Description:
This project provides customer service to MassHealth (MA Medicaid Program) members and providers, processes prescriptions for transportation PT-1) benefits, manages premium billing functions, handles provider enrollment and credentialing, and provider outreach and training. For members, Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) handle basic eligibility questions, managed care enrollments and transfers, questions about benefits and covered services, and a range of other general inquiries.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responds to customer phone inquiries in a prompt, courteous and concise manner.
Provides callers with an unbiased information to assist customers with application and eligibility requirements.
Accesses, reads, and interprets customers and provider data elements within customer's application.
Performs accurately all data entry functions to reflect customer activity/transactions.
Answers customer questions and assists in problem resolution.
Assists customers in the enrollment process.
Documents all customer encounters in clear and concise logs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
MUST HAVE:
-At least 6 months to 2 years of customer service or administrative experience
-Strong data entry and telephone skills
-High School Diploma or equivalent required
-Previous experience with computers, phone systems, and headsets required
-Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
-Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends
-Comfortable working remotely (must have their own computer and equipment)

Payroll Specialist | Virginia Beach, VA | $19/h-$20/h
THIS ROLE WOULD NEED TO START NEXT WEEK
Description:
This role will be processing biweekly multistate payroll for around 300 employees with another team member and manager using Kronos and ADP Workforce Now. The team will transition to ADP only in the near future. This person will be responsible for getting approvals for timecards, reviewing updates, entering necessary data into payroll system, reconciling hours, sending out registers, etc.
Position Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks
Collect, compile and enter payroll data using appropriate software
Review and verify source documents
Calculate and post payroll deductions
Process payroll by established deadlines
Issue statements of earnings and deductions
Reconcile employee deductions
Investigate and correct payroll discrepancies and errors
Update payroll records by recording changes including insurance coverage, loan payments, salary increases
Process new employees, terminations, transfers and promotions
Prepare and print payroll reports of earnings, hours worked, taxes, insurance, leave
Address employee's pay-related concerns and provide accurate payroll information
Complete requests for pay-related documents including statements and verifications
Produce federal, state and local tax payments
Develop, manage and maintain comprehensive payroll records
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and guidelines
Other duties as assigned
Core Experience:
. 1-2 years payroll processing experience with multi-state and garnishments
. Basic excel proficiency at a minimum

Education Minimum Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree required
Master's Degree preferred
Required Experience and Skills:
Min 3 to 5 years relevant experience acting as a Scrum Master/Product Owner within Marketing and/or marketing communications and/or or digital marketing .
Amenable to servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
Confidence to work independently as well as demonstrate leadership skills , successfully navigate through ambiguity and align with various stakeholders to a common goal.
Strong executive presence and communication skills with ability to speak with candor when appropriate.
Strong understanding of compliance-related concepts and application in all job-related functions
Experience with the promotion operations processes including content creation, approval, digital publishing, and content management
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Project Management experience and/or certifications.
Scrum certified and/or experience in a Scrum Master role (i.e., understanding of scrum principles, practices, and theory).
Knowledge of other Agile approaches: Kanban being a key priority.
Experience leading a large field or Headquarters change initiative.
Strong understanding of change management.

The Role at a Glance
As the Accounts Payable Service Processor, you will perform and deliver on routine assignments for Lincoln's Individual Life Insurance Medical Department in accordance with established procedures & guidelines. You will prepare, record, verify, research, analyze and report on account transactions. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing transaction information and trends
Verifies accounts by reconciling statements, accounts and/or transactions
Identifies invoice discrepancies/inconsistencies amongst assigned accounts
Completes extensive research for billing resolution
Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying, posting and correcting assigned transactions
Escalates basic account issues to appropriate stakeholders and management
Reviews information for completeness and gathers pertinent information from others as needed
Tracks and coordinates the process and transactional details
Communicates effectively with applicable internal and external stakeholders with regards to any discrepancies
Prepare and deliver customer billing and respond to resulting queries
Works overtime as needed
What we're looking for

