Job Summary
Dominion's Power Generation Business Unit seeks a senior engineer with a controls and instrumentation background to support the Power Generation fleet (non-nuclear) with technical leadership and hands on Industrial Control System (ICS) expertise. This position is located at Dominion Energy's Thomas F. Farrell II Building, 600 E. Canal Street, Richmond, Virginia.
The successful candidate will be able to provide the support noted below in accordance with standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements, for the Power Generation fleet and its auxiliaries:
Provide technical expertise and leadership in control system engineering, design, implementation, programming, configuration, commissioning, testing and troubleshooting in support of Power Station Industrial Control Systems along with all associated control system devices, computers, communications, networks, endpoint devices, and instrumentation. (ICS e.g.: Distributed Control Systems -DCS-, Programmable Logic Controller systems -PLC-, and SCADA)
Provide technical expertise in consultation, evaluation, recommendation, and development or review of specifications, work scopes, bid proposals, test procedures, alarm response procedures, commissioning plans, and vendor reports.
Provide hands on control system support and expertise for power generation and auxiliary power systems, including digital devices or systems with communications interface to control systems (e.g. inverters, drives, and protection relays for electrical power systems).
Manage/Lead projects and perform multiple responsibilities of controls engineering support in parallel and oversee vendor/contractor support when needed.
Provide support and leadership to meet NERC regulatory and ICS Cyber Security requirements as well as other regulatory compliance requirements, projects, initiatives, and activities relative to industrial controls and control systems.
Investigate technologies that will improve plant operation and performance (e.g. reliability, efficiency, environmental) and technologies that will assist with control system maintenance and analysis.
Perform due diligence for plant acquisition and evaluation of control system and instrumentation specifications for projects and new plant construction.
Control Systems may include (but not limited to): Emerson, GE, ABB, Allen-Bradley, Modicon, Wonderware, Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
Job Qualifications:
6+ years of professional relevant engineering experience (post-school) including but not limited to directly related Instrumentation and Controls (I&C) experience working on power stations or related heavy industrial applications (Note: A partial year of related work experience of 6 months or greater will be considered one year towards the qualifications)
Strong Experience with Industrial Control Systems such as Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and/or Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and SCADA systems and associated control system devices, computers, communications, networks, endpoint devices, and instrumentation.
In-depth knowledge of industry advances in control system monitoring, testing and analysis of control equipment; and controls theory.
Strong knowledge and experience of electrical and electronics theory.
Strong technical leadership skills and strong verbal/written communication skills.
Experience and foundation with Ethernet network switches and serial digital communications, including third party datalink protocols (Modbus, DNP, AB-PLC).
Ability to coordinate multiple projects and assignments concurrently and manage deadlines.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to successfully work both independently and in a team environment to identify errors, pinpoint root causes, and devise solutions with minimal oversight.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
Strong knowledge and experience of power plant controls, steam turbine control systems, combustion turbine control systems, balance of plant control systems, solar power generation control systems, and battery storage control systems.
Experience with control loop tuning
Strong computer skills foundation as relates to operating systems, controls system software, servers, networks, and communications software.
Knowledge, skills and experience will determine salary level

At least six years of professional engineering experience (post-school) and
REQUIRED ENGINEERING CRITERIA:
For placement of a candidate in the Engineer job series, the following criteria must be met:
Possess a 4-year Engineering degree from an ABET accredited Engineering program based on the year that the Engineering program was accredited by ABET, or
Possess a 4-year Engineering degree from an institution outside of the U.S. which is accredited through the country's own Engineering accrediting body under the Washington Accord as a full signatory, and is a degree that was recognized by the country's accrediting body on or after the date that full signatory status was achieved, or
Possess a 4-year degree in Engineering (non-ABET accredited), Physics, Chemistry, Math or Engineering Technology and a post-graduate Engineering degree from an institution where the undergraduate degree in the same Engineering discipline is ABET-accredited based on the year the Engineering program was accredited by ABET, or
Holds or has previously held a valid U.S. Professional Engineer license.

