder management skills are also necessary.
Required Qualifications:
This position requires bachelor's degree, preferably in business, finance, accounting, economics, science, computer science, engineering or mathematics
4-6 years of total professional experience - including 2-4 years in a management consulting, corporate strategy role, investment banking, private equity or corporate development role

The Role
The SPM Oil & Gas division is currently looking for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk in Houston, TX. As a Shipping & Receiving Clerk, you are responsible for verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment.
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records
Determines method of shipment
Affixes shipping labels on packed cartons or stencils identifying shipping information on cartons
Assembles wooden or cardboard containers or selects preassembled containers
Inserts items into containers
Nails covers on wooden crates and binds containers with metal tape
Stamps, stencils, or glues identifying information and shipping instructions onto crates or containers
Posts weights and shipping charges and affixes postage
Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages
Routes items to departments
Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications
Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies
Operates tier lift truck or uses hand truck to move, convey or hoist shipments from shipping and receiving platform to storage work area
Manages inventory and the ERP system

The Machine Performance section within R&D Virtual Product Development Division at Caterpillar Inc. is seeking an engineer to lead & support the development, integration & enhancement of machine performance simulation, autonomous system tools & process for Caterpillar product development. This includes providing primary L6(machine) analysis support to build robust processes for deployment to a product group to close gaps in their machine simulation capabilities.
