The Digital Marketing Enablement - Web, Content & Search team is comprised of passionate and capable Product Owners and Business Analysts who are responsible for working closely with business partners to understand how the systems we own deliver value for both internal users, dealers and Caterpillar customers. We drive strategic enablement linked to both short-term and long-term roadmaps aligned to the business needs of our key stakeholders.

Due to a recent promotion, we are looking to fill a crucial role on the team - an experienced Business Analyst for the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) team, which is integral to delivering on the platform strategy and roadmap in partnership with the AEM Product Owner and Application Engineering partners. This role will be responsible for working stories from the product backlog, building functional and technical design, creating development ready stories that are given to the development team and seeing solutions through to the end, where implemented solutions are presented back to the business whether it be during a sprint reveal ceremony or one-on-one with a particular requestor.

JOB DUTIES:

• Establishes knowledge of client business challenges and priorities to translate into business requirements.

• Validates solution design including prototyping and configuration.

• Development of process documentation.

• Participates in test script creation for new content releases and/or deployments.

• Helps deliver presentations to clients and management teams.

• Translate client's business needs into detailed business requirements documents, use cases and systems interaction diagrams.

• Groom Backlog and create User Stories.

• Builds UX awareness of business issues; collaborates with UX to establish approved wireframes and mock-ups for solutions.

• Provides leadership throughout the lifecycles of a project, guiding the understanding the project team has through design and development to ensure project requirements are met.

• Helps establish project test strategy, methodologies, test plans as well as assist with test execution.

• Review and approve test plans as required by new content releases or deployments for AEM.

• Creates end user training materials; demoes to applicable parties.

• Establish security data classifications.

• Participates in Agile ceremonies; daily stand-ups, product backlog grooming, spring planning, sprint reveal and sprint retrospectives.

• Business escalation point for any conflicts or concerns.

• Assist in managing contracts as needed for consulting or external interfaces.

• Represent AEM with other areas of the business who use or integrate with this part of the business.

The candidate develops well-prepared action plans for the current year and has a clear sense of what needs to be achieved in the year to come. Position receives assignments that tell what needs to be done and when it needs to be completed. The candidate can change practices and procedures to get the desired results.

Travel will be dependent on the application or process supported but in most cases will be minimal (10% of working time).

Basic Requirements:

• A college or university degree, or applicable certification plus equivalent experience.

• 5+ years Business Analyst experience.

• 2+ years Experience with AEM platform.

• This position should be familiar with project management methodologies as they will participate in multiple projects representing expertise for the application or process.

• Job requires highly developed interpersonal skills to deal with sensitive, emotional or potentially controversial situations.

Job Purpose:

Required Qualifications:

• This position requires bachelor's degree, preferably in business, finance, accounting, economics, science, computer science, engineering or mathematics

• 4-6 years of total professional experience - including 2-4 years in a management consulting, corporate strategy role, investment banking, private equity or corporate development role

The Role

The SPM Oil & Gas division is currently looking for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk in Houston, TX. As a Shipping & Receiving Clerk, you are responsible for verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records

• Determines method of shipment

• Affixes shipping labels on packed cartons or stencils identifying shipping information on cartons

• Assembles wooden or cardboard containers or selects preassembled containers

• Inserts items into containers

• Nails covers on wooden crates and binds containers with metal tape

• Stamps, stencils, or glues identifying information and shipping instructions onto crates or containers

• Posts weights and shipping charges and affixes postage

• Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages

Caterpillar's IPSD Engine Validation Product Development Team in Mossville, IL is looking for a person to serve as an Engineering Team Leader in the Power Systems Lab at the Tech Center. As an Engineering Team Leader, you will own and manage all lab validation activities in the I-6 engine area. This role will own the team leadership of C7-C18 test cells, test benches and simulation led activities; coordination of development engineers, test hardware, lab support and process partner needs to ensure efficient execution of tests providing quality data. You will also work closely with i-Model champions to coordinate efficient and cost-effective engine development that align with ISPD-L's budgets and goals.