Job Summary
Dominion Energy's Power Generation Business Unit seeks a Generation Cyber Security Senior Analyst to support the Power Generation fleet (non-nuclear) with computer, communications, and network security in Operational Technology (OT) Industrial Control System (ICS) environments and ICS Cyber Security environments. This position is located at Dominion Energy's Thomas F. Farrell II Building, 600 E. Canal Street, Richmond, Virginia.
The successful candidate will be able to provide the support noted below in accordance with standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements, for the operating units and auxiliaries:
Provide ongoing support and oversight for the Industrial Control System (ICS) cyber security systems. (ICS e.g.: Distributed Control Systems -DCS-, Programmable Logic Controller systems -PLC-, SCADA).
Proficiently utilize, manage, and support cyber security systems deployed in protection of ICS assets, including inventory systems, change monitoring, network intrusion detection, file security, anti-virus, whitelisting, SIEM, WSUS, backup/restore, and network device management.
Recommend and support the implementation of architectures necessary for Power Generation's cyber security and compliance posture.
Implement and manage system installations, modifications, and integration of communication protocols, programs, and cyber tools in support of secure ICS data and control communications.
Provide hands support with computer, software, and network device implementations, security hardening, modifications, updates, patches, troubleshooting, and replacement.
Research, develop, and implement cyber security architectures and communications necessary to maintain the plant cyber security and compliance posture.
Serve as a cyber security team member and uphold responsibilities in support of the fleet and related cyber security project implementations and initiatives.
Develop and implement secure software and network communication architectures to support data and access communication needs.
Provide firewall rule development, review, and investigation.
Coordinate with Power Generation Cyber Security and Information Technology (IT) Groups for enterprise firewall rule change requests as needed.
Provide monitoring, surveillance, and troubleshooting of ICS cyber security systems.
Support cyber security event investigation in coordination with the Incident Response Team.
As needed: review, analyze, and investigate logs, events, and alerts for potential security breaches.
Monitor cyber security best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements while identifying gaps in cyber security controls and recommend/implement technical or administrative solutions to remediate.
Follow policy and procedures established by Power Generation Regulatory Compliance and Corporate Cyber Security.
Develop specific procedures and support deployment of cyber security equipment patches and upgrades in accordance with policy.
Review and approve change management and design change packages for cyber security and compliance impacts.
Address and resolve ICS-CERT vulnerabilities in coordination with compliance and station personnel.
Develop technical procedures and guidance documents.
Ensure system drawings and documentation are revised as needed.
Act as a mentor to other staff members to broaden knowledge and technical expertise across the team.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
Required experience : 5+ years of experience in operational technology cyber security, system administration, networks, firewalls, and management of Windows operating systems security (Note: A partial year of related work experience of 6 months or greater will be considered one year towards the qualifications; A an advanced degree can count as one year experience)

Job Summary
Dominion Energy's Power Generation Business Unit seeks a Generation Network Specialist to support the Power Generation fleet (non-nuclear) with network devices, network architecture, and network communications security which are part of the Industrial Control System (ICS) environments and ICS Cyber Security environments. This position is located at Dominion Energy's Thomas F. Farrell II Building, 600 E. Canal Street, Richmond, Virginia.
The successful candidate will be able to provide the support noted below in accordance with standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements, for the Power Generation fleet and its auxiliaries:
Support ICS managed network device configurations (e.g. network switches, firewalls, routers) and architectures in a high availability environment and support ICS project implementations and modifications. (ICS e.g.: Distributed Control Systems -DCS-, Programmable Logic Controller systems -PLC-, SCADA)
Manage, configure, install, troubleshoot, and provide oversight for network devices and network services associated with ICS systems, ICS Cyber Security networks, and communication interfaces within an industrial production environment.
Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including replacement, service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations.
Troubleshoot and Analyze network Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Intrusion Prevention Systems, and Intrusion Detection Systems. Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for networking issues.
Architect and implement network designs.
Provide network engineering expertise in the disciplines of core routing, core switching, network security, network diagnostics, and load balancing.
Monitor regulatory requirements, industry trends, and potential impacts to Power Generation operating systems networks and produce risk communications.
Monitor system performance, connectivity, and resource utilization.
Provide strategic planning for maintaining the ICS system networks and ICS Cyber Security networks.
Follow change management policies to ensure awareness, approval, and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
Act as a mentor to other staff members to broaden network knowledge and technical expertise across the team.
Serve as corporate liaison with the plant personnel to assure compliance with Power Generation Engineering and corporate policies, and procedures.
Support the strategic management of network device information and configurations for Power Generation ICS and ICS Cyber Security related network devices.
Address ICS-CERT identified vulnerabilities and resolve in coordination with Power Generation Regulatory Compliance (PGRC) and the plant cyber security personnel.
Perform firewall rule reviews and investigation.
Ensure system drawings and documentation are revised as needed.
Coordinate with Power Generation and Corporate Cyber Security, Compliance, and IT for enterprise firewall rule change requests as needed.
Serve as a cyber security team member and uphold responsibilities in support of the fleet and related cyber security project implementations including cyber security event follow-ups in coordination with the Incident Response Team.
This position will require out-of-town and overnight travel. During periods of project implementation or outages, travel may be required approximately 51-75% of the time. Up to 50% may be required at other times.