General Purpose of Job
This position provides strategic leadership for appropriate financial statement accounting of LFG's tax positions and is responsible for all federal and state income tax compliance for LFG. They will direct the tax accounting and reporting process while ensuring alignment with the short and long-term strategic/financial objectives of the enterprise and its lines of business. In addition, they will serve as the subject matter expert for ASC 740 and SSAP 101.
Duties and Responsibilities

Directs and provides oversight of all aspects of income tax compliance - return preparation and review, estimated payments, extensions, etc.
Leads and oversees tax impacts on statutory capital from complex strategic transactions and recurring items.
Leads and oversees the strategic documentation of tax accounting impacts from significant transactions inclusive of M&A activities, and associated due diligence processes where warranted.
Directs and provides Tax impacts and results relating to the business (financial) and strategic plan; includes Effective Tax Rate (ETR) forecasting.
Provides support of Tax Controversy team with regard to audit requests and notices.
Manages and directs FIN 48 liability assessments and related disclosures.
Leads and directs strategic improvements for key processes within Tax.
Serves as point of contact for internal/external stakeholders for Tax Accounting and Reporting matters.

Education and Experience
4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) (Minimum Required)
10+ Years of experience with corporate or public general tax experience, including direct responsibility for tax compliance and reporting deliverables. (Required)
3+ Years of managerial, supervisory, and/or demonstrated leadership experience including influencing senior management/critical stakeholders. (Required)
CPA, Masters in Tax, LLM, tax planning or advisory interest/experience a plus but not required.
Experience with tax compliance software a plus but not required.

As the VP of MoneyGuard, Underwriting & New Business, you will develop strategies and provide leadership for Long-Term Care (LTC) Underwriting, Risk Management, and New Business Processing for Lincoln's MoneyGuard insurance products. You will provide highly specialized expertise and thought leadership on long-term business imperatives and challenges, with primary focus on developing relationships to maximize Lincoln's MoneyGuard business results.

What you'll be doing:
- Provides strategic leadership and direction for MoneyGuard (LTC) Underwriting & New Business Organization; leads the development of strategies to maximize persistency, profitability, growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Influences, oversees, and leads the development of an overall strategic business plan to set consistent direction for Lincoln's MoneyGuard business to maximize business results.
- Effectively integrates broader business unit strategic initiatives into the plans & objectives of the Underwriting & New Business Organization.
- Owns, manages, and mitigates LTC underwriting risks by understanding mortality and morbidity trends and by ensuring adherence to established risk management philosophies set forth by the Chief Underwriter & Chief Medical Director.
- Partners with senior business leaders across multiple functional areas to manage and mitigate operational risks within the MoneyGuard business.
- Partners with senior & executive management across the business to drive the development and adoption of key decisions and risk management techniques.
- Establishes strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to successfully balance underwriting integrity and business growth.
- Leads all MoneyGuard New Business processing and operations centers in a high volume, time sensitive, and highly regulated environment.
- Collaborates with operational leadership across the enterprise to identify and implement services to provide a consistent and excellent customer experience.
- Ensures that all output from customer-oriented strategic initiatives are linked to the delivery of the overall strategic mission to maximize our service delivery strength.

Required Qualifications
Fifteen plus years' experience in consulting, engineering, program management and or business development to the federal government (DOD)
Five plus years' experience working with Navy operations

