Summary You will serve as a Transportation Assistant (QA Inspector/Counselor) in the Navy Household Goods/Personal Property Shipping Office (HHG/PPSO) Store Front Section of NAVSUP FLEET LOGISTICS CENTER JACKSONVILLE. Responsibilities You will unload incoming shipments, scan bar codes or key receipt information into automated record system. You will count and annotate types and quantities of items and appropriately sign receiving documents as well as annotate changes on Bill of Lading as necessary. Summary You will serve as a FUEL DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM WORKER in the Fuels Management Branch of NAVSUP FLC SD GF. Responsibilities You will receive and transfer fuel by coupling and uncoupling hoses, closes and opens valves, starts and stops pumps, and monitors gauges, meters and filter separators You will operate and maintain a complete fuels distribution system(s) to receive, store, transfer, and issue both aviation and ground fuels. You will perform general maintenance and repair on 400-5,000 gallon cryogenic storage tanks. You will operate one or more type of special purpose design aviation and ground fuel-tank truck vehicle having a capacity of up to 10,000 gallons and gross vehicle weight in excess of 100,000 pounds. You will transport fuel from the bulk storage area to the flight line issue point and position the vehicle for the refueling/de-fueling task as required.