Williams Generating Station in Goose Creek is looking for an Assistant Plant Operator (APO) to join their team.
The primary responsibilities for this entry level position includes:
Learn how to operate a steam plant in a safe, reliable, and efficient manner
Performs routine plant inspection rounds, which include but are not limited to, equipment lubrication, cleaning of equipment, troubleshooting, and monitoring of unit conditions during plant startup, shutdown, and routine operations.
Assist Supervisor through the isolating and tagging of equipment for maintenance by using established Lockout and Tagout procedures and preparing the equipment for return to operation.

Job Summary
This role is responsible for coordinating the activities of contract teams associated with the construction of overhead, underground and/or complex streetlight distribution projects. Provides technical support to ensure construction standards are met and executed using proper work methods. Supports multiple local offices and expands coverage area when the need arises. Frequently manages contract crews during restoration events. Arranges for headway and coordinates switching. Job Summary
Dominion Energy is currently seeking two Engineer I, Engineer II, or Engineer III-level Mechanical Engineers at the North Anna Power Station in Mineral VA. The position will be filled at the level commensurate with the successful candidate's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Job Summary
This is an analyst role within the Gas Transmission & Storage (GT&S) Technical Excellence & Innovation Center (TEIC) organizationally reporting through the Pipeline Integrity group. The working location for this role is flexible and can be filled in either Columbia, SC or Bridgeport, WV.

Schedule and participate in SME and stakeholder meetings addressing changes in technical procedures, etc.; act as scribe of proposed changes/modifications and track action items.
Provide input into developing dashboards and ad hoc reporting on TEIC goal;
Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to develop, integrate and implement technical procedures ;

As an Engineer I/II/III you will design, support, and evaluate automation and control systems to ensure efficient, safe and profitable facility and pipeline operations.
Daily responsibilities will consist of the following :
- Design, develop and program software for real time programmable logic controllers (PLC) and distributed process control systems (DCS)
- Design and develop graphical user screens utilized within human machine interfaces (HMI's)
- Design and configure control communication networks
- Evaluate, Design and configure Cyber Security protections
- Configure desktop operator workstations
- Design process control flow diagrams
- Design piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID's)
- Procure control instrumentation and digital process control equipment
- Develop specifications for instrumentation, electrical power requirements, hazardous location electronic control equipment
- Develop material requisitions; review bids for equipment and service contracts
- Design digital electronic control panel drawings for placement in hazardous location
- Coordinate control system start-up and commissioning
- Support, maintain, and troubleshoot electronic and pneumatic control systems
- Provide time and costs estimates for automation projects
- Evaluate development costs, review software and drawings, consult with vendors and users, and recommend
- Contracting or internal development; coordinate efforts of system/vendor personnel during implementation
- Develop technical documentation, training manuals, and standard operating procedures; conduct training classes for system users.

Engineer I:
0-2 years relevant engineering design and construction experience.