This position collaborates with highly engaged and technically capable team members, as well as managing multiple projects and assignments simultaneously that are complex in nature which support and enhance Caterpillar product performance, durability, reliability, quality, and serviceability.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Lead 12 week ahead discussions for programs identifying details about program, testing requirements, hardware details, ride along devices, people responsible, deliverables and target dates

• Managing project planning for the group including receiving new requests, collaborating with leaders and support team to ensure alignment of resources and staffing

• Leading program and operational meeting as needed and facilitate communication across teams as well as represent program status in scoreboard and gateway meetings

• Facilitating install service requests, pre-test meetings, test scope, hardware details

• Providing the majority of Facility Specification Request for the upgrade or modification of the lab and should working knowledge of the testing facility, instrumentation, and equipment capabilities

• Supporting Built in Quality (BIQ) efforts to reduce inefficiency in design and test lab processes

Basic Qualifications:

• Education - Bachelor's degree or higher in accredited Engineering field (i.e. Mechanical, Chemical, Aero, Ag)

• Experience - 5-8 years of industry experience

• Extensive knowledge of factory operations or a testing environment

The Machine Performance section within R&D Virtual Product Development Division at Caterpillar Inc. is seeking an engineer to lead & support the development, integration & enhancement of machine performance simulation, autonomous system tools & process for Caterpillar product development. This includes providing primary L6(machine) analysis support to build robust processes for deployment to a product group to close gaps in their machine simulation capabilities. Job responsibilities involve integration of in-house and external software tools that represent the machine, earthen material, and operator. These models are combined into full machine models to simulate realistic field operations for the purpose of evaluating, understanding trade-offs, and influencing new machine designs for product development programs.

This position plays a key role in resolving critical CPI (Continuous Product Improvement) issues, developing simulation and validation procedures, and improving simulation and analysis capabilities that enable Single Phase NPI (New Product Introduction) deployment. Programs that you will support range from key component development (such as engine or transmissions) to strategic Zero Emissions Machine development.

Job Duties

The key role of this second level engineering position is to move from learning and assisting others to learning to contribute independently. Sr. Associate Engineers - Simulation are expected to be familiar with the company's processes, methodologies, and simulation techniques. Work is typically directed by a senior engineer who might review both methods and results. Decisions on routine, limited risk issues that may affect the project team, suppliers, or internal customers may be made by this position. Challenges include meeting expectations in delivering results, learning to consider alternative courses of actions, making timely decisions, and developing communication skills. A Sr. Associate Engineer - Simulation may work in any number of functional areas requiring an engineering degree, including, but not limited to, product design, development, research, metallurgy, quality, reliability, materials, manufacturing process, application and installation, product performance/support, service, and facilities. The Repair Process Engineering (RPE) team creates and delivers sustainable reuse & salvage solutions that enable dealer performance and enhance their capability to provide timely, cost-effective & world-class repairs to our customers. The Service Information Developer 1 position will utilize our Service Information System (SIS) authoring tools to develop and electronically deliver a variety of service information types used to operate, maintain, and repair Caterpillar equipment. This information is based on complex research of product service requirements and must be completed in a timely, accurate manner. SIS is an SGML (ISO standard) based proprietary system that provides data intelligence by means of tagging content and structure that enables documents to be published electronically in the format specified by the engineer. Service information products that are produced by Service Information Developer 1s have a significant impact on the efficiency and profitability of dealer service operations.

Responsibilities:

• Management, delivery, and business support of technical information across a subset of the Caterpillar portfolio of products and brands

• Coordinate NPI programs with product groups to create and update NPI tracking for NPI

• Support of both new and non-current product designs

Basic Qualifications :

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Accountable for coordinating the release, ordering, and procurement of all prove design material, including production parts, attachments and test engines

• Receive requirements for prove design parts from the design section via Web Prove Design (WPD) and engineering order forms

• Discuss requirements with the engineering design personnel to obtain mutual agreement on such things as date and quantity required, material availability or material substitutions, design requirements and design changes to facilitate manufacturing, and supplier capabilities

• Arrange for and/or deliver new or additional parts as needed. The material could move to another supplier, inspection hold area, the field or the Met Lab, moving many times prior to going to the end user

• Each coordinator is responsible for a different engineering product client. Value is added through knowing what to do to make the process work efficiently and knowing how to handle situations where the process will not yield the result

• Also works with Purchasing and Manufacturing to discuss problems relative to timely procurement of parts and materials. Problems may be of a technical nature relating to projects (e.g. can a part be manufactured within the company; can a supplier furnish the parts quicker and/or less expensive, etc.) They will consider the machine burden involved and where available, tooling required, supplier capabilities, lead-time, short lead-time orders, past due orders and print/engineering drawing related problems

• Actively participate on NPI program teams for procuring prove design material

• Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace engineering, Systems engineering, Agricultural Engineering with a focus in Control systems or Mechatronics with 2 to 3+ years of experience developing controls, performance or system simulations related to control algorithms for complex systems such as internal combustion engine systems, Machine systems, automotive/aerospace systems OR