Positions in this function conduct analyses, assist in the solutioning, and development of data maps both to load BHEMIS SQL database objects and for mapping processes from BHEMIS to HIPAA Compliant Implementation Guide (IG) and Customer Companion Guide (CG) Transaction documentation and/or other proprietary formats to meet Customer/client requirements as well as all associated documentation.
Generally work is self-directed for both prescribed and non-prescribed processes.
Works with less structured, new, highly complex issues.
Serves as BHEMIS Data Mapping Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Comfortable working in a dynamic, rapidly changing work environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Demonstrate and apply knowledge of medical and/or behavioral health claims and general encounter processing and management best practices
Demonstrate and apply intimate knowledge of HIPAA transaction guides, data elements and use requirements
Demonstrate and apply knowledge of federally mandated Companion Guide guidelines and their use
Demonstrate and apply basic relational database concepts and familiarity
Conducts/updates/manages analyses and document transaction requirements based on IG/CG and proprietary format instructions
Identifies data gaps and manages remediation of same
Assists in the development/creation/documentation of data maps from SQL to HIPAA/proprietary transactions using ETL software
Conduct mapping/code audits of all maps prior to release
Creating, managing and running scheduled mapping/transaction generation jobs
Conducts research as needed using a variety of tools (SQL Management Studio, XMLSpy, UltraEdit, etc.).
Assists data and report analysts in developing data validation routines
Acts as primary liaison between BHEMIS and Customer/client production personnel
Demonstrate and apply a strong attention to detail
Creates various work products using standard software packages (Word, Excel, Visio)

POSITION SUMMARY
The Associate Device and Informatics Project Manager (PM) is a junior level project management role within Engagement Management. Here, an individual activates on general project management skills and is asked to continue to develop these skills. More specifically, they are responsible for centrally managing the successful installation, integration and execution of Radiology device and informatics software implementations to ensure Radiology business and customer requirements are being delivered in a timely, high quality, and cost effective manner. This position will learn and use standard project management methodologies and tools to coordinate and communicate implementation requirements, tasks, and deliverables to ensure the agreed upon outcomes are achieved.
POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for all aspects of customer device and informatics software implementation including initial customer contact, kickoff meetings and establishing a plan that accommodates the customers objectives and timeframes.
• Required to communicate with the hospital clinical and administrative teams, PACS Admin, engineering, IT/IS, outside contractors, and multiple OEM business throughout the implementation, including helping the customer with finding ideal solutions to implement around their current patient workflow.
• Ensure successful implementation by validating all critical service and networking requirements including room preparation and device requirements (ex. Ceiling Mounts/Conduit/Raceways). The PM will also validate IT Networking requirements and schedule and ensure completion of software configurations and testing sessions as required
• Build crucial relationships and partner with third party OEM vendors to ensure proper handoff documentation and customer deliverables. Ensures all aspects of the implementation plan fits into overall hospital master plan.
• Utilize Professional Services Automation tool to document Engagement timelines, risks, actions, contacts, and all other relevant project information providing data for use by managers for analysis and service improvement.
• Contribute to team dynamics by partnering with Engagement Management team members involved with large implementations including Device and Informatics in scope. Works internally with other Project Managers on team to ensure implementation is coordinated together, both devices and enterprise software.
Education and Experience Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree in a related field or equivalent degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience
• Bachelor’s Degree required in a related field or equivalent degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant project management/coordination experience
Skill & Competency Requirements:
• Experience in a customer front facing position is required, with proven ability to thoughtfully manage a wide variety of customer needs (internal & external).
• Technical acumen with a willingness and ability to learn technical programs; experience with IS / IT application integration (DICOM,HL7, Webservices, HTML) within Healthcare strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage high project volumes with excellent time management skills; strong coordination skillsets with willingness to think creatively and proactively.
• Strong communication and presentation skills required.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite of programs, including Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Project.
• Demonstrated ability to manage objections and drive to group consensus.
• Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity, learn on the fly, and critical thinking.
• Strong self-direction, detail orientation, organizational skills, and time management.
• PMP or CAPM preferred

We are seeking an individual to install, upgrade, maintain, and troubleshoot compression systems at critical broadcast customer facilities. This position deals with complex networked video systems residing on customer wide area networks. In this role, you will work with a variety of technologies including Digital TV, Satellite RF broadcast, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, HEVC, HDMI, and Ethernet. The candidate will need to travel about 60%-70% of the time as well as be qualified to access systems remotely for maintenance and troubleshooting issues.