Job Summary
The Fleet Maintenance group is seeking an entry level Automotive Mechanic Trainee for our Glen Allen, VA (Innsbrook) Shop. This position can placed in a Step 1, 2, or 3 level based on experience
Responsibilities will include the ability to diagnose, repair, and perform maintenance on the many different types of equipment in our fleet. This includes both on and off road equipment with diesel and gas engines, automatic and manual transmission. More specifically, the successful candidate will develop skills to prepare themselves for potential advancement as an Automotive Mechanic in the Fleet department. Specific Automotive Mechanic functions include but are not limited to the following activities:
Working with our customers in the Construction, Operations, Substation, Transmission and other departments to understand their needs and issues.
Performing various Preventative Maintenance tasks, including oil and other fluid changes, tire changes, etc.
Troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing light duty vehicles, diesel engines, hydraulic equipment, drive trains, air brakes, etc.
Ensuring safety rules and regulations are observed in the garage or other worksite.
Leveraging technology to analyze issues, track customer needs, time spent on maintenance / repair tasks, parts used during maintenance/repair activities, etc.
Overtime will be required to support the needs of our customers due to peak or critical work periods providing additional earnings potential.
Majority of work will be performed in a shop environment, although outdoor response is sometimes needed. Work associated with this position can be very physically demanding.

Job Summary
The Senior Investigator position resides within Dominion Energy's Corporate Intelligence and Security (CIS) organization which is made up of three branches covering Physical Security, Cyber Security, and Threat Intelligence. CIS as an organization is responsible for protecting the people, assets, and operations of the entire Dominion Energy footprint.
The selected candidate will work alongside a team of seasoned investigators who are based in other locations, and report to the Supervisor of Investigations based in Richmond, Va. Investigative activity for this position will be focused largely in the Tidewater area of operations but will frequently also involve cases in other parts of Dominion Energy's footprint. Investigations will involve both internal matters and matters involving external activity which impacts Dominion Energy personnel, assets, or operations.
Dominion Energy is seeking a strong candidate for the Senior Investigator position to primarily support the Tidewater, Norfolk, Virginia Beach, VA areas and work full-time out of the Norfolk District Office. In addition to the following responsibilities and requirements, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong well-established relationships with leadership and members within local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies throughout the Tidewater/Hampton Roads Areas.
Specific responsibilities:
Conducts diverse, complex, and sensitive investigations into issues of significant consequence to the company.
Performs complex research and analysis, using a variety of automated systems, to develop pertinent data for investigations.
Conducts investigative interviews with internal and external subjects.
Provides reports and presentations of investigative results, which enable and support risk management decision making.
Serves as Company's agent in matters requiring criminal prosecution.
Provides intricate liaison with law enforcement.
Consults to company personnel on a variety of security and risk matters.
Provides armed, protective support for executives and employees, as required.
Provides armed response to emergency situations. Interprets policy.
Develops and maintains a variety of public and private information sources, to support investigative function.
Conducts investigations directed by the Ethics and Compliance Program.
Serves as member of company Threat Management Team, conducting workplace violence investigations.
Interacts and participates with industry contactor on investigative and complex energy company security issues.
Provides security leadership in response to all emergency contingencies.
Manages and responds to threats impacting company facilities.
Develops, implements, and supports security measures for effective business continuity.
Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
5-6 years experience in an investigative role in law enforcement, corporate security, regulatory, or other investigative organization. (Note: A Master's degree will count as one year of experience. A partial year of six months or more will be rounded up to one year of experience.)
Specific required knowledge, skills, abilities and experience include:
Extensive experience in conducting investigative interviews.
Investigative experience in case evaluation, investigative planning, case file management, investigative reporting, case presentation under oath or similar setting.
Leadership and security experience. Knowledge and experience dealing with specific issues associated with providing security at an energy company, and issues associated with critical infrastructure protection.
Strong record of obtaining high quality investigative results.
Maintains understanding and command of security issues affecting company.
Understanding of legal issues related to investigations.
Understanding of the assessment of security risks.
Consistent demonstration of sound, security decision making.
Consistent demonstration of critical thinking skills in a security environment.
Excellent written and oral communications skills, to provide investigative reports and briefings to Company officers and government officials.
Ability to manage the flow of sensitive intelligence information.
Ability to obtain government-issued security clearance, as required.
Ability to meet and maintain the Corporate Security eligibility requirements to carry a firearm.
